This hotel is a safety and health nightmare. I was there for exactly 2 hours and in that time multiple drunk men who apparently lived there kept following me banging on my room door and making me uncomfortable and feel unsafe. Not to mention that the bathroom was covered in mud dart and bugs the linen all had burn holes and ashes everywhere the walls were not painted and the door key barely worked there was also obvious mold in the vent in the bathroom. I checked in at around 9:20 and I checked out my phone because I didn’t feel safe enough to walk down by 11:15. This hotel should be removed from booking and corporate step in because it is a nightmare

The hotel needs massive renovations, bathroom walls were cracked, toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom door would not shut. There was no continental breakfast left when we went there at 8:00 am. People were outside our door screaming until 2 am.
I would never stay there again, and I deserve a refund if at all possible?

bro, we didn’t even have a room service. There was a bunch of crackheads and weed heads walking outside. They were up at like four in the morning arguing. Our freaking pillows were dirty and the sheet was dirty. They gave us a freaking sheet as a cover and then when we asked for a comforter, they told us don’t get it dirty like what the heck the microwave kept getting locked I guess because you have to unlock the microwave. The freaking shower was also dirty and once again we didn’t even have room service. I left for one night and my bed was dirty in the morning like what the heck and we also saw a roach.

The people at the front desk were so sweet. They were the best part of our experience. The rooms are very different than the pictures online. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and my 2 youngest children, another for my sister and my oldest child. I had booked adjoining rooms. Our rooms were 3 rooms apart. One room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sink was not attached to the counter. It also leaked water all over the floor. The other room had a moldy shower curtain and the bottom of bathroom door was broken off. in both rooms, the floor was dirty and sticky. Both rooms smelled funky. Neither one of the rooms had comforters. Just very thin sheets and the mattresses felt hard as rocks. There was also cockroaches in both rooms. Neither room had trash cans. There was a very clear prostitute just a few rooms down from us, and we had a strange man knock on our door at 6am, looking for his drug dealer. This establishment is very clearly misrepresented on hotels.com. It is dirty, nasty, and dangerous. I have never felt so dirty and unsafe in my whole life. Will never go to this place again. This is the second time I have booked off of hotels.com and the place looks nothing like the photos with dirty, smelly, moldy rooms. I will also never book off of hotels.com again.

Place under renovation, understandable. But, I waited over 10 minutes for Jarod to come to the front desk to greet me and check in. I was about to leave!

The electronic key and lock needed a new battery so I was locked out of my room. He fixed it at my request but wanted to put it off until I was gone from my room. Why?

The door to the room had big cracks around the jamb. Could see daylight all around the door.

The TV wasn’t set up so I was asked to let them come in to set it up. Why rent a room that’s clearly not ready?

The parking lot had severe potholes and bumpiness.

I didn’t get any attitude from the staff, which is about the only positive thing to say.

The staff member was friendly and looked to be making the best of a bad situation. Accommodations were horrible even for a cheap room.
1. Room was unsecure upon arrival
2. Huge puddle of water
3. Room oder of marijuana
4. No towels (also no towels available at desk because all were in wash)
5. No blanket (was told only available upon request)
6. Shower broken and moldy also could not be turned off
7. The towel I did receive the next morning was stained pretty bad

The gal that was working, the desk was nice and respectful however, she was delayed to assist and didn’t seem to care that we felt uncomfortable. When we pulled up to the location, it was off a dirt road. The advertisements provided online and through Expedia were false. The amenities were false. It was not in a well lit area. The lights that you pull up under to go check in were flickering and barely working. There was cockroaches and spiders in our room, mold and extreme dust in the bedroom. We had no blankets and our deadbolt to our room had been broken previously, and it was very noticeable that it was not securely able to work. We did ask for our deposit back which the front desk did oblige too, and I did go through Expedia and told them my experience and they did refund me with no issues but the advertisements online and through Expedia along with the reviews over the last five months of a supposed remodel and amenities are false and it is the worst place in experience I’ve ever had in my life. There were people there that made you uncomfortable and stared at you and followed you around. I will never go back to any days inn ever in my life. It was actually disgusting and humiliating and degrading. If they have new owners like the reviews say I hope that they figure it out because I feel like this situation should be illegal or it should be made into an apartment complex for those people that stay consistently because it look like people lived there.

The website says there is a pool, its not functional. Our reservation was for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. There was no fridge or even a trash can in the room. The only sink in the room would not drain at all. The bathroom and shower was terrible. We had a lamp in the room but the shade was broken and on the floor. The breakfast was literally 2 types of cereal and waffle maker. They did have decent coffee but the juice machine was down. The employees were nice and apologizing for the website not being updated.

Was in town for a family reunion. Walls had holes in them. Air wasn't working properly. Toilet wouldn't flush correctly. All the water would drain from the bowl. Had to flush again before you could use it. Fridge and microwave nasty. No coffee pot. Pool not available. Very bad section of town. People hanging out in parking lot with loud music and yelling most of the night. Only time it was calm was when the storm came in. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE. To mad to take any pictures.

While the staff were wonderful…the area, the property, and the room left quite a bit to be desired. In the area itself, there appeared to be many transients of the questionable type, the exterior of the property itself was dirty with trash on the ground, on the stairs to the second floor, and overflowing trash cans, and the smell…eww, not sure if it were sitting water or urine, and the room itself, the key was touch and go for working, the carpets were stained, the ceiling was stained with some type of spatter which I couldn’t determine, the shower curtain was dirty, the bedding and towels were threadbare, and I fell to sleep and woke a couple times through the night to the sound of police sirens. But the staff was real nice.

I was offered drugs within being on the property for five minutes. The key to the door did not work and my partner and I had to wait over a half an hour to get it fixed. There was glass on the floor of the room. There was no smoke detector in the room. I found a cigarette but on the floor. I bought my partner and I flip-flops from the dollar store just so we could shower.

First we did not stay for these reasons. I saw poor reviews online so I figured to check it out before signing in. As I was arriving, we passed an abandoned building with someone shaking by the boarded up door. As I got out of the car there was someone screaming in the woods like a deranged goat giving birth to a pineapple. The front office was okay, smelled slightly of bleach and roach spray but that is kind of expected given the price. Heading up to the room, some doors I passed looked as if they were kicked in previously (bending inward with boot prints towards the base of the door.) Going into a room, the floor felt kind of soft like a poor subfloor, the bathtub had black mold in the corners, the sink smelled of decay, and I didn’t even feel like checking the bed given that the neighbors smoke smell permeated the walls and I was already ready to leave. After leaving, I was heading out of the parking lot and there was an older man with his hand slowly gyrating in his pants as he watched me through my windshield. I called after to make sure my reservation was canceled but was ignored. Expedia then called and they were ignored too. We tried for two days to cancel and they ignored all calls but did charge us.

Zero Stars: Deplorable Conditions

My recent stay at Days Inn was an absolute nightmare. The room was in a state of disrepair with a missing smoke alarm, no television, and a broken front door which did not lock. There were holes in the walls and doors, no hot water, along with missing and broken furniture. The pool was empty and filled with weeds, not that I would ever want to swim in it. To top it off, there were people smoking weed in the early morning hours, making the environment even more unpleasant.

I feel bad for folks for whom this is their only source of residence. The entire facility needs to be demolished and run under new management. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staying at the fictional Schitt's Creek would have been more delightful and at least you'd have the Rose family for some entertaining company.

The hotel didn't look nothing like that website stated when we got to the hotel. The girl at the reception desk didn't know what to do with my reservation that I paid for. She called another lady who wouldn't say anything to me about what is happening with my reservation. She wanted to put me and my husband in a room with 2 queen bed and I said no. I paid for a king size bed not 2 queen size bed. I asked her is it cheaper? The girl said no they are all the same price and I was okay then what's the problem. I couldn't get a refund. The girl gave me the hotel key to my room & never told us about what time breakfast was going to be, what to do if there was any issues w/the room. So we go to the door that are room was located & already I was having anxiety because the door had a hole on the metal piece of where the handle was. We went in & the king size bed was almost to the bathroom. A chair near the front door. The light in the room was so dim that we had to go to the wall to the bathroom to turn the light on to be able to see what we were doing. Oh and the bed had 2 LED spot light no clue why. Ok the inside door handle wire was sticking out, hotel lock was hanging with 1 small screw and it was broken. My husband had to put the 1 seater in front of the door so we can feel safe. The heater didn't work & it was cold last night. The bed had a thin sheet so we could use w/no other blanket. The sink was cracked, the blow dryer mount fell when we try to use it & it stopped working.

There was no hot water in the room, the floor mounted ac unit's controls were broken, and I was told the next morning it was supposed to be controlled by a wall thermostat. But that wasn't obvious. There was a lot of structural damage around the outside doors. The surrounding area looks run down and seedy. Especially the abandoned building...restaurant/package store?...that was in the parking lot.

We checked in and when we got to the room, it stunk. There were cracks and water stains on the ceiling and the carpet had large stains. There was one threadbare bath towel in the bathroom. The bath spigot did not meet the wall and there was a cut out portion of the surround that had not been sealed behind the spigot. We lost $50 because we left without staying. The area was run down and even the reception area looked dilapidated. Not at all what I was expecting from a Days Inn. Obviously didn't expect a 5 star hotel but did expect something that looked clean and decent and felt safe. This failed on all counts.

I honestly did not even check in. The property was unlit and hard to find. Upon pulling in it did not get any better the property was filthy and darkly lit. I sat and locked my car around 10pm to look for another hotel and it became very apparent I was being watched. I called my friend that lives about 40 min away and they told me to get out of the area immediately. After the fact I looked at the reviews and saw that she was correct this area is unsafe, I’m glad I did not stay.

I didn't like it,it was the worst motel I have ever been to.Up the stairs smelt like mold,then on the second floor it smelt like urine. The floors in my room felt like they were going to cave in.The bathroom door had punch holes all over it,and wouldn't close like it had been kicked in or something. The photos on the website are not accurate. The place is run down, filthy, slime green water in the pool. Staff from India who barely speak English. Mentally ill people wandering around the parking lot. Building next door, former restaurant? now abandoned with homeless people living in it. Room had no bedside lamps. TV did not work. Cigaret burns on furniture. Dirty walls. No soap or shampoo. Shower curtain filthy. Dresser scarred and old. Breakfast a joke. Staff member was wiping down the counter top, dropped the rag on the floor, picked it up and continued wiping the counter. Trash on ground all around the property. People walking outside at night yelling and arguing. Bathroom door kicked in the bottom. Bath tub bottom felts spongy, as if it was totting out underneath. No bath mat. Old, thin, dirty towels. This place is a dump. Days Inn and Wyndham should be ashamed to have it listed as one of theirs. It is especially irksome because the web site pictures make it look as if it is a nice place. Deceptive, false advertising. Disgusting motel.

Paid for non smoking-they gave us smoking, room smelled like pure poop.the door would not lock. The photos are a lie. Pool was empty and looks like has not been used in years. The bed was dirty. We were afraid to sleep. The bathroom was so dirty I did not even want to sit on the toilet. Refused to shower in the place. Paid for two nights. Only stayed a few hours and left. They said they would refund but has not. This place looks like they rent it hourly for call girls. I can’t even believe it’s on Expedia or hosted by whydam! This place was unclean, unsafe, and should be torn down. In 48 years I’ve been to a lot of places and never stayed at one this bad! Please do not book this place! Ecspeciallly if you have children!

Don’t stay here.

The room had a huge hole in the floor and it was a ground floor. The sheets and blanket were dirty. The AC unit was falling
Off the wall and had 3 inches of dust on it.

Welfare motel?

I suspect that this is a welfare motel. My room was not clean, had no electrical outlet in the bathroom to use my blow-dryer, the legs on the vanity looked like a dog had chewed them up. Although the a/c worked well, the metal surround was pulled away from the wall. The entire property looked shabby and I was concerned for my safety. The clerk assured me that the sheriff's department patrolled the property several times a night. Really? It's that unsafe?
I am very unhappy that Days Inn allows this property to use their name. I had the expectation of something basic but clean.

The breakfast here is so bad, plain toast, waffle, and cereal. No butter, jam, syrup, or anything. Didn’t accommodate our request for late check out. Unfriendly

Property was very dirty. They only cleaned my room 1 time the entire 8 days I stayed had to take my towels up to the lobby every day when I got in to get new ones and they could program my key card to work more than 1 day at a time had to have it redone every day and they would shut the air off every day while I was gone saying they was trying to save on electric I paid for the room and I want it to be cool when I get in I work construction out in the extremely hot sun all day had to ask for a fresh garbage bag. Every single day carpet stained very badly. All that was on my bed was a sheet I had to ask for a comforter, and the they brought me was no thicker than a she was.

We left without spending the night there...that's how bad it was! We had never done that before.

Cockroaches. Dirty outside. Pools is dry and filthy with algae. I sure I shouldn’t keep going. Def not worth if traveling with family. By myself being a male no issues. But not somewhere I’d feel comfortable bringing my daughters or wife around. Do not come here!
