The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean but the walls are thin if you have noisy neighbors. Hotel is within walking distance to the beach. Very responsive to email inquiry with coordinating transportation from airport. Breakfast was convenient to have if you are on the go in the morning.

My first room which was an upgrade from my reservation had some ants drawn to questionable stain on sheet. I also couldn’t get the hot water to work so I complained. They moved me to the 12th floor penthouse suite and it was dated but impressive. Customer service was top notch from desk staff to doormen. Highly recommend

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, good breakfast option. The room rate was reasonable too, and I got an upgrade so it was great.
The swimming pool was not fancy as it shows in the photo, and the sauna was not available. I think it is good 3 stars hotel.

The staffs are very helpful. When my sole of my sandals came off, a young male staff brought a glue and tried to fix my sandals. And the other young female staff even spoke to me that “I’m sorry, but it’s gonna be okay”. I was traveling alone so it relieved my anxiety.

As a hotels gold rewards member I'm happy to report that my status was recognized here. Great benefits were offered from remarkable staff. The hotel was quiet, very quiet for Da Nang, clean and comfortable. I was please with the breakfast selection and the restaurant but keep in mind they do not have room service here. The hotel is well located near the beach or to explore the city with nearby restaurants.

I personally want to thank the management team and front desk staff here. While I did communicate with them all, Tam was very helpful. Although there was another two front desk staff members who deserve recognition as well.

Shame about the building site right next door

The hotel staff were the best thing about the hotel. There's a building site right next door and it was very noisy from about 6.30am every morning until late at night. It looks like it's going to be work in progress for quite some time.
The hotel itself is a bit tired and the staff were the highlight. Without them, we would have checked out sooner. I would give the staff 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff are friendly, helpful, they can also offer extended stay for 6 hours for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is excellent, pool is clean, souvenir shop at the lobby has quality products with competitive price. Location is convenient, close to my the beach and a lot of seafood restaurants nearby, as well as other cuisines nearby. I would stay here again.

Great spacious rooms with good air conditioning . We enjoyed the roof top pool with sauna and spa .
Staff were helpful but not pushy as they can be at other Vietnam establishments .
Only negative was the breakfast which had the same menu offering each day . We stayed 5 nights and some variety would have been appreciated .

Great value!

Great location a couple blocks from the beach with the friendliness staff. They will email you offering hotel transfer that did not end up being best value. Recommend taking a short taxi or Grab ride service from airport if needed. Tours and activities can be booked at front desk.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Definitely will return next time in Da Nang.

Lovely hotel very new and staff are very helpful, short walk to the beach. We rented a motorbike that the hotel recommended round the corner for very cheap 100000dong a day. Pool is great and the rooms are stunning. Only problem we had was our booking came with a free Meal for 2, when we went for it they said it was only one per room so you have to pay for the second meal (not what our booking had said). Just slightly irritating.

I was told that there was a bar in the swimming pool area but there is no bar with alcohol. I was told that you could get chicken wings and burgers by the pool but that was not true. We ordered three different kinds of food and were told that only one thing was available.

Average hotel, that I would not recommend

Overall it’s an unclean hotel. We had the 1 bedroom room and were tucked on the top floor behind the restaurant glass door. The room itself was dark, strange layout and overall just didn’t feel like you can stay for more than a day. I am glad I had cancelled the second night, which I was appreciate they did for me inspite of it being non cancel able.

The staff is lovely though, at least the service staff. The reception desk gals could be more pleasant but the bellman and the breakfast staff were polite and courteous.

It’s definitely not a kid friendly hotel. Pool is on the top floor and small and I was scared all the time and had to watch my kids. Overall I would not recommend this place

Bon rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est assez beau. La vue n'est pas l'attrait principal de cet endroit, par contre. L'équipe à la réception est particulièrement à l'écoute. Le réceptionniste nous a aidé à trouver un restaurant pas loin de l'établissement. La chambre était propre, confortable et neuve. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais très jolie et bien décorée.

Amazing - totally exceeded all expectations

Really lovely hotel - comfortably international 4* lux standard for an unbelievably good value price. Large room all in brand new condition. All the staff were lovely. They arranged a car for us to Ba Na Hills at 700k dong return thick was much cheaper than taxis/Grab were quoting, and sorted transfer to Danang airport also.

Loads to do in the local area, we were amazed at the selection of bars/restaurants. It's 2 blocks from the beach, and although we are more the exploring type this was perfect for us. We walked to the city centre, Dragon Bridge etc, but it was only about £2 to return in a cab. IMO this is a much better location than staying in town. Its also only 15 minutes from the airport.

RE: comments about the small balcony - we thought it was fine, better than not having one! Pool/sauna/steam lovely.

Big selection at breakfast. I would recommend that the manager not try to be so helpful with the toaster (a bit overbearing and intrusive) but other than that... Zero complaints!

Danang surprised us, a lot to do, modern city, clearly booming. We only really stayed over 2 nights for convenience after Hoi An road trip to Hue which we wanted to return from by train. But actually we could easily have stayed here longer. The new Qatar Airways flights were super convenient for us coming from Cardiff, and travelling on to Saigon, Can Tho then home from Phu Quoc.

Thanks to all the staff, you exceeded out expectations in every way.

Great hotel, but location could be better, not much in the local area and a lot of construction happening, hotel gave out drink vouchers to compensate for the noise of the karaoke party being held by the workers across the road. Amazing service and comfortable rooms. Could do with a tourist desk though, not much information on tours, they do however offer a private driver service. Overall a good hotel.

A great stay. This is a relatively new hotel. The pool was lovely and our room was excellent. Spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately there is building across the street so a bit noisy in the morning.
Robert is very helpful along with a the team at the front desk.
Breakfast was also well catered but could be improved. Tea, coffee, not always topped up. Fresh milk was warm and they need to get the sachets of peanut butter for a change from jam.

Lovely hotel let down by noise.

Really lovely hotel, brand new, clean, comfortable and great amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is fantastic a big buffet with lots of choice and selection. The pool is lovely and the view from the rooftop is excellent.
However the hotel is let down by the noise from the surrounding area. All around the hotel there is building works which is very noisy ans starts early at 7am, which wakes you up. This obviously isn’t then hotel it’s self’s fault.

2. 아침식사 : 기본메뉴는 비슷하지만, 매일 변동이 있어 맛있게 먹었고 불만없었습니다.

3. 청결도 : 비슷한 가격대의 호텔과 비교해서 부족함이 없었습니다. (다른 호텔을 많이 가보지 못했습니다)

4. 위치 : 가까운 곳에 해변이 있고, 주변에 맛있는 식당이 많아서 좋았습니다.

5. My best : 수영장이 큰편입니다. 아주 크진 않으나 세로로 긴 형태라서 적당한 운동이 건강에 도움이 되었습니다.

깨끗하고 조용하고 특히 직원들 누구든 눈만 마주치면 웃으며 인사하고 친절이 몸에 밴것 같았습니다.
해변까지 5분정도, 주변에 한국식당 비롯해 먹거리 다양하고 마사지샵, 바이크 렌탈샵, 마트... 그랩이나 택시도 항시 5분내에 이용가능한 최적의 장소 입니다. 다시 찾고싶은 가성비 뛰어난 호텔 입니다.

最後の最後で、タオルの使い方が汚いということでタオル代金を請求された。
チェックアウトのときに部屋の確認をしているようで、だいぶ待たされてた。そうゆうのを込みにした価格設定であってほしい。
他のホテルは追加の精算がなければすぐチェックアウトできるのが普通だと思う。

我們住的是連通房，飯店本身可能是舊旅館重新整建，大廳及客房樣式有點老氣，與Hotels.com上的照片感覺有些許落差。服務人員還算熱情。早餐普通，樣式不多。客房床鋪柔軟，睡起來算舒適!離美溪海邊走路約10-15分。

友人との旅行で利用しました。
ベッドが気持ち良かったです。

スタッフが親切な人もいましたが、とても不親切な人もいました。(特に男性)
立地やコスパは良いですが、リピートはしないと思います。

사진이랑 위치만 보고 고른 호텔이였는데 생각보다 너무 괜찮고 좋았어요
일단 직원분들이 진짜 다~~~너무 친절했어요
입구에 계시는 직원들은 캐리어두 다 옮겨주시고 주위에 카페나 마사지샵도 친절하게 다 알려주셨어요
그리구 베트남 연휴라 택시비 비싸다고 호이안 가는 택시도 싸게 가는 법 알려주시구 진짜 너무 친절하셨어요 다음에 또 다낭 온다면 무조건 이 호텔로 올 것 같아요
조식도 메뉴다양하고 맛있어요 빵도 그냥 구워주시구 그냥 직원분들이 다 친절해여 다 해주시구 음식으루 고민하면 음식도 추천해주시고 직접 담아주세여ㅋㅋㅋㅋ진짜 너무 좋았어요
방도 깨끗하고 화장실도 좋아요
루프탑 칵테일바도 분위기 괜찮고 수영장 물이 좀 차갑긴 했지만 사진찍기도 좋고 이뻐요
진짜 여기 개~~~추천해여
아쉬운 점 하나있다면 연휴라 호텔 마사지샵 이용 못한게 살짝 아쉬워요ㅠㅠㅠ 하지만 진짜 10점 만점에 10점 드릴 수 있을만큼 너무 좋았어요
다른 호텔이랑 고민하시고 계시다면 이호텔 추천합니당

해변 근처로 위치가 좋았어요. 주변에 식당이나 마사지 샵도 많아 이용하기 편리해요. 직원들이 친절하고 객실이 청결했어요.

호텔픽업신청했으나 공항도착해서 호텔측전화해서 다시요청해야 뒤늦게 왔네요 그게 좀 실망스러웠네요 두세번이나 거듭요청했었는데 새벽타임이라 이해는합니다만 딸아이와단둘이 낮선땅에 내린우리로서는 좀 당황했었어요 나머진 아주 훌륭했습니다 너무 만족입니다 조식과 루프탑수영장 깨끗한 룸 이가격에 정말 훌륭해요 다른 비싼호텔 굳이 필요없더라구요 미케비치도 3분거리에 주변시설도 좋았구요 암튼 가성비 쩝니다 강추~♡담엔 남편이랑 재방문의사있어요 그때도 훌륭하길~^^
