We had a lovely stay, beautiful spacious and spotless bedroom.
Breakfast was very good, however the staff were very very prompt in closing down the service, switching of the lights while we were still finishing our breakfast.
Only 1 person at the front desk spoke any English.
But definitely recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay in Bordeaux. The room had an unpleasant smell, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the entire property is in need of serious renovation. It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised — more like a 2.5 to 3-star at best. The location might be convenient, but the overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

Room wasn’t ready before 3:00 pm even though the front desk said it was vacant. We watched other guests receive immediate access before 3:00. Dirty torn faded carpet with wet spots. Refrigerator door was open on arrival. Shower floor extremely slippery and hazardous. No wash cloths available. Loud music and pounding noise from the fitness center a floor below awakened us in early morning.

This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Great place with free parking, request ticket at parking kiosk via voice then get it validated at end, breakfest was awesome best bacon ever, staff speaks great english, lots of restaurants nearby, left car there and uber myself to downtown and avoid eco car penalty. 45 min drive to sain emilion.

Nice hotel as you would expect with a new hotel. Staff in general were helpful and polite.

The big downside for me was the bars. The quieter downstairs bar seem to close at 10.30pm on the days it did open and the 5th floor rooftop bar which is a lovely venue wasnt a 4 star hotel bar per se.

In the middle of a student area i would guess and that was very obvious by the clientele and the loud hip music. Nothing wrong that with that at all, but not what i was after when paying €350 per night. Saw alot of hotel residents turn on their heels and leave on entering. The young bar staff were efficient and polite, but seemed like all their mates were there too! Could learn alot from their sister hotels rooftop bar in Nice, which is a vastly better experience

We loved the location, access to the tram, the view, the spacious bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. We used the coffee machine and fridge daily. We enjoyed the amenities. We extended our stay because we enjoyed Bordeaux so much and we were so comfortable at the hotel. Aurelio was extremely helpful during checkin, when dealing with consecutive bookings in different names and when extending our stay. He went above and beyond so that we didn’t have to change rooms.

We only stayed one night in a superior room, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work, the window did not open and it was like a sauna, so we had to sleep with the room door open to get some air at times. There was also a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

Apart from that the hotel is ideally situated for amenities and trams to get into the centre of town.

The hotel room is clean and cozy, but the parking lot is very misleading and dangerous. My car was scratched by a strange metal thing on a pillar where the arrow on the ground lead me to before checking in (There are several car fragments on the ground showing that there have already been some accidents, but there is still not any sign or warning). Then the hotel management people told me the arrow direction on the ground is wrong, I should not follow it and drive from the only way out since it is a pedestrian zone??? An unbelievable and disappointed experience for my first vacation after Covid-19 in a 4 star hotel ever!!!

Great spacious room, location not so central to bordeaux center but you can hop on a tram (10 minutes walk to the tram) then 10 minutes later you are in central Bordeaux (Quinconces).

Next to the hotel you can eat on a boat, terrace on 5th floor is nice but service very slow if you are lucky to get served (many people left as they had been waiting 20-30 minutes to get the waitress to pay attention to them). Best you go straight to the bar and ask what you want.

Also, If you ask anything to the reception, you basically have to come get it yourself. So overall an okay experience.

Out of center new hotel, but public transport are not far. The lights in the hall way turn on only 5 meters after you go in the dark, reelly spooky. Room Cleaning and change of amenities not good. Rooms are nice and comfy. Breakfast good but was exactly the same in all our 4 nights there.

The front desk check out agent was amazing! I had to check out in the morning, but was still in town sightseeing. They kept my suitcase but what’s more, he suggested that prior to taking my nighttime train, I could use the spa for a shower ( hot day). I thought that made him so thoughtful beyond any Other experience in even 5 star hotels. The second floor hotel room was very quiet. It faced the river. It made my Bordeaux experience the highlight of my French vacation. Thank you Radisson ! Ps did I mention the hotel is walking distance to the fantastic wine museum! Hundreds of bottles of local wine and you can try one glass of wine free with a purchased ticket. Well worth 20 euros.

Really enjoyable 4 night stay at this hotel - highly recommend it. The hotel is modern, new and very comfortable with good size rooms. The highlights for us were the fabulous, large roof terrace overlooking the quay and local area. There is a nice bar up here and the restaurant/breakfast room has roof access too - great views. Very friendly staff in the hotel. We had a slight mix up about connecting rooms on arrival but it was sorted efficiently and professionally. The secure parking (20 euros per day) was easily accessible and gave us piece of mind on our travels. Plus, with the hotel being on the edge of Bordeaux it was very easy to get out and about around the area. There is also a tram stop (Cite du Vin) about 300m walk away or you can walk the whole way along the riverfront into Bordeaux centre. As other reviews have mentioned the area around the hotel is being redeveloped so there is a fair amount of building work going on but we had no problem with noise at all. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely new hotel. Lovely big room with very comfortable bed. TV ( with GB channels), fridge, tea making facilities etc.
Super roof top bar- a must for the sun sets.
Downsides- 30 min walk to the centre but tram stop a short walk.
Car parking a bit pricey at 20E a day.

This really is a great hotel, the staff are superb ,I couldn't praise them enough everyone my wife and I encountered were extremely pleasant polite and couldn't do enough , the superior rooms with a view of the Garonne are well worth it , king size beds , Nespresso coffee machine , X Large flat screen TV, the only negative at present is the location is somewhat of a building site all around the area , I suspect by June a lot should be completed, it didn't interfere one bit with our stay, the added Spa was a great bonus after walking a lot in Bordeaux this was a lovely way to relax for an hour at the end of a day , initially I thought the location of the hotel was out of town but in reality it is a 5 minute stroll to the City Du Vin Tram and 5 minutes journey to Quinconces Station approx 5 stops and u are in the heart of Bordeaux , if I was to be really critical some people may find it cumbersome travelling in to town out of town again to hotel and then go back in again later that night for dinner, there are plenty of trendy bars and restaurants next door to the hotel if u feel lazy and the 5th floor has a wonderful bar with terrace overlooking the Garonne for this warm summer evenings
There is also free on street car parking nearby if u don't want to pay for the pay car park next to hotel which is approx euro 50 for 2 days
We really were impressed with this hotel, facilities, staff, location
Will definitely return again

Nice hotel, there are still many building sites around the hotel though. I can imagine it being great once everything around the hotel is up and running.
We had window cleaners turn up in front our window with no warning which was a bit of a surprise!
The fitness and spa area (which was one of our criteria for booking) are still not open but when we booked through Expedia it was not clear at all. That is both the Hotel and Expedia's responsability.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en CUALQUIER hotel hablando de todas las gamas, no merece ni por cerca 2 estrellas. Nos pusieron en una habitación a -1 grado a la cual no le funciona la calefacción, la actitud de la chica de recepción pesima para resolver diciendo que cada que necesitemos cambios de temperatura le llamemos. 8am del día siguiente iniciaron con martillazos alado de la habitación por renovaciones del spa, veníamos de un vuelo trasatlántico y yo estoy embarazada de 6 meses, con jetlag nos cambiaron de habitación, supuestamente mejor, la cual NO tenia la botella complementaria de agua, no funcionaba el friggobar, misma situación de la calefacción de nuevo, y misma pésima actitud de la chica del lobby, diciendonos que ES NORMAL que nada funcione. Se queda muy lejos de ser un hotel medianamente decente para hospedarte, te piden depositos y la noche no es barata para el servicio que otorgan. Quedense lo mas lejos posible de este hotel

J’avais déjà séjourné dans ce Radisson il y a environ cinq ans et l’expérience avait été excellente. C’est donc naturellement que j’ai souhaité renouveler ce séjour, mais la déception a été au rendez-vous.
Nous avons opté pour une chambre supérieure afin de bénéficier de l’accès au spa. Or, celui-ci était fermé pendant deux jours. Pire encore, il nous a été expliqué sur place que les conditions d’accès au spa avaient changé, alors même que le mail de confirmation de réservation que nous avions reçu indiquait exactement le contraire.
Par ailleurs, malgré le choix explicite d’un grand lit, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux petits lits simplement rapprochés. Nous avons également dû insister longuement auprès de la réception pour faire valoir nos droits, le tout dans un climat peu agréable.
L’attitude de l’hôtesse à l’accueil , le jour de notre arrivée a été particulièrement désagréable, ce qui n’a fait qu’aggraver la situation.
Au vu du rapport qualité-prix, il existe de bien meilleures options à Bordeaux.
Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement. Je suis vraiment très déçue.

Chambre en bon état , personnel ça va , par contre déjà nous n avons pas pu charger notre voiture , il n était pas précisé que c était des prises normales, je n ai plus la main pour revenir à la fin du texte , je vais vous parler du petit déjeuner : 3 petits pains au chocolat (chocolatines ) rassis , des œufs brouillés industriels ( pour un 4 étoiles on s attend a mieux ) le pain pas génial bref un petit déjeuner lamentable , un jus d orange super sucré , premier couac mais bon … nous sommes allés le soir avant dîner boire un cocktail au bar , très passable , pas de cacahuètes ou autre chose ( l année dernière nous étions allés au renaissance et il y avait tout ça ! on attend sur la terrasse personne ne vient nous voir
