Easy parking outside the property for free. Nice swimming pool and they gave towels for pool when we asked. Nice big spacious room with outside space. There were no options for food at the property but we walked to pizzeria nearby which was less than 5 mins walk, there is also a large supermarket nearby. Only downside was the apartment was not cleaned and we stayed for 5 nights. There was also a charge for the baby cot but that seems standard in Italy

From check in to check we loved out stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower had lots pressure and plenty of hot water. We were happy to see an espresso machine with good coffee. We loved it here and would book again if the occasion arises.

Rude staff. Sheets had a very disgusting sticky something in one end. No room service. Sheer curtains with street light shining directly at your face at night. I can’t believe the price for this room and just because they have a hot tube/pool they named this place a “resort” much better options near restaurants or the lake. Old tv. I could go on and on.You must pick up your trash and bring it to a lot not even close to the “resort” also need to get key from another building and return it. Must pick up and wash all your dishes or €40 euro fee. Pictures are deceiving. We toured norther Italy for 3 weeks and this was our worst experience. Regret staying here.

Apartment Hotel by Lake Garda

Great apartment hotel, with a nice pool and a sister hotel by the waterfront that can also be accessed. It was very nice to have bicycles to bike around with and was included with the stay:) Grocery shopping at MIGROSS was not far away and also good food/coffee at good prices in their Bistro. A good Pizza joint was also close by in the neighborhood! We used this place as a base and visited many places around the area including Verona and even did a day trip to Venice from here. Overall a great place to stay at a very good price!

Spacious appartment with swimming pool and spa

A great appartment in a quiet location but within walking distance to the lake. The swimming pool looked maintained with lots of loungers, and some in the shade which I prefer. The reception speaks many languages and was clear and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Decent premises, good central location and helpful staff. We made several trips around the lake and to Sirmione, plus Verona and Bergamo. Just be aware as it is off season that many restaurants, bars and activities are closed. Not a criticism as such just a heads up. Plenty of things to do though....

Good value apartment. Plenty of room, nice modern feel to it. Restaurants and supermarkets about 10 minutes walk away and bus stop for visits to nearby Sirmione, Pescheria etc about 15 minutes walk. Nice and quiet during the night - the double glazing really does work, as does the air conditioning. Able to use the facilities at Mistral Hotel (again about a 10 minute walk). Pool area here much nicer than the Acqua which is a bit cramped. Bikes available from reception if you don't want to do the walking and you don't have a car! Very safe area for cycling, lots of cyclists about, locals and tourists. Receptionists very friendly and helpful if you have any queries. Would recommend.

Great apartments, very friendly staff.

This was my first ever holiday abroad & I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a late arrival (10:30pm) so we collected our keys from the nearby (5 minute walk) 'Yachting hotel Mistral' which is part of the Aqua resorts chain (During the holiday we were also allowed to use the resources at Mistral hotels including their larger pool). On arrival to our apartment there was a lift for easy access which was very useful (especially when you have packed the kitchen sink!) & the apartment was very secure with large bolts inside the door. The apartment was clean, minimalistic & cool with 2 air conditioning units. The kitchen/dining room included a small freezer, a fridge, a hob with 2 rings, a table with 4 chairs & a sofa bed. The bathroom had a toilet, a bidet, a powerful shower and a large sink. The bedroom had a very large built in wardrobe/storage space, a telly, a small safe and a huge bed. The balcony had a small table with 2 chairs and a nice view of the surrounding houses. During our stay we traveled to Venice, Verona & nearby Simone which was very easy to get to using either the bikes from Aqua resorts or Mistral hotels (when they had run out at Aqua). The staff were friendly and approachable and we would definitely stay again. The only issues that we had were that there was only one bin which room service emptied once & the curtains in the bedroom were not very dark so the sunlight tended to wake us up early. All in all, a very good stay. Highly recommended!

lovely appartments with garden and pool

well kept, modern appartments with nice garden and v friendly helpful staff. Linked to a lakeside hotel 10 mins walk away with lovely pool, free bike use. We loved our stay. Only downside appartments opposite a blacksmiths and can be noisy in day. Kitchen equipment v basic but we managed fine. Thanks to all staff for lovely stay. We'll be back.

Superb, modern apartments in a good location

The apartment we stayed in was on the 2nd floor, it was immaculate, couldn't fault anything. The hob took a bit of getting used to, but worked fine. The only thing I think the apartment could have had was an oven or microwave, as we tended to eat at the apartment in the evening as we found eating out quite pricey. It's amazing wat you can rustle up in a frying pan and a saucepan though!!

The swimming pool was small but clean and not busy. We used the pool at the sister hotel, the mistral a few days as well.

The lady on reception was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartments are a bit of a walk to the old town of Sirmione, it took us about 50 minutes to walk there and a taxi cost around 20 euros each way. There is a local bus though that runs fairly regularly through the day which stops right by the apartments which we caught a few times.

The apartments are about a 10 minute walk from the main road where you can get the bus to Verona and there is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk in the other direction.

We would definately stay at the acqua resort again.

Lovely place to stay

We stayed in block 3 and found it very comfortable. I agree with others that a microwave would be handy, although we did not have a problem because we ate out every night. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment is a short walk away from main road but we liked that, gave us time to walk off dinner. It's a bus ride or long walk to old town, but bus only cost about 3 euros for two of us and left from a stop very near apartments. It was hot during our visit so the air conditioning was a welcome relief.

Acqua Resorts is a modern and well maintained accomodation. AirCon is very good but free broadband is patchy. Broadband works better in rooms if you leave your door slightly open as there is s router on each level opposite the lift. Its a little far from Colombare centre where most restaurants and shops are. The appartment was a bit small for four guests self catering and the kitchen was basic, though that seems to be the norm in that area. The receptionist Emanualla was extremely helpful and friendly and you can also use the facilities of Mistral Hotel nearby as reception is closed from 11.30 to 4pm. The free bicycles are very handy. Although not a fault of Acqua resorts, the taxi availability later at night in Sirmione is dire and very disappointing. There are no taxi ranks, you just call a generic number and hope for the best. Its a terrible service for a location heavily dependant on tourism.
Overall I would definately recommend Acqua Resorts as very clean, modern, adequately equipped and reasonably located, with very helpful receptionist with excellent english.

About 500 metres from parent hotel and lake on a quiet back street. With outside pool sauna and a 10 x 7 jacuzzi open all hours. Free wifi , 32 \" lcd.

Lovely new apartment

We stayed here for 5 nights with our two young children. The apartment was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and it was great to stay in a brand new development. Unfortunately it rained for 4 days so we were stuck in the apartment for most days. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and we were glad to have such a spacious clean place. It was a little far from centre of Sirmione but we managed fine with the local buses. The staff were excellent particularly Emanuella who gave us all lots of useful information.

Lovely apartment on outskirts of Sirmione

The Aqua apartments are brand new and finished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you needed. They are in a quiet residential area and the only draw back was the distance to the town centre, a car would have been useful, but the buses are pretty good . There was a swimming pool and a nice balcony to sit on, and the gardens have been well landscaped.
On arrival you have to check in at the Yachting Mistral hotel , about 5 minute walk away on the main road. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant and all the facilities were for apartment guests also.

Prisvärt trevligt hotell.

Trevligt hotell bland omkringliggande villor och lägenheter en bit från själva Sirmione.

Bra renlighet och med en liten men trevlig pool som var perfekt för barnen efter dagens äventyr.

Man bör vara medveten om att det är ca 1,2 km till Sirmione och att lokalbussarna inte går särskilt ofta eller punktligt så det blir en hel del gå vart man än ska.

En stor affär, busshållplatser mot Verona och Sirmione samt några restauranger finns ca 500 meter från hotellet.

Sammanfattat skulle jag säga att det var ett bra boende för våra dagsutflykter i regionen.

Es war wirklich toll, mussten einen Tag später anreisen und die Unterkunft hat uns geschrieben auch außerhalb der Zeitwn an denen die Unterkunft besetzt war. Über WhatsApp also immer zu erreichen. Der Pool war toll und für jeden geeignet. Familien waren da aber auch Paare oder ältere Menschen. Es war nie zu voll, wirklich angenehm und mit dem Auto eine tolle Lage. Immer wieder gerne !

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einen kleinen tollen Pool.
Sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Empfang .
Würde immer wieder dieses Apartment buchen.
Man ist aber auf ein Auto oder Fahrrad angewiesen da es etwas außerhalb liegt.
Der See ist zwar in der Nähe, aber es besteht keine Bade Möglichkeit , da alles Privat ist .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zimmer sind sehr gut und sehr sauber. Zum Baden kann man entweder in den sauberen Pool oder mit den Fahrrädern, die man kostenlos leihen darf, an das Ufer des Sees radeln. Benutzung des Spas ist inklusive und wird nach jedem Besuch desinfiziert.
Die Matratzen im Zimmer waren jedoch eher hart, doch dies ist Geschmackssache.
Wir würden die Unterlunft wieder buchen.

Wir hatten ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss, dadurch einen schönen Garten, mit viel Platz. Auch sehr schöne Einrichtung und neuwertig. Beim Kücheninventar war man etwas sparsam, wir hatten dies jedoch vorher in Bewertungen gelesen und haben manches von zuhause mitgenommen. Wir waren ansonsten begeistert und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

In der Küche fehlte ein Toaster, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine. Leider nur ein kleines Induktionskochfeld. Sonst war Unterkunft ganz gut.
Die Lage war nicht die allerbeste. Für meine Mutti,.die nicht so gut zu Fuss ist etwas beschwerlich, zumal in der Stadt auch etwas schwierig mit parken...Das Personal sprach leider nur begrenzt und schlecht deutsch....
Aber sehr Hundefreundlich. Das war top.

Auf den ersten Blick
Hat uns das Appartement gut gefallen, leider hat es nur wenige Minuten gedauert bis ameisen unter der Fußleiste auftauchten und den Boden bedeckten. Aus Angst wegen der Hygiene haben wir auch den Spa Bereich erst gar nicht getestet. Die Matratzen im
Doppelbett waren durchgelegen. Ansonsten hat uns die Ausstattung gefallen.

Dette var mitt andre opphold her – og jeg stortrives!
Profesjonelle og vennlige ansatte som alltid er hjelpsomme og yter god service. Her bor du rolig og pent, kort vei til sjøen, supermarked og buss. Flott leilighet med godt utstyrt kjøkken for selvhusholdning. Resturanter og butikker i nærhet. Vakkert område, fint å gå tur langs sjøen. Jeg gikk ned til Sirmione Old Town på under en time. Fint utgangspunkt for turer med både buss, tog, ferje til de nærliggende små og store byer. Jeg kommer tilbake!

Tolle Erfahrung für uns ,Top Adresse für unkonvetuellen Aufenthalt.
Sehr schöne Ausstattung, - ist fast wie nach Hause kommen.
Kleine Anregung , -keine Steckdose für Wasserkocher in der Küche, Fernseher gehört ins Schlafzimmer, wäre gemütlicher.

Très proche du lac de garde, nous avons pu profiter du lac, de balades en vélos (prêt par l’etblisemét), de. Visites à la citadelles (4km) et avons bénéficiie du spa, du hamam et de la piscine pour se détendre.

Bra boende som bas för utflykter

Mycket bra boende och att man kan låna cyklar gör att man är nära Sirmione. Bra att man ha översikt över poolen från balkongen när man reser med barn. Lagom stort och rent och fint. Trevlig personal!
Det skulle behövas fler parasoller eller möjlighet till skugga kring poolen. Men då är det bra att man fritt kan använda Hotel Mistrals lite större pool också gratis, där det finns lite mer skugga. Sen är stekpannor och så i köket inte tillräckligt för att man ska kunna använda köket ordentligt. För frukost går det bra men laga mat känns rätt besvärligt i detta kök med ett par kokplattor, ingen ugn, dåliga pannor och utan diskmaskin.
Överlag ett bra boende med pool som bas för utflykter. Men inget man bjuder hem vänner på middag i:-).

Billederne lever ikke op til virkeligheden. Fremstår mere slidt oder er meget beskidt på gulve og køkken. Vi mistede lysten til at lave mad, som ellers var en af grundene til vi bookede lejlighed. Poolen er ren og hyggelig. Haven er ok, dog ingen mulighed for skygge. Lejlighed havde en besynderlig lugt.

Savnede en privat strand

Havde på 10 dage kun rengøring i lejligheden 1 gang og måtte selv bede om rene håndklæder i receptionen - hvilket jeg fik udleveret med det samme - servicen var god i receptionen.
Hvis man forventer at der er privat strand bliver man skuffet. Ved Mistral hotel er der kun en havn og store sten man skal kravle over for at komme i vandet. Det er ikke børnevenligt og ikke en strand.
