The bed was rock hard, never felt a harder bed. Staff did not assist in showing me the parking rules, so I had my bike chained up right in front of the hotel. Staff was rude when mentioned they should most likely let foreigners know where to park. Lots of noise from neighbors, thin walls. Booked this from the US and didnt think it would be that bad, but rest was impossible.

Stayed here in January 2026. Let me start by saying all the interactions I had with the staff were excellent. Front desk people were super nice and responsive. Cleaning and maintenance staff were also great.

The location is also really great. Close to the beach and on a relatively quiet street with a great food court across the road and 7-11 right there.

The staff, no matter how great they are, can compensate for the integrity of the building, nor the behavior of the other guests.

I was in the Loft Wing 3rd floor. There was a door that joins the adjoining room. The gap of the door allowed me to look directly into their room and they could into mine. When they talked it was as if they were in my room.

I was constantly awoken by loud speaking guests having a party in the room next door. It was like having them standing right beside me. I was supposed to stay 4 nights and paid 4 nights but these guys were so loud at 5 am or even 6 am that I was only getting 4-5 hours of sleep and checked out after 3 nights.

The room was very clean and cleaning staff did a great job. Bed was very hard. Pillows were great. Lighting of the room was really weird. No shower curtain so water got everywhere.

Not very secure either. No deadbolt on the door.

Check in lady was very nice and friendly. Had a short 2 night stay here. Room was big and sufficient. Balcony was a nice addition The pool was in the building i was at too. It was empty most of the time which was nice.

There was dedicated parking just outside the hotel too which made me feel safe to leave my motorcycle there.

However, the only negative for me was the water temperature at the shower. it is either very hot or very cold. there was no inbetween. Once you think you managed to get the temperature right, the temperature fluctuate every few seconds from scalding to freezing.

Everything else was good except for the shower which is a waste.

We stayed in the “family rooms.” It was two rooms with two beds in each room. Each room had a door but only one door actually opened. It also had two bathrooms but the shower in one had several holes in the bottom so the water drained not down the drain but elsewhere into the floor. It also felt like you were in danger of falling through. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they said they have known it for a “long time” but it couldn’t be fixed. The second bathroom had a tub with a shower wand but no shower curtain so we could only take sit-down showers.

Another issue was that we could only have one key which caused difficulty with four people coming and going for a beach vacation.

They claimed to have a swimming pool but it was two buildings away on the fifth floor and was the size of two hot tubs. Not convenient.

Our room was on the fourth floor. Mind you the lobby, hallways and small elevator were not cool and the temperature was in the 90s every day of our stay so it felt like you were in a sauna until you entered your room. We got off the elevator on the fourth floor then had to go down two sets of stairs, through a landing, and up another flight of stairs. Very uncomfortable on a good day but extremely stressful with luggage. See picture attached.

Fortunately the location was great but since all money was nonrefundable we stuck it out for our six day stay.

Location FOODIE!!!!

Located right next to the beach.
But even better for me next to a food court.
Laundromat, massage shop, whatever you need all within walking distance. Bangla road is just the down the way.

So for me this hotel was all about location. But what did set it aside was it's nice bathtub. After soaking in the ocean all day it was good to come back and soak in a hot bath.

One thing I found odd.... Not that I needed. But to bring anybody back to your room, it's an additional 500 baht

The hotel location was very convenient as it was walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff was very polite and kind but there were a few things we weren’t made aware of before checking in as we booked through Expedia. They require $2000 baht room deposit CASH only upon check in so have money available. They do a walk through of your room upon check out to make sure everything is in order before giving you your deposit back; this took about 10-15 minutes. The couch in our room had multiple existing stains which made us not want to sit on it. They don’t allow durian and mangosteen in your room and will give you a fine if they see it; housekeeping will notify management and they will send you a warning letter with pictures. Their pool/jacuzzi was down during our visit so we didn’t get to use that. Overall, it was a good stay. Just wish we were informed of certain things in advance before booking.

I cannot rate TOO harshly because I knew what I was getting into when booking it and seeing the reviews. I do think many of the poor reviews are from people thinking they were getting some resort property. However, with that being said, the pictures posted by the property are not a good representation, check out google maps street view for a more realistic image. We loved that it was so close to Patong Beach as we are young and love the business and accessibility to bars, restaurants, etc. However we found it odd that the hotel has an entire separate building down an alley, which seemed to be empty other than the rooftop pool. When the front desk lady showed us to where it is, I was very confused as to what was going on there. Anyways, my biggest gripe about my stay was the fact that we, quite literally, woke up in pain each morning as the “mattresses”, are box springs. I am not one to stay in the hotel a lot on vacation, but a comfortable bed is a must and by my last night, I was almost in (happy) tears thinking about sleeping in a different bed. The best part of this property is the distance to the beach, and the nice woman with glasses that was at the front desk for most of our stay. I have also never had to wait while they inspect my room before check out, but I guess since they didn’t have us put down a credit card at check in, this is somewhat fair. The elevator also was out for part of our trip which would have been frustrating if we had to carry our bags up and down.

Motel was central to beach, shopping and dining. The room was in B building which housed the pool though didn't get to use. Thankfully had an elevator and the room had a safe which was not secured to wall and it went into alarm when I tried to set code. There was coffee no tea making facility provided and the bathroom was a shower over bath which is a worry as there was no shower curtain and water splashed onto very shiny tile floor, onto the toilet including the t/paper but the water pressure was constant and hot. One tiny soap was provided and there was a pump bottle of something possibly shower gel but not sure as it was on the sink thus thought was hand wash and if needed to shave there was no plug for the sink to do so. The king bed was very firm and the single was plank hard. Overall the room was ok and quiet but overpriced for what you get.

With 2 big bags. Total inconvenience. Our room was nice and clean. Only stayed 1 night so didn't use any of the facilities

The hotel front shown when you book is not the property that you stay at, it’s the hotel down the street. Reception is basically in a 7/11. The building we stayed in is next door in an alley way with zero security and the door is always open(propped open). Our safe didn’t work. Beds were super uncomfortable and hard. Phuket in general is a huge let down and this hotel didn’t make it any better. We left a day early.

It is close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. They have a pool on the roof of a nearby building. There is a hot tub on the roof that does not work. There was no hot water the first couple of days. They sent a repair crew to fix it and they tore out the bathroom wall leaving me without a bathroom and getting construction dust on everything. They eventually moved me to another room. The staff is young and friendly but not as helpful as you could hope for.

Only location is good not much rest. Weird smell was coming in the bedroom. Main safety issue was sharp chips coming put in the spa and my daughter cut her foot finger with it and we didnt use spa again. Also lock never worked. Technician came 2 to fix and claimed it fixed but was never fixed and he never came back. Toilet paper holder fell and reported few times but no one came to fix it.

At check out time they bring out old towel and said we stained it
with food and they cant clean it and charged 500bahts. We never had any food in the room and towel was too old and we never had that towel in our room but they said they will deduct from our deposit never believed us. Overall very poor service.

Great stay here. The staff were all friendly (especially Ling and Aria), my room was big, spacious and clean. It even had a bath! The location was perfect too, 5 mins to Patong beach one way, Bangla Road and the town 5/10 mins the other way. Would recommend!

The only \"downside\" would be that the air conditioning machines on the balconies are noisy, and the curtains aren't blackout (very sheer!) so you might need an eye mask if you prefer pitch black. It was fine for me though.

Great location! Literally less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Coming out of the property you get the pretty affordable food place for 100 Baht a dish, honestly it's better than alot of restuarants around. Then if you come out turn right and then left you get Bangla which is red light district, everything is close to this place. The noises of the busy street is there in the morning if you don't mind it. Great staff the place is decent but i love my bathroom super super clean but cleanliness is good. House keeping is great, and wifi is alittle slow but over great affordable place with great breakfast. Taxi service from the hotel and to is cheap for this place also and deposit 1000 baht in cash and they return it to you right away. Great place if you are on a budget and want easy access to the beach.

Very good location, food market literally across hotel made it very convenient (my family loves Thai FOOD). Another positive was location in respect to the beach, it is literally located approximately 100m from beach. Staff is friendly we ended up with two bedroom apartment in stead of room for four which was a nice surprise since I traveled with my adult kids this vacation. It is an older property but well maintained.
On a negative side is pool and spa that looked nothing like pictures. Because of that no one spends any time there. For us it wasn't a deal breaker since we preferred beach this time, but comparing to other hotels in the area that we have visited in the past- this area has to be upgraded very soon. Going back to pros, it wasn't the greatest food ever but they have a breakfast buffet that is more than sufficient to keep you full for the first part of the day.
Generally speaking would definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

We stay at this hotel for three days. We all have 14 adults and 1 children. So far the hotel was good and the staff are very helpful and friendly especially staff name SAM . The room was clean and comfortable. Next time will choose again this hotel.

Great location. The room that we booked(family room) is located at another building,we requested for change of room to the main road building. Family room comes with 2 connecting rooms with one king size bed, 2 single beds. Hotel breakfast is simple at 150baht and my most favorites are tasty pork minced meat congee,pancakes,waffles. Recommended for big group of travellers with budget cost travellers.

Hotel needs some attention. Its getting a little run down. Pool and jacuzzi areas need to be fixed. Aircon leaked constantly in my room......\"repaired\" every second day.
The staff were amazing and the housekeeping was great. Overall the hotel was kept very clean but just needs to be maintained better which is not the staffs fault. The owners need to spend a little money to bring it back up. I would stay there again but they would need to update some things.

Wow, what a fabulous find.
Wanted a break from another noisy hotel and tried here.
In the heart of Patong with action all around but 2 adjoining rooms that were quiet in a separate building. 100m from the beach.
Typical gracious Thai hospitality.
A tour desk with great deals on various trips.
Spotlessly clean room, large room and large comfortable bed, excellent airconditioning. Soooo quiet.
Fabulous breakfast with Western and Asian food.
A blues/rock bar about 100m away with great live music..Doors, AC/DC, Creedence,Cream ie music with words....perfect for those who don't like doof, doof music. Amazingly few patrons . Good cocktails too.

We'll be back.

This place was great.. the people at the front desk are amazing. They can answer any question you have. Walk you to your room and show you around. Anything you want to in Phuket you can find at the front desk as well. Great folks. The hotel itself is located in great spot. Walking distance and centralized from just about everything. I would recommend this place to anyone.

there were no downsides to this hotel. Upon arrival they make you pay a 1000 THB deposit which you get back after your stay if a number of conditions are met as far as room cleanliness and a glass bottle with drinking water is not broken. I have no complaints. It was a good place to stay for one night visit.

Very close to the beach, extremely attentive and accommodating staff. The excursions liaison got me and my friend good deals on trips, and it was overall a great experience. I saw reviews about fake charges for stained towels and such - just behave like a responsible adult and don't permanently stain anything, you'll be fine. The hotel's rules for their rooms are perfectly reasonable (for example I saw a review complaining about fruit restrictions but the rules are fairly standard: no durian -smells terrible- and no mangosteen -leaves permanent stains). This was a great hotel. A little noisy because of the night market across the street but I had no problem sleeping with the AC's white noise and earplugs. Highly recommend.

Had a bad experice with the receptionist. Before they give you they key to your room, you will have to read a note on the table which states that any stained towels will be charged accordingly.

On the second day, after our breakfast, i received a letter which states that i have to pay 500 baht for a stained towel. I went down to have a talk with hotel receptionist and she let a look at the towel which claims to be ours. The towel was not in a good condition and demand me to pay for replacement. But what they did not realise is i did a check on the used towels and found no stain it before i leave for breakfast.

On that particular day at about 11am, an Indian couple were charge 500 baht for a stained towel and they have no choice but to pay for it because they are going to check out and was deducted from the deposit.

For those who wants to stay in this hotel, a piece of advice, request for the housekeeper to check your used towels before you leave for breakfast.

Dont stay here

They are charging 1000 for deposit. Which is i couldnt get back. Its not the same looking as the pictures. Totally different. No windows. Dirty. Stuff is not friendly. They cant solve the problems. They charge 1000 baht for your guest. Which is like buying a new room. Horrible breakfast. Except location, everything is horrible

Misleading hotel with hidden fees

Charge extra for guests. Power went out for hours. Pictures do not represent actual building and location. On the positive nice rooms.

The staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and the night markets for food. The room good (a little wear and tear) for the price paid however everything was very clean and tidy. Will definitely be staying again.
