We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. We had our two children (5 and 7) and they were beyond happy with this place. Great location. I just can’t say enough good things! We would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay in Rehoboth. Close to beach, restaurants. Nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tub on roof. No ocean views. Nice B and B vibe with included breakfast, wine and cheese in evening and cookies at night. Cosy common area to hang out. But pricey in season.

I think the space is ordinarily really great however nobody came to clean our space and the smell of the room was offputting. The trash in our room wasn’t taken out, the beds weren’t made, and we didn’t get replacement towels.

I stayed in the separate building right next door to the Purple Parrot, never again. The loud music could be heard in the room and it felt a little inconvenient to have to go to a separate building for breakfast, towels, etc. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay it was a great price for the location.

The avenue is just so classy and when you walk in the door, the smell is so pleasant. This is so well maintained and the happy hour and breakfast are a bonus. The golf cart ride to the beach is over and above!

I thought this hotel was great, it's right in the heart of everything. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, complimentary beach chairs, nice gym, helpful staff. Only issue I had is that the rooms are so close to each other just separated by a wall and there was a crying baby till 1pm. I like to go to bed early so that really disturbed me. The next night I called and asked about the noise ordinance, and they were nice enough to change my room so I could get some sleep. There is no late check out, and you do have to immediately move your car in the morning after check out, so I didn't love that. Overall though a great hotel :)

The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected.
The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. Updates to a handheld shower head and a full length mirror in the rooms along with luggage carts on each floor at the Avenue II would be nice.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay (close proximity to the beach and one free parking spot helped). I would return to stay in the main building. The staff was excellent, courteous and friendly.

Only problem is that i am invalid and almost fell twice in shower. I asked for ada accessibility room and was told none available. I think she lied to me

Randi checked us in earlier than the 4pm guaranteed check in time. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed in the Sea Shell Suite, off of Wilmington Avenue. We didn't have any problems with noise or parking. The main inn was a quick walk and the walk to the beach was easy. Lew was helpful, giving us information about the area. We'll be back again! A great place to stay.

I was on a budget so I chose to stay at their extension called the avenue 2, which is their motel style rooms. Room was great and I still got the same amenities as if I stayed at the main hotel. The only issue is the noise from the downtown area. It was tough for me to sleep from the foot traffic and from the purple parrot restaurant. I also woke up from the noise in the morning so I couldn’t sleep in. The issues were resolved when I had to use my AirPods to kill the outside noise so I can fall asleep and stay asleep in the morning. The hotel overall was great and will be coming back but will opt to stay in the main hotel next time.

First timers celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. Our stay was FANTASTIC! The hotel is soo beautiful & welcoming; free parking, easy breezy early check in & out + sunny weather! Pictures don’t do this place justice. They had my bf’s name on the board wishing him a happy bday +note & 2 chocolates in the room. It made him smile & was a sweet surprise 😊We were in a Rehoboth king room w/a balcony; room had a slight smell when we first walked in, but after opening the balcony door, it went away! Room was spacious w/a slightly stained couch; we got such amazing sleep as the bed was sooo comfy! Housekeeping replaced towels & basic things as expected. Breakfast was plentiful & a lovely variety. concierge & servers were all so courteous! Enjoyed the wine & cheese hour + night time cookies. Didn’t get around to the gym, spa or The Blue Hen rest. enjoyed the indoor pool. Hotel is walking distance frm the beach & boardwalk where we snagged Grotto pizza, funnel cake etc :) We couldn’t resist & bought some beautiful jewelry frm the whimsical Scandinavian shop located on the shopping strip. They offered shuttle rides to & from the boardwalk, beach towels & beach chairs. Also offered beach towels for the pool/hot tub as well.plan to return and will make this our regular hotel when we travel to Rehoboth. We passed so many hotels, inns, motels en route to the boardwalk… but have no complaints about the Avenue Inn. We look forward to returning later this yr during the holidays, and thereafter!

I have never seen a harder worker than Norma. She is a hustler who does her job and then some, both polite and courteous. She has to be the best employee. I have ambivalent feelings about check in. Our room was nice. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We only ate once in the breakfast room. Check out was easy.

My family stayed at The Avenue II for 4 days in May. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The beds were perfect, the room was large for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and very clean! We had a FULL breakfast everyday which held down our meal expense. The indoor pool was delightful for my rambunctious toddler granddaughters.

This hotel is a gem. They provide a very welcoming and homey getaway. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shops. Parking on-site. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plentiful breakfast. (Love the baked pears!) Coffee and tea station available at all times. The hotel smells amazing--wish I could bottle the scent and bring it home. Umbrellas and beach chairs available. A wide assortment of games available. Wine and snacks in late afternoon. Warm cookies and milk in the lobby in the evening. They have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back!

Stayed at the avenue 2 which is just an overflow building for the main building. It was nice enough inside but next to a very loud night club which went hard all night. Would not recommend it

While hotel was very clean the people at the front desk had been very nice and friendly and excellent! We really liked this hotel and front desk staff. One part we were so not happy at all was the lady at breakfast service she was so nasty to my son and accusing him lying. Even after I explained she was just keep talking and insulting us in front of rest of the guests eating the breakfast. Otherwise I was going to give 5 starts to this hotel as rest of all experience was phenomenal. I wish she was not nasty didn’t insult us. She messed up overall 5 stars experience.

This was my first time visiting Rehoboth and it did not disappoint. The Inn was the absolute best choice for us (me, my mother, and 4 yo nephew). The staff could not have been sweeter! The breakfast, the evening wine and cheese, and bedtime cookies and milk were such lovely touches. They even put my name on the daily board when it was my birthday and gifted small chocolates. The location was great. We didn't use the car once! Our visit was during spring break but we will definitely be back during the summer! Highly recommend!
