The room was clean and tidy. There was a door to a balcony which was shared with the next room. The telephone in the room was dead so unable to contact the reception or the front desk..you had to use your cell phone and call the main auberge number.now
The patio was lovely looking out towards the St Lawrence River and watching the Ocean liners..
Dinner on the patio was very good and the service was fabulous.

Room was very nice! Quiet, comfortable beds and beautiful view of the lake

The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The view from the garden and spa is amazing!
Staff is very polite and Nice. We had the mezzanine suite: very Nice and clean. Beautiful view on the lake.
The only reason i gave 4 stars is that some areas would benefit from some TLC and there was no elevator: we were on the 3rd floor and had some luggage for a long week-end stay.

Beautiful spot along the St Lawrence River. Nice and Quiet

Pool is advertised, however unusable since the pool liner was ripped off.
Out door spas were advertised but we were surprised that there was a single one, which was a residential model (room for 6 people when there are many rooms in the inn)
The banks were supposed to be accessible to walk but were blocked off.
\"The inn to make your stay memorable\" and \"offer the gift of luxury\" are advertised on the web page...
Which was far from true. The common areas were humid and smelly, no one made up the room on our 2 night stay, there wasn't even a clock in the room (my daughter constantly had to ask me to check my cell to know what time it was)

Had to reserve for breakfast. The waitress was very charming but the eggs were a tad too cooked

Not a four star hotel, three at a push. Hotel does need renovation. Stayed three nights no daily room cleaning, checking for towels etc. with a four star hotel that can be expected.

The staff in the morning were excellent but when we checked in the previous night the staff at the front desk were not overly helpful - to be fair it may also have been the fact that we had a very long day of travel and weren't in an optimum state of being!
Sophie

Had the joy of staying 2 nights in this gem. You feel like a guest being invited into their home. A definite must stay in the Trois Rivières area.

Very nice inn - on the St. Lawrence River, South of town. The breakfast was outsanding.

The staff were wonderful. Our French is terrible, but the staff spoke English and were very helpful in suggesting places to eat and recommending what to see and do in the area.
Kathleen
Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with a pretty view. A little far away from downtown.

Absolutely gorgeous setting looking down on the river, with so many wonderful amenities, like a fireplace lounge, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, sauna, pool, etc! Stylish interiors, friendly, helpful staff. Stunning sunsets on the water. Beautiful historic mill/museum nearby where you can take a peaceful walk through the forest around the mill pond. Spectacular!

A nice property but the restaurant was closed which was a major inconvenience given the lack of any other restaurants in the area.

Lovely location on the shores of the St Lawrence.
This is a very nice hotel which is beautifully located on the shores of the St Lawrence. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant service and quality of food, both for dinner and breakfast, were very good. Note that there is no lift, and that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. The hotel is a little way outside Trois Rivières, and there are only a couple of other options for dinner in the evening.
Andre
Wonderful stop on the way to Quebec City. Lovely location with the interesting town of Trois Rivieres only 20 minutes away.
Very comfy room and lots of parking. Excellent dining with very friendly staff and staff speaks English if you wish. Nice grounds at beach level. Hot tub could use a sweeping to remove spider webs. Balconies of rooms are shared.

Beautiful area, in a quiet place. Highly recommand.
Jennifer
Wonderful hotel with a great view of the St. Lawrence River. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The only down-side was no elevator, but the front desk clerk helped us carry our luggage to the third floor. Would definitely stay again.
James Charles
This property has the best kept secret restaurant. Amazing restaurant. Kudos to the chef! Beautiful property with stairs to the beach.
Kenneth
Beautiful location, very peaceful, wonderful staff and fantastic restaurant
Jodi
Not at all as advertised! Run down in. Very small. No amenities. Not worth the trip. Very disappointing! :-(
Christopher
Room was big, bed was comfy. Decor a little dated. Although we knew about stairs only, spiral staircase was awkward. Outdoor menu was good, fairly priced with good craft beer options.

Nice staff and place overall. There was unfortunately lots of spider webs in our ceilings.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Sylvie
This resort like auberge is just WoW and Amazing. Fantastic staff, great spot.
Katherine
A fabulous inn. Quiet, calm, relaxed, yet high quality service, amenities and food. A stunning site on the St. Lawrence river, with thoughtful maintenance of grounds (and lawn chairs) to allow for contemplation of the view.

Okay hotel outside of Trois Rivieres
The hotel is nice, but not 4-star nice. The breakfast service was subpar, and the outdoor restaurant closes way too early. Also, there's no elevator, and no one to help you with your bags up the stairs; fortunately we only had to go up one flight of stairs. The room we reserved was advertised as having room for three people, but we had to pay extra for a cot when my daughter decided at the last minute to join us. Staff was very nice.
Matthew
Nice low-key property with beautiful views of the St Lawrence. No elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags if you're above the first floor!

The man at reception was very nice. We got lost and got to the hotel quite late , he phoned the restaurant so we could have dinner. This is a lovely spot away from the crowds in the cities. We walked on the beach, had a delicious French breakfast and rested after being treated poorly in Quebec City.

very welcome staff , the room was a little bit old and stinky when we get in, its smelled like the room wasn't used for a long time, but AC and open window did their job.
the diner was eatable but not WOW, however , the breakfast was very good, the only one thing i was missing its fresh vegetables with diner and breakfast.
the rest was very nice, clean, calm, wonderful staff, beautiful landscaping, close to Trois- Rivers city .
thank you will definitely recommended to my friends.

The property is well maintained with stairs leading to a fire pit and the waterfront. The 8 person spa was in a secluded area near the patio. The dining room is staffed by an excellent chef and attentive waitress. Top notch fare that impressed me. I came here through a recommendation and will tell others.

Comfortable and spacious with a view
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view to the St Lawrence river was excellent and there was a nice balcony off the room (shared) that allowed you to sit outside. The building was a bit dated in decor. That is no issue for me. It was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful given that we did not speak any French.

This is a great place and a very pleasant find. Jesse checked us in and went out of his way to help with the room and late dinner reservations.
Dinner was delicious, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was incredible.
The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel.
