Rooms are a good size, no early check in but we could leave bags.
Staff were friendly and helped to organise pack up breakfasts which were adequate.
Rooms are tired, bathroom ceiling paint coming off. No bath/shower mat. Only two coffee pods per stay. Windows let wind come through. No luxury. Pool area is tired, and gym is laughable. It’s a shame the breakfast doesn’t open till 6.30am others in the area open at 5.30am meaning you can relax and eat before heading out on day trips. Wouldn’t stay again.

So it appears to have everything you need. Restaurant on site with breakfast etc. It did have some quirks. We were on the 3rd floor and the phone in the lobby woke us up. No fan or AC. There was a window you could open but it was a busy main street so very noisy. The window also closed after a bit although later we found it had a stick to help keep it open.

The strangest issue was the shower. It was completely open to both bathroom and sleeping area so no privacy while showering. It had a blind but they had tied it with knots so you couldnt close.

Wasn't a bad stay overall but some weird things for us anyways

The hotel was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant had great food and wine and they even packed lunches for us for our daily hikes. The staff was super helpful. Ignacio booked all of our hiking excursions and made the experience so easy and fluid. Indigo exceeded our expectations and would recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Natales.

A comfortable stay in a slightly eccentric (in a good way) hotel close to downtown Puerto Natales. Great views across the fjord. Very helpful staff, good room, especially the ability to turn heating on and off as required in chilly temperatures. Decent breakfast buffet, good dinner and friendly restaurant staff.

Ok experience. The common areas and lounge were nice, the breakfast was good. The in room coffee/eapresso machine was probably the only highlight of the room itself.

The room was not so nice. Very warm, windows did not even stay open. Not very clean either, and generally felt dated and rather poorly designed. Staff were somewhat cold and lacked any kind of interest in being helpful. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was nicely located with easy access to restaurants, and shops. The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant had great food, fish, wine, etc. What I do not agree is the price. I think the place is too expensive for the quality of the room. I had stayed in other hotels in Puerto Natales, and the rooms are nicer than those in this hotel. Again, the staff was great, the food in the restaurant was really good, but the price per night ($300+ USD) is not justified.

Great Location, Tiny Rooms, Poorly Staffed – Penny Wise and Pound Foolish Management
The Noi Indigo Hotel enjoys a prime location at one end of Puerto Natales with lovely water views. Unfortunately, many of the “water view” rooms, including mine, also directly overlook a graffiti-covered skate park, which significantly detracts from the otherwise scenic landscape.
The guest rooms themselves are extremely small—adequate for a single traveler but far too cramped for two guests. Even more concerning, the hotel is chronically understaffed in nearly every department:
1.Housekeeping: Room cleaning was inconsistent and poorly timed. One day our room was not serviced at all, and we ran out of basic essentials such as toilet paper and soap.
2.Kitchen Staff: Although breakfast officially starts at 6:30 a.m., most of the hot food (omelets, scrambled eggs, etc.) was not available until after 7:00–7:30 a.m., and portions were minimal and quickly depleted. The hot water dispenser was also not filled until around 7:00 a.m.
3.Restaurant Service: The dining area was poorly managed. When we arrived for breakfast at 7:30 a.m., every unoccupied table was covered in dirty dishes, and we had to clear a table ourselves. The few staff members on duty seemed overwhelmed, overworked, and understandably irritable.
Given that most local tours depart around 7:00 a.m., the restaurant should open at 6:00 a.m. to accommodate guests with early schedules. As it stands, we missed several hot breakfasts

The view from the room was amazing from the 4th floor facing the water and mountains.
The only concern was not having a kettle in the room, however the restaurant provided a pot of hot water on a daily basis upon request. All staff members were fabulous! I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is under construction and we were never informed about it. We had a junior suite booked but we had to go to the other wing of the hotel to escape the noise and dust, so we got a regular room. Hotels.com has not refunded us the difference despite several tries and explanations. There is no sauna in this hotel . The massage was really good.

A nice hotel but perhaps needed some care. Small issues added up, the shower door would not close properly, the mirror light did not work etc. We ate here both nights of out stay, it was fine but the second night in particular the service was very slow. There is construction work going on outside, maybe an extension? It did not bother us but may affect some rooms. The pool and spa area seemed deserted and not welcoming. A little work would improve this hotel a lot as it is different and has a lot to offer.

Superior room of the **** hotel, we stayed in, did not have any furniture besides bed. There weren't closets, night stands, chairs or tables to place your belonging. Lamps in the room did not work, so you could use only shower lighting. Few hangers were attached to the ceiling supposedly to be used for a jackets/coats. Ceiling and wall's painting is damaged in few places, angled bear beams limits navigation in the small room - all features do not fit in expected standards even for 2* hotels.

I was very disillusioned with the condition of the hotel. I feel the pictures showed false illusion of what a stay would be like. The hotel is not meant for people with disabilities. The ramp into the hotel is a serious hazard for anyone using walkers or wheelchairs. People with vision limitations are also at risk in becoming injured. This is not in my opinion worth the money i paid to stay here. I can go on.

Nothing works in spa, poor cleaning, disrepair

Had high hopes for this location after seeing the photos but this is clearly a beautiful property that has been poorly maintained.

Nothing in the spa was functional. When we notified the front desk they said they would dispatch someone but over an hour later nobody had arrived.

If booking just assume no sauna and ice cold roof pools. Everything was in disrepair and lagging behind. Dirt piles in the rooms, hair from past guests and just overall lack of effort from the staff.

For this price point in Puerto Natales I have much higher expectations. I hope they can make serious renovations and bring this location back to its former glory.

They have good marketing, because the photos look amazing, the hotel, not so much. Our “suite” barely qualifies as a room. The spa was a joke and kinda gross. For what we got $184/night was staggering. The staff was nice, but the left the room unlocked after servicing it each day (regular key). The restaurant was ok, but freezing cold. The view from the room was good, but overall a waste of money.

We loved our stay. We were hiking the W Trek and had a two day camping/kayaking trek to the Serrano glacier and used this hotel as a base. The hotel staff -especially Alessandra-was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. All of the staff was great -in the hotel and restaurant too.
If you can, splurge on the room with a view of the fjord - it’s spectacular scenery.
It was really great after completing the W Trek to return to the hotel and use the hot tub to soak the weary muscles.
The hotel was close to a lot of great restaurants.
They were very gracious in storing our extra luggage between adventures.
We would absolutely return.

Disappointed at the Indigo Boutique Hotels by IHG

I will absolutely never stay at an Indigo Hotel. I had three upsetting experiences at the Indigo in Puerto Natales as well as at another Indigo in the USA. At Puerto Natales, the was bathroom uncleaned. The shower had mildew and hair attached to the walls. The area surrounding the sink was also dirty, so I went out and but some cleaning supplies and did it myself. The breakfast was totally sub-par. The fruits were rotten, and the cold cuts were awful. The only semi-decent item in breakfast was the cappuccino, and it was the only thing one could drink. But what got me most upset, was the disappearance of a beautiful brand-new beanie from the side of my bed. This is totally unacceptable. I brought it up, and it was totally dismissed and ignored. Thus, I want to warn potential customers. The experience was a negative one, especially where you feel your belongings are not safe at all.

THIS IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL IN ANYBODY'S LANGUAGE. The room has no aircon, no desk, no chair, four very small shelves to store clothing, nowhere to put suitcases and barely room to walk around the bed. The window is held open by a piece of wood. It has flaking paint, caked on dirt on the toilet floor and stains all over the shower floor (I have photos, but not sure how to post them). I would expect better from a back-packer hostel, and this was $300 per night!! It might have been acceptable at half the price. We endured four nights and I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. We would have moved out but could not have got a refund. The location was good with lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were OK. The included breakfast was OK but not great. Overall, our stay here was extremely disappointing.

This hotel is not worth the money nor their four stars! Firstly our room was very dirty and the quality of the shower was disappointing. But what bothers us the most was the misleading photos of the spa opposite the reality. The spa was also very dirty, you could tell by all sorts of things (dirty floors, dirty windows, dirt in the swimming pool), ..., the wellness is not maintained, there was a lot broken (the sauna doesn't heat up properly, the outdoor jacuzzi is empty, the men's showers didn't work, the fireplace didn't work whereby it was to cold for a welness space, some of the jets in the jacuzzi were broken, ...) Also the water in the \"pools\" were to cold and the layout and look of the wellness is different from the pictures on the website. We felt cheated. When we asked to speak with the manager we had to wait until 11 pm which we didn't because we had to go to bed early but this too was poor service.
Also in the restaurant out of the 16 dishes, only 4 were available.

The views are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, but unfortunately thats where the positives end. It is hugely overpriced for what it is. The room is noisy and it was difficult to sleep sometimes, both from street traffic and hearing other guests through the paper-thin walls (could hear guests talking, having a shower, even phone getting a text in the middle of night!). Staff were also disappointing (although restaurant staff are good) - we emailed ahead to organise tours of Torres del Paine and when we arrived they had clearly not put any effort into helping us organise this and actually replied to our email with options AFTER WE LEFT!!! Spa and sauna area also not as nice as what the pictures look like. Sauna is not a proper sauna and is nowhere near hot enough.

Overall, disappointing. If this is your one 'splash out' in South America, choose somewhere else!

The view was great and it has a nice design. For the money, they could be more helpful, for example all other hotels in Chile provide an adapter to use for international electricity. This higher end hotel did not and seemed annoyed by the question...

Also breakfast could've been more dynamic.

Hip hotel but poor service and not so clean

There was only one person at check-in and I ended up waiting about 20 minutes. I did not realize the restaurant closed at 10 PM as well as the spa so after driving in from TDP I really missed the main amenities and barely made it in time for a very basic dinner. The lobby displays were all very dusty, the room had a lot of dust buildup and it looked like it could use a deep clean. I also found hair in my bed. Other than that it’s in a great location of Puerto Natales.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful answering our questions and requests. The interior of the hotel was warm, clean with a great atmosphere. We eat once in the restaurant and it was a great service and food with a fantastic view of the sunset and the wildlife.

I would recommend only one thing that has to do with the exterior of the hotel. In front of the hotel on the grass you can see trash like bottles, plastic bags and others and it would be great that the first impression that the guest receive was better than this, especially as the place and the staff has a lot to offer to the visitor in that beautiful part of Chile
