We enjoyed our experience and were mostly pleased with our experience. The front desk attendants were very kind and welcoming. They assisted us with transport to and from the Women's World Cup and pointed us in the right direction to a supermarket.
The only cons were that the bathroom did not seem to be especially well cleaned. There were a few stray hairs in the shower and by the sink when we arrived.

Bathroom needs to be updated and have more space. Using the bathroom, it will leak on the floor near your bedroom. Another turnoff was two staff would come and knock on the door. One of the staff ended up coming (barging) in without knocking. This hotel will not allow you to sleep in. If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower well, this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and not care for your hygiene, then take this place. I would not come back to this place.

Le personnel de l’hôtel a eu un comportement inacceptable. De la réceptionniste au directeur tous n’en ont strictement rien à faire d’être aimable serviable agréable. Ils ont été tout le contraire. Il a été bien difficile de se faire confirmer une simple réservation, et ils m’ont parlé comme à un chien. Et que dire du fait que j’ai été obligé de régler séparément chaque chambre alors que j’avais une seule réservation mais pour 3 chambres c’était n’importe quoi. Ça a pris un temps fou. Nous ne sommes restés que deux heures au sein de l’hôtel. Nous avons été contraint de rentrer de nuit car l’état de la chambre était pitoyable. Moisissure, lit sale avec des insectes morts, cafards présents dans la chambre. Sans parler du manque de professionnalisme du monsieur étant présent à l’accueil au moment de notre arrivé. Je lui ai simplement demandé une fourchette car nous n’avions pas de couvert pour manger. Monsieur m’a simplement répondu en soupirant, et m’a fermé la porte au nez. Sans bonjour ni au revoir. Hôtel à fuir, et qui mériterai clairement un contrôle sanitaire.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und sehr einfach, Bad geht gar nicht. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber machte nicht immer einen Kompetenten Eindruck. Ich musste geschäftlich einen Tag eher abreisen und fragte nach der Rechnung. Diese konnte man mir nicht geben/drucken und versprach sie per mail zu schicken - ich warte immer noch darauf. Le personnel était gentil, c'est bien le seul point positif. L'hôtel est très sale, vétuste et les chambres trop petites. Le Wi-fi est peut être gratuit mais je ne captait qu'une seule barre de réseau. En plus de la moisissure sous le lit, le la poussière partout, des taches sur les murs et le lavabo et de l'état indescriptible du radiateur (juste à côté du lit), l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé ce qui vous laisse au mieux 4h de sommeil par nuit ! J'ai bien fait de ne pas réservé le petit déjeuné (car les horaires n'étaient indiquées nul part) car il faut le prendre dans le hall d'entrée extrêmement malodorant. Aucune autre façon de se restaurer. Pardon d'être \"ronde\" mais la douche était trop petite pour moi ! On se cogne partout et le rideau de douche tient à deux crochets qui s'enlèvent au moindre mouvement. J'ai dû y passer 5 nuits sans possibilité d'annulation ou de remboursement. C'est la dernière fois que j'y met les pieds, un vrai cauchemars !!!
