The breakfast was poor, there were day's that even some of the options for breakfast were not available. No vegetables and fruits. Also parking places were not that easy to find.

Spacious room and nice staff

The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. Overall we had a great stay, but would be happier if there can be refill of coffee/tea capsules in the room given we stayed a few nights there and there was no refill during our stay.

**DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE** Far from the city center in a neighborhood without any restaurants around. This location is not for tourists. Building is outdated and dirty, even hallways were dirty and walls all scratched. Room carpet was dirty and stained, bathroom was smelly and very outdated. Kitchen utensils were absolutely horrible and dirty. Even the fire alarm was on when we got to our room. We had to leave immediately as beds had signs of bedbugs. Again DO NOT BOOK as this place is nothing like the pictures shown. After saying we were not satisfied with our room they did not offered any options and did not gave a refund as we had prepaid through Hotels.com

Average stay.

Staff were great. Unfortunately the walls are thin and it was noisy. The AC is also centrally controlled and won’t go below 21.
If I’m choosing a room with AC I want to be able to choose my temperature. I won’t stay here again. Parking was €15 a night for a motorcycle, the most I’ve ever had to pay.

Very helpful receptionist on arrival with baggage storage, as we arrived early. The tram stop was quite near so no problem getting into town centre. Our room was a studio with facilities to cook and eat should we wish to.
The room was large and clean with on suite shower and the beds comfy. On a busy road, but not too noisy with window closed.

Conveniently located & close to tram. Small kitchenette which served the purpose (microwave, mini fridge & kettle). Sadly bed was 2 twins pushed together but it was worth it considering the price. Didn't drive so cannot comment on parking.

The apartment was great, very spacious and bright, it has good shower and nice small kitchen. What was really important that it has an air conditioner and it worked very good, as we stayed during the hottest days in July (+42 C). Check in and check out was very fast and easy. Stuff is helpful and seems to be very friendly.

The staff here truly was the best part about my stay. In particular, Gregory and Alexander (two of the front desk associates) went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated when a personal, difficult, and unexpected situation arose during my stay. The compassion and customer service that both of these associates displayed was unbelievably amazing. While the room was clean and comfortable, I would have to say the best part of this stay was the customer service shown by the front desk associates.

My Stay at Appart'City Bordeaux

My experience at this complex was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. A laundry facility is located on site, so you can easily wash your clothes. There were food outlets located nearby which made it easy to get lunch or dinner. Trams made it easy to get to and from the city. Some reviews said there are dodgy people around the area, however that was not the case and I didn't come across any. Only downside to this place is that you have to pay for your room to get clean and to get clean towels.

The Hotel is relatively new and was one of the most spacious rooms we stayed in while traveling through France. The location is a far enough from the downtown that you'd likely want to take a taxi but we chose to walk which took about 45 minutes so that we could take in the sights and sounds. If you prefer there is also a light rail that is about 10 minutes from the hotel that can take you to the central district. Overall this hotel is a good value as long as you understand that there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity.

Good access to the airport and to city centre

Basic room with kitchen equipment. All clean and better as expected. I was feeling safe, you cannot enter elevator or stairs without key card... Staff at reception was very helpful. Location isn't the best but, 5 minutes away it is grocery store, Pizza hut just on the other side of the road. But it is very good access to the airport (bus number 9 which in combination with number 1 direct access to the airport) and also tram C which connect city center is about 5 minutes walk away from hotel). So overall I would stay again. The only two thing I missed was: no room cleaning and no fresh towels during our 3 days stay.

Super big room and comfy beds - big bathroom too. Front desk staff very helpful. Nice for our needs - 1 night stay awaiting flight out of town. Surrounding area was very commercial and not \"charming\" - so if that is what you are looking for this is not for you. Good for business travelers.

Lugguage stolen. Shady AF. Parking min 19 euro dai

DO NOT GO HERE. Reasons:

First of all someone stole my lugguage case outside the parking lot as i was helping a friend car parking manual very very close by. Gone in 60 seconds. Literately.

Secondly, every morning and night there seems to be a bunch of shady local people hanging put the hotel lobby smoking. They looks like some kind of AA meetup and does not look like hotel guests. They occupy the lobby space anyway. Shady AF !!

Thirdly, Theres no towel change for 3 days atraight for all 4 of our rooms we need to request it like some kind of royal pardon to immates.

Forthly, parking is 19 Euros daily (once u reach 12 hrs) with NO in and out Privileges.

In Conclusion . AVOID AT ALL COST. Do not believe that 4.2 rating.

Great value hotel near the centre of Bordeaux.

Booked this place last minute due to an unexpected stay in Bordeaux and was incredibly happy with the convenience and cleanliness of this hotel. Very helpful staff also. Highly recommend for the business traveller or someone on an extended stay that needs self catering facilities in their room. Small fully equipped kitchen. Like having your own small apartment in the city.

Poor service but spacious and clean room.

I was very sick during the stay and requested for late check out, the ladies were 'very kind' to extend '30mins' with no charge even though the occupancy was low. When I came down to the lobby, I sat there for few hours and covered with many clothes to keep warm, they completely ignored my existence and did not offer any assistance. Having come from the Asia hospitality background, I was disappointed by how cold the people can be and was money minded to a person in need of help. Despite the room was great, but I will not come back.

Struttura relativamente nuova. Bell appartamento. Se ben si trova a quasi 2.5 km del centro se può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Cmq e ben collegata della tranvía C. Direi che tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Quello che mi ha fatto infastidire che il microonda non funzionava. La ho fatto presente il primo giorno giusto perché avevo comprato della roba da mangiare da scaldare. I. 3 GG non sono stati capaci di darmi una soluzione: o cambiare il microonda, o cambiare appartamento o sistemarlo...hanno lasciato stare... Il fatto di prendere i appartamento e proprio per cucinare qualcosa o fare colazione. Ho dovuto usare padelle e pentole e ripulire ogni volta avendo un microonda anche lo avrebbe risolto in 2 minuti senza sporcare.

First room wasn't cleaned, actually bed sheets were dirty; beds made seemed okay but when you look closely you see hair and body hair!! Unbelievable!
Then when I arrived to the reception desk she asked whether I took photo??! I said yes and showed the awful photos she changed the room telling me I have to give back the old room key to her when all is done! anyway we found the second room was not nice like the first one (literally no view), when giving the old key back I explained the situation but reception woman was not warm at all really. Anyway, asked if it was possible to pay the city tax later (all very beginning) she said no! It had to be paid at that minute but giving a clean room at first time no possible huh? And 2 days later asked for a 2 dozettes of espresso for the machine in the room , they charged immediately the 2 Euros, I was expecting maybe a nice gesture like offering at least 2 espresso upon that terrible check in! Another time, non merci.

Recepcionista que nós atendeu, falava espanhol, o que foi conveniente pra nós.
Box do banheiro não tinha fechamento de vidro total, somente metade, e isso acarreta molhação do piso do banheiro.
Chuveiro tinha pouca pressão de água.
A localização é muito longe dos locais de interesse.

Piqué par des insectes (punaises ?). L'hôtel m'a changé de chambre que la deuxième nuit. La chambre de remplacement avait une climatisation disfonctionelle. Le bureau de la directrice était grand ouvert lorsque je me plaignait calmement de ma situation. Elle n'a pas daigné intervenir. Je pense qu'il faut certainement s'énerver pour être respecté.

Excellent passage de deux nuits dans ces lieux.
Personnel très souriant, agréable prenant le temps de donner toutes les infos demandées, quelque soit l'heure du jour ou nuit, top !
L'appart/hôtel très propre, moderne, rien à dire, tout parfait !
Le tram C est au bout de l'avenue à 5 mn à pied, il emmène direct au centre ville, gare etc. Commerces boulangerie, Monoprix très proches.
A recommander, lors d'un prochain séjour à Bordeaux je sais où venir !

A notre arrivée la chambre n'étais pas prête 1h d'attente.
Refus de prendre ma carte bleue \"on ne prend pas votre carte\"
La réceptionniste bien son collègue pas aimable.
La chambre: propre mes les peintures s'écaillent ,des fissures, la moquette blanchis, le porte serviette abîmé tâche d'humidité dans la salle de bain.
Les couloirs son bruyant, les portes claques...
Le petit-déjeuner très bien bcp de choix l'équipe sympa.
Par contre pour rendre le budget parking....d'un pénible vraiment.
Bilan ça passe pour 1 nuit vite fait mais pas plus.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Personnel au top !! Le cadre de l’hôtel (quartier) n’est vraiment pas top mais sinon l’hôtel en lui même est super. Un peu malus pour le PDJ et gros bonus pour le personnel, le parking dispo et la propreté.
