No frills but fine!
The room was clean and functional. The staff refused to make up the second bed I'm the room though which was very strange. Even when I asked about it I was told to do it myself. Other than that it was fine.

Great location to walk into Bordeaux Centre. Very clean, friendly staff and good value. The only piece of advice is the parking, you pay on exit, i spent ages trying to work the machine at the top of the lift which didnt accept my cards.

Great stay, for the price it’s good, but problems with the room amenities, the room opens with the code, which takes around 5-10 min to get it correct (or am i just dumb?), and toilet is weirdly positioned, not convenient

The hotel in a good location and close to the tram which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux. You can collect the tram from the airport and it stops about 150 metres from the hotel. The tram is a bonus and costs on 1 euro 80cents for the Journey.
The rooms are in good condition and clean.
Although fairly tight for 3 people but easy and roomy for 2 persons.
Shower big enough however toilet is pretty tight.
Its a budget hotel and you get what you are paying for and I would stay there again.

This hotel was great. The staff were nice and friendly. I had an issue with the toilet and the staff immediately came and fixed it for me. The room was small. Toilet, shower and sink were three different area. The parking was a bit confusing. It shared the same spot as the regular parking lot. The hotel was in a great location, 20 minutes walk to city center.

Great staff, budget friendly room with basic amenities. Mattress extremely uncomfortable to the point where sleep was affected. Pillow flat as a pancake. Duvet small and towels tiny. Street drinkers creating noise outside within the hotel complex at all hours. Great location for exploring Bordeaux, close to tram stop and river.

Don't confuse this with the IBIS Bastide, just next door. You get a tiny space with just-adequate washing facilities and a (perfectly comfortable) bed. No storage space, no room to move and (no surprise) no kettle. One thin pillow each and one medium towel.
The wifi is slow and often refuses to connect. The staff can't help you with this.
If you just want a cheap room to sleep in then this is close to the centre, well served by tram and bus. don't expect to be able to do anything else in the room.
There is a big Carrefour supermarket next door, which may come in handy.

It was perfect for us, close to centre, well-designed considering the size of room, but we expected \"budget\" and it was well done. Good breakfast and friendly staff. It would probably not be so good if we had stayed more than a night, quite a tiny room but it worked for us.

Hotel bem simples. A limpeza era aceitável e a localização era boa, ao lado do carrefour e perto de estacao de trem. Iamos ao centro muito rapido. O Hotel bloqueia a alteração de temperatura, provavelmente para economizar. Estava muito frio e o quarto um gelo. Quase ficamos doentes. Tem ar-condicionado e aquecedor nos quartos, mas nao se pode usar. Certamente nao voltaremos.

The room was dirty and old. It didn’t look like it was cleaned. We asked for a babycot before reservation and when we dit the check in we asked again. They told us they would bring it to the room. Almost 45 minutes later there was no babycot and we went to reception. There they told us the babycot was broken.

Habitués des Hôtels Ibis, celui ci était bien moins qualitatif que ceux dans lesquels nous avons séjourné : forte odeur d'urine dans nos WC, coulures et empruntes sur la porte. Le draps du lit superposé était recouvert de poussière, de petites peluches noires et de cheveux. J'ai dû refaire le lit pour que ma fille puisse y dormir. La poignée de la fenêtre était usée et du coup ne fermait pas bien, nous avons dû grimper sur le tabouret et pousser fort sur la fenêtre pour qu'elle ferme.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à 7h45, la poubelle devant le buffet débordait déjà de détritus, les plateaux sur les tables n'étaient pas débarrassés.
Le parking était payant mais non sécurisé, en allant récupérer des affaires dans ma voiture le soir nous avons rencontré un groupe jeunes hommes. Le lendemain la barrière du parking était hors service, l'hôtel n'avait aucun moyen d'intervention.
En revanche, l'hôtel est très bien situé, à 20/25 minutes à pieds de la rue Sainte Catherine. Restaurants, cinéma, boulangerie et Carrefour market au pied de l'établissement, très pratique pour faire quelques courses avant de reprendre la route.

Just for sleeping it was ok. Yet, tt was one of the worst accomodations I had in Europe so far. My room was worn-out and not very clean. I didn't know that there is such a big difference between Ibis and Ibis Budget hotels.

Très souriante et soucieuse de nous satisfaire. La chambre est minimaliste mais bien conçue. C'était très propre. Le petit déjeuner impeccable. Et l'emplacement est absolument parfait pour visiter le centre ville a pied.

Les chambres sont trop petites douche minuscule et toilette aussi étroite qu'une cabine téléphonique le vasque se trouve au milieu de la chambre je n'ai jamais vu cela.. je ne me suis pas du tout senti au confort d'un hôtel.. ibis budget est un compromis intéressant si tu voyage seul mais la chambre n'est pas faite pour plus d'une personne sincèrement. D'autant plus que pour s'y rendre il faut faire un graaand détour en voiture puisque le pont de pierre est interdit aux voitures.. si j'avais su que la chambre allait être si petite j'aurai pris un autre hôtel à la place
