Fabulous hotel! Easy walk across street to airport terminal. Hotel is much more beautiful inside than expected, and the lounge and bar/restaurant area are quite nice. Room was perfect and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The heating in the room was up.way too high 24,5°!! I turned it down, what a waste of energy tho'!

I arrived slightly earlier than the 1500 check in time and I was delighted that I was allowed to check in early by a very friendly receptionist
I chose the buffet in the dining room which had lots of choice and was all delicious
The room had a very comfortable bed and very good air conditioning

Great stay at NH hotel, perfect for an overnight stop before an early flight. Junior suite was perfect for kids to be in a separate area, and the sofa bed was very comfy. We enjoyed a buffet dinner in the restaurant, service was excellent.

I would have given this hotel a top rating - it is clean, stylish and modern. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The air conditioning in the room was the best I’ve ever experienced- it was pleasantly cool although the temperatures outside were 30° +
There was no airport noise inside the room despite being so very close to the airport - literally the terminal was just over the road.
The evening buffet meal was plentiful and varied as was the breakfast next morning.
My disappointment with this hotel came on my return home. I found I’d been charged €17 extra on my credit card.
I knew I had not used the mini bar and confirmed this with staff on check out.
It took 3 emails to query this charge before they said they would refund my account.
This has left me with a somewhat jaded view of this hotel.

Looks beautiful but actually the sinks in both rooms were clogged with dirt and hair and there was food under our beds.
Staff told us no family option was available when we went to book at reception, so we looked online and booked a family room!!! Embarrassing for staff when we went back to reception to check in. Room also wasn’t ready. Son went to use the gym and equipment was broken.
Could be a fabulous place but just didn’t meet the mark.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years now, sometimes several times a year. It’s a good hotel. Certainly close to the Lyon Airport. The only things I don’t like are the food in the restaurant, and the prices of the food and drinks. The food is just awful. When I’m hungry, I usually walk across the street to Terminal 1 and get a hotdog from Albert’s, or something from the refrigerator at the Monoprix. The food in the hotel restaurant is just not worth the money they’re charging. Generally, there’s something on the $40+ buffet that I can eat, but not worth the $$. The staff is OUTSTANDING!

Pros: Right across the street from terminal 1. Excellent staff. We were able to check in at noon, even though their check-in technically isn't until 3 PM. Although expensive, the buffet options for dinner and breakfast were very good. The breakfast was probably one of the best buffets I've ever had.

Cons - Bed was very firm and the windows in the room did not open. Even though the air conditioning was adequate, I love the ability to breathe in fresh air when I'm spending time in my room.

They gave us two keys. One never worked. No big deal. However they got us a foldable bed that was completely defective. I had to repair it myself to prevent my kid to fall from it. Whoever installed it could not have overlooked that it was unusable.

I asked if I could have a room with a bathtub when I checked in. You might think that a simple request. I was told my room had been already assigned. From the activity I could tell there were probably many other rooms available. Very bad customer service!

Dreadful service and torture chamber of a room

Check in was terrible. Only one person on duty despite there being a queue of people. Was told at the desk that I had left on my previous visit without paying a restaurant bill. That however was inaccurate, I had checked out on my previous visit and told everything was in order. I therefore assumed that my meal had been debited from the card I had offered as a deposit. As this was in the early hours of the morning and there was a queue of people waiting to check in I left it till the morning when I had an early departure. However as punishment for what the hotel saw as my transgression I was given a room on the top floor right beside the lift. It was like trying to sleep in a box that is subject to constant scraping and thumping. Needless to say I got no sleep even with earplugs in. I complained when I checked out both about the accusation of leaving without paying my restaurant bill and the horror that had been my room. The desk staff said they would deal with the matter by email. I received nothing from them except a copy of my bill.

Room was fine and very near terminal. Booked for final night in France to avoid travel hiccups. It is easy to miss where you can have the car pull in for reservation. We had no towels, first time they brought one to share, eventually we got the full complement. Bottom line: super convenient but check bathroom supplies before you call it a night.

This is a wonderful hotel in which to stay the night before an early-morning flight out of Lyon. The location could not be better, just across the street from the terminal. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was spectacularly clean and very, very comfortable -- with a marvelous bed. The restaurant had very good food and an excellent waitstaff. Highly recommended.

This is a good properties well kept, but staff could.be more.on their toes. For example, the refreshments offered at check-in often ran out, the sauna or hamman invariably did not work, and although I was entitled to an upgrade and late check out, neither was provided to me although there was obviously an upgraded room available because I could have booked it myself on their website when I checked. I these perks are subject to availability, when they are available and not offered it's the sign of a stingy hotel that is putting profit over ita guest's comfort. The hotel is very convenient to the airport as it's right across the street on a 5 minute walk to the TGV train station.

The hotel doesn’t have parking so i parked my car in the airport parking and it costed me 30€
The room was very cold and they don’t have heaters i waked up sick
I was staying in the 3rd floor and there was a party in the hotel the dj stayed till 1 am and it was so noisy i couldn’t sleep
The staff don’t understand english and dont speak english and they where very rude
You can find better hotel in the same area with heater and free parking and good staff in half price i dont recommend
