Beautiful place for people who appreciate quietness...we enjoyed our stay

We went with kids and they were happy with the pool, the water slide and the hot tub. The room was nice. It was clean and well maintained. Only issue we had was that the microwave was making noise all the time (despite not being in use) and the air conditioner was noisy as well. Breakfast was alright, bagels, coffee, juice, some fruits, oatmeal, muffins, cereals and yogurt. There were limited options for people with allergies though. Also, it was all carpet in the rooms and corridors, but I know it isn't uncommon in some hotels. All in all, we were happy with our stay

Tu as très bien était.
Marc
Chambre confortable, personnel attentionné, petit déjeuner correct mais minimal .
Parfait pour une étape dans un voyage.

The pool area is great for kids and our room had a soaker tub
Elizabeth
Loved the water slide with the kids. Carpets could be cleaner, slippers recommended. Staff were very nice

Clean room, comfortable beds and bedding, well appointed room furnishings, adequate breakfast what more could you want. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend.

The room has been renovated and sort of new. It clean. However, it was sort of noisy. The fridge was very loud and I could hear people walking around upstairs. Continental breakfast was included in the stay but food was so so. Overall you get what you pay for.

Our stay was in my opinion a bit of a disaster with no help to make it better from the staff.
Our room had 1 working light in it other than the one in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk, they came and checked and said they would contact maintenance but that they wouldn’t be in until the morning.
After that our son had fun in the pool.
We went back up to the room to crash for the night but found that the dead bolt for the door was broken off and unusable. We again contacted the front desk, they were unhelpful and said to speak to the manager in morning. The manager was even less helpful, refused to take any accountability for the issue and refused any compensation for the issue even though we showed a photo of the broken lock. We will never return to this hotel and recommend everyone to stay away from it. The only redeeming quality was the pool.

The king bed was very comfortable but the room really needs dark or black out curtains. The sun came straight in from 5 AM. The breakfast was all carbs.

My room didn’t have a desk, which is an absolute must.
The lunch was passable, but nothing more; everything was disposable: no recycling, no composting.
The rest was perfectly acceptable.

Reasonable for thebprice paid.
Christina
Pros:
- slide, pool and pool area clean and lots of fun for the kids
- room was clean
- breakfast was generous and good
Cons:
- rules not enforced: young kids playing hockey (with sticks) in the halls at around 7 p.m.
- noisy at night making it extremely difficult to sleep (screaming kids with parents in the hall making noise up to 10 p.m. even after TWO requests at the front desk for them to quiet down).
- noisy fridge that made it impossible to sleep unless unplugged
If you want to get a good night sleep before a competition, this is not the place to go.

Clean room, convenient location. Great variety choice for continental breakfast
Monique
Nous y avons séjourné une seule nuit
Michelle
The room was clean. Pool was great. Found the $200 deposit a little excessive. They required a larger deposit since we were part of a hockey team. Oh well. Overall our stay was nice.
Jean-Claude
Clean room. Quiet and peaceful. Decent price.
Bruno
Staff courteous, bed so so, very cheap furniture, broken tiles in bathroom, floor in bad condition in the room
Serge
En gros, ce fut correct.
Denis
Tout est très bien.

Pretty limited bit ok
Maxime

For the price, it was an excellent stay. Very convenient off of the highway and has a McDonald's nearby for late night runs. The room was definitely dated but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast food selection was pretty sparse but it got you out and on your way quickly.
Elise
Room was clean and beds were very good. . Freezing cold. Took a while to figure out how to get the heat on. Would have been nice for hotel to ensure heat is set to reasonable temp. The thermostat was still on Cool and not Heat.
Claire
Decent budget hotel. Comfortable mattress, breakfast was very busy therefore not well stocked. Need black out curtains as the current ones allow a lot of light in. Friendly staff.
Tracey
Excellent large room with comfortable king bed and hot tub jacuzzi in room. Temperature was plenty hot enough in hot tub. Hotel also included an indoor pool & hot tub that we did not use. Breakfast was decent with all the usual options. Very clean, new looking hotel with friendly staff. Convenient patio door in room to load and unload your luggage to & from. Very pleasant overnight stay while travelling further north in Quebec. Great Mexican restaurant in downtown Trois Rivières, 20 min drive away.
