The hotel is in a great location, however it is more suited to the holiday or outdoors type visitor. It is not really well suited for the business user. The room has very few power outlets and no in room ironing facilities for clothing. Overall though still a good place

The property is placed directly in the forest. Beautiful location for active holiday. Wild boars and deers not unusuall to see near the property. Nearby is Epe, nice small town having all you need. Certainly place to get back again.

The food was great however you do feel 'invisable' at reception or waiting on a table your left for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone comes near you. The carpets on the ground floor is disgusting really needs replacing. Same for the carpet in my room. Covered in stains. The nicest bit was the pool, it was nice clean and enjoyable.

It was wonderful to be in te middel of the woods/forest. Great walks, well organised and signposted cycle paths. Easy to get to some beautiful historic towns in the local area. A short but enjoyable break.

THIS HOTEL IS A TOTAL RIPPOFF !! The white bikes are suppossedto be free according to there website along with the bowling and billiards but they charge for everything.
The pool is suppossed to be heated to 31c but there is not heating at all. The included sauna and spa are closed.
GIVE THIS RUDE STAFFED RIPPOFF PRICED HOT A WIDE BERTH !!

For me this hotel is set in an excellent location right the middle of a forrest and perfect for exploring the surrounding area which is fantastic. If your looking for a great base to explore it's perfect for walking and cycling. We used it as a base to visit theme parks for my children but I would have loved to have spent more time near the hotel. Our rate did not include breakfast and I did fancy paying £13 per person per night so we used a local well known burger restaurant situated 10 mins drive up the road. Therefore I cannot comment on the food quality of the hotel. Also we did not use the facilities though they looked good. The hotel room we stayed in was a good size, clean and comfy beds. The hotel has open areas even on the upper floors giving a feels of space even if they do look a bit dated. The hotel staff that I encountered at reception were efficient enough although had little warmth. The car park is fairly large but it was nearly full all the time. You could always get space but normally furtherst from the actual hotel. I am not being negative about this hotel it did its job and I would definitely stay there again.

Stunning, relaxing & beautiful hotel. Beautiful surroundings in the woodland of the Netherlands. Not much around but 3 to 4 km away you have a choice of restaurants. But saying that the hotel restaurant food is superb with a great menu.

The Hotel is set in an amazing forest setting. Easy to find. Nice walks and bike rides. We stayed 3 nights and found the staff exceptional, really friendly and helpful. The Hotel its self needs a bit TLC. Rooms had dust on top of skirting boards and the out door seating area needed weeding. Other than that it was ok. Food in restaurant was nice. We would stay again.

Hotel is in a Fabulous location, very dog friendly which is always a bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and efficient.
The room was a little tired and could be updated. The carpet was grubby and there was pieces off food on the floor :-(
The beds were clean and comfortable making for a good nights sleep.

The morning breakfast was amazing as well as any meals at the restaurant. I especially liked the Wet and Dry Sauna that was available for use. The bowling alley was amazing as well as the bar and all the staff was great, friendly, and helpful. When I come back to the 't Harde location, I will be reserving my room here at this location.

Dated hotel with potential...

Hotel is dated and refurbishment works are long overdue. It is lacking basic attention to detail. This includes maintenance works (aircon in my room had been broken for a long time apparently, but instead of fixing this there was a fan and my room on the top floor was about 30 degrees even though outside it was below 20 degrees) and the lift doors kept closing on people (our 5 year old daughter got out and doors closed straight away and at another occasion the doors closed slam shut on people). Once they spend some money on modernisation, the hotel has great potential, but they are not there yet.

Also basic items such as shower gel and conditioners not provided.

On the positive side is the good size swimming pool with decent temperature and the location in the forest. And if you like ten pin bowling, this can be found inside the hotel.

Booked for 14 days with the view to be semi self contained as we attended a function in the area but there are no facilities nor the space in the room (not even enough room for two adults cases) - economy room which we sought out, yes but economy of space was somewhat stifling. BUT, let it be said with emphasis, the staff were excellent and more than made up for the disappointments we experienced - friendly, obliging, understanding and could not be more helpful, they were Princesses in themselves, congratulations Sanay and Ashley, you put homeliness into our stay - thank you.

Very nice Hotel, great location.

Our decision was purely based on previews and comments and photos left by guest staying at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the surroundings and topped by the attention to detail we did look forward to staying here. Staff have been very attentive, room comfortable, but most of all the food and waiter/waitress service superb. If anyone looking for comfort in a quiet surrounding in Holland then you can't go wrong.

Nowhere for my son to sleep

I booked the hotel 2 months ago for myself, my wife and my 5 year old son. When I arrived at the hotel, at 10pm after driving for nearly 10 hours covering over 500 miles, I was told that the hotel wanted extra money for a bed to be placed in our room. Luckily I had the reservation to hand and showed the inclusion on my son (including his age). The agreed a bed would be delivered by I would have to pay in the morning. I said I would discuss it with the manager in the morning. When the bed arrived it was just dumped in the room, so my wife and I had to re-arrange the whole room to find space to put the bed. Next morning, I had to argue the extra change for the bed, then they agreed to cancel the bed charge, but wanted to then charge extra for my sons breakfast even though breakfast was included in the price. Overall very disappointed in the service at the hotel, although the beds and breakfast were very good.

For holidaymakers only!

This is a very nice hotel if you are on holidays, as it is located in middle of a forest and you will enjoy both, the tranquility of the sourrandings and the hotel facilities. However, if you are on business, this is a different history, as you have to allow some 40 minutes into Zwolle and have to drive on B roads that are often blocked to traffic. The hotel kitchen closes at 21:00 hours sharp, which is a bit of a nuisance, and should be avoided anyway.

Heel erg oud bollig. Slechte bedden en voor deluxe kamer was hij erg klein. Ontbijt was prima.
Wouden bij aankomst gelijk bowlen reserveren maar was al volgeboekt tot maandag avond dus enorme tegenvaller.
Sportzaal was net 3x4 kwa grote met amper 3 a 4 toestellen. Dus erg klein. Zwembad zag er goed uit maar niet leuk dat er van uit het hotel in het zwembad gekeken/geloerd kon worden weg privacy.

Een hotel voor één keer en nooit weer.

Het onderstaande ook aan Fletcher hotels gemeld:

Het gaat hierbij om een kamer op de 4de verdieping (kamer 410). Deze kamer bevindt zich onder een dakkapel waarbij en een schuine wand/muur naast het bed zit.
Dit is een ongelukkige plaats aangezien ik bij het in/uitstappen van het bed mij een paar keer aan deze wand mijn hoofd heb gestoten.

Daarnaast is in de badkamer het toilet dus danig geplaatst dat er amper ruimte aan de voorkant is en aan deze voorkant ook nog een een radiator is geplaatst.
Ook hier stoot je je hoofd makkelijk aan. Bij een laag toilet is het voor ouder iemand ook lastig op weer op te staan. Meer ruimt ei dan handig.

Verder is er geen koffie/thee op de kamer aanwezig, kortom erg summier

ook zijn en beneden in de ontvangsthal waar zitjes zijn geen tijdschriften te vinden. Jammer

Disappointed, a waste of money

Disappointed with the hotel, very expensive for what you get, very old room, curtains broken and dirty, beds broken, bathroom heating with graffiti. I never thought of the Fletcher Hotels, we have been to other locations and the hotels are in good condition but now we did not have the same service. It's a pity because the location is very nice in the middle of the forest. The only good thing were the pillows. I hope that the next guests will not have the same luck to stay in room 424.

Afgelopen weekend verbleven in dit hotel. De ligging is prachtig en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. De kamers en dan in het bijzonder de sanitaire voorzieningen hierin, zijn echter sterk vervuild. Na melding te hebben gemaakt van een lekkende toiletpot, waardoor er rioolwater op de vloer stond, werden alleen extra handdoeken gebracht. Voor de uitgebreide schimmelvorming werd excuus gemaakt en een andere kamer aangeboden om te kunnen douchen, aangezien we echter op het punt stonden om te vertrekken hebben we besloten om hier geen gebruik van te maken.

Concluderend is ons verblijf spijtig genoeg zeer negatief beïnvloed door de slechte hygiëne. Het hotel heeft beloofd hier mee aan de slag te gaan, ik hoop dat dit ook daadwerkelijk zal gaan gebeuren.

Het inchecken om 23.00 uur duurde erg lang. We hadden kamer 405. We wisten dat t een kleine kamer was maar we wisten niet dat al heel vroeg in de ochtend de eerste vrachtwagens al kwamen lossen met piepers bij het achteruit rijden. Ontbijt prima om het op bord te serveren maar jammer dat wij bij het inchecken alleen nog maar uit 07.00 uur en 10.10 uur konden kiezen. Het ene te vroeg en het andere te laat.

Comfort-kamer is even groot als Twin-kamer

Het hotel bevindt zich in een mooie omgeving, omringt door bossen. Het diner was prima, goede prijs-kwaliteit en fijn dat het allemaal zo goed was geregeld.
Wat ik echter echt oplichterij vind (van het hotel) is de comfort-kamer. Deze kamer ziet er echt hetzelfde uit als de twin-kamer (small). Ik heb dit direct gemeld aan het hotel, maar volgens hun was dit toch echt hun comfort-kamer. Ik heb een foto toegevoegd, dan kun je zelf ook zien wat je hier krijgt als je een comfort-kamer boekt. Dat leuke zitje met 2 stoelen en een tafel past hier niet eens! Ik hoop dat hotels.com dit gaat rechtzetten, want dit kun je zo echt niet verkopen.

Inchecken ging snel en soepel. Goed ontbijt. Achterbleven spullen in de badkamer van andere gasten kan echt niet

Prachtige ligging. Kamer teleurstellend. Familiekamers met slecht toegankelijk 2 persoonsbed. Badkamer is aan renovatie toe evenals de kamer zelf. Gordijntjes van verschillende lengte ziet er niet verzorgd uit. Wat kan betreft geen goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Kan ook wat kindvriendelijker, qua faciliteiten en benadering door personeel. Wij waren met onZe kleinkinderen
Ontbijt was wel prima

Fint opphold på Fletcher Hotel.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet mitt på Fletcher Epe-Zwolle. Derfor kom jeg også tilbake. Var der for to år siden og. Alle var veldig vennlige på alle måter. Tusen takk for meg.
