The hotel is an excellent location near the Arab Baths and the Girona Cathedral. Very charming and comfortable rooms. The front desk staff was wonderful and gave us a fantastic local dinner recommendation.

Our favorite hotel in Girona. It’s situated in old town with everything being very close by and walkable. We had stayed here before and it was just as wonderful. Most city tours start right outside the door. The rooms were good sized, very clean and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, meats and cheeses, cereal and great coffee. The dining areas were so cute and quirky with big windows, looking out to a sidewalk and beautiful church.
We enjoy Girona so much more than Barcelona, and we always stay at the Hotel Museu Llegendes de Girona. This time we brought 6 friends with us, and they all loved the hotel too. Thanks to your sweet, friendly staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

A very different hotel with excellent, knowledgeable staff. Within walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping area. The strangest thing is that the entire third floor is dedicated to sex: we had a landing upstairs in our room full of ideas and positions, a mirrored headboard and a bed that gyrated at different speeds using a remote. My girlfriend and I were highly amused!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire check in process was smooth with a courtesy early check in made available. Their restaurant had good food and service. Listing cannot be beat. The only weird thing to happen was that on a Sunday, we returned to our room to discover that cleaning staff had eaten over 8 Lindt truffles we had in a lindt bag, and possibly eaten it over the bed since strawberry gel was smeared on the clean sheets. Odd thing to happen, but I would stay here again (and hide my chocolate).

This hotel is in the old city, so walking everywhere is easy and enjoyable. The room was large and comfortable, came with an electrical kettle and coffee and tea makings and a small refrigerator. The staff were exceptional. My husband was sick and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and to accommodate our special needs.

Nice bedrooms, good breakfast, easy parking nearby, great location. But there's fungus in the shower, both in the showerhead and in the corners. This means it drips on your head during your shower, and you'll be breathing in the spores as you sleep - this is unacceptable. I found out too late to ask for another room. I informed the property.

The second level was just weird and did not even really use it. The AC did not really work. Finally just opened the windows at night but with the automatic curtains it was a mess. The lights would just turn on and off by itself. The curtains would just open and close by itself too. Maybe there is a ghost there. 😀 The staff was just mediocre at best. The exception for staff was with the woman who checked us in but sadly it was the only night while we were there that she worked.

What an amazing stay. The hotel is located in the old city and perfect walking distance to many of the main sights. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was incredible and did everything possible to make it a perfect stay.

Everything in the Museu Llegendes de Girona is good taste and service. Greatly located for visiting this beautiful city offers the option of free parking close by and the option of using it as a base for one day trips. The only minus is the rooms size that may be considered small mainly if you are travelling with standard luggage.

Very nice hotel excellently located in old quarters of Girona. Nice, comfy and airy rooms. Champagne bottle was a nice and unexpected detail.

Great location, but style over comfort
The location is fabulous, right on the edge of the pedestrianized area of old town Girona. If you have a car, the parking is super expensive (it cost 22 euros/night to park in their garage) and access to the garage is via an incredibly tight turn. Getting in was tricky, but I made it; getting out left some damage on my car. (Thank goodness for full insurance!)
The hotel is very design-y, but not terribly comfortable or practical. There's no real lobby if you want to sit in comfortable chairs. And the rooms have push-buttons for the curtains, lights and heat. But the button labels aren't readable while you're in bed (they face the room, not the bed). And there didn't seem to be a light setting that allowed you to leave a small light on in the bathroom. The bathroom is glassed-in from the room, so full bathroom lights would illuminate the room as well.
The biggest problem with comfort was that my room (on the second floor) had no hot water. Warm, yes, but not hot. I discovered this in the evening when it wasn't convenient to have someone investigating, so didn't mention it until I checked out.
The staff were very nice and recommended Mimolet, a very good restaurant just a few steps away.
I might stay here again if I were coming into Girona by train, because the location was perfect and I frankly didn't see many other small hotels in the area.

The hotel is in a perfect location to see Girona. It is in short walking distance to all of the old city. The room and amenities are first rate. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. If you have a large car and use the hotel parking the staff will guide you to and help to safely park it (the garage is underground).

The location could not be better. Room cleanliness was good except for extensive visible mildew on the sink drain. The design of the sink probably makes mildew eradication a problem but it is quite off putting. The location is noisy making it difficult to sleep with windows open and AC was not working, an issue if one prefers to sleep in a cool room. Staff were effective but not uniformly pleasant. Overall, this is a solid pick with some drawbacks that could be easily remedied were management to choose to do so.

We booked this following reading reviews and have to say what a wonderful hotel. We arrived late at night and as it was our anniversary we had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the room. We requested a room with a bath and the room was clean, modern (with a twist of original stone walls) and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is right on the steps of the basilica and you are 1 min walk away from restaurants and the old town. The location is fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We only took breakfast on the last day as we went into town for breakfast on the other days. Girona is such a beautiful city, we were planning to do a day trip to Barcelona but decided we couldn't leave Girona!
