This is a very nice hotel with a large size pool in a great location right next to a beautiful beach and a beautiful neighborhood close by to nice restaurants. Attentive and kind service by all reception employees. Nice buffet breakfast. Only drawback is lack of luggage service and having no pool attendant.

About 10- 15 min walk to restaurants.
5 min walk to the lake which was so warm, incredible for swimming.
The only things to comment on is there are a few loose pavings around the pool, but this is minor.

Great location for visiting Sirmione
We stayed in a triple room with a balcony. Often triple rooms can be rather cramped but not in this case. It was a very comfortable, spacious room with a proper single bed, not a sofa bed. The bathroom was great with a very large shower. It looked newly renovated and was probably the best bathroom we had anywhere on our 2 week Italy road trip.
Lots of free parking, both above and underground.
Just a short bus trip takes you into Sirmione. We also walked back from Sirmione in the evening, it took about 35 minutes.
Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and at check in we were given a local map and lots of really helpful information.

Very clean and modern with lift, which matters to me as have respiratory problems affected by climbing stairs and walking any distance. Staff very friendly, helpful & efficient. Good breakfast selection. Nice pools. Lake Garda at the bottom of the road almost on the doorstep. Nice area. Would definitely stay there again.

About a 40 min walk to centre of Sirmione, but also good bus service for only a euro or two to the centre also. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Very happy with our stay there. Travelled with kids. And very family friendly too.

The rooms we received (two rooms) were reasonably clean and nothing more. The toilet lid in one of the rooms was broken. The mattresses were very used and not quite comfortable. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was average. The location of the hotel is pretty good even though you must have a car if you want to get somewhere.

Mediocre in Sirmione
Not as close to the centre as I imagined the hotel is tired but being renovated. Before we had even checked in the receptionist tried to upsell us into new rooms. The shuttle to the town turned out to be a bus that you could catch by walking to a stop 400m away, no coffee in the room and the WiFi was hit and miss. For a couple of nights stay during our northern Italy road trip it was ok but would not want to stay for a longer period.

A very convenient place to stay very close to Lake Garda. The one disappointing feature of the Hotel was that you had to paid extra if you wanted your room cleaned, the towels changed and the beds made up during your stay. This is not a problem if you are only staying one night but is a problem if your are staying for a week.

Family trip at Lake Garda
This is nice hotel at good location close to the lake, some 40 minutes walk away from the old town of Sirmione. Hotel is also great starting point for exploring beautiful towns on the lake Garda surrounding and many amusement parks (i.e. Gardaland). Room was very clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. We took renewed room for some extra money which is much better than the old one. Hotel stuff was very helpful and friendly. On the negative side, breakfast is average and WiFi signal is poor in the room, but good in the lobby.

Die Unterkunft war für uns super, hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und unser Zimmer war renoviert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es war für jeden was dabei. Das Essen war beschriftet und es gab sogar laktosefreie Milch, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Am letzten Abend haben wir auch die Hotelbar ausprobiert und waren von dieser sehr begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Getränke lecker. Generell war das Personal sehr freundlich, man hat zwischen Deutsch und Englisch ein bisschen switchen müssen, da nicht alle Deutsch konnten, aber man hat sich verstanden. Von Hotel aus hat man es nicht weit zum See und kann dort abends schön den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es gibt am See unten auch zwei Restaurants. Ansonsten ist das Hotel eher außerhalb, da man 45 Minuten läuft, wenn man zum Hauptteil des Ortes möchte. Wir sind das ganze einmal gelaufen, weil die Parkplätze kurz vor der Fußgängerzone sehr teuer sind. Das Laufen lohnt sich, da vor dem Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze sind. Alternativ kann man einen Shuttle nutzen, der zwei Straßen weiter vorne abfährt und 2€ pro Person pro Fahrt kostet.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber trotzdem genossen.

Einmal ging ein kurzes, frisches Lüftchen. Das liess mich vermuten, dass es vielleicht gar nicht so übel ist, hier unten am Windschatten zu liegen. Vielleicht wäre es sonst etwas kühl gewesen.

underwhelming experience to say the least. The hospitality is 0 and staff will argue with you over the smallest requests. The beds are firm as it gets. Wifi is barely usable and cellular is an deadzone. The pool is nice but thats about it.

Fint rum med utsikt över sjön. Vi uppgraderade med 15Euro extra per natt för bättre utsikt. Frukosten ok. Att hyra cyklar kostar minst 5 euro för 4 timmar och ingen kortare uthyrning möjlig. Man får inte lämna tillbaka cykeln senare än 21.00 för det finns inga cykellampor, lite konstigt med tanke på att det är väldigt ljust på sommaren och för att komma till restauranger och supermarket är det bra med cykel. Så sena middagar blir taxi vilket blir miljöaspekt och mer kostsamt. Ett tips att få hyra per timme och sätt dit lampor. Poolen var ok, varmt vatten dock. Poolbar bra.

Det er påbegynt, men vinduer/glassfasade på den delen av hotellet vi bodde på og bassenengområdet er ikke oppgradert. Det er flott at hotellet har sykler til utleie, da mye er i sykkelavstand. Syklene hadde dog litt ymse kvalitet. Ikke så god lydisolering mellom hotellrommene.

War soweit ok, bis ein sehr gutes Parfum aus dem Hotelzimmer verschwunden ist. Eine Aufklärung durch das Hotel ist bis heute nicht erfolgt, keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen, einfach gar nichts. Noch vor Ort wurde bei der Polizei eine Anzeige erstattet.
So etwas haben wir in noch keinem Hotel erlebt, dass etwas aus dem Zimmer entwendet wurde.
Der Zimmersafe hat auch nicht funktioniert, Meldung erfolgte bei Anreise bis zur Abreise wurde dieser nicht repariert.

Jätte fint hotell med bra läge, nära till en fin strand bara ett par hundra m bort, det enda negativa var att det stod att det skulle finnas en ”minibar”, vi hade nämligen gärna haft en liten kyl där vi kunde förvara lite vatten mm. Men i det stora hela så är vi väldigt nöjda.

Worst hotel experience ever!
The experience was very bad. The pictures in the booking order didn’t match the reality. There was 2 extra beds in the room and a mysterious door to another room which made us feel uncomfortable. The place was far from the center so we had to walk for an hour to reach the center. You can of course rent a car but you have to pay for a parking spot outside the center. The balcony was dirty and water was dripping into ice on the balcony railing. The water tap was out of order in the bathroom and we couldn’t make it stop dripping. In the night we could hear the sound from the electric cabinet in the room, due to the old electrical system. The whole hotel room felt like a jail built in 1945 WWII.

Das Hotel, die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch wunderbar gelegen, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was weniger angenehm war, die Reinigungskräfte kamen wann Sie wollte und wir hatten jede Menge Gäste (Ameisen) im Zimmer, was zwar vom Platz her nicht so problematisch war, jedoch das Zusammenleben von Mensch und Tier in einem Raum sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ;-)) Alles in Allem aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder:

A poche decine di metri da una spiaggia in riva al lago, e relativamente vicino al centro di Sirmione, raggiungibile in bicicletta , con bus-navetta, o con la ns auto, ma poi
Il problema era la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio.
Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità, ampi spazi nella hall principale, con il bar aperto 24 ore.
Camere pulite, spaziose e con un gradevole balconcino esterno.
L'unica piccola pecca era nel bagno.
Le rubinetterie erano decisamente attempate.
Non erano a rubinetti miscelatori, e stonavano anche per la poca funzionalità.
Ma nessuno è perfetto...
La colazione ottima, abbondante e con una buona varieta di alimenti e bevande.
Il personale veramente sempre gentilissimo e disponibile.
Nel complesso sono presenti anche una piscina per bambini ed una per adulti, discretamente frequentate per rinfrescarsi e per prendere il sole sui tanti lettini disponibili.
Infine l'hotel mette a disposizione anche un buon numero di ottime biciclette da città, per spostarsi agevolmente senza problemi di parcheggio, nelle vicinanze o fino al castello di Sirmione.
Il costo del noleggio 5 euro 1/2 giornata o 10 euro giornata intera è sicuramente adeguato al servizio.
Posso certamente affermare che ci siamo trovati molto bene, e che alloggeremo nuovamente in questo hotel se e quando decideremo di tornare in riva al lago di Garda.

La chambre reçue n’etait Pas la même que la publicité sur votre site web. Première chose qu’ils ont fait est de nous offrir d’acheter un upgrade de chambre. De plus il y avait beaucoup d’etudiants sur place, donc la 2eme nuit on a mal dormi du au bruit. On s’est plaint sans résultat.
