Katherine
We absolutely loved it here. Our room was spacious and well equipped, the spa facilities were incredibly relaxing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious! We left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. We would absolutely stay again.

Stayed overnight at the spa. Room was wonderful, full balcony and kitchen. Access to the spa underground was very convenient. 4 chargers onsite another bonus. Saunas, pools, steam room and massage was wonderful. Dinner was outstanding, excellent chef and staff. Didn't have time to explore around the property so not sure what's there. Would highly recommend this spa

We stayed for 3 nights. Accommodations, spa and restaurant were perfect!
Johnny

Spacious apartment. Good and clean installations. Nonetheless, expected more complete services (laundry and better room service).

Check in laborieux et long processus, gagnerait à faire le check in / check out en ligne.

The suite was so clean and stunning. The breakfast wasdelicious

Absolutely amazing spa! Everything is top notch, clean and modern. Super relaxing. Especially wanted to thank the front desk receptionist Who was super friendly and helpful showing us around in English!!
The restaurant however took forever to get our food out but they were very busy at that time.

was looking for a stopover between montreal and quebec. this spa is in trois rivieres, almost exact middle between the two. the thermal pools are nice; the cold you cant 'plunge' into because it's too small, you have to walk into it. all are clean.
the massage service was great. i also got a facial the next day. definitely try to book ahead and it would help a lot if you speak french. the male who took my booking did not book me and my friend as requested repeatedly, but we were able to add a massage once we got there. we were not able to add any other treatments, so prebooking is recommended.
the hotel suite was very clean and spacious. i had a facial booked for the 2nd day but my friend couldnt get one so after that we took off.

The property itself was good and the spa excellent. It took almost 1.6 to get dinner served and the hidden costs for everything arent clear when you book. The a/c didn't work during a heatwave
Eleni
Spend a fantastic day here. Great food, the spa was really lovely and the accomodations were really cozy and HUGE. Would love to come back in the winter.

Beautiful spot…very relaxing!

Beau séjour mais chambre non nettoyé
Bel endroit. Bon restaurant.
Chris
Wonderful stay, thank you

The spa was absolutely amazing! We were sad to leave. The service was excellent and I highly recommend visiting here. I also recommend a massage and their espresso martini

Love the property! Enjoyed the spa experience several times before but this was my first time staying there and it won’t be the last!

Encore notre numero 1.
Jeff
Great place to relax
Isabelle
LEILANI
The room is quite big, clean, it’s a condo/loft style with kitchen and utensils to use. It has a modern dryer and we were able to dry our wet clothes. Access to spa with outdoor pool spa….. it’s meant for “relaxation” for most people maybe that explains why there’s no gym but I ran outdoors under the rain. Decent breakfast with a fly roving around. I hear the waitress coughed—phlegmy cough so suggest that waitress/waiter to wear a mask if coughing or be taken off food area to prevent infecting food and contaminating others.
teresa
Awesome place the only thing I was not happy about was the list of services was only posted in French. Limited translation.
Jared
This was a relaxing amazing time. I wish there was more room in the pools. They were often quite crowded.
Richard Jeffrey
Beautiful, peaceful location. The suite was very spacious and well equipped. We loved the breakfast.
Julie
Nice place and very convenient!

It was overpriced for what you got. Access to the baths was extra and expensive. You had to cook your own breakfast with only one frying pan, and it was the same every day.
The massage was good but it too was extra and pricey.

A beautiful surprise, this place is well situated and the surrounding area looks lovely. The food was excellent, pricey but delicious. The spa is really well laid out and offers everything one needs for a very enjoyable and soothing visit. My room was a full-on apartment and perfect very comfortable

Magnifique endroit
Un endroit magnifique! Le service à la clientèle est excellent! Les chambres (condo) sont superbes! Bref, à découvrir absolument!

The property was wonderful. The only issue is that their check in and check out times are not standard for the industry. Also, the spa closes at 10 on and only opens the next day at 10 which is not very long as check out is at 11.
Lisa
Amazing getaway!
This place is amazing. The rooms are large and well equipped. We stayed in a suite and had a big beautiful deck overlooking a forest. The hot springs and sauna experience were magical. The change I would want is for there to be water in the room and fresh hot coffee served on site.
Sylvester

Loved everything about this resort. Will definitely return.
J J
Very nice spot especially for the price. The Nordic spa is fantastic and the rooms are full sized apartments. Even after COVID I hope the keep up with the prepare your own breakfast. My only complaint would be pricing for 1 vs 2 guests. Even when sharing a room the price is almost double. I think an additional 30%-40% would be ideal.

This was a getaway for my Birthday. We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased from the moment we opened the door. My boyfriend's reaction at the moment we opened the door was one of someone very impressed and surprised. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen area was beautiful and fully equipped. Having a separate bedroom area was wonderful with the huge bed. The living room has a huge television and a wonderful
fireplace that warmed up the whole room. It felt like we were at home as we were able to cook for ourselves and eat at the table as we would have been doing at home. I would recommend Kinipi Spa Nordique et Hebergement to everyone but especially to couples who need a romantic getaway.

Super condo! Attention aux details. Impeccable.

Large suite with full kitchen and gaz fireplace and a large balcony. Feels like being at home instead of a hotel room.

Top notch stay at Spa Kinipi and what à treat !
Awesome place to stay and enjoy the amenities. My girlfriend and I rented a 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms along with a full kitchen, cozy living and dining room and to top it off a wonderful gas fireplace. The restaurant on site is both classy with great food. Being a spa, people walk around with snow white everywhere on site including the restaurant which was a magnificent experience. The staff are always ready to provide assistance with a smile that feels genuine. We certainly felt like we we’re in a special place. We had the couples massage by 2 massage therapist who certainly knew how to provide the best massage we ever had. Outside, the multiples pools hot/cold are simply magnificent. Various fireplaces adorned the premises and the sensation of wellbeing is always present.
The site also provide rooms with wood fireplaces for guests who are using the site. An eucalyptus “mist room” and saunas are also available for guests as well. Overall our experience was outstanding, and we plan to return in the near future

Amazing facilities, slow service
The facilities were amazing, service not so much. We stayed at the two-bedroom suite which was excellent. The spa was beautiful and the food was good. However, the service was slow both at the hotel and at the restaurant side. I'd say, take your group of friends there, pack food with you (because the kitchen in the room is great), and you will have a great time.

Everything is beautiful! Totally worth coming! Spa is awesome, staff very nice and facilities are great.
Karine
