I’ll just get to the point 160$ per night and the room was DISGUSTING. Crumbs on the floor, like it hadn’t seen a vacuum in awhile, turned on the lamp and smelled something funky like burning.. there was a layer of grease and dust on the lightbulbs..the bathroom ceiling had brown water damage spots on the tiles. The shower curtain was stained. The mirror on the wall was crooked and smeared with whatever disgusting crap

Several hairs in the sink & on toilet. TV had to be reset, coffe maker didn't work, had to be replaced, one of the two lights above the sink was burnt out. Had to prop a mirror up in the window each morning & plug in the sink was completely closed when we got in, no visible pull to normally open it for the sink to drain. Husband finally got it to open position. Young man got locked out when he tried to use the pool. Tracks in window frame looked to have black mold. Just not a good experience at all.

It’s certainly an aging property and our bathroom wasn’t very clean. While our room was non-smoking, you could certainly smell it had been smoked in. The pool was warm but it has certainly seen better days and the pool area was a mess.

Affordable, easy access to Sandusky and area, nice staff, but aging an showing it.

Last minute stay because of weather. Room was perfect considering I ended up working from the room. Quiet and staff was attentive. With weather I wasn’t sure when I would be leaving, Holly the manager ensured that I had my room for an extra night if need be and gave me a late check out to be on the safe side, well beyond what she needed to do. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, I’ll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. I'll start with the \"Pros\": this hotel was cheaper in price than surrounding options, the breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and staff tried to do their best. \"Cons\": Our biggest complaint is that much of the property smells pretty strongly of smoke. When we walked in, it smelled a good bit like pot, but just assumed another guest had personally smelled like it and walked by. To each their own. But, when we got to our room, I could still smell it but we were leaving for dinner, so I was hopeful it would be gone when we got back. But when we got back, not only was it not gone but it smelled even stronger bc it also smelled like cigarette smoke then. We went to the front desk, and she did give us another room (we noticed a written log that she was taking of rooms that needed switched out like ours, so this is apparently a systemic problem). Thankfully, the new room did not smell and we stayed there for the night. But little things were still dirty - like the bottom of the shower curtain being stained, for example. We won't stay here again.

The breakfast was great, with multiple good options. Our room, on the other hand, had multiple broken fixtures in the bathroom area. The filter trays in the A/C unit were on top of/outside the unit, and the painting in the bathroom was crooked. The hallways often smelled like weed as well.

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival at 8:30 pm. Had to check in with a virtual assistant as opposed to a person. Once in room, it was dated and not fully clean. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom.
Room next door smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was okay, but some items were missing.

I absolutely love this hotel the quality of my stay was perfect the staff from the general manager to the front desk to the house keeping they are so friendly. I first came for work but literally enjoyed the stay so much I came back to bring my family to enjoy the experience the breakfast is always amazing pool is always warm it is clean and tidy I will definitely return for work as well as leisure through out the year definitely my hotel yet!!

This hotel was okay. I’m surprised a bit at the high rating it has just because it seemed a little rough and worn down around the edges- the hallways etc. But we loved the Halloween decorations and the breakfast options were some of the best we’ve seen in a long time- so that was a plus! There is also a few restaurants and a little strip mall type thing in walking distance which is nice.

The room itself was pretty clean. Beds were clean, but pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom floor needed a deep clean. There were cobwebs up in a corner of the shower. Toilet would not flush when we arrived and a maintenance man had to fix. The hallway carpet needed vaccuumed and the elevator floor remained unmopped the two days we were there. The hallway smelled of Marijuana the entire stay. I asked for a room on the back side at check-in to avoid busy riad noise, but was told there were no rooms that were clean in the back side. This was at 3pm.

The king bed in 227 is horrible and the sheets are polyester, the sofa bed wasn’t clean and the mattress on that was horrible, creaks real bad!! The other side of the king bed was ok (near window) tell the bed has not been rotated ever.

Staff at front counter was rude and not helpful. For the price I expected the hotel to be in better shape, carpet was wore and stained, thete were dirty towels in our room. There was a situation with a female guest it was loud and police were called. She was yelling etc in the middle of the night, this went on for over an hr before the police removed her.

The room was very nice. Over all the room was clean except the air conditioner. It was highly dirty. There was no towels in our room. The staff was very helpful. I am still waiting for my receipt from our stay. Was told it will be emailed because the hotel couldn't give me one because we booked through a third party and not with the hotel it's self.

It was a misconception due to the web site and the actual place. In the pictures the bathroom was bigger, there was no sink in the restroom I booked for 3 and was only given accommodation for 2. I had to ask for extra blankets and toiletries for the 3rd person. On the website it looked modern but when we got there it was not. None of the ice machines worked. I had to go to the gas station to get ice. The workers were nice and friendly. I possibly would never stay there again. I feel I should be compensated for the discretions.

The front sliding door of the property was damaged. A whole chunk of the sliding door by the bottom was missing. In the lobby, the furniture was messy and the floor definitely could have been swept. Our room, when my husband went to use the restroom and lifted the seat, he said it was not clean. The room was extremely humid and felt wet. The carpet was wet. There were hairs in the shower. We only stayed here because we were here for bash at the bay and needed to stay. Definitely would not recommend

I have a disability--trouble with walking. Alyssa, a front desk staff person, was a big help in getting some specific things I needed.
Alyssa also helped my niece, whose family were Radisson guests on the second night that my husband and I stayed at your hotel. My niece, Joy Koutsourelis, checked into the hotel with her 4 small children. (Joy's husband checked into the hotel several hours later.) But Alyssa was also a big help in getting several things that Joy needed for her children. In short, Alyssa went out of her way to help us.

Comfortable beds and the friendly staff at breakfast we’re about the only redeemable quality of our stay. I was shocked it was so highly rated, based on the state of disrepair. Bleach stains and trash littered the hallway floor, there were fossilized fruit loops within the elevator. We found stains throughout the carpet of our room and what looked like blood spatter on the ceiling and curtains. It’s a good thing they claim to disinfect with hospital grade cleaning solution.

While I understand that you can’t please everyone when it comes to beds being comfortable, we had 3 adults in a room and everyone felt like the beds were terrible. They were so bad, in fact, that at one point during our stay I had seriously considered just sleeping in my car. So, next up is the lack of basic items. I had asked for an extra blanket on our first night and was told they didn’t have any, there are two ice machines on the property and naturally neither one worked, there were no towels in the pool area, and the WiFi signal was so weak in our room it was nearly unusable. Honestly for a place to cost $500 for 2 nights we were extremely unhappy with our stay. The great breakfasts were the only redeeming part of our experience with this property. Seriously, the ladies that work to prepare the food in the mornings were fantastic and one of the very few positives during our stay.

Nice clean property. Good location. Stayed 3 days. Breakfast and the choices were very good. Housekeeping only every 3 days. Feel Housekeeping should at least empty trash, check need for towels daily. Ice machine was down during our stay but will stay again.
