I arrived after 11 p.m. and the reception was closed. the terminal that was supposed to accompany me during my check-in broke down when I was editing my room key. I was only able to leave after 2 a.m. in the cold for the airport. therefore zero stay. I'm waiting to be compensated

Expérience pas terrible, accueil presque fermé tout le temps de mon séjour... Le petit déjeuner a 24€ ne les vaut absolument pas qu'elle déception ! La climatisation n'était pas très performante j'ai eu très chaud et l'hôtel était assez bruyant... Malgré tout la seule fois où j'ai qqun a l'accueil la personne était très aimable. Je ne reviendrai pas pour autant.

Basically, if you need a bed before a morning flight, it will do the job. Do not expect any extras. It's in the middle of an industrial park with warehouses and other businesses. So maybe a plus that it is quite at night.

The hotel is 15 mins from the airport. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The room was small but adequate for one night, similar to a ferry cabin. The fire alarm was missing from our room and one bedside light did not work.

Decent room with a big bed. Clean, only spent one night here to be close to the airport. Room is comparable to a Motel 6 type in the states. Bathroom and shower were small but you get what you pay for. Front desk isn’t staffed 24/7. Check in time is at exactly 2pm, not earlier. I showed up around 1pm hoping for an early check in and the reception area was locked and lights out.
Also this hotel isn’t near ANYTHING no food or restaurants within walking distance. It serves mainly as just a hotel that’s near the airport.

Reservé en este establecimiento porque ofrecen traslado desde aeropuerto .
En realidad, dan un número de telefono para que el huésped llame al conductor. No dan nombre de la eempresa ni lugar donde encontrar los vehículos.
Llegué 21,30 , y el hotel estaba cerrado. Una máquina , en la puerta informa que debe hacerse el Check-in ahí. Nunca fui informada al respecto ; tampoco que era condición tener tarjeta de crédito para realizarlo .
Tampoco a la mañana había persona alguna en la recepción. El único personal a la vista, era una señorita que atendía el área de desayuno.
Las instalaciones, muy básicas .
El servicio de traslado fue correcto cuando logré comunicarme ; pero ,no obstante haberlo reservado la noche anterior, llegó 25 minutos tarde para llega al aeropuerto por la mañana.
Nunca más me alojaría aquí, ni lo recomendaría.

Check in was good with a friendly helpful lady and the included breakfast was excellent although we did have to take it next door at the Campanile hotel next door so I do not know what it would have been like on site.

However the room was not particularly very good, worst of all it smelt of urine !!!

Straightforward and helpful

The place is no frills but clean and comfortable. The staff have been very helpful.
There is a shuttle bus that is run independently that takes you to and from the airport or Train station for 7€. This is much better than waiting for a rude taxi driver who will over charge.
Pick up is next to the entrance for P0 car park and you can call the service on +33 6 80 16 81 43. The same for the return to these places..

Worst Hotel Ever

Worst experience ever, toilet was filthy, room smelt disgusting, i was asked to buy drugs twice, i was only at the hotel 30 mins. I did not stay at the hotel, after going in, seeing the room i left straight away. I had to sit the airport all night, this was a better option than staying the night in that room.
There was no airport shuttle and no taxi's would come to the hotel for pick up.

It is a 15min drive from the airport.
In the middle of an industrial estate.
Please carry food with you before you arrive as it doesn't any options except for vending machine.
The airport shuttle is 7 euro for out-of-service hours of the bus 47 which is 1.9 euro.
WiFi is okay and can be accessed using room number and name.
Check-in can be done using an automated 24 HR machine
Very budget frdly and minimal facilities.
The rooms are like a box so you can hear your neighbors. But it's perfect for a on budget close to airport room.

Got to the airport around 11pm. No Taxi wanted to make the trip because it is so close. Had to call the hotel (local call that costs a fortune) to get us a shuttle for 7 Euros (a lot for 2KM). The next day had to get a train back from the airport, so 7 Euros for a shuttle once again. Other than that, the hotel was ok, nothing great, but at least was clean. The service was good as well. If you get to the hotel late, you can get the keys with a machine located outside the reception so that was convenient.

Easy airport access

Must have a car or taxi to get to/from hotel. They offer a cheap airport shuttle that runs every hour.
The staff was friendly and kind.
Bathroom was a little bit small. But the room perfect for the night before my departure from Lyon St. Exupery Aeroport

I was traveling from Genève to Lyon. Then after arriving at the terminal 1 there is no shuttle available for the hotel. Hopefully I got the shuttle telephone number from the airport information desk after 2 hours waiting. It was unacceptable and even more there is no indication of the shuttle station. I had to walk through all the airport till the terminal 2 and then going outside the terminal near a small car parking. It was horrible because I don’t know the airport. It is unacceptable.

Good for business, but nothing else

Prompt and good service.
I spent one evening without lights in my room, due to an electric problem. Nothing to do around the hotel, placed in an industrial area. The wifi was not secured, which is quite dangerous nowadays in such a community of people, and besides it was absolutely horrible in terms of speed after 6 o'clock in the evening.

Do Not Stay at this Hotel!

This was the worst experience we've ever had with a hotel. They did not answer the phone when we called from the airport, then did not answer the phone or the bell when we arrived. They had an automatic key dispenser that showed we had fully paid for the room, but it would not give out the key. We ended up sleeping in the vending room space outside the front door (hard floor, about 6' by 5' space) until 5:30 am, when the person showed up. And then they double charged our credit card!

Practical as close to the airport

Experience disappointing as the evening was cold and while i went back to reception to let the member of dtaff know that the heating was not working and was stone cold, i did not receive the support I was expecting - making me feel inadequate as not able to make it work.
Lack of blankets in the room did not compensate for,the lack of warmth.
Practical location if you have an early flight from St Exupéry airport.

I stayed in this hotel for about 8 hours. 7 hours too long. If all you're doing is sleeping before a flight and you don't want to pay too much (it's still overpriced), then maybe it might be ok. Otherwise pay another £20 and stay somewhere else

Room without a view

It was almost impossible to get to the hotel because the taxis at the airport would not travel such a short distance so you had to catch a shuttle service that met you in between two very distant car parks. It took me 1 hour to find this place and the shuttle had gone by then! I had to carry my heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs with no lifts.
When I got to the hotel it was closed and there was no one to help me. There was a machine on the wall which was very difficult to use and eventually I go my room ticket.
The room was very small with a tiny windo looking at a stairwell!
At 2am water started dripping through the ceiling next to the bed! It dropped continuously until 3:30am. There was no phone number to report the problem or ask for help.
In the morning I reported the problem to the lady in the restaurant below and she was horrified but did not offer me any refund. There was no one in charge.
A dreadful experience.

It was a terrible stay for many reasons: — Public transportations don't go there as it's far from downtown.
— The door of my room didn't close properly and the room was smelly.
— In the morning I tried to ask for a shuttle but the reception was closed. I rang and a lady from the hotel opened the door to complain about getting disturbed. I asked her for a shuttle to the airport, she replied that it was too late and that the reception was closed. She didn't care enough to try to help.

Reception staff hardly their, not even when supposed to be. Room stunk. Seemed to have never been aired out . Stink faded away the second day, as we were going in and out. Breakfast was OK ... I guess, but felt cheap (watery OJ, quite limited amount of bread and other items, ...). Not worth the 5 euros that was charged.

Cheap Lyon Airport hotel

Nice hotel close to the airport. Great price, small rooms but quiet, clean and good WiFi. Hotel had a 24 hour check in box just outside the lobby in case the lobby was closed. That was nice since we checked in about 11:00 pm and the lobby closed at 9:00.

We choose to Uber to the airport instead of the hotel shuttle at 6 Euros a person. Uber was about 8 euros for 4 of us.

Hotel is cheap and that's why I booked it; I didn't expect luxury. Funnily enough in this room it is like one is already on board of the plane, really, the bathroom is just like the airplane toilets.
However, I expect the bedding (bed sheets) and bath towels to be changed and clean - my sheets were not fresh ones as they smelled of cigarette smoke and had hair of a different color than mine, ditto for the towels.
The worst however is that the airport shuttle is NOT FREE which I am still yet to complain formally about, as the hotel description mentions the shuttle without saying it is at an additional cost of 6 euros per trip! So 12 euros in total from and back to the airport!
I also left my electric toothbrush behind but they said they didn't find it... I find this hard to believe.

Clean, convenient and cheap

This is a small, clean, inexpensive hotel conveniently located for a one night stay prior to departure from Lyon Airport. It has a pay shuttle that runs every hour (6 euros per person), and you can buy continental breakfast for 5 euros. It has free wifi and TV. No frills but just what you need if you are looking for convenient and cheap at about 40 euros. I would stay again.

OK to stay if you know the ropes.

When I called the day of my arrival, no one could deal with English. They did not inform me that the lobby closed at 9 p.m. I was lucky that I caught a clerk who gave me a room key. The shuttle costs 6 Euros each way, so the good price is not as great as it looks.

Hôtel très vieillissant, la porte d'entrée de ma chambre était vraiment pas securisé et semblait bouger à chaque passage.
J'ai casiment pas fermé l'œil de la nuit de peur que la porte s'ouvre. Arrivée vers 23h le portail exterieur fermé sans aucune possibilité de l'ouvrir jusqu'à trouver l'accueil virtuelle de nuit où là le numero de code du portail du parking est marqué à la vue de tous clients où des simples visiteurs qui pourraient roder autour du complexe. Plus jamais.

je mets 1 étoile pour le personnel qui le mérite bien. pour le reste, c'est 0. Bien qu'étant régulièrement dans des hôtels en France et à l'étranger, celui-ci est de loin le pire dans lequel j'ai pu mettre les pieds. N'espérez pas vouloir vous doucher, l'espace est plus restreint que si vous étiez sur les toilettes avec les canalisations en partie bouchées. l'isolation phonique et thermique inexistante : en hiver et donnant sur les pistes de l'aéroport c'est, comment dire, problématique...Bien qu'ayant mi une étoile pour le personnel, j'ai quand même des doutes sur le nettoyage réalisé entre mes deux nuits, particulièrement dans l'espace douche/toilette/lavabo ! Le petit déjeuner est certes peu cher mais bien trop élevé pour ce qui est proposé (pain/beurre/quatre quart/miel/confitures/lait/café, le tout industriel). Préférez une boulangerie, ce sera au même prix et bien plus qualitatif. Pour finir, cet hôtel est quasi une honte étant donné le prix payé : 331€ les 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner...on ne m'y reprendra plus!

Das schlimmste Hotelzimmer inmeinen Leben, Eine Schande für Frankreich. In einem Entwickungsland kann das vorkommen. Sie sollten diese Unterkunft nicht mehr anbieten, es schadet ihrer Reputation. Der Name ist irreführend von dem Hotel. Zimmer winzig, drei Betten in kleinsten Raum. Klimanlage hat nur Wärme produziert. Winziges Fenster zum Gang hinaus. Nach der Dusche war ganzes Badezimmer überschwemmt. Alles ist kaputt und abgenutzt. Die Bettdecke wird sicher mehrfach benutzt..... Ein Alptraum und das für fast 200 EUR.

Arrivée à l'hôtel à 2h30 et le système d'attribution des chambres sur la borne qui ne fonctionne pas obligé d'appeler le numéro et coupé 3 fois avec la personne qui était endormie pour nous voir attribuer la chambre 109 avec une carte posée sur le distributeur de boissons qui apparemment était prévue pour 1 personne car 1 seule serviette pour 2 !! Enfin couchés à 3h10 du coup !! D'autre part concernant le petit déjeuner il serait judicieux de rectifier sur le site que celui ci se prend au Campanile et que l'heure maxi est 9 heures et pas 10 heures !! Assez déçu car nous étions claqués et avons eu notre nuit écourtée

L accueil a été très agréable, rien à dire sur la propreté, un petit bémol sur la porte de la chambre qui laissait apparaître un entrebâillement malgré le fait que nous avions bien fermé à clé. Heureusement ce n est pas en hiver mais on ne se sent pas très en sécurité et on n entend du coup les bruits extérieurs. Il était trop tard pour le signaler quand nous nous en sommes aperçu et nous avons quitté l hôtel très tôt donc impossible de le dire à l accueil.

J’ai payé deux fois la taxe de séjour une fois à la réservation une deuxième fois à l accueil meme si c’est 1€66 cést pas normal le personnel doit vérifié avant d encaisser merci
