What a wonderfully experience here at the Homm Bliss.
The view was unbelievable 😍
The pool area was excellent
Everyone smiles, just amazing. The breakfast was very substantial,lots of choice from Asian, continental and a stab at a full English. I was not disappointed at all.

We booked a suite with plunge pool and it was perfect. Didn’t really need the living room but the bedroom was very comfortable. Great bed and linens. Good blackout curtains. Pool was a good size, very private and was cleaned every day. Good bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, though we could’ve done without the urinal! Service in the bar and restaurant was great and food was terrific. Staff all very knowledgeable and helpful. Good location, close to everything but far enough away from Bangla Street for a good night’s sleep.

Homm Bliss Patong consists of two buildings—the older one on the side and the newer one housing the reception. I stayed in an ocean-view room in the older building, which was a decent size for two adults. The room had a spacious bathroom with a large shower, and the balcony was quite big, though many pigeons roosted there. The queen bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving a small gap in between.

Breakfast was served on the second floor of the new building, offering a simple international selection.

The location is very convenient, with a 24-hour 7-Eleven right at the doorstep. At night, food carts line the street outside the hotel, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The beach is within walking distance, and the road leading to Bangla Road is filled with shops and eateries, making it an excellent base for exploring Patong.

The room was really noisy, both from the oversized air-con unit and from the road outside. The cheap sliding glass doors noise insulation was bad. I booked this 3 night stay at this homm bliss because it is part of the banyan tree group thinking that quality is a hall- mark of this group. How wrong was I. I hope Mr Ho KP will read this and do sonething to protect the image of the Banyan tree group

I loved this property, super nice employees. My room was beautiful. Superclean I honestly have nothing bad to say.The food at the restaurant was great & not expensive. Its probably the best food on the beach in. The south beach area. At night it is super quiet and the hotel is located in one of there safer areas. I will be returing to this property, it is now my favorite in Pa Tong

Wonderful stay

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and a few of them have been luxury ones. This hotel is definitely in my top 5. I rented the deluxe suite and the view from the balcony is amazing. The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers and guard on duty have all been phenomenal. The breakfast area while small is sufficient. Pool is sparkly clean. The room is a great size, the jacuzzi is huge, and the bed is very comfortable.

I wish they had a gym and in-house massage/spa services but since there’s plenty very close by it wasn’t a big deal. The conveniently located 7-11 downstairs is also a big plus. I would definitely stay with them again.

Wonderful hotel worth the price

Wonderful service, very near to Patong beach. Convenient with several essential amenities. Near to the heart of Patong with shopping, booze, food and massage. Staffs are friendly and efficient, and they are fluent in English. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Room for improvement: A little card on the telephone to indicate the codes you can dial to e.g. Service and other room. Pillow is slightly too soft but that's personal preference. Hot water sometimes doesn't work too well.

This hotel is located at the southern end of Patong away from all the crowds. Every room has an ocean view and balcony and is the best place to stay in Patong. Additionally there is a 7-11 attached to the hotel where you can get lattes and pastries and snack. The beach is right across the street. I wouldn’t stay at any other property but this one! Rooms are decorated really cute, beach chic! The only place to stay in Patong! Staff was really nice and accommodating!

We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

We have stayed in many properties in Thailand and Phuket. We noticed Homm bliss while staying in Patong in another hotel for twice the price. We booked the last 6 nights of our holiday here staying in an ocean view room. The check-in was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and clean. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning again on our return visit.

Great, quiet beach stay in a popular area

Directly across the small road from the beach, so some rooms have good ocean views. Being at the south end of the beach, it is quieter than most hotels would be in this area. It is a bit further walk to the busy places, but the walk can be done entirely on the beach if one prefers.

It's a bit of an older hotel, but it is in good condition and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

My worst experience ever.
I booked through hotels.com a grand delux room with balcony and sea view.
They give me a very bad room ( I do not think it is delux only superior) without balcony.

I asked the staff to change the room. One of them ( I think his name is Justin) he was not polite or decent at all.
He did not even apologize for the case.
He said that the hotel is booked.
He said if I pay a deposit only He can compensate.

Do not take a risk to book in this hotel especially in superior rooms. You can get same low quality with much lower price.

NB
Breakfast buffet is very poor.
Nothing Halal expect fruits and coffee.
Room service come only upon request.

I hope Hotels.com take An action.

A pleasant stay in The Bliss South Beach

Check in and out was fast. Room was clean except the WC flushing required a couple of flush before able to get rid of all the soil for room 322. Room comes with complimentary soft drink which is not common else where. Even provide poncho for raining day. Breakfast was reasonably good. All staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

This was my 5th stay at this hotel. But never again.

I booked a Deluxe Room. The description clearly mentioned that the room has a balcony. But i got the oldest room with very old furniture and no balcony. After complaining staff told me that I booked a room with balcony. I showed the confirmation with all the details. I was offered an upgrade with additional costs. I didn’t accept.

After a long and unfriendly discussion they assigned another room with balcony and with modern furniture.

I cannot believe that they treat recurring guests without any respect and i felt unwelcomed in this hotel

Everything has degraded since my last 4 stays:
- cleaning was not done on 2 days
- breakfast poor and low quality (no refill of yoghurt, cold eggs ...); eating outside was the option
- most staff behave unfriendly (no smile, no greetings, or unsolicited comments....
- chechout a nightmare (very unfriendly person, took long long time, no information what‘s going on)

So i will not return again

The staff was very friendly. They always greeted me with a big smile particularly Apple. The location is great - not too far from Bangla Road and just across the street from Patong Beach. Also, Paradise and Freedom beaches are very close by taxi. There’s also a 7 Eleven and Family Mart a couple of doors down the street along with Rustic (excellent restaurant) and a massage place (Ayatana?). I opted for the suite. I love how spacious it is. I’ve been here twice and have made a reservation for the Christmas holidays. My only complaint is the security guard that works at night told my female guest in front of me that I had other female guests! I was horrified and embarassed!

Pigeons on my balcony everyday making a mess and waking me in the morning with their humming sounds. I ended up not even using the balcony.
Toilet doesn't flush well. I had to flush the toilet 2-3 times before it cleared. My friend had the same problem in his room.

Nice hotel in a quiet spot away from the mayhem and noise (bars playing very loud music that tries to drown out each other) with two decent pools. Staff were friendly if a little scatty. I booked a transfer to airport which was 30 minutes late turning up and during which time I was put in a taxi and removed by a puzzled guest who had booked it directly! Room was well appointed and very comfortable maybe they should just demand their taxi company live up to their standards.

Breakfast was fine with plenty of choices and eggs cooked to order
Only negative comments were the road noise but if you want a beachfront outlook it comes as a consequence.
We would happily recommend it for a break in Patong

Hotel is right in front of beach. We had booked a standard room (dont) they are dated. We move to suite rooms which are much bigger and with much better views. Rooms cleaned daily balcony with two sun beds and table to watch sun sets. Staff are very good. Hotel bar with happy hour great and two pools both good sun traps. Will come stay here again

The Bliss was blissful

I stayed here for 4 nights (3rd booking within 2 years) and found it great for local access to the beach, bars, shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and quickly realised that I had left some clothes behinds when checking out - lucky for me..

We stayed in the older part of the Bliss. Whilst the decor showed its age, the room was pleasant and exceptionally clean. As for the staff, they were just wonderful. For us the location is very good. Far enough from Bangla Rd to avoid the noise at night, but at the same time more than close enough when it comes to dining and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is excellent staff are great and on top of everything. Location perfect, parking garage for scooters, security guards are helpful and smiling. Fantastic breakfast. I would stay here without a doubt and highly recommend this to anyone. Pool villa suites are best option if it fits your budget.
