We wee upgraded to a balcony room facing the sea which was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. The house-keeping staff were pleasant and obliging. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful as were the restaurant/kitchen staff.

Excellent hotel, spotless with friendly and efficient staff.
Very welcoming and accommodating, we changed rooms after first night as we hadn’t booked a sea view, this was done without fuss.
Food great , good choice on the half board menu , speedy service.
The bar didn’t open until 7.00pm , maybe different in high season .
Would recommend

The food was not good. The service in the restaurants was poor (one lady was working very hard, but she alone couldn’t do everything). The food was cold and not pleasant. We were half board but couldn’t eat there the second night so chose to pay to eat out.

Lovely stay. Well done to the cleaner, she kept my room so lovely. They also kindly gave me a kettle and small fridge on request, which meant I felt very settled for my five night stay. There are many restaurants and shops super close (but there is a very small grocer) and you can Uber eats. They have a tiny gym which is a nice touch, just a treadmill and a couple of bikes, and weights. Overall I had a lovely time and would come back again

Cannot fault cleanliness or staff,all very helpful. The let down is the evening menus, yes value for money but would rather pay extra and have a proper meal. I think area around restaurant is also a bar but does not seems like one. It does not encourage guests to sit and have a drink. Pool excellent which was my main reason to stay,quiet and not busy.

Had problems with taxis waited an hour and 20 mins to go to city on one evening had to watch out for other guests skipping queue for taxis especially younger ones There needs to be a better system sorted there
Bedroom was comfortable would have preferred a double bed cleaning was excellent
Beach was a tiny cove ,have to get transport to a proper beach ,Pool area lovely and pool clean

The hotel is a small part of a big residential building, it’s a different experience than other hotels but when we visited ( January ) it was just perfect, it was not too busy, it was mostly locals and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days. Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. Breakfast a quite basic but it’s ok for the price. Breakfast and dinner unfortunately is mostly ultra processed foods. Not much Spanish as well. Our fussy kids didn’t touch it, they lived on French fries. We traveled around with taxi- cheap and easy, a trip to St Barbara Castle was €8, to the airport 28€.

A very good value for money option. The rooms are spacious and appeared to be refurbished with double doors to insulate from any corridor noise, desk space to work and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and black out blinds. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but the lounge area in particular is bright and comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. Tram stop for both Benidorm and Alicante is a short walk away, or if you’re feeling up to it, Alicante centre is about a 40min walk on a dedicated walkway (used to be a rail line). I’d stay here again!

Lovely hotel, very clean with very friendly helpful staff. This is our third stay at this hotel, we returned because of our previous positive experience at this hotel. Each of our mornings we had to clean and set our own table as there was not enough staff. Also, the buffet breakfast was not replenished to keep up with the amount of guests. One night the hotel restaurant was very busy so we decided to request a pizza to take to the room, the quality of the pizza was very poor and we returned it to the reception staff who said they would speak to the manager, we never heard any feedback which was very disappointing as we never complain. When the restaurant was busy it was difficult to get a drink at the bar which again was due to not enough staff at busy periods. In future we will be looking for alternative hotels which is very disappointing as we have great memories from our previous stays at this hotel and love coming back to this great location....

Friendly, relaxed hotel on the edge of Alicante

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We got upgraded to a superior room on arrival and throughout our stay the staff were very helpful at booking taxis and helping us with our Aircon when we couldn't get it to work. The hotel is a little way from the centre, but close to the seafront and the pool is large and easy to get a sunbed. This is a quiet hotel away from the business of the centre, which suited us as we were looking to relax and get away from our busy lives.

The interior of the property is beautiful and the cleaner came to clean the room every day. The communal areas were also very clean and breakfast options were generous.The pool was well maintained. All the staff we encountered were super friendly.
But the staff at breakfast need to be more proactive at clearing the tables or you need to provide an area to move dirty crockery to so clients can clear their own - and this is why I marked cleanliness and staff down a star because tables weren't being wiped between clients.
The chairs in the bar area need cushions and the sofas need tables on which to place drinks.
If you want dinner in the hotel make sure to book otherwise you will have a long wait.
A map showing the location of tram/bus stops would have been more useful than a sentence in the welcome pack saying they were nearby.

Over all we would come back if we revisit Alicante.

You get what you pay for. Hotel and 20 min walk into Alicante main shops 10 min walk to tram which is cheap and will take you into Alicante main shops or only an hour away from Benidorm
I would say if don’t mind walking this hotel is ok

The hotel was great, located in a very scenic part of Alicante, with the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. Please note though that it is a bit of a walk from both the closest Tram station as well as bus station. Esp to and from the bus station, the walk is quite strenous sloping uphill and downhill. Our hotel room window looked right out to the wall outside, so not much of a view there :(

The hotel on the outside looks horrendous The initial room we booked felt like a cell. No view at all. Went to reception and upgraded to a room with a view of the sea and a balcony for an extra 15 euros per night. Something to be noted is there are only 3 floors available as the rest is privately owned, so you won’t get a good view. Inside of the hotel looks beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Room was not spotless and had a fair bit of damage. Broken chair, chipped glass top table, chipped mirror etc. No kettle in the room but reception provided one when asked. We did not eat at the hotel as it did not look good, instead we came out of the rear of the hotel and turned left. Just a couple of minutes away was La Familia Albufereta. Absolutely beautiful food, very welcoming. We had lunches and dinners here every day. Hope this helps 👍

Lovely hotel. Looks a little outdated from the outside but the hotel is in a decent location and is clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and you're view of the sea is an extra added bonus. Just a few minutes walk to the tram and the beach and everything is in easy reach. A few lovely little restaurants close by too.

Worst Hotel. Not even a 1 star

Hotel was absolutely horrendous. Rooms were basic, no amenities; kettle, fridge, toiletries. 2 towels for 2 people. Decor needs a major update. Location is poor and dangerous on a main road without pavement. Staff don’t speak any English which left us struggling for simple items like ‘bowls’ at breakfast. Breakfast was a rat race for the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Not enough table, no mugs one morning, waiting over 15 minutes another morning for a bowl. Tried dinner one evening and the ingredients on my main meal were clearly hard bread and plastic cheese leftover from breakfast. One coffee machine for the entire hotel. Pool is a 15 minute walk away, no privacy from the overlooking flats and main road meaning you’re leared at by passing cars every minute. No bar and signs to say no food or drink allowed at the pool. No music at the pool, just a 2 meter deep hole in the ground and a pervy lifeguard. Only plus side was the beach and beach bar 10 minute walk away. Don’t spend any time at the hotel, definitely don’t book it.

the property is ok, although I had to change rooms due to noise from the garages outside. the hotel is part of a larger residential building on the lower ground floors, so the sea views are limited. the surrounding area is very dirty and neglected -so much so that there is a local community campaign to get help from local authorities.

on the plus side, I managed to get a fridge for the room which was much needed, and the swimming pool is incredible.

Hotel is clean and well presented but a little dated , rooms functional , I booked a superior room with terrace sea view , my room 120 was just above garages and when they were used noisy , this happened to me at 11 pm ! Sea view was ok terrace was a good size , my main issue was other guests coming and going at 12:30 ,1:30 and 2:45 very noisy then at 5 am someone shouting for Dean !! Would I stay there again possibly as reasonable price , but probably look elsewhere for a bit more !!

A fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable. Our room was perfect, it was modern inside and the beds were so comfy. The hotel’s location was great with trams and buses to take you into town. I’m very pleased we booked this hotel, couldn’t fault anything, only that we didn’t have a kettle in the room as I love my cuppas. We had a lovely sea view and a private balcony, which was amazing.

I visited this hotel with my partner for 4 days , really excited when booking it only to get there with a big disappointment , I paid for something I never got ie a superior room with one double bed and a single bed with sea view and I end up having three single Beds Which felt like I was in prison with cell mates very hard and uncomfortable, I mention it to one of the staff and he ask me to transfer my stuff by myself with no assistance to another room that I initially paid for , and also ask me to transfer the fridge by myself which I asked for with no assistant to my room , I turn the fridge on left it for about an hour and found out that the fridge was leaking and wasn’t cooling. In the morning when I was washing my face in the sink i found out it’s was leaking as well and the whole bathroom was wet which I nearly had an accident . The room was going very very cold even on 30degree at night which I found wired as well. Breakfast was not nice , hot drink from the machine was disgusting ,in the evening I decide to have dinner in the restaurant which look presentable ,warm outside but really cold in side as if it’s was not fresh or in the freezer for a month which just made me lost my appetite and went to my room ,the only thing that was okay was the view because it’s was close to a beach . I well actually rate this hotel one and the half star .
I will never book here again a waste of money

My \"sea view\" was a row of garages that you could barely see over, breakfast was terrible. Not a lot of choice for Dinner. Air con barely touched the sauna like temperature of the room. Room was clean. Checked out after 1 night and found a better hotel at a similar cost. Photos are a bit miss leading in regards to view.

Bad point sound proofing is awful so dont expect much sleep before midnight as the rooms are located beneath the restaurant.

The rooms were lovely and clean, nice view. However on arriving we were met with an awful smell coming from drains in bathroom so spent £5.00 on air freshnerscthe next morning. Liked the sitting area in room with large window. We reqested a fridge which was perfect and very cold. Thank you. Food however was a limited menu. Some helpful staff with a smile but a couple who were abrupt and less than helpful. A poolbar would have been nice instead of a kiosk selling only tins of beer, juice, crisps and bottled water.

Pool was OK and our family room was large. Breakfast was poor and location of the hotel isn't great not really being near to anything.
Biggest issue was the heat in the room and useless aircon staff very unsympathetic when we reported this and just said they would put it on their list to look at.

It is a good 25 min walk out of Alicante so if youre not a walker then prob not best Hotel for you. There is a Tram service though which is about a 5 min walk from Hotel, flat walk if you follow road from Hotel straight on and dont turn up the Hill.

Good clean hotel, loads of hot water and good flushing toilets super sea views. limited things to do so you have to travel all the time, public transports cheap but because of its location not good if you have mobility issues. level 2 under the public rest area/saloon is really noisy in rooms 236 and 237 and maybe others as they run private parties there some afternoons. The safe located on the floor level, useless if you have mobility issues as its on your hands and knees. The hotel offers very little and theres no beach directly at the beach and the nearest is a good 15 mins walk or travel and if you want the bars and nightlife you must travel. The hotel has a large pool and tennis courts if you just want a quite stay and offers a good price for accommodation. We had a good holiday although noisy at times but would not go again, for us you have to travel all the time for a good beach and nighlife

Breakfast was good, rooms were spacious, pool area was quiet and clean, rooms were clean, tidy, shower pressure was good.

Only downside is staff training, because most of them have poor or zero English, their communication would seem rude.

Breakfast is good but don't you dare going to the area again on the same day, the lady will try to expel you hahah. Supervising is absolutely fine, but only when your guests don't feel like they are being watched.
I recommend adding breakfast with the room when you're booking, will make your life easier.

Clean tidy modern Great value restaurant Set 3 course dinner was excellent.
Good 25mins step into town but we liked doing it. Hills not so suitable for the unfit - you have to climb up to bus stop. Great courts available for tennis. Nice pool but don’t understand why they turf everyone out while lifeguard has a break. Why not just have signs stating the b obvious? ie “there is no supervision between 3 & 4pm”
Strange set up where hotel occupies a portion of a fairly unattractive block of flats but interior design is fine. There are no hotel grounds as it’s all public space outside. (Apart from the pool) Overall good value and pleasant. Staff all very nice.

Staff are friendly but felt I couldn’t approach them. Lack of information regarding what is on offer in the hotel and wider local area.
Hotel was clean and modern, poor access to hotel, lots of steps down a hill.
Sounded area was quite and local shops around, transport links are fantastic , services run regular and on time, tram line runs not to far from the hotel , 5 min walk , you can buy your ticket on the tram, they all are fitted with ticket machines and you translate in English

We have stayed in this hotel previously and returned because we are so pleased with it. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The food is of a very high standard. The menu de dia is €12.90 and very good value. Only downside is the car parking. When the two car parks by the hotel are full, one has to use another further down the road. Best to ignore the first sign to the hotel, take the next turning to go to the front of the hotel, unload then park. A short walk along the road is the tram stop. Ask the reception for the maps and timetable.

Hotels .Com need to take responsibility for hotels they are advertising, parking facilities was poor, I was given a room that looked out on to a brick wall. I am sure this is not the first time this has been shared. Of course the hotel has a responsibility to take care of customers. Very disappointed and only stayed one night and found another hotel for the rest of my vacation.

This is our third time here, yes the hotel from the outside is nothing to look at but it is lovely and clean inside. The bedroom’s are really modern and clean. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff. Plenty of choices at breakfast.
