We really loved the ease of checking in and we were pleasantly surprised at the layout of the room 2 queen beds separated into 2 sections. The breakfast was very good perfect start to our long drive ahead.
We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or tennis courts but it was nice that it was available.
The location was good as it was close to the highway as a quick stopover to our journey home. We tried to visit the downtown area but were surprised everything was closed with not much to do.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was immaculate, tastefully furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, and noticeably larger than the average hotel room. The bathroom was spotless and featured a wonderful massage shower that was a real treat.

The breakfast was very good, offering a nice selection of choices to suit different tastes.

All in all, we had a lovely stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The room was new with potential this is the only positive thing I can say

Complaints:

The room was not located within the hotel, but the next building with a few rooms and that building called the pavilion

There was no bottled water nothing at all and no lighting in the kitchen nette

The breakfast that was included only had white bread for a toast a couple of small sausage dried sausages with a little bit of scrambled eggs I did not eat there at all. I had to buy my own breakfast. There were no fruits, no juices no other type of bread other than white bread

The heating air-conditioning did not work at all in the room and it did not work all night so I was very cold

The windows are not soundproof and all I could hear was trucks cars every noise possible

The television had a caption on it for someone that is blind and they could not fix the TV so every time I watch TV there was somebody narrating what we could see on the image which was very tiresome

The lighting in the room was very basic and was not a great place to work with your computer because the plug for the computer was too far and needed an extension. Someone was supposed to bring it to me, but never came back.

I will never rebook here ever. Do not recommend this hotel at all. The most I can give it is one or two stars at the most.

Need to renovate (rusted base heater in bathroom and stained bathtub which leads one to believe it wasn’t washed))…(wall lights either side of bed need to be changed…usb plugs don’t work.) room door handle needs to be changed or tightened!
Out of 3 chairs, 2 where unsteady…
We were in room107.
Service was very nice. Staff is pleasant and ready to please. I asked for the bathtub to be washed again, it was done very quickly.

We stayed here for our wedding night, and it was absolutely perfect. The room itself was beautiful, and the Deluxe Spa Suite twas amazing. The jet shower and jet tub made the night feel incredibly special and relaxing... exactly what we hoped for after such a big day. It made our wedding night unforgettable. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

We were quite pleased with our stay here. Our room was very quiet and comfortable for four nights. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was in a pretty convenient location close to the highway, and it was easy to get downtown as well.
