This hotel was pretty still under construction and had multiple basic features that were incomplete. Curtains were not set, some power outlets not working, room entrance door with a non-functional lock. Nobody in the reception answered our call from the room. Felt very unsafe and decided to leave at night and spent a night at the airport instead.

Quiet Getaway near the Istanbul Airport

The room was clean and the bathroom was nicely appointed- loved the shower. We had a nice balcony with a view of the trees and it was very pleasant and private. The main reason I chose this hotel was its nearby to the airport and this worked out very well. During check in the person at reception asked me if I needed a taxi in the morning and proceeded to arrange it for us. The taxi came exactly on time- 4:45 in the morning! We had a light dinner at the restaurant which was very nice- the food was good, service was pleasant and attentive. The views to the trees was lovely and relaxing after the busyness of the city where we’d been staying for our main trip.

Cons: nothing around the hotel area, boasts proximity to airport but it is not that close and airport transfer is over priced, Water bottles in room cost a fee.
I was unimpressed when a staff member called my room at 10pm to ask my nationality and some other questions for no apparent reason when I had been asleep as I had a very early flight.

If you ever have a night stop over in Istanbul between flights this is the place to stay. Affordable, short distance, service is excellent, great food and even a pool for the hotter days. Nothing around the hotel but it beats travelling all the way into the city.

If we have a Istanbul stop over we will stay again

quiet hotel but not convenient with heavy luggage

Spacious and clean room. Friendly service of hotel and restaurant staff. Room a bit worn done, room safe without function. The hotel is very quietly placed closed to a forest, even has a pool. However, as it is placed in a hilly area, the rooms not always on the elevator level and luggage has to been carried up or done some steps.

The quality of the room and property was very poor. And the first room they put us in was a maze to get to up various flights of stairs and the staff seemed confused why 2 girls with large luggage wouldn’t like this experience. I expect a lot more out of a Sheraton, regardless of where it’s at but this rating is agnostic and indicative that I think a holiday inn is much better than this hotel

Location was very good. Check-in and lobby staff were helpful.
Although property has a pleasant layout and good location it is poorly maintained and the furnishings and appointments are tired and badly in need of a refresh.
Breakfast buffet is served 6:30 to 10:30. We went at 9:00. Entire display was picked over and sorely in need of tiding up and replenishment, but by far the worst was the myriad of ants crawling around the food counters.
Poorest breakfast buffet we have encountered in over 30 years of travel.

Of all my years of being an Expedia Traveler, I have never experienced such a terrible experience as my stay at this hotel.

I hired their transfer service from the airport. The directions where to be picked up were outdated, no way to contact the hotel as they posted an old phone number that is Out of Service, no way to communicate with the hotel. Even on their Web Page the phone number was wrong. A very aggressive driver who spent most of the time with his phone on his hand finally arrived and took us to the hotel.

Upon arrival, I found a deserted hotel with no activity at all, just the front desk clerk, with a very poor attitude. I was then informed the we need it to pay 49 Euros for our toy Yorkshire Terrier, not a deposit, but a cleaning fee. That happened to be the highest fee that we have paid in Europe. There are Pet Friendly hotels that provided us with food & water dishes for our small dog as well as a bed for her.

Although the hotel was LITERALLY EMPTY, the clerk send us in a very long walk with carpet hallways that we wish we did not steeped onto. Most door entrances has soil carpet stains.

The Restaurant…. A total Rip Off with a local glass of wine costing 35 Euros and a cut of meet that was sent back to the kitchen.

Preparing ourselves for a 14 hour flight, we hit the shower just to find it full of black fungus due to the lack of cleaning.

I would strongly recommend to the EXPEDIA QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, to remove this property.

Friendly helpful team - perfect for a layover

Great staff, super accommodating and friendly. We stayed with a toddler and a dog for one night ahead of a flight from Istanbul airport. They arranged our transfer, helped with luggage and logistic, and were warm, helpful, and kind. While we didn’t stay long, it’s a beautiful property with great outdoor space.

First of all, I hope you take these comments into consideration. Criticism and comments are very useful as long as they are not used in an offensive manner.
Bedroom - a beautiful sofa would suit such a large room.
Durbun distance between TV and bed
Pillows are two very inadequate.
A small coffee table was needed for the balcony and its cleanliness was lacking.
Breakfast - poor cheese varieties and pastries could have been a little more diverse. Melon and watermelon are indispensable breakfast fruits. His absence became longer.
There were no sweeteners, cutlery and napkins on the tables.
The staff's lack of Turkish was causing minor disagreements.
Since the taxi service does not come from the village or nearby, it is not very fair to charge the extra money (around 300 TL) to the customer. This is an issue that your hotel needs to agree on..

This is one of the better hotels that are not too far from Istanbul Airport. I had 11-hour layover to catch my next flight so stayed here for about 5 hours all at night so didn't get to see much. It has a large swimming pool and good gym, two small twin beds, and a refrigerator. It is located in a village that looked scary empty at night.

Quirky quiet hotel in small village near airport

A missed connection forced an overnight nearby the airport, so this was the choice! It is unclear when the Park Inn by Radisson took over this property but there is a big discrepancy between the interiors of the room I stayed in and maybe some legacy decor in the hallways and public spaces. The restaurant is very dated but the breakfast buffet was fine. Lovely green setting for a quiet day waiting for a flight....

We waited an hour for our dinner served after ordering
It turned out that the waitress gave our order to her supervisor and the piece of paper laid there for an hour
After our warning, the food was rushed by a friendly waiter, named Berat, thanks to him. Though the food served was not exactly what we ordered.
Interestingly we went up to our rooms and ordered drinks for room service. It was another hour of wait. Second call was picked up by Berat in the restaurant and he ran up to bring our drinks. (He should be awarded)
In summary, such a nice looking restaurant is not functioning just because a poor selection of incapable staff. Berat was heroically trying to cover for them.
The rest of our experience about this hotel is positive though.

Stayed at this property overnight before my International flight home, as an alternative to taking an early domestic flight to Istanbul. The property was a /- 15 min taxi ride from Istanbul IST Airport. Arrived around 20.30 and check-in was quick and efficient. Had a light dinner at the Restaurant, which was fine but a little slow on the service as they seemed to be one or two staff less than optimum. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was compact but functional. A quick breakfast in the morning and shuttle bus back to the Airport completed my stay. We were far enough away from the Airport to not hear any aircraft noise, and the setting on the edge of a forested area was pleasant enough, with access to a bit of fresh air. There was a nice pool on the premises, but not quite warm enough in the morning to take advantage. Overall, a nice enough stay, and a very viable alternative to the overpriced (and airless) Hotel inside the Airport.

It was a disappointing quality of service, definitely not close to the level of Radisson properties. A cold yesterday's leftover breakfast 30 minutes past their declared opening time. Dinning restaurant has not been cleaned at least from the day before. Impossible to get a bottle of water from the reception staff. Overpriced shuttle to the airport (double the price of the same class taxi minivan).

Below expectation even for a short stay

We stayed just for a night before our flight and were disappointed. Our room was smelling and clearly smoked in, there was only a total of two firm pillows. No English TV channel, and finally the worst experience for us was that one of the recessed light bulbs was blinking after turning it off (I recorded the video but can't attach here) and we couldn't sleep that night :( The hotel front desk didn't do anything to help.
If you are just staying for a night near the airport, there are better and cheaper options nearby! If you are staying for longer this is a very very remote place in a bad suburban area of Istanbul, which I wouldn't stay at again!

I was travelling on business and transfering through Istanbul. Property is only 15mins taxi ride from airport and is a good business hotel - efficient , comfortable , but no frills. Room was a good size and had all the amenities required. Bed was comfortable plenty of room for luggage.

This hotel is a terrible, for a Hui noir suite they gave us two cardboard extra beds along a double bed. There was just one towel in room for entire family. There were cats running all over the property making even have a proper meal impossible. Stay away.

The hotel was convenient for the airport but the service was not great. The front desk staff member was very unfriendly, eating while we were being checked in, rude when I asked about a transfer to the airport, even ruder when I canceled the transfer to the airport, which I did because I felt as though he was pocketing the money . Rude yet again when we checked out in the morning. It was the same gentleman at the front desk who was not wearing a name tag so I cannot report specifically who he was.

My only complaint is that after taking the elevator upstairs to my room, I still had to haul my suitcase up or down several stairs. Why put an elevator between floors??

Clean property for the most part, pleasing view, area outside hotel is a bit run down but locals are friendly. The grass could use some maintenance like cleaning. Staff at the time of checkin was very helpful with saving me money from the cabbie (cab driver was charging more than double the rate). Overall peaceful and quiet.

Appearance is not like the pictures.

The property is not like the pictures show. It’s drab and dreary. The towels are grayish from probably old age and no bleach. The shower had mold in one corner. The bedding was new however the pillows were maybe 10 high, which was hard on the neck. The room was large.
They arranged transportation to the Istanbul airport which cost twice what we paid from the airport to the hotel.
The reception area is less than inviting!!! The employees were personable.
There is no other place to eat except the hotel. Our order was messed up but in the end they made it right.
Be prepared to take your own luggage to the room, up a strange incline and thru an exterior door.
I saw no other women which might tell you something. We were only there less than 24 hrs. I would never return.
