The staff member that checked us in was so happy and inviting when we got there. The next two we had interaction with during our stay were nice but we’re not forthcoming with info we had to dig it out of them. The beds were comfortable. It’s about a mile or 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. I do wish there was a microwave in the room instead of downstairs but that was minor.

This place is a great stay if you’re on a budget very fairly priced the rooms are spacious. The rooms are simple. They have what you need for a quick stay TV shower fridge WiFi the beds are not comfortable at all. The beds are incredibly stiff, but can’t complain with the money you’re saving.

The property was clean, however our room had hair all over the place. The mattresses were stained blanks has stains and stuff stuck on it..like it was never changed from the previous people.
A staff member didn’t know anything about the laundry room..I asked if it was cash or card for the laundry room.. I went to visit the laundry and it trash all over the floor and it took card only.

My thoughts and feelings after leaving a 5 star review and seeing my actual room was very disappointing. I had to call housekeeping in to change the sheets because of a stain and multiple hair follicles being on my bed linens. The room was very dusty, floors looked as if it hasn’t been swept or mopped. For a peace of mind, I had to go to a nearby Walmart to buy products to clean the room. I checked in on Thursday June 18th and checked out this 6/22/26 and housekeeping did not come to my room and clean after requesting for one on Saturday 6/20/26 and Sunday 6/21/26. I’m very disappointed and my experience was not a 5 star review. I don’t plan to pay for a hotel room at this location again.

Our room was okay for the price. The bathroom area was not as clean as it was during our last visit, and the property smelly stagnant water everywhere and around the main walkways. Other than that, the location was convenient and our trip was fine. We hope to have a better experience next time.

The pool and hot tub are both amazing. Your staff is always amazing. I dislike paying for parking. We have been staying at the Motel 6 on Disney Way for 12 years.
I am impressed by the toilet paper I have to say. I also appreciate the coffee maker in the room even though I don’t drink coffee, but it’s the details that matter. The blankets could be a bit warmer. I wish they served breakfast even if it was a continental, they do have the space as the mini store has been gone for a while now.

Bathroom floor was kinda dirty when we checked in. Hair everywhere. Blood stain on a hand towel. No hair dryer. Outlets by the bed didn’t work. You get what you paid for I guess. Didn’t spend much time in the room so we just dealt with it.

The room was clean, only problem was the watee pressure to our sink was really low, then when I asked the staff later in the night if they can have someone the next day come check it she got attitude with me and said why didnt I let them know sooner, which I would have but we were at Disneyland park all day so I was not able to. Then we have to pay for parking, I really suggest that they have the parking spot tied into the room so you make sure if your being charged to park in the lot, that you actually have a parking spot to park in.

Rented 3 rooms,ac 's didn't work properly in all rooms. One room had water back up in it was moved to another room water in bath tub drips ,small Gerber comodes..Needed cart to move luggage and I had to go look for it myself and wheels rubber coming off. I think that was the only cart they had. No shuttle to Disneyland had to order ubers..Sink water barley came on. Don't let online pictures fool you There were some staff members that were great I feel for them because they have to work there. I thought I got a good deal so I guess I got what I paid for. As a warning stay there at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend this motel.

Stayed here for a Disney vacation a few times now. For me, the price is worth it. I spend my time at the parks and the surrounding areas and just sleep at the hotel. Bed is comfy, its reasonably quiet even when my room was near the stairs, and there was enough room. The walk to the park is about 15-20 minutes and pretty simple. Located right off the freeway and close to the Garden Walk as well. Pool and hot tub looked clean and nice, although I did not use them. Room was clean and the air conditioning was nice. Staff were decent, but I wouldn't say amazing.

Staff was courteous, all though they didn’t provide “do not disturb” signs so house keeping knocked on the door multiple times to see if we needed anything- which wasn’t bad but it happened when we were napping soooo ya know.

Price is always affordable, but you definitely get what you pay for. I have stayed at this location in the past, but it is not as well-maintained as it was when I stayed before. The place needs some major improvements and a refresh. The rooms are decent, and you can tell that the staff tries their best to keep them as clean as possible. But the rooms are in need of some TLC.
There were also a few issues this time…the air conditioner was very noisy, something bit three of my grandchildren, and left them with welts, and worse of all was getting stuck in the outside elevator!!! My worse nightmare come true!! My whole group, which included my 4 young grandchildren, were stuck in the elevator and no one came to our rescue, we tried to use the call button which did not work, thank goodness the door finally opened on its own! Apparently we weren’t the only ones to experience the elevator malfunction! I don’t think we will be staying there again, unless some major improvements are made.

While the staff is polite, I asked for them not to clean my room while I was there. I was only there for three nights and knew I would have minimal trash.

The floors are filthy. There was stuff on the ground that got on my socks and feet. I told them last time I stayed that they needed to pay better attention to cleaning the floors and still had the same issue this time. I cleaned the floors the first night and the towel came away visibly dirty. So when the cleaning crew came in and “cleaned the room”, there was more stuff that came away from the floor. You can feel it with bare feet. Plus there was black hair in my shower. I have red hair and I solo traveled. The black hair came back again after some came in to “clean.”

They also give you free parking or early check in if you scan a QR code to leave a favorable Google review.

Sorely disappointed. Soon after we checked in we saw a dead cockroach in the hallway (which was also filthy). Somehow we got a handicapped room which in itself wasn’t a big deal but there is just a stand alone sink with no counter top at all which made it very difficult to get ready in the bathroom. There was a huge “dent” in the wall in the bathroom that was poorly repaired. The floors in the bedroom had been repaired with packing tape. No lie. I will say that the beds were comfy enough but the price was WAY too high for the condition of the place. There are no water fountains at all on the property and a bottle of water in their little “market” was $8.50. Water was cheaper at Disneyland!! On top of that you have to pay $23 extra for parking each night. Needless to say this is not on our “stay here again” list.

It is close enough to Disneyland to walk or uber cheaply to close enough to other things.

There were some weirdness in the pool area with a person seemingly bathing in it each day. I wish the property felt more secure. But as a crash pad for disney it was fine.

When I checked in to the room, the room was hot and when I tried to turn the AC on, it barely turned on. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone was not working. The bathroom has long hairs on the ground all over and hair ties, not from me and a dead bug behind the toilet. It was late so I waited till morning to come down to report it. I reported it in the AM and the front desk person was very nice. Once we got back to the room, the room was cleaned but the phone still didn’t work and the AC was barely working. I’ve been coming here for a long time and this was by far the worst stays I’ve had.

The hotel is conveniently close to Disney (20-minute walk) and it has a well-maintained pool area. There is also self-service laundry, which was a blessing. I love hotels that are dog-friendly; however, hate it when they have no real area for dogs to do their business. The only nice patch of grass they had there, had a sign that said to keep pets off. So, I guess the dogs are supposed to go in the mulch.... Also, we went down to their lobby store and got 1 bottle of water and 2 little bags of chips.....for $17....INSANE!!! Such price gouging should be illegal!! There is also no continental breakfast. The room was nice. So, with the positives and negatives, overall, it was not a bad hotel. Just needs some tweaks. We would probably stay again.

Other people whom were staying in separate rooms had no respect for those who were sleeping. People being way too loud during late / early morning hours despite reporting it to the front office. And had numerous people knocking and trying to enter my room during my stay and while i was trying to sleep. Will def not be coming back. Worst experience ever

The place is not the Ritz's, but they had hot coffee in the morning. The bed was pretty comfortable. There was a TV and refrigerator in the room. The pool was lovely. No hair dryer. But it met our needs, within walking distance of Disneyland, check-in and out was easy. Plenty of reasonable pay parking. I would probably stay there again.

Check in was fast and easy although I wasn't aware of the nightly charge for parking. Somehow I missed reading that part while making reservations, $20 each night of your stay, besides the nightly rate 😒
The room was a typical Motel 6, bland, lighting was dim. Our bathroom sink water flow, Rm 109 was bad,,, a small stream. Thank goodness the shower head was really good.
All in all it was the least in price for a weekend stay, but then again don't forget to factor in the nightly parking fee...

My stay at Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and positive attitude made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay.

The location is outstanding, especially for anyone visiting Disneyland. Being so close to the parks made it incredibly convenient, allowing me to spend more time enjoying my vacation and less time worrying about transportation. The property was clean, well-maintained, and felt safe and comfortable.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room fresh and tidy. I was especially impressed by how hard the entire staff worked to ensure guests had a great experience.

The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, making it a great choice for couples, families, and solo travelers alike. The combination of affordability, cleanliness, convenience, and exceptional customer service makes this Motel 6 stand out from many other hotels in the area.

The rooms are very poorly maintained. Ther were holes in the furniture and walls. No laps by the beds; only one ceiling light by the door. The mattress had a huge dip in the center. Water damage in the shower area on the walls. The ice machine had mold literally everywhere. Only stayed here one night after Disneyland because it was close and one night was enough. Would not recommend.

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom had seen better days. The sink and tub were dirty, and the toilet roll holder was broken, with the handle left on top of the toilet. The room looked outdated and unkempt. I've stayed here a lot happily but this stay I am unsatisfied.

The hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland so that was nice but so are a not of other hotels. When I booked the website said parking but I didn't realize you had to pay for parking, $23.40 a night. I would have definitely stayed at a different hotel if I realized there was an additional cost for parking since it ended up costing more than other hotels in the area would've cost. A couple of stairwells were also closed off with caution tape. We were also by the road and there were super loud cars driving by all night long. Otherwise it wasn't too bad.

Was told room wasn't ready so waited outside for 1hr, front desk was not helpful. Maid came by and said room was ready but office said they didn't get a \"call in\" so we would have to continue to wait. Once checked in the floor in the room was coming up and created a tripping problem, maintenance came and \"Taped\" the floor down. There was no shelf's or hanger space for cloths, no counter in bathroom for placing toiletries.
Our stay was for two nights when we asked maid for new towels we were told to ask front desk as there is no daily service provided. Machines for snack's was horribly over priced, candy bar $3, Starbuck Frappuccino $5 - ridiculous! would have moved to another property but it was memorial weekend and everything was booked.
Would not suggest staying at this Hotel, definitely overpriced.

Our room was clean no complaints with the room. However, the pool was disgusting. We could see the pool from our room and the water was so dirty we didn't attempt to use it at all, on the last day of our stay it looked like it was clearing up so maybe we just caught it on a bad week.. the elevator was dirty along with the floors in hallways and lobby but thats expected with a low budget motel. This was perfect for just sleeping and bathing while visiting Disneyland with my kiddos. I felt safe with my 3 children and had no issues with theft or questionable people.

This hotel is an excellent budget motel close to Disneyland. It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the parks. The rooms are spacious and clean
I am a fan of the no carpet in the rooms. You can see the floor and that it's clean. The bathrooms need some updating, but the property is great. The staff is friendly and helpful, they were there to answer any and all questions. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again

Listen, it gets 3 stars but in fairness I paid for a 3 Star motel room. The air conditioning unit in the room is very noisy, I wore ear plugs so I was fine but my husband and 6/8 year old girls didn’t sleep as well. The room was decent, basic necessities and clean. The staff checking us in was helpful and very nice. I really enjoyed the self-serve convenience store in the downstairs lobby. We stayed one night as locals with Disney passes that wanted a convenient place to stay that was a reasonable distance to Disney. It was about a 15 minute walk once we made it to Harbor Blvd outside of the park. The price was right for the purpose of this visit, but the only reason I wouldn’t jump to stay here again is because of that noisy a/c unit.
