This small property is directly across from the south end of Patong beach. It’s convent to walk to most of the most popular attractions in Patong. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Front desk clerk needs training
Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ?
Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key
Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in
Room key worked variably as well.
Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a sea view suite which was excellent and the rooftop pool was wonderful. Cleaning staff were amazing and really friendly but the reception staff barely spoke and made you feel like an inconvenience if you asked them anything.

The room had spider, insects crawling on the bed, insects crawling on rhe floor and COCKROACHES yes right cockroaches I caught two in one night crawling in the middle of the room and that was when I went down to the reception asking for an explication and guess what they had no service staff or any staff at 11 pm othern that the receptionist, what a joke
I checked out midnight and left the horrible smelling full of insects hotel. Don’t be fooled by the photos-as I was it is a no no hotel due to hygiene standards.

Terrible evening reception

We arrived at the hotel at 6 in the evening after a long trip and the reception was as terrible as you can imagine. The guy at the reception was rude and not accommodating at all. He kept asking for more money at arrival.

In addition to that, the room door had to be fixed upon arrival and the basin was clogged too.

They hardly understand english and kept making mistakes in everything. It was exhausting explaining things to them.
The morning lady was nice and the hotel was nice too. The swimming pool was the best part.

If you want to book here, be ready to have an exhausting experience. If you can compromise on that, then the location is perfect on the patong beach.

Another thing. They say they understand but then do everything wrong and argue with you that you were wrong. So exhausting.

This was our best stay in Thailand. The staff was fabulous. Helped with the tours (booking, car service, and safety.) recommended what to do locally, and overall just extremely pleasent to chat with! Toey was our favorite, the star of the hotel!

The new roof-top pool was beautiful and the view was gorgeous!

Rooms were cleaned daily as long as you put your tag on the door. Will return on our next holiday to Phuket!

Roof top swimming pool badly need maintenance. Many tiles missing, foot can easily get cut. It would be nice if room floor is carpeted instead of just cement. Wall also will be nice to be painted instead of just cement. Location is good, directly facing the sea, walking distance to shopping and makan places.

The room was nice and well decorated. But the pool looks awful.
The tiles are loosening from the bottom of the pool. You need to take care to not hurt your feet. The pool needs maintenance urgently.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean and staff was super nice! However, the hotel is NOT in the condition Expedia mentioned when I booked the trip. I booked a room for 6 got 2 king beds, rooms are super small, bathrooms smelled like mildew probably the shower curtain, the rooftop pool needs major remodeling all the tiles are coming apart and broken step to get out of the pool, the rail work looks like my 6 year old did it, no AC in the lobby so as soon as you walked in the hotel it felt like a sauna, I had booked the room with a pool inside the room but when we got there instead we had 2 conjoining rooms, so our party was somewhat separated, spa/room service wasn’t always available, low staff, difficult to communicate when had questions from the language barrier, the elevator doesn’t stop at every floor so we had to carry our heavy luggage up stairs, and the pool outside the front lobby was extremely filthy almost looked like muddy water!

Perfect spot to be if you want to be in the party zone but quiet enough to sleep and have the peace of the beach view. There is a 7-11 next door and a good massage place to relax next door also. I was hesitant to stay in Patong but I wanted to do some clubs and get into the scene a cpl nights, so it was really good to be here and either tuk tuk or walk to Bangla and shopping. Patong beach isn’t the best beach but we rented scooters to go see the big Buddha and the elephants. We went all around Phuket with scooters to other beaches and ventured in Patong at night. The hotel was perfect for sleeping and simple amenities, plus it was clean with the staff being very helpful. . The pool is small but nice and the outdoor cafe as u walk out the door to the right is perfect for coffee and a fruit shake in the morning. If you are looking for a resort feel then it is not for you, but if you are looking for a Air bnb feel then it is perfect!

I loved the hotel. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because you cant flush toilet paper in toilet. You have to put tissue in bags like dog poop bags. Gross experience. Also at check out they told us we had to pay for towels because one was missing. A few minutes later after they found towel.

The swimming pool is dirty, a lot of dead bugs in the pool.
The bathroom is very slippery, the tile has no slip resistance.
The staff are not as friendly and helpful as other comments.

The hotel is not very large. All the staff are very welcoming and welcome drinks are waiting to welcome guests. I chose a room with a beautiful view of the sea, the hotel has a swimming pool, fitness center for guests. The hotel is not far from the beach. The beach is clean. The sun is not very hot. Very beautiful sunrise very beautiful. I will return to stay with friends.

*should provide 2 key access to room for convenience as my helper and baby is sleeping in the room and we don’t have extra key to enter. We feel bad to ask the staff to help us open the door all the time even though they didn’t complain and willing to help us.

The room was nice, big, clean. No complaints there, except the view coulda been better, we had a view of a moldy tin roof, the street and a bit of ocean.
The lady working the front desk was rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t acknowledge you till she paused her show she watched on her phone. The hotels not very big or busy and we had to wait to check in. Only place in Thailand that made us wait.
The rooftop pool would be so much nicer if they cleaned it.. maybe replaced the tiles that are all over the place and maybe cleaned the windows so you could see the panoramic view.

We booked ocean view and loved our view. Room was spacious but its walls and floors are finished concrete, extremely clean and very smooth but some people might prefer something more. We had a kitchenette that allowed us to eat in our room. 7/11 next door. It’s at one end of Patong Beach but quiet at night except for some occasional traffic noise. The hotel had great A/C. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watched the sunrise from the roof and sunsets off our balcony Room 304. Airport transfer is not included in the price but they will help set it up. No shade at pool but amazing view. All excursions we booked through Expedia before we went, great experience and price was same as when we arrived. All Phuket tours were extremely professional and courteous service and staff!

Only problem was having to throw toilet paper in a trash bin other than the normal toilet. Very inconvenient while using the toilet, sign says dont throw anything in toilet and if it clogs up you pay fine, smell was noticable from drain. I try to boil hot water twice a day and put it down the drain but smell was persistent.

They charged us for everything, even bringing a guest over. I am not the type to rate hotels but the hotel it self was fine but the staff are really bad. Also they charge you for everything. If you clog a toilet they make you pay. That is not our fault that your toilets are messed up. Bringing a guest over too. Its a good hotel woth a bad staff that thinks about money.

Within walking distance to a lot of things including a night market. If you get a sea view it can be a little loud. Pool is also falling apart but the beach is right across the street so it doesn't matter too much. The hotel will give you major discounts on certain tours so definitely ask if you're interested

Advertisement on their Expedia page didn't specify exactly what I had booked. Thinking I was booking a room with a bath and sea views. I ended up with a room facing onto a orange wall of another hotel, a bathroom with no bath, no windows at all and almost unbearably drainage smell. We asked for the drains to be looked at. The manager assured us that the plumbing from downstairs would be fixed and the smell would be gone. 7 days after asking for the drainage to be fixed. I followed up, to be told that the manager was getting into it 7 days after it started. I eventually asked for a room change. I was given the offer to down grade from my already average room at a cost of double my original booking fee per night.
Overall great location, unprofessional manager and below average services.
If the cleaning ladies weren't so lovely we would have moved hotels.

I’d like it more in different town. Patong was a bit too raucous to fully enjoy the hotel. Not their fault. If you really want a Patong experience however, I’d stay there. A previous guests socks and dust bunnies under the bed was affected the room rating. I’ve seen much worse in ritzier places. Didn’t notice that until double checking prior to leaving. Easily fixed, and I’m sure they will as they are very accommodating and responsive to guests.

Noise from all night party

It is a present hotel, ,room is about 3 stars standard but with breath taken view of the Patong Beach bay. However, what we did not expect was the all night party , the hard rock music make our rooms vibrate at times. Some time it stops at 1 am, some time all night, most often it lasted until 3 am which is quite disturbing.

Wonderful little hotel, we enjoyed the delivery of drinks and food the the scenic pool, staff is very helpful and friendly, there was no rollaway bed despite announcing it online but we managed with the small couch, hostal is located at the southern end of Patong Beach where the peach is durty due to the closeness of the river mouth, so havin an exceptional pool is important and this hotel exceeded our expectations.

ROOM 210 fabulous views of beach, even had bath tub in room overlooking beach, lovely clean pool on top of hotel hut could do with bit of maintenance for broken tiles, hotel staff friendly and helpful, breakfast in hotel was delicious, rooms cleaned and bedding changed every day. Would defo recommend to anyone think of going to Patong.

The layout is nice, food good, pool deteriorating (tiles falling off) gym is mainly a cardio setup.

The room was a little small but was all that was needed when your out a lot. It was a very clean hotel which made you feel comfortable. The rooftop pool is amazing, incredible views and picture perfect also perfect for soaking up some sun rays. The staff are so helpful, lovely, welcoming, warm and friendly. This hotel is not in the centre of all the clubs so it's nice and private but it is also in walking distance from markets, restaurants, clubs and pubs. It's also directly across from the beach so the beach is literally 3 meters away so I would definitely say the location is perfect.

I reserved 3 different rooms since we were a group. I specifically asked for rooms with a view and double beds not single king; moreover asked for rooms to be on the same floor. All this before arriving and through mail they said it was all taken care off. First of all airport transfer is not complementary as they state you have to pay them from 1500 to 2000 Bht. We arrived at the hotel to a terrible front desk, lady was rude and I'll mannered. Surprise none of my requests mentioned before were made. We asked for at least one room for early check in since we needed to put our bags. The front desk lady was even more rude to reply and after an quarrel we ended up leaving our things at the front desk. This place i's constantly vI sited by tourists, I think they should train their staff or simply hire some new people. As to the rooms, nothing fancy typical rooms. When we got in rooms had a strong humid smell, if you check sides of the building you will see black mold growing. We needed an extra towel and got scolded once again by the front desk saying they could not provide. Food service is terrible, if your thinking great Thai cuisine forget about it. Location is the only thing going for this place. But there are other better options close by. If you take my advice just choose another hotel in the same road there are plenty.

Bug infested and not kept up with cleaning

We paid extra to stay in the room with the pool. We expected it to be nice and a fun experience. First off, it was filled with mosquitos, we had to ask them to come spray the room. Then the walls had mold and we personally wiped them down with antibacterial wipes. The pool itself was not clean and it was difficult to enjoy with all the mosquitos in the air. The linens and bed were not comfortable. They provide cheap shampoo and conditioner that smells like detergent. I would recommend spending a little extra for a better hotel.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Excellent services and situate right at the end of Patong Beach, away from all the commotion and rowdy crowd. Pad Thai here earned 4.5 stars. The hotel even provide a nice umbrella, beach tot, and plenty of beach towel.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. Upon my arrival they had decorated my room and bed with rose petals for my birthday. They were very attentive to me during my stay making sure I had everything that I need whenever they saw me in the lobby area. My room was smaller than I expected but it was okay since I was alone.

Absolutely loved my stay. They're not at the service level of big chain hotels used to foreign guests, but did help me with everything I needed. Doesnt look much from the outside but the hotel is a total winner inside. My room was absolutely dreamy, spacious, and I woke up to sunrise over the sea between the hills. Just lovely. I had the spa bath with a view too. Bathroom definitely my favourite part! Actually I called ahead to make sure my room had a bath before booking on Expedia. They said yes but turned out that room type didnt include bath, so they upgraded me to the spa bath room. Highly recommend that room for sure. Has a little balcony too so I could afford to turn off the aircon and let some air in.

Also has a little kitchenette, water everyday, everything worked like a charm. Rooftop pool is nothing grand but the view is definitely grand. With a small hotel like this, you can even enjoy the pool to yourself.

Staff organized my taxi to the airport. When I showed up late, driver was still waiting patiently.
They also allowed me to check out late for a small fee, which helped immensely.

Room looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The staff was nice and the food was really good at the hotel. The pool was dirty and that area could use a little updating. Our shower didn't really drain at all but other than that everything was great

Fabulous hotel, directly opposite the beach & pier

Fabulous hotel, brilliant room with sea view and balcony.
Stayed at hotel for two weeks, we requesed a sea view room but didnt even imaging that i could actually lie in bed and watch the sea. My last vision before sleeping was the moonlight sparkling on the sea and on opening my eyes of a morning was the sea in all of its glory. .. stunning.

nice room and location. service lacking and no mention when booking of construction work taking place at the top of hotel where pool area was. shame because it had great views of Patong beach.

No complaints except that you should be expecting it to be noisy throughout the night with an array of tuk-tuks and other things from the \"beach road\".

For those who like firm beds, this hotel definitely does not offer one that is remotely \"firm\".

An average hotel across from beach

Stayed here one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor is nice and updated. The bathroom door was broken and the shower head was really low... so be careful if you're taller than 5 foot 4, but then remember you're in Asia :) Anyways a average place if you can get it

Nice find in Bangkok

Great stay altogether. It is very easy to get around and the staff is friendly. The Caturday Cat Cafe is nearby, which was a fun experience. It is very family oriented so there are a lot of kids. I booked this for less than $60 a night so it was super worth it.

Great rooftop Pool, Not very impressed.

We were disappointed in the \"seaview\" rooms we booked, which were completely blocked by the power lines/transformer which are around 4 feet from the balcony, so there really wasn't a seaview per se. We asked for a different room that's not obstructed, to which they had none, and they provided us with a partial seaview room which turned out alright, but with no compensation whatsoever.
It's at a good location, away from the crowded area of Patong, however, there is a pier right in front of the hotels, which gets really busy during the day due to people coming and going. As well as cruise ships dropping off/picking up people everyday when we were there in November for 4 nights.
Hotel staff were mostly helpful, especially the person working at night, the rooftop pool provides are great vantage point. Given the score was 4.1 out of 4 on Hotels.com, I was optomistic about it, but was not too impressed overall.

Nice, modern and quiet location.

Easy check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and modern and had everything i needed. Location was away from the hustle and bustle of Patong yet close enough, just a few minutes walk to anything you would need. Wpuld recommend to others and would stay again. Rooftop pool was a nice touch albeit pretty small.
