Property was really nice. The security is a little OD. Didn’t like how my 19yr old was treated. Night desk person was really rude and disrespectful. Because of that, I would never stay there again. The front desk manager also tried to charge me extra for my son after I was already checked in and paid in full. Then I was asked to pay a $200 usd deposit for 1 night. I will never stay at this place again.

This is a really nice place, centrally located with everything within a walking distance yet far enough away from the crazy clubs so that you can sleep when you are ready to with a sliding door open. This hotel has security gates that close leaving only one entrance after midnight, this is a good thing, the cruiseship area is very expensive but the rest of the place is fairly normal, expect American prices for everything, or a little more. There are water taxis everywhere which are fun and they can take you out for a trip to the arco, lovers beach or just across the harbor, I will 100%do this trip again.

Sockets aren’t placed strategically in the room . No sockets to charge near the bed . Quite inconvenient to charge my mobile phones while on the bed.

I had 48 hours. So I spent most of my time away from the hotel. I wanted to be by the beach and it was a quick walk over to lots of restaurants. The marina is beautiful, I even saw a sea lion. The hotel was nice, if you like a firm mattress this is the place for you. The pool was lovely you get a free welcome drink from the bar. We didn’t do all inclusive but visited Jacks & the food was good but not the best we had in the area. I would stay again.

We stay here often because we fish and the boat is right outside the gate. And even though on other trips we have stayed at many other places in Cabo, Marina Fiesta is always a nice stay. You can easily walk to everything on the marina and the beach and you can't beat the value.

Loved the location! Easy to walk marina and lots of restaurants to chose from. Very clean and neat. Everyone was extremely friendly. The 2 pools were great. There is also a kids area pool. They will give you lots of extra coupons if you visit their sister resort but we didn't do that and still was affordable. We stayed in lower cost room and still had plenty of room for my daughter and myself. The only negative i would say is when we arrived we were very tired and they gave us so much information and push to go to the sister location the next morning, which we didnt do being afraid of sales pitch etc. I would stay again as affordable and location.

The resort is a great getaway, except for a couple of issues. Using the coffee provided in the room is a $5 a day charge. We were instructed to make reservations to for dinner at their various restaurants, to avail ourselves of their discount program. The restaurants were not familiar with this requirement, nor did they have any delays in seating us.

The location is absolutely perfect! We were able to enjoy all of what the marina has to offer steps from our room. The pool is beautiful and very clean. We loved the all-inclusive package. It was great being able to go into the marina and enjoy the wonderful restaurants that were included. But, the absolute best part of our stay was the staff at Marina Fiesta. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. All of the staff at Fiesta Marina are wonderful some of the names I remember are Jennifer, Irvine, Edgar, Jorge, and Alex (from Legends.). Thank you for a wonderful time at Cabo San Lucas.

Stayed here Jan 2026, we did not get the All Inclusive plan. It didn’t look worth it in my eyes. Excellent location. Staff is a little annoying when asking you to buy drinks, but I get it… they want tips. But we purchased a kitchenette for a reason. We purchased our own items from Walmart. The only time the staff gave us a hard time is when we had cans out by the pool. As long as you mix your drinks in a To go cup…you’re good to go. Overall would visit again.

The resort felt a bit dated. We were on the first floor and the room let in a lot of noise from vehicles and guests. The food choices at the all-inclusive were subpar. The Italian restaurant and sports bar had decent food, but the seafood, Mexican, and steakhouse restaurants were all incredibly disappointing. The marina location is fun, but you will be pestered by vendors frequently. I will return to San José del Cabo next time as I much prefer that more serene area.

Ultimately we accepted but it was the worst experience ever when we got there. The guy responsible for the tour was arrogant, condescending, threatening and argumentative. He threw a fit of rage when we told him we want to go back. I was about to call the police/embassy since we felt cornered. I have everything on video. Ultimately, the hotel staff person was kind enough to give us a lift back to the hotel.

The spa was quite good. The location on boardwalk is convenient. The pool was clean. The hot tub was only luke warm. They try to sell you a time share when you go to check in. Also, they don't tell you when you check in that there's a service charge to clean your room, and an environmental/local tax per day, until you go to check out. The shuttle back to the airport only goes a few times per day and we had to get a taxi to catch our flights, which also was not made clear when we booked and checked in.

We were taken to their newer resort per their request and offered a financial amount to stay there. They wanted to showcase their newest hotel I'm assuming. Kadun. It was very nice and modern. Did address a smell in one room and quickly changed us to another. It was very nice and updated.

This is actually a review of Kadun Boutique Hotel which is a sister property of Marina Fiesta and Hacienda Encantada Resort. The confusion and chaos surrounding the winter storm Fern resulted in my departure flights being cancelled and rescheduled for two days. I arrived at Marina Fiesta to find that my reservation had been cancelled due to “no show”. The front desk was very understanding but explained that the Marina Fiesta was now sold out. After some deliberation, they offered me accommodation at their sister property Kadun which was a couple blocks away. The offer included the all inclusive option which I had not purchased in my original reservation. All this sounded great so they transferred me to Kadun which was a brand new property having been opened in Dec 2025. The staff was immediately welcoming and were sincerely attentive my entire stay. The facilities are beautifully appointed and maintained religiously. The restaurant, pool bar, and coffee nook serve at a very high quality and embellish everything with a flair. I was dumbfounded with my luck and had no regrets about not staying at the Marina Fiesta. I would rank Kadun among the best hotels in the area.

Same with certain meals and their restaurants. Because restaurants are also open to public, the staff didn’t really provide the best service. In half full restaurants always felt like we were being rushed out. Would not recommend paying for all inclusive, not sure we broke even on the deal.

At first I was a little frustrated, but the Kadun Hotel was very nice, and they gave us a $100 resort credit for the mix-up. I never got to stay in this hotel. What they do is basically post pictures of this resort so it gets ppl to purchase the room and then once you get there and you are tired and hungry and just want to put your luggage down, they tell you that the \"AC doesnt work in the room\" so they are putting you in a random hotel down the road. So you end up paying for a resort but getting a random room somewhere else. Also the \"AC not working\" thing is a lie anyway because there was a couple I met that fought for their room and said they dont care that the AC isnt working and when they got to the room the AC was perfectly fine. Its just a scheme to get the other worse hotel booked for the same price as a resort when it definitely is not. I had a great time in Cabo, but I cant leave a good review for the hotel because its basically fraud and I dont want others to book it thinking that they are getting this hotel when they are not.
