It was advertised that the rooms would have tea/coffee making and free bottled water in the rooms, and there was nothing. When I complained I was told that they were unaware this was advertised. I was offered tap water and a tea from the bar just that night.
The rooms were also cold. The heating is capped at 22 degrees and turns itself off at night, but at the same time there was only a medium duvet on the bed and no extra blankets in the room. It was very cold out that weekend and we were cold. I ended up using my coat as an extra blanket!
There was no phone in the room to contact reception. This hotel is advertised as a 3 stars but it’s more like a hostel!

Everything went smoothly. Goof value. Important thing for me was the excellent transport facilities for both the airport and Lyon itself--- great value and regular services.

We stayed for 2 nights and the AC did not work while outside temperature was >34 degrees celsius. Because we were staying on the ground floor we did not want to sleep with the window open. Avoid room 4. On the 2nd day the staff kindly proposed to relocate us but only if we could pack before 12, which was not possible for us because we had workshops to attend so we stayed in our hot room. On sunday at 9.45am there was barely anything left for breakfast while it closes at 10am, the reason was \"the hotel is full\".... you knew the hotel was full why did you not plan accordingly ? Not ok to leave us hungry (and angry).
It s an industrial area and there is no decent food options. Deliveries are your best option.

The room had a good size and it was clean and very proper but it was a cold day and the thermostat would not go above 22 doesn’t matter what I’d set. There’s no intercom in the room so I had to go downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk and I’ve learned this is a known problem. They gave me a portable heater but I hope they address that problem soon.
Location is good if your intent is staying close to the airport, as you can easily move to the city and to the airport from there.
Returning to the hotel at night by bus seemed a bit sketchy if you’re a lady traveling alone as the streets leading to the hotel are not illuminated, but overall felt safe.

Felt like a dorm. The bathroom also had no stopper for the shower so the entire floor was soaking wet (wear sandals). It was the only hotel choice for us that was close to the Lyon airport and it was for one night, which was fine for that purpose, but I wouldn't choose it again.

Simply motel, relatively clean, but not well thought out in terms of the room: odd lighting, no proper shower curtain or door, so easy to wet the floor. Not particularly comfortable bed. Couldn’t change the temperature in what was quite a hot room. There was also only one member of staff on duty; poor guy had to serve and make food and drinks, while checking everyone in. He was running around like crazy, working very hard. Maybe they had a second member off sick, but it was a lot to ask if this poor chap.

It is a good budget hotel in terms of comfort, breakfast is decent and wifi worked well. But it has a major flaw- sound insulation is non-existent. There was noise on the floor till 2 am the night we stayed there. Also while there is AC it is controlled centrally, for example it did not turn on all night when we were there.

The only bad side of it was that no shopping mall or restaurants around the hotel. The three days that i was there happened to be weekend and i was told that their restaurant is closed during the weekend and there wasn't any other alternative. If they can work on that would be brilliant.

Room was ok. Wish there would’ve been a mini refrigerator. Upon checkin there was one staff member that was very rude to myself and my husband. The one receptionist told us to help ourselves to some coffee and when we went to do so another worker came rushing over and told us we couldn’t be there and that we should leave the lobby. His tone was like he was talking to us like we were children. This was a very rude interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the stay. I don’t think I would stay here again.

We were the last people to stay in the hotel before lockdown. From when we checked in to when we checked out the hotel staff, even though facing uncertain times themselves, never gave us anything but the most professional service.

The hotel is not bad at all if you are visiting Lyon for a business trip in the area. Other than that the hotel is really far from the City. If you are in Lyon for pleasure don’t stay there . The staff were awesome though. Semir and Selma were great. Also the hotel manager was great .

The hotel is very good, the staff very efficient and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The only fault is that it is next to a construction site in an industrial area. This was not a big problem for us but could be for others when the weather is better. It would not be the place to walk about.

The hotel seems to be based in the middle of nowhere but is convenient for Lyon airport. It seems very new and my room was modern, comfortable and in excellent condition. Good fast Wifi. There is a big carpark available and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and had some lovely salmon, followed by a delicious chocolate dessert. Prices were very reasonable and the food was good quality. There's also a nice bar. The breakfast buffet was very good. I liked this hotel and will definitely stay here again in future

Overall the hotel is comfortable enough. It is basic bedroom with no frills (only 1 towel each and no hand towel) but a/c worked and it was clean. I thought I was booking the one next to the airport so was surprised when we were so far away. 15 min cab ride that cost 35 euros. That is why I rated it a little less because of location and no frills. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel was chosen due to price and proximity to the Airport. I also chose this Hotel because it had a restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed for evening meals on Fridays and Saturdays and possibly Sundays. The staff did however, offer me some snacks instead and it was prepared for me. The food was acceptable to me but there was no menu for this service.

Good hotel for a short business trip stay.
Although no ashtrays, people definitely smoke with the window open, a non smoker can tell/smell! Staff was friendly however, breakfast ok and beds have good mattresses. Conveniently located to go to the airport by car.

far from the airport
it was terrible to discover at 12 am in the airport that this isn't the Kyriad Hotel next to the Airport, where I stayed last year as well. It is very confusing to have two Kyriad hotels both called \"airport\", but this one being at 25 min drive from the airport. the staff was nice and at least they sent me an uber, but I paid 35 eur for the trip. So since my next plane was at 6 am, I only slept 4 h and had to pay 70 eur for the taxi. This was quite a bad experience.

Last night of a week in France and I wanted to be close to Lyon airport for the morning flight home. Hotel is on an industrial estate about 12 minutes from the Airport. The hotel is modern, very clean with large rooms and my room had a large very comfortable bed and a 42\" television mounted on the wall. Kettle with tea and coffee sachets in the room. Nice bathroom.
They do have a restaurant but it's only open Monday to Thursday evenings. I was there on a Saturday night so went out to the nearby village of Jonage to eat. The bar is open in the hotel until 11pm each night and was well stocked. The breakfast was OK for the money. The room rate was ridiculously cheap. It was overall an excellent experience and suited my purposes down to the ground. Just don't look for period antiquity and charm.

The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The rooms are what you would typically expect. A couple of things, it is advertised as having a restaurant, however this is not open at weekends and you have to drive to get to a restaurant as there are none close by. It is in fact in a very isolated spot with very little around it. The hotel was barely occupied, there was therefore only two staff members working and when we noticed our shower had broken (it was broken when we got in the room and they still put us in there) there was nobody to fix it and we had to wait. It turned out it couldn't be fixed and we were offered another room but chose to stay. They have us breakfast free to make up for this. The breakfast was ok although little choice toast, fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh fruit juice and pastries.

We had a wonderful evening at the hotel. The price was very reasonable, we had a delicious salmon dinner with the house wine, which was very reasonable. I thought for the price, it might not be that great, but it was clean, comfortable, and a great place to spend the night close to the airport, before we drove to our Chateau outside of Meursault the next morning. I would definitely stay there again. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous avions toujours les mêmes paroles lorsqu'on changeait les chaines. Le problème a été résolu...on nous a changé de chambre.

Leider war zum Check-In noch nicht das gebuchte Zimmer gemacht und mein Freund und ich mussten noch über eine Dreiviertelstunde warten bis wir ins Hotelzimmer konnten. Auf den Duschtüchern habe ich leider nach dem Benutzen erst Dreckflecken entdeckt. Das Frühstück war ganz nett - do h wer bestimmte Sachen nicht essen konnte oder nicht mochte, hatte nur eine sehr kleine begrenzte Auswahl an Essen.
Aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass auf der Hotelseite mehrere Sprachen angegeben worden sind aber der Service sich fast nur auf Französisch mit uns unterhalten konnte. Englischkenntnisse waren eher dürftig und Deutsch konnte wohl keiner Servicekräfte sprechen, obwohl das angegeben war. Das hat den Check-In und Check-Out sowie Fragen zu bestimmten Sachen sehr erschwert.
