Hôtel très beau avec un équipement jamais vu : une piscine immense pour un hôtel, un jacuzzi très chaud et très puissant, et une immense salle de sport ou vous trouverez votre bonheur quel que soit votre entraînement. Honnêtement, c'est un hôtel qui se démarque. Et c'est sans parler du professionnalisme de la manager à l'accueil (Mallaury) à qui j'ai eu affaire !

Dans un ensemble, plutôt positif, a l’exception de la propreté des chambres.
J’ai réservé 3 chambres, et sur les 3 chambres nous avons eu des cheveux des précédents occupants sur le sol de la douche!

The staff were warm and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are getting very tired. The shower has visible mould in the grouting, as did the shower head. The towels were thin and smelled dusty. Some simple updates like refreshing the towels and changing shower heads would be welcome improvements.

Room was dirty. Dirty towels, bedding, coffee machine and floors. No slippers with bath robes for the spa. Spa facilities were limited to an hour a day even with the ‘spa room’. The spa was awful anyway and steam room stink of damp. The spa is nowhere near the pool either. This hotel is hardly ‘prestige’.

Un weekend entre amis avec des enfants au salon de l'équitation à Lyon.
Arrivés vers midi le samedi et nous avons fait le check in, sans pour autant prendre les chambres, juste les clefs.
Après le salon et les spectacle, à 1h du matin, nous constatons que la chambre à 4 n'était pas prête, le canapé lit n'était pas fait. Pas d'eau dans les chambres.
Le lendemain nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le SPA car il fallait réserver à l'avance. On aurait pu nous avertir...

Nous avons fait escale sur notre route des vacances hôtel, facilement accessible avec parking en sous-sol, impeccable quand la voiture est chargées. L’hôtel se situe dans une zone d’activité plutôt calme. Piscine nickel pour se délasser. Les chambres sont spacieuses la literie confortable. Un léger bémol. Si vous avez une chambre en façade, impossible de dormir, la fenêtre ouverte, car une entreprise a une ventilation qui tourne non-stop conseil : demandez une chambre qui donne sur l’arrière. La climatisation est présente mais en tant de canicule à mon avis, elle doit être saturée. Nous avons dîné au restaurant. La carte était restreinte car période de vacances, une formule buffet était proposée. Le buffet n’est pas pas mal mais j’ai trouvé quand même cela cher 27€ pour le buffet froid uniquement. En dehors de ça, le service est parfait de l’accueil jusqu’au bar. Accueil agréable +++ Je recommande.

Rooms that are not clean and lousy service

We checked in 1 min early and asked if our room was ready, the lady at the reception said “our rooms are always clean”. Well. Coming up to our room it was indeed not clean. When back down and got a new room. When back up and the lights did not work. Came back down and then got the information that we needed a different card than the one we got. No more than “I’m sorry” after I came down with a lot of packing. The new room was kind of clean but the bathroom really need a deep clean. We both got suspicious bites after sleeping in the bed.

The internal door lock is not working. we have informed the reception and they told us, it is normal.
we found it quite strange as anybody with a card can get in our room while we need privacy.

the next day, in the morning.
around 9am, someone get into our room when we were sleeping. that person rushed out from our room when i sit up to look who's there.
later, around 10am. while my husband and I were preparing to get changed. the room service open our door and get in. i told her : Sorry, but we are here.
she doesnt care, get into the bathroom and change the towels.
i followed her and told her that she is disturbing us and should wait for us to leave the room before to clean it.
she replied that she didnt understand me before and leave, by saying : if you need privacy you hand the sign.
We just woke up and when she get into our room, my husband was without pant and me, nearly get off my shirt....

i reported to the reception, who told me i was not the first one this morning. and she will inform the head of service.

for the drinking water, you need to take them at the reception, they dont left them in the room.

the room is not very clean. Quite disapointed for a \"prestige\" level. it should be a normal Kyriad with such level.

Chambre réservée en catégorie supérieure lit double mais obtenu 2 petits lits et une porte communicante à travers laquelle beaucoup de bruit du voisinage. Tous les matins réveillé par les poubelles à 5h. Pas très reposant...On appelle le SPA de la chambre mais ca ne répond pas. Il n'y a que 2 cintres, j'appelle la réception : il faut que je descende pour en récupérer d'autres; 30 minutes pour sortir la facture le matin (nouveau logiciel)...pas de sonnette au portail pour sortir...

Le personnel du bar et du restaurant était top, très serviable! Le buffet diner était très bon, petit-déjeunerégalement.
Le spa (sauna, hammam, bain japonais) est magnifique et ressourçant.
Par contre, trop de fausses notes pour un hôtel de ce standing : chambre pas propre (traces sur la moquette, sur les murs) , lampes cassées, tv qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de restauration à la carte ni de room service contrairement à ce qui nous avait été dit à notre arrivée.

Attention au parking sous terrain, j ai abîmé le coffre de ma voiture car une partie du parking présente des poutres en béton plus basses à certains endroits et il n y’a pas d’indication ! Je l ai signalé à la réception, je devais être contacté par un manager mais rien n a été fait. J aimerais être recontacté pour faire une réclamation.

Le check in était ok. La chambre présentait une odeur d humidité en provenance de l évacuation de la douche. La climatisation n était pas assez performante, il a fait plus de 25 degrés dans la chambre mes 2 premières nuits. Petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif, salle de fitness, spa, piscine au top ! Personnel agréable.

Booked a room with spa access at the 'spa hotel'. Was dissappoinyed to find that the spa doesnt open until 11am so i was unable to use it. Despite the information in the room saying it was open from 0600-2300. I asked for a reduction in the cost becauee of this however it wss declined becauee 'you booked voa expedia'. What kind of an excuse is that... it is pathetic really. If expedia didnt exist i wouldnt have even been aware of the hotel and the revenue of the hotel would be significantly less. Coffee machine in the room was broken. Spewed coffee everywhere. I informed the reception and requested the room to be cleaned. Nothing was cleaned. No water in the 30 degree hot room. No water in the 30 degree gym. Aas informed i could park underground however on my return the shutters were down and didnt open so i had to reverse up the ramp. Basically every element of the stay was a disaster.

Says that the employees speak English…we tried to ask for laundry services and the employee started to look up what we were saying on her cell phone. We asked for ice a couple times and she had no idea what we were saying so we went to the bar to ask. We were there on the weekend so maybe the English speaking employees only work during the week. Overall a nice stay.

I thought it being closer to the airport would be a less expensive fare but I had to pay €40 on a 14 mile trip.

The spa is very nice but the staff didn't inform me I could go into the sauna until I asked about later on. I paid for a foot massage very good worth the price but I also paid for a manicure it wasn't worth the price it was mainly massaging my hands versus trimming my nails.

In my room was very clean but the carpet seemed to be heavily stained with dark spots all over. The area surrounding the hotel is all industrial if you're interested in staying longer it's best to have a vehicle.

I found the restaurant & bar very expensive and not worth the price the only thing I liked was the breakfast buffet everything else in the restaurant wasn't as appealing. I'd spent way less on french cuisine and received the best food especially in a city known for Gourmet cooking. The waiters were very friendly but I do wish that I could replace a dish if I don't like it or the waiters be more descriptive on dishes to help give the guest the best option for their taste buds.

The arcade is non-existent but their is plenty of activities which I'd enjoyed. The satellite TV has many channels that are unavailable and for it on satellite you'd expect a ton of channels but theirs only a had full. The funny thing is I get more channels at home and it's on an antenna, over the air broadcast.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always reliable. Plenty of parking, the hotel and room is clean and the rooms are a good size. You must plan to eat before you arrive. The food available in the restaurant is ok but you should plan to eat elsewhere if you’d like a good meal.

Really the worst experience ever.
We really book the hotel for two reasons, one it had a shuttle to the airport ( we had a lot of baggage) and because it had a restaurant.
We checked in and we wanted to book the transfer for our AM flight, they told they had no shuttle, that he will let his manager know for the next day. Remember in France the cars are really small, we had a snowboard and 3 bags, there are no XL Ubers.
Second they told us that the restaurant was closed so I had to call to deliver some burgers at the hotel ( the only thing near that was open.)
Next day I checked out and I ask for the transfer, she told it was no transfer and that I will ask for a Uber , I explained the situation of the Ubers, no XL Ubers.
Lastly she told that a colleague will take us to the airport but the person was not there, no way I would get the airport on time.
Lastly I ask for an Uber, the biggest car that I could book ( a sedan for 4 doors) and beg the guy to drive us, he told me could he get a penalty fee, we could barely fit in the car.
Additional the staff don’t speak English at all, neither understand.

Dwight Shrute's farm experience. COLD ROOM.

Standard, clean room, exceptionally quite location near airport and hustle free parking. The problem was the temperature of the room. It was COLD. We called the reception but they did not solve anything, they came and simply, and now read carefully, turned the heating OFF. We let it like this for a while just to make sure they know what to do, but no. The room was still chilly. We then put the heaters to max and let it like that. Room still cold. Very frustrating experience, we had to sleep with clothes on!!! Incredible. Another thing, we had only one cup for coffee, no slippers, no bathrobes etc. I know maybe I'm comparing this to a better hotels but with such a barebones room like this one, one would expect at least something to compensate. This stay was claimed by the free night program from hotels.com, if I would be paying with my money for this, i would be much much louder and much more frustrated. Thankfully we are moving to a different hotel tonight because this was simply not up to our expectations. This felt like a staying in a Dwight's Shrutes farm, but without Dwight and way less fun.

Got stuck in Lyon having gotten the screwjabb from TransAvia Airlines on way passing through to Greece. But thanks to this hotel I actually didn't regret my two day lay over here. Number One here is the in-house restaurant Buffet beginning at 5pm. Absolutely first-class buffet and everyone from the servers to the check-in to the Spa were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lyon is a much quieter city than what I had expected.. And it suits it very well with such laudable citizenry. Standard rooms here are not spacious but the beds are excellent. My TV kept having issues with reception it seemed. Very nice Hotel overall and certainly get at that Buffet. Delicious.

Good business hotel, but a bit remote

Stayed here for one night for business. Property is fairly close to the airport, but area is remote/industrial. There are no restaurants and no shops nearby. Without a car, one cannot really go anywhere. No public transport available. It took me approximately 45 minutes to reach the center of Lyon and approximately 15 to reach the airport (by taxi). Shuttles service is available, but ends at 7 PM.
Staff was friendly and check-in process was quick.
Room was spacious, modern clean and comfortable.
Good continental breakfast, with enough variety. Onsite restaurant is a bit overpriced and food was OK.

Check-in was flawless,
Room was spacious enough with good natural light. A king bed would be better than two small beds put together. Bathroom shower had water leaking from all places instead on the shower head. Towels and bed linens were perfect. Nespresso machine was an added advantage in the room. Enough plugs to charge and enough lights. Wifi was very slow. Would come back again if around this area, there is nothing to do around as it is an the industrial area. Front desk was always there with a smile.

Hotel fine and comfortable but advertised as near airport with shuttle bus. This was not available on arrival as it was after 9pm and not available in the morning as a bank holiday. The taxi ride was 50 Euros each way! The hotel seemed to be on an industrial site and as the description made it sound near the airport it was quite worrying that the journey took so long

On a long journey rest is important and this hotels easy access to the major roads provides that ideal change of scene, place to rest in comfort with good food.
The pool looks appealing although not used on our trip.

This hotel was a stop on the road to Cannes, but we wished we had longer here as the hotel had everything you need! Bedrooms excellent, bed so comfortable I could have slept for a week!! Joining room luxury with teenage children! Restaurant very good, amazing buffet cold and hot! Not cheap but delicious. Pool table and table tennis in reception area great fun, staff very helpful!!!! Excellent

Useless airport shuttle for early flights...

we were in need of a hotel for an early trip to the airport but although this hotel advertised a shuttle HOWEVER... they failed to input on the web information that it would not start until 8:00am which was of absolutely no use at all for our early flight... and in addition to this although they advertised and had a new sauna IT DID NOT HEAT UP ENOUGH TO BREAK A SWEAT AFTER 40 MINUTES... just stupid...

Had to go down to get 2 extra towels 4 days in a row. Each time asking them to do it every day. Front desk snotty about it on 4th night. Wi fi hardly worked in room. With days running over 100 degrees left card in power controller to keep air conditioner running. Room cleaner confiscated the card and returned to hot room. Good hotel near Lyon Airport

Good hotel for closeness to airport. Not at all close to Lyon city centre so not good for seeing Lyon itself. New modern hotel with swimming pool, restuarant and comfortable rooms. Helpful friendly staff.

We were traveling through, and just need a place to sleep. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and the staff we very helpful.

Great hotel, limited activity location

The location is behind many warehouse businesses so there is very little to do around there without having some form of transportation other than walking. Otherwise, there is a bar and restaurant on property, facility is clean, and the staff is very good.

decent hotel for mobile travelers

Good clean hotel for folks with a car. Drove into Lyon every day. Went to another Kyriad hotel nearby first. If using GPS, need to go to Aimee Cotton.

Good hotel close enough to airport

Stayed 1 night after late arrival at Lyon airport. Chose this airport due to advertised airport transfer but learned the day before that no transfer is possible on weekends or after 19:00. Not a big problem since I had a car rental which started on the arrival day. Glad to have GPS in the car rental to find the hotel as it is in a sort of industrial area....but found it no problem. Hotel situated at 17 kms from airport following GPS directions using the Autoroute.

Hotel itself very comfortable with spacious and very clean rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast for 15€ per adult and 7 € per child....definitely worth it. Happy with the choice overall.

Very Good Newly Renovated Hotel Close to Eurexpo

Nice newly renovated hotel, close to Bron airport and a short taxi to Eurexpo. Was expensive when I booked, but that was a last minute booking during a big Eurexpo convention. Nothing within walking distance except the airport, but the onsite restaurant served a very nice dinner with a nice hot buffet.

First of all,it said it was 5km from the city center and it's around like 20. You can only get there by CAR,no public transport. That means around 30 to 40 Euro to get to the city and some more to go back to the hotel. Internet speed is terribly bad and not reliable. Finally,I got there at 2:30pm. Website said check in time is 2pm but they said it's 3pm. Didn't matter though because I had to wait until almost 4pm to get my room. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Nice for Expo visitors

Nice hotel for Expo and airport travelers. Close to Lyon Expo, but far from everything else. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly.
The only issue is that there are no English speaking entertainment TV channels. Only a few financial channels in English like Bloomberg, CNBC and BBC. How much stocks info a person need after a long day at a trade show?
At the buffet dinner avoid the \"hot plates\" the meats are inedible. The \"colds\" are OK.

Nice Hotel but area wasn't the greatest

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Sandra was helpful and pleasant but others were shining stars too. Buffet dinner left a lot to be better. Steaks were either too well done or still mooing as it was too rare. I'm not a big buffet eater anyway.That was my one biggest complaint.
Room was comfortable but missed a clock in the room as well as small face cloths.

New, vibrant hotel

Hotel was new and fitted out to a good standard. Well sound proofed and very clean. Food in restaurant was very good, staff were very attentive although the food was quite expensive. Parking was excellent and secured.
Location was a in the middle of an commercial/industrial area but we were only passing through and needed good access to motorway links, which it had, however, for people using the hotel as a holiday location it was not ideal.

clean and quiet

New hotel, about 20 minute drive from Lyon St Exupery airport in a \"technology center\" industrial park.. A bit difficult to find because of the location, but definitely worth the effort. Very clean, quiet and secure. All hotel staff we were in contact with were warm and welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly very good.

Overnight stop -

Room 201 - fantastic room - very spacious, spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Hotel foyer quite impressive, good first impression. Outdoor heated pool with sun chairs on patio area. Bar and restaurant awesome, great menu on offer, lovely service in the evening. Following morning a buffet style breakfast very well presented. All in all a perfect overnight stay in the middle of a long journey from south to north.
