I made a mistake and reserved the wrong date by 1 day. I asked the receptionist if we could move the date since I had already paid for it. I was told no that was not possible but the only remedy was to purchase another night at a higher rate which I had to do and I lost the payment for the unused stay.

I went to check in at 3 my room wasn’t ready I had a conference to be at at 4 this was my main reason for this stay I needed some where to change and shower before the conference and didn’t receive a call back that my room was ready until 530ish which by then was 2 late…the staff wasn’t helpful I am extremely disappointed and pissed off and would love a full refund!

Great place to stay

Quality hotel, convenient location. Parking has a few paid lots in the area and connected to the hotel. We were there on a weekend so we just parked on the street to save money because Colombia doesn't have parking meter enforcement on Saturday and Sundays. Good place would stay again.

The hotel was very clean. The evening check in staff was very rude and seem to not want to be there. I have stayed here 3 times and it was a first to experience a rude staff member. But the rooms are always clean even though it seem the air conditioner was not working well in the room since it was a one night stay I did not feel the need to complain of issue. Parking is awkward, skecthy, as well as smelly since you have to walk where the dumpsters are in order to get to the hotel. So please be mindful of that.

Located in beautiful downtown Columbia, SC, it was very convenient to walk several places. However staff needs to know something about public transit. No one could help us and one staff member didn’t even know the name of the public bus service. Also some of the bathroom toiletries had gone rancid and needed replacing. But overall, very satisfied.

The evening front desk staff were excellent. However, the day manager was not. I was the only guest checking out but she told me she was \" busy with paperwork \" and would check me out later and send me an email with my final bill. Its now 12 hours later and no email or final bill.
Parking is sketchy needing to go down an alleyway past garbage dumpsters which was problematic.
