Our room was clean and the flooring was newer. The hotel was older and I felt the hallway carpet needs to be replaced.
There was a tour bus having breakfast when we went down, so we couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast.

My day was short, but the room was clean and the hotel was quiet and clean
Liette
Jared
Great location. Amazing service.

Mario
This hotel is now above lifetime. It must be renovated big time.
Sandra
Joey
Decent place for a nights stay

Was expecting better. Front desk....unable to communicate in either French or English, hard time understanding the rapid mumbling. The morning front desk was too busy with her cell phone to pay any attention to anything. The wifi? Sooooooo bad! 1 bar connection in a chain hotel?!? Come on! It's 2026. Trois riviere isn't a 1200population village. Breakfast? Better off to go across the street to Tim Hortons.
All this to say, pretty abysmal for the price.

The room was clean but this hotel needs a renovation. The floors are lifting in areas.

Good value for money. Good location.
Amenities are in poor condition though.

I found a long black hair in my bed, the pillows were rock hard. 2 coffee kcups but only one coffee mate. No hair dryer (thank God I brought mine).
JULITA
Very accommodating even we arrived so late

Beds were uncomfortable. Asked for a rollaway bed/cot to be placed in room on phone before arrival. Was advised it would be. Staff said no when I arrived potentially a language barrier which is understandable. However manager(i think) said he switched us to queens over doubles. I said i can make that work with out rollaway bed. Was only there for 1 night 10pmish to 9am so didn't make an issue. Had to find staff and ask for ice bucket. Continental was ok but subpar to other days inn. Would probably stay again if price point matched and was on my route through to destination but not for extended stay.

Breakfast ok parking good
First room smelled badly but second room was better. People were knocking on our doors twice during the night which disrupted our sleeping. They were supposedly looking for other people.

Staff was unable to change the credit card on file like I requested due to a manager not available. Room was in much worse repair than the pictures lead you to believe.
Sebastien

The place needs a major makeover. From the outside to the inside everything needs to be addressed. There was ample parking place. However the place fell short of all areas. The room floor was peeling, had gaps. The door latch was missing. For a family of 4, toonie sized soap and a 20 ml shampoo tube was kept in the room. The shower curtain had several holes.
For the price paid, the management could buy shower curtain for rooms on at least the floor we stayed.
Morning breakfast was a disaster too. The bread felt stale, the juice machine broken. Motels have higher standards than this one.
For a Wyndham group hotel this one fell below any standards the group would define.

Bed was note comfortable and we saw two bug in washroom near tub plus first night streaming kids running in always late
Steve
Room had a terrible odour and the staff could not be bothered to be friendly.
Josee
Richard
Several floorboards in the bedroom need repair; there are gaps between the boards. The deck needs some TLC. Tools and materials are lying around on the deck and outside the building. This isn't an outfitter's lodge; it's a hotel. It doesn't look very professional. I expected much better facilities and cleanliness.
Stéphane
Breakfast area was not clean. Dirty dishes , no choice. Went to Tim Horton.
No pressure on shower. Bad inconfortable matress.

Rapport Qualité / prix bien correct. Hotel bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute
Andrea
Breakfast and staff were great! Hotel is in poor condition!
Margarita
Bon accueil, service courtois, chambre spacieuse.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful. The facilities are showing age and in need of repairs. The breakfast is mainly bread and coffee. (Mainly carbs and little protein.)
Dharmarao
Good breakfast to start the day
Yves
Edwin
It is an ok place to stop to rest, for a lower price than most places, clean enough and friendly staff. Could use an overhaul and freshening up but it’s fine.
William
The location was fairly easy to get too. Grounds were clean staff friendly good breakfast before we left. Check-in and check out was easy.

Room was clean upon arrival.
Room was NOT cleaned once during our stay (we were there for 7 days!). I had to ask for clean towels at front desk.
Cleaning staff was rude.
All employees I dealt with at front desk were helpful and welcoming. :).
Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee and food was always “stocked”. Staff kept the room very clean and welcoming. :).
Parking was convenient and accessible to room until large group of guests were allowed to take over parking lot drinking and partying, blocking entrance doors and sitting in lawn chairs throughout parking lot also blocking vehicles entering and exiting lot - also forcing people to park closer to back of hotel.
Overall hotel met needs.

Not Very unhelpful and rude.
Emmanuela
Pas d'ascenseur.
Bill
Outside appearance looks very dated, in room was updated and comfortable
Suzanne
Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits
Bruno

Staff was good and helpful but the place was not very clean. The floors in our room had not been swept. The bathroom had hair in it from previous guests. Beds looked fine though. Rooms needed dusting. Windows were very very dirty. Breakfast room was not extremely clean either. The napkins dispensers were splattered with food and the baby highchair was so dirty that we fed our baby on our knees. The top part of the chair was on the floor in a corner. The breakfast was complete though which was nice with bread, croissants, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, yogourt etc.
Victor
good
