I will come back to this property. The breakfast was Great, however the diner was horrible and too expensive 25 Euros x person for baked chicken and vegetables. That’s my only complaint but the rest was Excellent

Cozy, clean hotel well connected to the center of Alicante. The rooms are small, so personally I missed in this hotel a place with comfortable sofas where you can sit and spend time with friends in the evening, for example on a rainy evening, especially when the local restaurants were already closed.

Disappointing.

Very disappointed in the hotel. We stayed 2 night and complained that our room was full of ants. They came and cleaned. We then went out to eat and came back late and found more ants... Went down to breakfast and advised again about the any then the food was all cold so had to ask for it to be microwaved. Exactly the same thing happened the following morning.
The room was also very loud, not only the traffic but all the Aircon for the building was right next to our room....
Lots of apologies but nothing else.......very disappointed.

The place to stay when in Alicante

This hotel has it all if you're travelling by car and do not prefer a central hotel: nice, modern and clean rooms, breakfast included in the room rate, a pool, big enough bathroom and kind staff at the reception. There is nothing we disliked. Everything was perfect.

Totally recommend the hotel

Everything was perfect - good breakfast in times of corona virus, clean rooms, huge balconies - to have a drink before going to bed, a comfortable bed, a swimming pool, nice staff. The hotel has a parking at a very low price of 6 euro but you can park at the street free of charge. Overall - very good value for money.

Lovely modern hotels

The hotel were brilliant. I was visiting Alicante for medical treatment. They really went above and beyond by finding me the idea room to make my stay stress free and easy.
The hotel itself is in a nice area, felt very safe, easy access to the beach and plenty parking.
Rooms are well presented, bathrooms beautiful and each with its own balcony and very efficient aircon.
TV has a mixture of Spanish and British channels (BBC and ITV....and the variants of them).
Would definitely stay again.

Walls are thin and all noise can be heard. I was woken at 2:50am by a couple on a hands free mobile call to someone else which lasted around 45mins. Sounded like they were in my room.
If you stay here ask for upper floor at least then no noise from above.
On my last day (Sunday) breakfast was from 8am. I had a flight to catch so turned up at 8am precisely and breakfast wasn't fully available even when I had to leave at 8:20am so paid for breakfast I didn't have on final day (bed & breakfast).

Cleanliness of bathroom and room was disappointing. Basic 3 star hotel. Room is functionally furnished without great comfort. Not even a box of tissues in the bedroom. Poor pillows.

The bed linen was clean but hardly slept for 2 nights as the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbours were chatting about into the small hours.

There are toiletries but they are very poor. I’d suggest taking your own shower gel. Upon arrival I found human faeces on the toilet lid !!!. Luckily we had sanitising wipes with us.

The breakfast is ok - enough for most people but coffee from the machine tastes absolutely disgusting and every programme I tried produced the same sweet sickly liquid!!! I asked for a coffee to be made and was told I’d have to pay for it!!! But this was not the case.
On arrival, receptionist informed me that the first night had already been charged to my credit card!! And had to pay the second night in advance! A bit sharp practice!! However, hotel is in a quiet residential suburb of Alicante and free parking in the street right outside hotel was not a problem. A number 22 bus across the street gave us a 15 minute trip to downtown Alicante for €1.45 each way. Buses every 20 minutes. Old town very much worth a visit especially the Santa Barbara castle.

Really nice stay. We got to the hotel by taxi and were welcomed by lovely reception staff, even at midnight!

Room was nice if not a little small for a double bed and a baby. However, nice sized balcony made up for it.

The real positives of this hotel are the staff. Will go out of their way to help you with whatever question you have, recommend restaurants, best mode of transport and help with keeping our baby entertained! Thank you so much for Diego and Omar.

Food is good although as its a hotel restaurant, repetitive. But tasted nice. Thank you to Fran who was a brilliant, funny and professional waiter.

The hotel is in a residential area and a 15 minute bus ride to Alicante city centre. Initially I thought this would be full of stags and hens, but is quite family oriented and as it's in a residents area, is very quiet. Ideal for our baby to sleep and for us to chill.

Swimming pool was a little small but as most guests were out during the day, was never really too busy. The aqua gym classes were really good and a nice touch.

Would recommend the hotel having baby/child as well as adult activities as it does get a little boring but the sun, quiet pool and beer made up for that.

Would definitely stay here again and plan to in 2020

The hotel's aesthetic is pleasing, everything is moder and presentable, size of the room is ok (double room). They have a balcony it is lovely.
The hotel is fairly new it has been up and running after renewal for less than 3 weeks so they are still perfecting things. A few things were not working on our stay. Room service and wifi. We contacted reception and they sent someone to try and fix it.
With room service we had to go down and order which wasn't a inconvenient. The restaurant staff was pretty friendly and he apologised for the inconvenient.
The young receptionist that welcomed us on our arrival was pretty friendly too.
Over all the hotel is nice. Amenities are good. Toiletries are there towels shampoo etc. The restaurant is decent the food was nice.
The beach is less than a 3 minute walk down but I wouldn't say it is the type you swim in.

However the hotel has its own pool.

Brilliant, we had a sea view room and it was worth the extra money to listen to the sea at night and look at the view by day. Spacious room with mini fridge and a great shower. Breakfast was great sitting on the terrace in the sunshine.

Pleasent clean room with decent size balcony.
staff spoke basic english and were helpful and nice, very happy to make me a vegan meal each night, and bring drinks to my room. hotel grounds are nice to sit and read for a hour. nice beaches in the area _ walk 5 mins to the left and there is a nice safe sandy beach, walk 10 mins to the right and there are nice rocks to walk along, near the hotel the beach area is good
for fishing. dog walking and bird watching.
Downside... no fridge or mini bar in room, but there was a mini bar menue. pool is not big enough to get a decent work out in. dont let kids play on balcony alone its a bit low.

Nice 3stars hotel in quiet location

Me and my partner spent really nice and relaxing holidays. Rooms are small but very comfy. Private balcony with view on sea( we were lucky as some rooms are with view to garden) cleanning of room was standard, would prefere if floor was clean, but it wasnt big problem. Staff are very friendly bit we had couple occasion where english was problem also 3 sets of menu! Hotel is in quiet location very close to Alicante and this town is beautifull, night life, shopping, restaurant and outstanding views from Castle- must be see. I would recomemd this hotel to anyone who dont mind use public transport and walking as best beach San Juan is 20 min walking but its amazing with big waves! We really enjoyed it. Sunbeds and umbrella £12 for whole day even if u moving areas;-) we ate best sardiness in beach bar. Really pleasent and romantic stay. Hotel have parking £5 a day but we parked on street infront og hotel, plenty free spaces.

We loved this hotel set in a residential area away from the tourist area, it's well situated with a shopping mall with several bar is about 150mtrs across the road, the beach is 300mtrs away. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and reasonable,it has a good pool which we had to our selves a lot of the time. The staff are very helpful most speaking English. Rooms were clean and had free air coditioning all with balconies and a proper double bed, there was a free safety deposite box in reception. The only thing that the room could do with was a small fridge to keep water etc. cold. This hotel is perfect if you want to get away from it all for a few days, we will definatly be staying there again.

Great relaxing holiday

Great location for a relaxing holiday. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms are given what you pay very well kept. Could do with a furniture update sometime. Pool was very clean and the food including room service was lovely. Situated, 2 mins walk from a beach and the bus is practically outside the door for a 10 min trip into Alicante. Would definitely return here. Pick a room on the poolside for best privacy.

This is a small family-run hotel which is a good alternative to the larger chain brands. Rooms were compact but adequate, the bathroom was clean. Only let-down was the fact that we asked for a missing bulb to be replaced but it wasn't & in the morning we discovered that a similar volume of water jetted out sideways from the shower handset to that which went downwards into the bath (which was somewhat narrow). Despite this, it was fine for a convenient stop-over, although perhaps less appropriate for a longer-term stay.

Good hotel in a lovely part of Alicante.

We stayed in 2 different rooms as there wasn`t a twin available when we arrived & there hadn`t been an option to request one when booking, so not the hotel`s fault & the next day they moved us to a nicer room with a sea view from the balcony. Fridge in room which was useful, would have loved tea & coffee but you rarely find them spanish hotels.
Nice quirky hotel on the edge of Alicante.

Hotel very nice, small, friendly, with helpful staff. our room was great, and the air-con most welcome! Breakfast is a good selection and very relaxed. We only ate dinner in the hotel one evening, but the meal was fine.
Only slight drawback is location, Alicante centre is quite a long way away, but we found the walk to/from nearest tram stop (Sergio Cardell) only took 10 minutes (or there are buses if you prefer). Either way, if staying more than 2 nights, it's probably worth getting a TAM (Transporte Alicante Metropolitano) smartcard to load with a \"bono multiviaje\". Card is only a couple of euros, with subsequent saving of about 40%. We bought a card each, but if you are always travelling together you can both share a card - just validate twice at the start of each trip. More details on website for alicante trams.
We expected 4 night to be enough to have \"done\" Alicante, but there is a lot to see, and the city and this hotel have convinced us to return.

Pues es un hotel Básico. Parece mejor en las fotos que en realidad. Había una fiesta en la terraza y estuvieron de risas y cachondeo hasta las 12 por lo menos. El desayuno bueno.
No me gustó que al llegar había un conflicto entre los empleados y daba mal rollo. Eso se habla a parte. El chico de la recepción muy bien.

Si vous voulez vous reposez ou vous ressourcer n'allez pas dans cet hôtel.
Pour commencer ma baie vitrée dans la chambre qui ne se verrouille pas, ce n'est pas du tout rassurant surtout étant donné que je suis au rez de chaussée. Ensuite les murs sont en papier c'est l'enfer, j'entendais toutes les conversations de mes chers voisins de chambre donc prévoyez des boules quies. Le matin à 8h on entend les femmes de ménages qui court de partout pour faire le nettoyage au plus vite pendant que les clients sont au petit déj. Moi qui voulait dormir jusqu'à 9h impossible avec tout ce boucan, elles font tomber pleins de trucs, tapent de partout parce qu'elles veulent aller vite et surtout parlent très fort entre elles devant la porte. Mais pitiiiéé pensez aux autres clients qui veulent dormir encore une heure parce qu'ils sont en vacances. Le petit déj est gratuit mais il n'était pas à mon goût, les jus de fruits ne sont pas bons et le choix dans le salé était trop peu varié et ils y a des pots blanc qui sont là sans étiquettes ou il faut deviner ce que c'est et certains pots rouges que j'ai pas osé tenter. Je n'ai pas essayé le resto mais il avait l'air sympa et je n'ai pas tenté la piscine non plus. Il y a un arrêt de bus à côté ce qui est très pratique et l'hôtel est situé à même pas 2 minutes à pied de l'eau. Par contre comparer bien les offres sur internet parce que j'ai trouvé trop tard une offre à 50 euros de moins pour le séjour 😭.

Lo mejor del hotel es que te permite ir con perros, el mio es mediano, de unos 18 kg y sin problemas, además si tienes desayuno, comida y/o cena, como hay terraza puedes bajarlos contigo, el hotel está muy bonito y limpio, el tema del desayuno del covid está bien gestionado porque te lo sirven, pero no hay mucha variedad y a veces se arma mucha cola, pero no tardan mucho, todas las habitaciones tienen terraza y neverita, esta cerca de una playa, pero como estábamos con el perro no hemos podido ir y a 10 min andando hay una zona de muchos restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias, por lo que la ubicación está muy bien, está lejos del centro, como a 5km más o menos, pero me parece mejor, esta zona es mucho más linda q el centro. El plus es que hay un gatito siempre merodeando por ahí y da gusto verle

com exceção das escadas que limitam acessos o hotel é uma joia de gentilezas e atenção , vale um especial comentário a respeito de nosso camareiro um cavalheiro , simpático e competente

Nöjd men saknade endel

Trevligt, rent och fint hotell. Bra frukost, fint poolområde. Tyvärr kunde serveringspersonalen knappt engelska vilket skapade vissa svårighet bl.a då menyn bara fanns på spanska. Personalen i receptionen var ok/bra på engelska. Tråkigt närområde, inga restauranger eller affärer. Dock nära till bussen som gick in till Alicante och till den fantastiska stranden San Juan. Nära till havet men hemsk strand och inte badbart.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zumindest im Winter TOP

Ich werde an dieser Stelle natürlich bei einem Traumpreis von um die 30€ pro Nacht überhaupt nichts Schlechtes über das Hotel kommentieren... Lediglich der Hinweis, dass alleine nur Filzaufkleber unter den Stühlen Gold wert wären sei erlaubt.

Hotel op zijn retour, ongemotiveerd personeel

Leuke prijs maar \" versleten\" hotel. Nog nooit een hotelkamer gehad met losse kozijnen om de deur heen. Erg gehorig en de ligging is echt slecht.
Personeel leek je te helpen omdat het \" moet\".

Flot udsigt, men stranden Ikke badevenlig. San Juan er 5 km Fra hotel let og aldeles en god strand. Endnu hyggeligere er El Campbell ligger Nord for Alicante - 20 minutter I bil

På godt og vondt

Vi var to venninner som var ute etter en rolig ferie hvor vi kunne slappe av i solen og ta livet med ro. Hotellet var bra, men må innrømme det skuffet noen steder. Sengen var utrolig hard, frokosten hadde lite utvalg (spiste den samme maten hver dag i 2 uker), i annonsen fikk jeg inntrykk av at man kunne se havet fra hotellet så ønsket balkong med utsikt, dette er ikke mulig.
MEN vertskapet var alltid hyggelige og snakket bra engelsk, renholdet alltid på topp, og har en gravid vakt katt som alltid passer på å holder øye med hvem som kommer og går. Rolig område så passet utmerket for oss.

Dejligt lokalt hotel i den bedre del af Alicante

Fint hotel i dejligt område - god restaurant men lidt dyrt.
Venlig personale som dog kun taler spansk - I receptionen talte de lidt engelsk.

Enkelt, trevligt hotell.

Hotellet var rent med en trevlig trädgård.Intill låg ett litet köpcenter med några barer och apotek. Halvpensionen vi bokat blev en besvikelse då middagens förrätter vid två tillfällen serverades beräknat på två personer, trots att vi var tre betalande.Frukosten var okey. Sängarna var väldigt hårda.

Hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas. Très déçue

Pour commencer, très mauvais accueil par une femme blonde à la réception. C'est la première fois que je vois cela.
Pas de wifi dans la chambre malgré toutes mes réclamations.
Pour la wifi, il fallait aller au bar sinon rien. Perte de temps.
Il faisait froid dans la chambre, pas de chauffage. Je me suis gelée.
Hôtel très loin du centre, ils disent 4 km, c'est faux, au moins 6 km.
La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.
