Great location for watching a match at Groupama Stadium. My only complaint is that the restaurant was closed and the bar only had pizzas. In that location, I didn’t have many options for food, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was great when the restaurant re-opened the next day.

The staff at the Kopster are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed here for the Arsenal Women against Lyon game at the stadium, so its super convenient for that location. Theres a few restaurants nearby but thats about it.
Will definitely stay here again if going to an wvent at the stadium or arena. Room was great, i couldnt fault anything about my stay!

Staff were very accommodating and allowed my client to leave bags behind the desk, check in early and booked them an early morning car transfer. The room was spacious and clean, but could’ve benefitted from a small fridge, milk for the coffee and stronger air con.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came for the Olympics and expected to hear outside crowds and other noise, but we were surprised by how quiet our room was. Another plus is a walkable distance to the Lyon stadium, so if you are coming for the game, it’s a place to be. Breakfast was good, but dinner wasn’t that great, and it was on the pricier side. We had to wait for our drinks and food to arrive for quite some time, but it didn't ruin the overall experience.

We chose this hotel because it was next door to the Groupama stadium where we were going to watch the Olympic football. It is indeed very convenient for the stadium, but is also a very good hotel in and of itself. Our twin room (double bed plus sofa bed) was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. The food was very good. My only small gripe would be that the cooked breakfast items were lukewarm, so I didn’t eat much of it. I went for the pastries, cold cuts and cheese instead. But overall, a lovely experience.

If you are going to an event at groupoma stadium this is the only option, in my opinion. It was so nice being able to leave the venue and walk in and buy a pizza and drink before going up to my room. Also the rooms are spacious and they had a great welcome gift! Thank you!

The experience was fine. It was a concert night so the rate was high but comparable to the other hotels nearby.
On one note, be aware that on event nights at the stadium you must reserve a parking space!! I got lucky as I found out just the morning of reservation day.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Groupama Stadium. It is right next door! The fact that it was clean, beautifully decorated with a rain shower and possibly the best hotel bed we’ve ever had were a bonuses. The shower had no place to put soaps in the shower stall and no hooks for tawels. At breakfast they lacked vegan options, such as vegan milk for coffee, for example. In the gym, there was no place to place personal belongings, and the television was also unavailable.

Very new hotel with dedicated staff, it is just the location that's is not very great. Yet with some 6 to 8 Km away from Lyin Expo Centre it is a good choice if you are visiting or exhibiting at the show

Da vi ankom sent om aftenen med vores 2 børn havde de ikke gjort sovesofaen klar til børnene. Vi skulle selv gøre sofaen klar så børnene kunne sove. Gulvtæppet er meget plettet over det hele. Vi fik kun 2 håndklæder i alt som vi skulle dele (vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn) der blev ikke rengjort på vores værelse så vi kom tilbage til et værelse hvor sengene ikke var redt og vi fik ikke nye håndklæder. Parkeringen kostede 10 euro pr dag men pga der var koncert på stadion kostede den ene dag 30 euro. Dette burde vi have fået oplyst ved booking.

Chambre propre mais un peu petite pour 2. Les filles de la réception sont très sympas et arrangeantes. Bémol sur le thé au petit déjeuner.....constituer son sachet de thé n'est pas plus écolo qu'un sachet de thé simple et même plus cher sûrement et le résultat est médiocre car on en met partout!

1 seule nuit pour la demi-finale de rugby du Top14. Très bon hôtel, personnel compétent et à l'écoute. Seul bémol, le coût prohibitif du parking.

Due to a trade show in the LDLC Arena (walking distance) I found this hotel. Probably much busier when larger trade shows and soccer matches are happening but it still had a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area. Room was very nice too. Sorry I could not stay longer, but duty calls me elsewhere....

Clairement, on paye l’emplacement. À quelques centaines de mètres de l’Arena, c’est le seul atout de l’hôtel.
Les chambres sont basiques pour 300€, pas une boîte de Kleenex, de cotons-tiges ou de cotons de démaquillage, rien.
Une mini boîte de pralines de bienvenue, sympa, mais des amis ont eu la même chose dans un hôtel à 70€ à 10mn de là.
Petit dej pas exceptionnel, obligé de redemander bacon et confiture, sinon ça reste vide. Pas de petites crêpes, ni autre douceur artisanale, le tout pour 19€.
Et quand on repart on apprend que le T7 est en travaux, on se débrouille pour rejoindre la Gare, soit en taxi, soit covoiturage, l’hôtel n’a pas prévu de navettes.
Bref. Seul le café en chambre a trouvé grâce à mes yeux, sinon c’est juste profiter des gens qui vont à un concert en face.

Très bon hôtel, literie, bonne qualité. On mange très bien au restaurant. En revanche payé 48 € pour un petit déjeuner je trouve ça démesuré. Sinon dans l’ensemble le personnel est très agréable et très poli.

Superbe hôtel bien situé à quelques pas de la salle de concert Arena et du stadium. Bien desservie pour aller au centre de Lyon en tram. Seul bémol climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas et une chaleur dans la chambre obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et bruyant à l’extérieur.

Un très bon séjour !
Venue avec mon fiancé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’accueil était chaleureux, tout le personnel que nous avons croisé était disponible, sympathique et agréable. Les lieux étaient propres. Le seul « point négatif » fut le ménage, dans la mesure où il est fait tôt et dans notre cas, nous entendions l’aspirateur passé dans la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre !

À 30 minutes de la Gare de Lyon en taxi. Si vous avez un événement sportif ou un concert d’un groupe ou chanteur, c’est idéal pour rejoindre le LDLC Arena. Par contre le prix du forfait pour le petit-déjeuner est un peu cher par rapport au petit buffet proposé!

Accueil froid, distant. Personnel en baskets, peu en accord avec le standing dont je m'attendais. au bar, j'ai dû répéter 3 fois ma commande, et le serveur s'est encore trompé. Comprend-t-il le français? Chambre à la déco originale, les taches sur la moquette aussi! Pas de mini bar (standing?) mais des boissons sucrées à température ambiante, imbuvables. Machine à café à capsules, éco- responsables? Radin en serviettes de toilette (standing?). Canapés du bar à rafraîchir. Plus de crêpes au petit déjeuner à 9h30. Mais où sont les 4 étoiles?

De petites attentions qui font toujours plaisir comme un sachet de panaché de bonbons, deux canettes et 2 bouteilles d eau avec un petit message de bienvenu en relation avec le concert qui était dans la salle de spectacle à côté. Bref je suis ravi d un séjour personnalisé

Toujours bien reçue lorsque je me déplace à la LDLC arena pour travailler, je loge toujours au Kopster, et je peux vraiment trouver le sommeil, le silence, le confort. Les équipes sont top. Le petit dej est très bon aussi.
Lorsque le restaurant est ouvert, j’apprécie y déjeuner.
