The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived before the normal checking in time. So the gentleman told us the best place for breakfast which we went and agreed with him. When we were back to check in, our luggage was already delivered to our room. We stayed for one night but stored our luggage for 10 days when we went to Paine Del Torres. We were really grateful for that. When we picked up the luggage we asked for some hot water, the young staff member heated up some water for us. This is a great hotel to stay. It is very close to the shops, restaurants and water front. And most importantly the nicest staff members.

I stayed at hotel Vendaval in March 2026. Property was clean and shower was hot. They had heated drying rack which came in handy. As far as the noise level- I agree with others- you hear everything from the rooms around you including water running through pipes. But that just must be the way building are constructed here. I took melatonin and was able to fall asleep.

I enjoyed this hotel; it looks bland from the outside but is architecturally really interesting within: boutique-y, apparently involving old shipping containers, and there is great art on the walls. Neighborhood has some good food. Didn't look at any shops.

Rooftop was nice with panoramic views of the town and waters/mountains. Staff is very friendly and lets you store your luggage and pick up at a later date. The shower door did not close properly in Room 20, so water came outside of the shower. We had to contain the water on the floor with towels. The shower can be designed better.

The hotel was a very pleasant experience. Beginning with me arriving from the airport hours before check in, Leonardo was exceptional holding my bags for hours at the front desk to free me up. When I got back he had my bags in my room which was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, linens were excellent quality. I have a torn rotator cuff and the pillows were perfect to give me a great nights sleep!

We made this our Homebase for four nights and had a great experience. The place is well kept and clean, and was quiet. Staff were great, the free continental breakfast was basic but hit the spot and the location was within a 10 min walk of restaurants, a grocery store and other essentials. The rooms are light on amenities but most folks don't seem to spending much time in there beyond sleeping and showering, so it works. The free drink on the rooftop was a nice surprise. Would recommend if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable spot.

We’d highly recommmend Hotel Vendeval. We stayed here for one night before we began the O Trek in Torres del Paine, and one night after we finished the O Trek. They had a nice breakfast starting at 6am every day (included with your stay); they held onto two small pieces of baggage that we did not need while we were on the O Trek and had those bags waiting in our room the night we got back; and all of the front desk staff were kind and eager to help. Rooms were clean, spare but comfortable, and exactly what we needed before and after our trek. The only note I would make is — we walked to the bus station from the hotel and it it slightly further from the station than some other lodging options; we’d still stay here again if we came back!

The design of the hotel is really different from anywhere else we've stayed on our Patagonia trip. The rooms were small but very comfortable and the bathroom has windows into the bedroom (up high for privacy) that make it feel roomy. There are two buildings of rooms and the main entrance in front with a nice private courtyard between them with fire pits to hang out. The breakfast buffet was a fairly standard \"Chile\" style hotel breakfast and the breakfast area was very comfortable. But the best part of the stay was the staff. They were all very helpful, offered great recommendations for dinner, and arranged to hold our bags for 3 days while we visited the National Park, placing them into our room so they were already there when we checked back in. I absolutely would stay here again. Just one word of caution, there are many steps in the hotel and I did not notice an elevator- so if are unable to navigate steps, double check with the hotel on that point.

This is a well-located hotel in Pueto Natales. The staff was super helpful with providing restaurant recommendations and nearby hiking recommendations. It's not a fancy hotel but it makes interesting use of building materials. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable.
