On a attendu si longtemps qu'on a finalement décidé d'aller ailleurs. Heureusement l'emplacement est très central, idéal.
Anna-Belle
clean, well-located, easy parking

Andrew
Had a great stay!
Fanie

Nice place, even had a Starbucks but only opens at 9:00 AM. I highly recommend the restaurant, we had the braised beef Tacos that were fantastic, would have preferred 3 or 4 of them instead of 2.

Parking 30$ when everything around was free for the weekend.
The restaurant isn’t connected with the hotel, there is no possibilities to order cocktails or drinks outside of the restaurant

The staff were great especially since we didn’t speak very much French. The parking was a little confusing but that could’ve just been my understanding of the situation. One would think parking should be included in the price of the hotel but it was something I had to pay separately when I arrived.
Otherwise it was great and the event we were attending was hosted right at the hotel.

Easy parking situation. Helpful and efficient staff.

Pool was never open during the day weekdays and the one free afternoon was Saturday to find they had just treated the pool right after lunch and it was closed for the rest of the day till closing at 9pm. Only hot tub was open. No forewarning!
Tires on luggage carts were all but one cart filled with the right amount of air. Very hard to push when loaded.
For this franchise of hotels very disappointed!!! Will not return or recommend.

I needed a quiet time and It was a very good place to get one. The spa is great.

I was quite disappointed. I had invited some people for dinner at the restaurant. When I got there, I was told ''there is no restaurant''.
Chantal
Mini queen bed looks like a single bed

Great staff, very helpful. Unfortunately, restaurant was closed during our stay. Breakfast was delicious but was not free. Room was comfortable and spacious. Pool was nice.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Walking distance to some great restaurants / downtown and the boardwalk.

Disappointed no bar area. Will be nice when complete
Ileana
It is not the best area in the city, a lot of homeless people, dirty streets
Johanne
Tout était bien
Adam
Good hotel, good location.
Christian
It was difficult to obtain a wifi connection in the rooms, and difficult to obtain help at the service desk in this regard.
Xinmei
The hotel has a great location. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, but the noise from the outdoor air conditioning units outside the window is too annoying！
Jennifer-Ann
Great location
Stephan
Nice place but the room could be much cleaner. I don't have hair on my head (also travelling solo) and my sox were full of other peoples long hair and brown dust just by walking around in the room.
Jessika
Linda
The downtown location of the Delta is excellent close to the main street, Rue Forges, where restaurants were choc-a-bloc. Staff were very attentive, our room was great (make sure to look north with beautiful views of the river and city). The restaurant was closed but there are so many choices within walking distance.
LORI
Bed was real comfortable. View of the harbor was nice. Walking distance to Cogeco centre was great! Lots of restaurants near by. Our only issue was the shower door that did not stay closed which was a bit annoying while taking our showers.
Isabelle
Hôtel propre avec de bons services.

Great Area, But Queen bed felt very small
Had a wonderful time in Trois Rivières and the proximity of the hotel helped. The view was wonderful. he room was big, but strangely so. A lot of empty space that felt like it had once held two beds but one was removed.
The queen bed we booked felt like it was at most a double. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Would stay again.

Great location. Easy access to restos. Great service. Had a minor issue with the room and it was taken care of right away.
