Me and my wife and kid stayed here for a single night. We had just stayed at Kalahari, and wanted another night in the city to enjoy Lake Erie a bit before leaving. The room was clean. It was a little narrow of a space, but that didn't really bother us any. The breakfast in my opinion wasn't incredible, but my wife enjoyed it so that may just be a me thing. Otherwise, they had a way to make your own waffles which was pretty cool. I think for a short visit, like maybe going to cedar point for a day or two, it's definitely a nice place for the price.

It was fine. The heating unit in our room clicked about 5 times each time the fan turned on and off, so every 5-10 minutes all night long. Breakfast was ok, the eggs were cold and runny, but the sausage patties were pretty good. The beds were comfortable though, so that was nice.

We didn't have inflated expectations with the affordable price, however we were disgusted that the property is being so misrepresented. The entire property is neglected, stains all over the furniture & carpet. Tvs/fireplace were unplugged and there was a strong smell of mildew/mold present. After all this being said, you can imagine our dissatisfaction of being offered another room versus a refund.

The room amenities, towels and toilet paper seemed like it was not changed from the previous occupants and there was left over food from who ever stayed before us. So it was not cleaned. Spiders in the room. The staff was friendly and the food was decent.

Only problem we had was we could not get the wifi to work at all in the rear building. We were hoping to relax and watch and watch football and play some online xbox games but were not able to game at all. The office tried to help but we eventually gave up. Other than that we had a great night.

My dogs are Emotional Support Animals, I have paperwork from a Social Worker that verifies this. I have never been charged by a hotel for the dogs…until this stay. I will find other options to avoid Wyndham after this trip.

Nice family friendly hotel

The rooms were spacious enough for 4 adults. Clerk was amazing and very helpful. They have yard games you can borrow. Pool was warm on a cool night, firepit area was cozy. Overall very nice hotel and we will definitely return in the future.

Great stay!

We stayed here while going to Cedar Point. It was a great location, comfortable, great for the family, and the staff was excellent! I encountered a few minor issues and the manager and front desk staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Our room was never cleaned during the 3 night stay. We had to call to ask for TP and towels. It was pretty dirty inside and out. The pool area was pretty dirty and covered with spiders. The side entry door didn’t lock and seemed pretty unsafe to have little kids around. The breakfast was pretty bad.

4 stars overall for me. The rooms themselves were only okay. We did move rooms due to stains on the sheets and the second room felt a bit damp from the A/C, but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the price was great considering we only booked the day before. And it's just around the corner from Cedar Point. Overall a good experience!

We liked our stay here. ALL of the staff were outstanding. The building could certainly use updated mechanicals and walls/ceiling/doors/trim show their age. Not much that staff can do about that. We understand a renovation is planned in the near future. Breakfast was great and all of the staff were OUTSTANDING.

Perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13, 11) for a Cedar Point trip. Breakfast was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit is a nice touch. Fitness center is clean and functional and the location is outstanding for proximity to Cedar Point and other activities.

Staff was very accommodating when we needed more towels for the room (only 3 towels to begin with) and a blanket for the pull-out couch bed.

We had 2 rooms for 2 days. We stayed in rooms that had whirlpool tubs, in neither of the rooms were the tubs cleaned, despite us asking twice to get this done. There was mold surrounding the light in the bathroom and the floor under the window was wet for days. One room spelled of recent smoking, despite properly being “smoke free”.

Overall, not clean at all.

Top Notch!!!

Everything was great. The young man who checked me in gave me tips on going to The Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and was very kind and informative! Only had one very miner problem which was quickly resolved. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good too, although we only ate one day as we were very busy everyday.
