Overall, the place is not clean—neither in the rooms nor in the common areas. The hotel is rather run-down.

The room had 2 water leaks one from the ceiling above the sink and another one beside the bed that was soaking the carpet.
the door barely closed so the wind was whistling through the crack of the door all night
When i was on my way to the reception to complain about the leak, 2 girls stopped me and said that i should go accompanied by another person, as the man at reception was making them feel uncomfortable. This made me not go to reception at all.
The pool was out of service

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very dirty, needed maintenance and poor customer service
Veronica
Wouldn’t of booked if we read the reviews
Booked in staff was friendly, got to our room looked nice but closer look dirt found on floor which was missed by cleaning staff.
Light over sink didn’t work no real biggie but still?
Got in bed we were tired long day, 5mins in bed something cut my eye it was a bedbug scampering across the sheets towards my wife.
I killed it, we quickly got up and packed up
Went to front receptionist and told him about it. He looked like he didn’t believe me and wanted me to go back with him to the room so we did and I showed him the bug and a quick Google search It was a bed bug.
He asked what did we want to do? This was at 1 AM. I said we wanna get an another room to late to leave we figured.
No apology just blank look gave us a new room on the second floor. We went up to this room and did a big search in the sheets just to make sure found hairs in the bed and crumbs. We cleaned off the bedsheets so tired we went to bed anyways.
Kept our clothes on and stayed the night.
Next day when we checked out, we mentioned to the new front receptionist and he didn’t give us no apology only a blank look didn’t say anything to us.
After reading the views, somebody else had the same room that we were in Rm 101 had bedbugs a couple weeks earlier!!!
Sad we mentioned this to the front receptionist so obviously they knew that room had bedbugs and I told him to not give that room out. He never said anything.
Will not be staying here anymore.

Property doesn’t look like much from the street, but it was nicer inside. Decent breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower. Conveniently located. I’d stay here again if I’m ever in the area.
Alexandra
Wendy
Do not stay at this motel, it is not worth it. The pictures do not accurately depict this place. The first room was atrocious, water damage, mould on the floor, trim and wall. The second room at least didn’t have mould, but there was a very loose facet, a hole in the wall they covered with a nightstand and the shower knob came off. Our window looked out to a wall and entry so you couldn’t open your curtains.
Mike
Heating was not functioning and telephone for room service was not functioning, toilet not flashing properly

May 29, 9’c outside, they already turned off the heating system and it’s 15’c in the room. As the staff for a portable heater and the only thing coming out of their mouth, “you can go somewhere”. Not recommended at all.
Brody
If I had known that the rooms don’t have individual thermostats, or heating, I wouldn’t have booked. I called front desk for assistance with room heat, staff said they’d come show me, only to arrive and tell me it’s A/C only. Staff told me it was hot & summertime so heat wasn’t necessary. Outside temp was barely 40 and inside felt not much warmer. I shivered all night long. Staff member had attitude when I asked or extra blankets, they arrived with cigarette holes in them. Very over priced and out dated. Water temperature during shower would continuously fluctuate. Also, I was told check out was 12, staff woke me up at 10:20 and had me leave early. I would not recommend this place

A very old hotel that is in need of major renovations.
I didn't feel safe sleeping in this hotel.
The parking area is very dark.

There is NO air conditioning in the rooms and no way to open windows to ventilate. Our bathroom faucet in the bathtub would not shut off. They moved us to a different room and the batteries for the television remote were dead and when I tried to call the front desk, the room phone didn’t work.
Never again!

Rhe toom was gross. Sand and gravel all over the floor. Severly understaffed. Fully booked hotel worh a single employee on a Saturday night. No maintenance workers and no manager. Rot and mold at the base of the walls, hair in the beds, leaky bath faucets, insufficient breakfast food, expired creamers that curdled in our coffee, trash from other rooms lining the hallways with no housekeeping available until the following day.
An insulting experience overall.

There is dirty and visibly stained carpet all over the place. Don't be fooled about what it says on the website: there is no gym and no pool. The food is safe, but no gourmet either. The door handle was broken, they knew about it but didn't fix it before or during our stay. The sink and the bath were blocked before I arrived. They allow pet without supervision so two dogs in different rooms kept barking throughout the evening at each other even after multiple guest complaints. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Better rooms at local motels. Save money and go eat your breakfast at a local restaurant.
Lucye
Our room needed a fresh coat of paint. The walls were stained.
Joe
The staff was exceptional, but this hotel has seen better days. Rooms were clean, but don't count on the breakfast unless you like cereal. At least you're close to restaurants
Adam
Pictures are not matching the actuals. I know they are still renovating but we felt it while we are there. The price we paid is not worth it. 😒

Quiet

The hotel in general is good. We had no issues with bringing our dog with us.

Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. In the morning, there was a continental breakfast with a wide variety, which was very good! Cons: The hotel is very large, but the doors near the parking lot were either closed or malfunctioning, which was very inconvenient because it was cold outside, and at night you really didn't know where to go to get in. Another inconvenience was that you couldn't change the room temperature. Finally, the noise was very loud; we had neighbors who were very noisy, and their children were running through the hallways, and it was unbearable. If you're looking for a place to rest for one night, this is a very good option, but only if you're lucky with your neighbors!

Lots of parking n quiet. Also clean

Quiet place..

Cristina
Staff was quiet, but courteous. The room was ok. The corridors and rooms don’t smell very inviting.

This is a very tired hotel. The bathrooms need a good cleaning and the windows and doors need insulation from the cold. Also, you get a sheet- no duvet, no blanket. This is hardly a 1 star hotel. My friend had ants in her room and another was given a room with severe water damage.
Mariana
There is potential with this hotel. The pictures are showing the better rooms than what you will get most likely. The room needed a deep clean. The sheets and bedding were clean. But the nooks and cranny’s of the room were not. Not 100% a comfortable stay but it did get the job done. The parking lot was an alluring feature.

The room felt pretty neglected. The paint was peeling in places, the heater was strong but the bottom was so dusty. The shower curtain holder was rusty. The place felt a little uncared for. The mattress comfort was fine, the linens seemed clean. The dining room was large. The breakfast was mediocre. The diner down the street was solid. Hotel is in industrial area, close to Walmart, Costco, other shops and was not far from where we were visiting. Would not visit this hotel again.
SARA
Easy parking, no carpet, was able to open the window, great staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast.
Christiane
Clean rom and the warm .breakfast
Pierre-Luc
Yannick
gret spot for the price
Michel
Sharon
The clerk at the front desk was rude and scary. The hotel was run down and the parking lot was unlit. In my over 30 years of travelling both domestically and internationally this was hands down the worse experience I have encountered.

#1) Outdoor lock loose and appeared unsafe.
#2) Front desk clerk incapable of engaging in simple English.
#3) Pass keys (magnetic cards) frequently did not allow entry from parking lock once out. Including into room.
Had to get clerk to check them. 2x
#4) No microwaves in rooms. And to find one was difficult because....
#5) ...because the way-finding signage was extremely poorly defined if at all present.
#6) Wheelchair ramp unsafe...in fact possibly hazardous. Cracked and leaning nuel posts, uneven floor boards and loose or detached spindles.
This is definitely a safety hazard and should be attended to immediately.
#7) In room...a couple of spiders and poorly finished bathroom. No privacy between sink for washup and main room.
#8) In room a wad of somebody's hair was lying on the floor completely visible. I'd say the cleaning crew is negligent or uncaring.

No microwave in the room . When I asked about it I was told I could find one under the staircase
Jack
The room had a terrible smell and the carpet was dirty and frayed. Under the chair cushion was stained and wet.

This property should be condemned - it was an absolutely disgusting building. It looked abandoned - and probably should be.
