Please please please make sure you ensure your room isn’t a smoking room if you aren’t a smoker because the smoking rooms smell like the cigarette smoke is in the walls. Even with the window open the smell doesn’t go away. Aside from that they staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The bus and Shinkansen stations were close to the hotel making travel very convenient and easy. They even offered different pillow varieties which made this stay feel more luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay. Oh I almost forgot the beds were now made with tall people in mind so your feet may hang off if you’re over the height of 5ft 9inch.

The property has only one lift. At times it becomes a real problem if you are in a hurry to get up or down.
Although I managed to use the small built-in desk for work, the space was limited for having the laptop and a few documents on the table at the same time.
I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor facing the street. They. to some extent, got it but allocated a room on the opposite side of where I had requested. It was OK but they failed to understand or did not take the request seriously.

Stayed in the twin comfort room and it was a pretty big room for it being in Japan. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I liked that they offered free water bottles one per day. They also had a laundry room which was conveniently helpful for us. Front desk staff was always helpful and kind, they even spoke english making communication easier.

This is a great hotel. It's new, the staff are helpful and the free included breakfast makes this hotel an amazing value. It's only a 10 minute walk to Nagoya station as well. My in-laws live in Nagoya, so I go there all the time and this will be the main hotel I will stay at from now on!

Location is about 10-15mins walk to Nagoya Station, with a luggage will be 15mins, without luggage I can walk there for about 10mins!! Staff is friendly, only 1 lift available so during breakfast timing is abit overwhelming... Room is clean and comfy... Didn’t want housekeeping for my 3 nights stay but everyday when I return back, new amenities + new towels will be hanging inside a plastic bag at my door... Thumbs up for it!! :D

Overall a pleasant stay
We travelled with our 4yo son. The hotel was a little too far to walk from the Nagoya station - it took us more than 10mins of brisk walking to reach. The bed was also a little small for the three of us to share. This is no fault of the hotel as we knew that the room/bed would be small.
Breakfast was good and the little welcome pack for the kid was also adorable.

Enjoy my stay with the hotel very much... Clean and comfy. The room equips with high quality mattress and pillow. If the pillow can't up to your standard, more choices are provided for your selection. There are convenient stores nearby. Subway station around the corner. I pretty like the location although others found it’s far from station, it makes environment quite for resting. Actually it’s only take about 5 minutes ie to get down the under-ground shopping centre then directs to the stations.
Staff from the hotel is very helpful and polite.
My room is nice and clean and quiet which I like, I had a good night resting for the trip.
It will be great if they could have more variety for breakfast, but quality now is good tho.
Suggest to build one more loft if any chance, waiting time could be reduced.
