Unwelcoming
We brought my daughter’s service dog and hotel staff was not welcoming, restricted us on having the dog in common areas so that my daughter stayed in the room the whole time.

NICE HOTEL

Nice place however only options for water was a vending machine (that was out of water). No room water !?
Debra
Property looked nice but welcome lacking, 2 weddings taking up whole reception area and no help with bags even when we requested it. Staff seemed indifferent. No facility to get any type of drinks near pool area, dirty plates left out for hours.

We just stayed one night with our teenagers. Would have extended stay had we had the time. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed rooms. Nice restaurants on property. Lovely swimming pools. I would definitely recommend.

Comfort of a cheap motel at grand hotel prices
For the price tag, I’d be expecting TP to be softer than the sandpaper I have in my shed. Also, Suspended ceilings in the bathroom and Black water damage stains on the wooden windows.
Come on,…
If it was a 80$ motel, I wouldn’t be surprised. But for a 300$+ room, it is simply sad.
I do not recommand.

Sarah
Very comfortable room and lovely gardens.
Barbara
Pretty place and rooms were lovely and clean. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
Jodi
An ok hotel that could use a update. The hallways are equal to a sauna - not sure why there is no A/C in hallways.
Walls are very thin. We had a wedding party next door and the couple’s child did « Riverdance » on the Headboard the 1st night until 11:00pm. The second night, the kid was more or less quiet but the couple had a LOUD argument.
However, the staff are helpful and friendly. That being said dirty dishes from room derive were left out quite long and the ice machine was filthy with dirty cups left on it’s ledge.

If you don’t play golf don’t bother
Too much queuing. Only one lift. Wait for tables were too long. Even check out was slow. Dining food was ambitious but it didn’t really work. Weird flavour combinations that were complex but not balanced. Even the poolside was crowded

Very nice place!
It is a beautiful place to stay! The property was really nice and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, had comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast buffet (extra $$) in the morning was great, even included an omelette station.

Enjoy a lot activities
The place is in middle of nowhere but have a lot to do, gym, gaming room, pool inside and outside, bar and restaurant! The tv and the shower in the room are old but the bed was confortable and the reception give a good service. The breakfeast buffet was good and under 20$ was a cheap price. But The room was a bit expensive for what we get around 200$ per night.

Awesome hotel
We were in the area for a basketball tournament at the beginning of April. We found this hotel on expedia and decided to pay a bit for a nicer hotel. We were not disappointed!
This hotel was clean and comfortable.
We loved swimming in the heated pools, and soaking in the hot tubs. We left feeling well-rested, relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice with a wonderful pool and outdoor area!
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel because the pool and hot tubs were in a beautiful garden environment also the outside eating area by th fountain was lovely!

Comfortable stay
Welcoming staff, large room with modern decor although the dim lighting and dark colours made both the room and corridors seem rather gloomy. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa, lovely terrace and extensive grounds help to pass the time
Angelo
Hallways and hotel inside needs a bit of a refresh looks a bit old in hallways and bees more entertainment

Loved it!

Great family weekend
The place was great and relaxing. The Auberge provides a nice spa where you can get massages. There is also a nice outdoor spa access which is included in your stay. There is the Parc Ecologique near the Auberge where you can go to have a walk, the Auberge provides all the sport materials if needed such as racket.
I surely recommend this place.

Stop over before Quebec City
It was a very brief stay. The facilities appeared to be nice, very pretty setting. The beds were comfortable and the staff were pleasant.
Jacques
our stay for one night
We arrived at the Auberge on Friday night and left on Saturday morning. Did not have time to use facilities. The soundproofing of the room was excellent. We did not hear any sound from the other rooms.
Wiley
Interesting Stay
The hotel was beautifully landscaped and the staff was very gracious, However, the television was not clear, it had a series of slanted snow lines across every channel. The room next door had a screaming child until about 9 pm followed by a crying baby at 6 am. We ate dinner on the terrace as we didn't have \"formal\" attire which was required for the dining room. The food was mediocre and the poor bartender was out straight trying to manage everyone. We had looked for another place to eat with no luck. We had a wonderful breakfast though the next morning at Le Petit Cafe down the street and should've gone there for dinner the night before, The pool area was lovely, however.

Good for a short break
The hotel is new and well thought out. Front desk staff was amzingly helpful and friendly, and room was excellent. We didn't use the spa/massage facility, but the exercise room, the pool area and the grounds immediately around the pool were all very pleasant, albeit somewhat small. We had dinner on the terrace, and that was disappointing...one young man was running the bar, all of the terrace area and the pool area, and he was stretched. Our appetizers were excellent, but the entrees were poor. The pasta was more like tomato soup with linguini, and the allegedly thin crust pizza was simply awful. We had a great breakfast at the little place opposite (on the golf driving range) the following morning. In summary, good for a short break, esp if doing the Montreal/Quebec tourist thing.

Excellent hotel!
The Auberge Godefroy is the best hotel in the Trois-Rivières area. In addition, the Chef is outstanding. Our stay was exceptionnal. A must.

Lovely hotel
My husband and I and our 10 year old daughters spent 2 nights here. A lovely stay, the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool with waterfall and the game tables. We had an excellent breakfast buffet both mornings with fresh fruit and attentive wait staff. The hotel is across the river from an interesting town (Trois Rivieres) which had a music festival during our stay and was lively and charming.

very nice place to stay
An amazing time with my friend and daugthers. The pools, the spas, wow! I even want to know the brand of the matress, it was more comfortable than mine.
