This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through.

Although there was a full kitchen, there were no pots or pans, no silverware, no dishes and none available at the office, they said they were all stolen. There were roaches in room and in the microwave. The bathroom was old and outdated. The toilet was loose. Had I not prepaid with a gift card I would have left and debated my money back. I’ve stated extended stay breakfast before it had very good experiences. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The hotel was not to the standards that were presented online. Upon arrival it was rundown, pool was covered with debris and leaves, the hotel room itself had bedbugs and roaches. The tub looked like it was not properly cleaned. I had booked a studio suite with a sofa bed and initially got a 1 single room until having to go back to the front desk.
Upon opening the sofa bed, there was not a new sheet, but yet the old one was balled up and it was covered in food and crumbs. The mattress itself had crumbs as well.

Nothing is to like about this place the exception of clean towels. The pool is not open, basketball court is not complete. The room smells of mold. This is more an apartment complex than hotel, and should not be advertised as a hotel for guests. Had I not pre-booked room we would not had stayed the night.

This is an establishment for folks looking for a bridging option for very little cash and long terms. Additionally, the expense on expedia is wildly inflated compared to the standard rates on site. A lot of finaggling will be needed to receive any sort of refund.

Scene was very dirty! I found a pull in the room i felt was better than the other room. I had to clean the room again and the room was hot even though we had the ac cranked high. The rooms smelled of smoke and Marijuana. There was dead flies, bugs, and a tick. Old trash left in room. Windows were nasty. Couch and chairs stained and dirty. Microwave and oven very dirty. My out of town guests left back early. I left and came back to get my deposit back. I childhoods get refunded or anything because i booked on here. Money wasted!

The pool is closed has been since April and yet they list it as it's open on their facility. The toilet went out second night and ac wasn't running properly had to switch rooms the water and hot water didn't work in the second in the shower had to wait over a night to take a shower and it smelt like mold front manager Julie was rude and acted like I was the problem they will not refund even for their poor quality of service and the condition of the hotel I took two videos of the water and manager situation but I can only add photos unfortunately. We went from a terrible hotel to one that was slightly better. Sadly it appears all the hotels in Columbus are trashy and in awful condition so its choosing from the worst options. I walked into 6 different hotels and they were all absolutely disgusting. At least the staff was nice at this one and it felt safe enough to stay at. Would I recommend it... Never unless you just need a place to sleep for the night. Bathroom was awful the gap in the door you could almost fit a small rodent through.... overall not the best but the staff was incredibly nice.

There was an incident on the property where there was a child getting hurt by a Chris L., Athena, and a Mindy in an adjoining apartment. I reported it to the front desk, security, and finally a passing police officer to try and get the kid help. Nothing was done, the kid continued to cry. I think she was locked in a closet in one of the rooms per the conversation I heard through the wall. Next thing I know, we get kicked out of this hotel - not the guilty party. And I still don't know if the kid is ok. Would not recommend this place.

This place is a nightmare. The first room reeked of mold. The second flooded overnight—ankle-deep water, soaked clothes, ruined phone, no refund. Everything was filthy: mold, peeling wallpaper, broken fireplace, disgusting couch. I had to spend money drying clothes just to leave. The hotel staff? Useless. The manager? Never showed. I should’ve gotten a full refund—$213 plus $350 for the phone. Instead, I got excuses. This dump should be condemned. It’s a health hazard. I’m furious, disgusted, and considering calling a lawyer. Avoid this hellhole at all cost

There was nowhere on the website saying there was a $100 deposit. We got in an uber and the uber said around the corner from the property, a shooting happened recently which did not make us feel safe. We went to breakfast the second day and granted we went 15 minutes till breakfast was over but there was bread in the trash that could easily have been made into toast. The 3rd day we go the breakfast early and everything is turned off. There was also no sign that i couldnt bring a blanket and the lasy running breakfast was pretty rude about it.

This property was so ran down and nasty ! The first room had no heat and smelled like cigarettes and weed finally after complaining 2 times we got moved and that room smelled of sewage (rotten meat) there was hot sauce or something all over the door and floor , the dust on the ceiling fans was 3 inches thick , the walls all through was disgusting and this is just a taste of it ! Called expedite to get a refund and they was still keeping a 180 so we went and bought bleach , Lysol, candles and our own bed linens and made the best of what we could but I’d definitely not recommend staying here !

the customer service was good, especially Tasha who checked us in...not so sure on the housekeeping because it didn't seem like they vacuumed or cleaned anything. We stayed for 4 nights and did make a small mess that needed vacuuming but the mess remained with us the whole stay. We made our own beds and housekeeping didn't remake them. The room was very subpar. The kitchen was stocked with a cutting board, a small serrated knife, one spoon, two forks, 2 butter knives. Some pots. No pans. No other dishes. There was very sad looking coffee maker. The cupboards and drawers were very dingy and dirty. The microwave looked like it could explode while in use. It was very very dirty inside with a chunk missing...how, Idk. The stove was nice...induction stove. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The pillows were a bit lumpy but didn't give us any neck problems. The bathtub drain worked only if you held down the little knob. The knob to turn water on and off was so difficult to pull out. I could've sworn the whole thing was gonna get pulled out from the wall. There was also no hairdryer. I had to go ask for one at the front desk. My biggest complaint is the carpet. This poor carpet was so dirty and nasty. My feet got so dirty from walking on it in just one evening. The next day I went and bought house slippers to wear for the rest of the stay. I did not take them off accept for to shower and to go to bed. I don't know what the other rooms are like but I don't want to know.

Horrible! This place was trashed! Trash everywhere! My husband and i both got bit up by bugs. We only stayed 1 night but paid for 3. His hand is still swollen from the bites 2 days later. I have photos, but hotels.com's review page won't let me add them. Do not stay here there are far better places just 10 minutes away.

I’ve had to live here before from may of 2023 to Aug 2023 and it was wonderful. My kids were having homecoming so I booked a stay here for the weekend since we had such a great experience the first time. We checked in fine but when we got to the room there was this odor. We opened windows and lit candles it helped. The next day we came out of our room to plastic everywhere like we were wrapped in plastic. No one told us anything it was inconvenient especially when we finally got out and came back to them painting the stairs red in the rain. It tracked all in the hotel carpets floors and got on our clothes. I did notify the front office and asked for something to clean it up with. We did our best to clean it up but I’m sure the carpets will need deep cleaned if not stained. I just felt the hotel room could have looked a little better. They could have let us know they were going to do maintenance in the stairs or it could have been done after we checked out, but overall we had a good time staff is always professional and very accommodating. There’s an African American lady with locs who is always a real one. Very professional and always dots her eyes and crosses her t’s.

The floors were filthy, our feet were black from the dirt. The pull out couch was a very small worn down futon, not even able to sleep on. There were alcohol bottles out sitting and litter on the steps on the way to the room. The 2 rooms we were in had a terrible smell. We checked out the next morning and went elsewhere.

Not to mention the area outside is run down and dirty. This is a place for drug addicts and those who cant get an apartment. It is not a nice place. This property is awful. Our room was extremely dirty. The shower would not turn on and when the \"maintenance\" person showed up they were extremely rude about it and just said to wiggle the handle. My husband also found numerous parts of various kinds of bugs all ove the bed, under the covers. We left and had to find a different hotel.

I thought when I booked the room at this hotel, it was going to be quite nice. However, it wasn’t that at all. By the time I checked in I could tell it was a place where people stay for a length of time I could smell weed smoke everywhere And people were hanging out side all night long. Not only was the room insufficient the area was not safe, as well as there was evidence of drug usage in it. I have 4 young kids with me, the lights would not turn on and I was not comfortable even waiting long enough to take photos. I instantly went to the front desk, explained the lights were not working and the neighboring room was incredibly invasive and made myself and my children very uncomfortable and we left.

Never ever stay here...our place was horrible..1st off it smelled of heavy pot smoke and we had 3.kids under 12 stayi g with us. Carpet was torn..holes in it...everything in it was old..needs updated very badly...bathrooms need alot.of work...again..never ever stay here!!!!

Had to move from one gross room to another. Owner refuses to refund my money. Won’t even refund to Expedia rep. Rooms are NOTHING like the pictures. I’m out $275 and no one will give it back. Had to move to an acceptable hotel because after moving once to a new room, my daughter’s asthmatic friend could not tolerate the smoke smell in the “better room”. Absolutely horrible and customer service is not there. Called corporate for Wyndham, “they’re looking into it”. I just want a refund. This will not me my only post about this insanity and falsely advertised location. My brother’s best friend is a lawyer who will glad to take the slum lords to court just to keep them from duping other people. They have no idea how much it’s gonna cost them when the health violations come in. Could’ve just refunded my money. Good luck and I hope you clean stuff up so no one gets sick. You can fix it or the call goes in. You have until Sunday before I tell Jake to file papers.

The staff I encountered were friendly and efficient. The property was likely fantastic when newer but is pretty worn out now. Coffee maker worked fine. Refrigerator and freezer were cold. There was a fireplace but I didn’t even investigate to see if it was functional. The bed was made up nicely and clean. Sufficient consumables we’re on hand -to, soap, shampoo, etc. the room had a unusual aroma that became unnoticeable after awhile. I would actually stay here again due to the convenient location and staff, but I wouldn’t bring my family as they wouldn’t overlook the shortcomings.

Thought this would be a nice place to stay based upon the pictures, but they were very deceiving. When I first arrived there was someone in the lobby complaining so I should have seen this as a red flag. To check in you have to have everyone in the rooms ID. There were people just hanging around in the parking lot and I did not feel safe. They have a \"security guard\" that patrols in a beat up car. First thing when getting to the room it smelt so bad it was hard to breathe. The room was extremely dirty the floors had so much built up gunk on them. I then noticed I got charged a significant amount when I had already paid. I went to ask and the woman at the desk was extremely rude. The guy in front of me could not get checked in because his wife did not have her ID and they were 7 hours from home. The woman at the desk and the security guard kept telling him \"well that is just how it is\" when there was no indication ANYWHERE that everyone in the party over 18 needed their ID. Staying here was an absolute nightmare between the charges, area, safety, and lack of cleanliness. Do not stay here.

Upon arrival one of my kids said (jokingly) that there was blood on the top sheet. So thinking I should check and also look for bed bugs, I pulled back the bottom sheet and mattress protector. They were loaded with disgusting stains. The microwave had splattered cleaning spray?? on it as though someone had sprayed it but never wiped it off. There was a cockroach in the microwave and evidence of cockroach droppings all throughout the cabinets. Some device was plugged up with Kleenex. The dirty air filter in the AC closet had not been disposed of and it was clear that it wasn't changed regularly. We immediately checked out and were told they would not refund our money. This place was $199 for ONE night and looked like it should be a $39 no-tell motel.

The room was kind of gross. The kitchen floor was sticky from previous guest. Front desk gave me sheets in a garbage bag. Pool and hot tub wasn’t enough to entice my kids to want to stay another day. Waffle iron broken at breakfast. Off centered toilet was hard to use. Creepy security guard actually made it feel less safe. What was there a security guard? I’ve stayed alot of places and travel a decent amount. I just can’t recommend this place. The people were pleasant and nice. So I gave it 3 stars. Maybe too kind. I felt like the pictures were nicer. The number scheme for the rooms and direction to the room were confusing.

One morning half of the room was without power and we found a breaker had tripped. The coffee maker was dirty, the furniture was worn and the side chair had a ripped cover. Let’s start by saying the only thing good about our rooms were the linens on the bed and the towels were clean, hot hot water, and the layout of the rooms. As for that, don’t take your shoes off. Yuck When you walk in, your greeted with the foulest smell from the room, mixture off stale beer/cigarettes /dope/and mold, this does NOT go away during the stay. This place is run way down, which is a-shame because the facility used to be our favorite place to stay many years past. Not anymore. Stairs were rickety, paneling dry rotted, curtains stained and kitchen appliances were not inviting. Outside, People drinking and smoking pot sitting out your door starring at you, dogs running loose marking territory with owners far behind. Many sketchy folks walking around randomly that looked like they were out looking for a score. The feeling in general was very unsafe. The check in staff person was as dry as they come, no personality or smile of greeting. Then we had to pay a $100 deposit for each room, that we then had to come back in morning to get back or it wasn’t returned. The food that was offered was limited to a juice box, box of cereal, unripe fruit, or you could make a waffle. Think twice about choosing this unsanitary unsafe dwelling, never again shall we return.
