Extremely hot, even the hallway was cranked super high. There was a bag over the smoke detector. Then got locked in the bathroom in the morning. The door knob locked but it wasn’t locked. Had to break the door to get my husband out. Wasn’t very clean.

The bathroom was not cleaned. There was fecal matter around the base of the tub. There was a spider in a web behind the bathroom door. The tub was stained and gross with no drain. The bottom of the bathroom door was smashed out so you could see into the main room. Plus, the parking lot was noisy all night long with workmen and trucks talking loudly and bumping and banging around. A Mexican speaking man was in the hallway in his underwear. That was creepy and disturbing! Probably won't be rushing back there again.
Staff was fabulous! Breakfast Lady was so sweet and helpful.

To begin, I did not pay attention the the fact that I booked a double twin beds. Upon arrival I asked if I could upgrade to 2 queens, and was told they don’t have queen beds. I asked if I could get a king bed and a pull out couch and was told they do not have pullout couches. Super disappointed. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. I had to ask for an extension cord to be able to use the blow dryers and hair tools. I was told that maintenance would fix it on day 1. That never happened.
Stayed a total of 3 nights. Great pricing but will not be back.

The outside of the hotel was nice until I had to walk through the front door when I was hit with a huge wave of marijuana smoke and the entire lobby reaked of marijuana. Got checked in the room was on the 1st floor, definitely not any where close to having any sort of sound proofing heard traffic, everyone stomping above you, and talking outsode. The only reason i gave 2 stars was the pool and hot tub area was nice. Their breakfast was a joke didnt even have half of the stuff. Overall for the price next time i will stay in downtown Milan because this was not a good stay.

I couldn’t get the tv to work. The lighting was poor. The room was clean. I was put in an annexed part of the hotel where obviously workmen were living. They left their doors open. I didn’t feel totally safe. I would not stay there again.

The stay overall was good. It is a short 15 min drive to stay from Cedar Point. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. However I noticed the day before we left that the shower above our room was leaking and I was right when I noticed the morning we were leaving there was a giant water stain on the ceiling. When I told the front desk about it she said ok. Not I’m sorry, not we can do better. We felt like maybe if you would clean daily you would notice it. Please note that any stays over 3 days they will not clean the room. Maybe they will now after this. The breakfast was free but basic. Eggs, waffles, cereal, whole milk, yogurt.

Get what you pay for

The room was ok. Beds were very comfortable, ac worked well, tv was small, bathroom needs a deep cleaning. There is no elevator which was inconvenient. The pool needs compliant tiles, i almost fell because it was so slippery. The breakfast was bad. Only waffles. Also, the doors dont close so well so getting woke up because of people slamming doors was an all night thing.

This hotel had a uhaul on site, not mentioned in description. There was only 1 ADA room in each building, traveling party request for 2 but would have been opposite ends of buildings. Outside door and corridor door no locks. Ice machine not working, washer and dryer not working, fridge not on took time to cool down. Breakfast was 2 cold cereals choices, instant oat meal, waffle, a couple yogurts (nothing diabetic friendly). At check in gave a different card to put room on and it was not used, never offered card on hold with expedia not late check in (8:30).

They may as well change their name to LOW Quality Inn. The lobby was surprisingly beautiful, but make it past the front desk and you'll begin to see the actual state of this hotel. Everything is outdated, badly maintained, and dirty. The room floor was absolutely filthy. Black curly pubic hair on the sink behind the faucet, squeaky bedframe. TV was inoperable. We tried the pool and hot tub, which were even more horribly maintained than the rooms.. the ice machines looked disgusting and the breakfast had very little options and expired coffee creamer. I couldn't wait to leave this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone with any standards of cleanliness. **The ONLY saving grace was the quickness to which the maintance guy responded to fixing the TV situation in the late night hours in which we had checked in.

The rooms were clean but the entrances were dirty the ice machines looked like they had never been cleaned. Lots of garbage and cigarette butts all by the entrances and parking lot. Outside doors were not secured anyone could walk in without needing a key card. Indoor pool area had no towels pool and hot tub had bugs in the bottom had not been cleaned in some time. The tiles and concrete were all chipped and cracked around the hot tub and pool.
Poor breakfast offering. Milk was sour only a couple cold cereal no fresh fruit only one waffle iron worked. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anybody.

I will start with saying that the staff was very kind and helped with problems.
When arriving the place didnt smell the best. The room wasn't cleaned well, air conditioning didnt work (thankfully they fixed that after tellijg them), the bathroom didnt have any shampoo or conditioner, floors didnt seem pretty dirty. A lot of things were missed and i only stayed because it was so late at night. I unfortunately didn't feel safe either especially with my 3 children. Maybe it would've been different if by myself. Hopefully housekeeping will do better next time.

The one thing that bothered me the most was the mold everywhere. Our bathroom was so bad we had to wear shoes in the shower. The pool and chairs at the pool were all moldy and the pools were also dirty. The people working there were very nice. I am on a fixed income and had to get my room paid for thru a third party ie.affirm, I was told for that reason I could not get the credit towards my rewards. Was in a room next to a room that was being remodeled/renovated or construction idk the specifics on what was going on in there. I just know that they were working on that room all night and all morning. So it was very annoying to hear and trying to go to sleep was difficult as well especially if you’re using a hotel to just get away but couldn’t. With all the power tools and drills being used in the next room and them setting up a room with dirty towels and blankets with stains all over them, like black scuff marks or deep red stains on them just eww and hope they can do better next time if I even attempt to book another room with them.

After a horrible experience at the last hotel we was at it was a relief to finally find a nice one that we enjoyed staying at. Becki at the front desk was amazing..super friendly an very helpful. She could tell l was in a lot pain with my back an a.knee brace on an without even asking she got us a room downstairs. A absolute life saver. Rooms were nice an clean..comfy pillows an bed. Housekeeping was on it always had fresh clean towels..the complementary breakfast had waffles..my favorite. Could use more of a breakfast selection. But other than that It was perfect. Unfortunately not a great experience

We stayed at this property for three nights and, unfortunately, had several disappointing experiences.

To begin with, the exterior doors to the buildings remained unlocked throughout our stay, raising serious safety concerns. Additionally, basic cleanliness standards seemed to be lacking. The floors were never mopped during our visit, and housekeeping only serviced the room once in three days.

Communication with the front desk was also a challenge—calls often went unanswered, and any requests were met with minimal assistance. For instance, the provided toiletries included only mini bottle of shampoo and conditioner (aprox 2oz. each max) which is entirely insufficient for two adults over a three-day stay.

The room itself showed signs of neglect, including a noticeable presence of spiders. It was also clear that the property is outdated. Photos posted online appear to be decades old and do not reflect the current state of the hotel—especially the pool area, which looks worn and poorly maintained. We were told the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were closed, yet guests were still using them. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, there was no response or concern. The jacuzzi in particular was dirty and not in usable condition.

Breakfast was extremely basic, consisting only of waffles, yogurt, coffee, and juice—bare minimum for what is advertised as an amenity.

On a positive note, the front desk staff was generally polite, but nothing out of the expected.

Hotel only had double beds or king and no cots. Not ideal for traveling with small kids. Floor was dirty in our room and there was no metal in the door jam or additional lock on the door. The outdoor pool had a garden hose in it because of a large leak and the pool and hot tub indoor smelled like a wet dog. Breakfast selection was also super sad. Not worth the $200 a night we paid .

Gone downhill, keep looking.

I've stayed here many times over the years. Its gone way downhill. We actually left a day early because of rowdy people there. The rooms are ok, but tub had a dirt ring, hallways not vacumed, trash sitting out for days, first day no toilet paper, second day they took all our dirty towels but didnt leave any clean ones. Staff was very nice but the place has gone way downhill. I won't be staying there again. Breakfast was oatmeal or waffles, but theres food right across the street. Good luck if you decide to stay here.

Staff was friendly, but the entire hotel was old and run down. The hotel itself was clean enough, until you looked at the beds themselves. The sheets, blankets and comforters had HUGE and multiple stains. I took one blanket down to the front desk for replacement as it appeared someone had spilled orange pop on it. Almost as if it had not even been washed at all. The new one was clean and they were happy to replace it. We took the bed covers off as they were horrific with stains. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Cereal and waffles. Nothing else. Not even a piece of fruit. Milk was gone. Had to go to front desk, TWICE to get milk for cereal. The only thing to eat!!! It was rough overall, but the cost was low and I can see why now. Sad. It just needs a little TLC.

There was a musty smell when we first arrived and a huge buckle in the middle of the floor. The room was huge which was amazing as we did stay 6 days. The shower curtain smelled horrible and there were bugs in there upon arrival. Only a 15 minute drive to Cedar Point! Indoor pool area was very warm but nice. Outside pool was heated, but not too warm. In 95 degree weather, it was nice to cool off in and the water was clean!! Wish the walls weren't so thin. My son and I could hear the lady next door yelling and swearing at her kids. Our TV wasn't working, but the desk lady was able to fix it right away! Friendly and helpful desk staff, nice aroma throughout, check out time is 11 am which makes it so much better for us wanting to sleep in, nice big bathroom, beds were comfortable, and room was spacey. View of a corn field instead of other hotels or attractions made it much better. One ceiling tile looked like mold or black mold and would recommend replacing. Other than that, I'm glad we were able to enjoy our stay in a clean room. This place is underrated.

This place was a nice size. Had an indoor and outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Had an arcade, and a place to use the computer if needed. The breakfest was terrible. No juice, water. They had coffee, and milk. As big as this place was and by the photos online I figured they would have had eggs, susage etc. They had cereal and waffles, and kids branded trix yogurt. Anything we pointed out that needed attention was ignored unless we asked repeatedly (one room no microwave, trash/towels serviced, no drinks at breakfast and not making up room on third day). We were treated rudely and only heard excusing for the condition of the hotel and lack of staff providing customer service (told repeatedly there was poor communication amongst employees. The first room we were assigned was trashed and dirty - lack of communication! Safety was an issue with no locking external doors. I recommend no customers of Hotels.com ever stay here

It was just fine for us.!
Great location stayed 3 nights. Large parking lot. A little outdated but we had no issues!

While not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, it gets the job done.

That said, I was very disappointed in the complimentary breakfast options, or lack thereof, for this location. Waffles and cereal can only get you so far.

Room was clean and spacious. I was in the back building and just wish the doors to the building required a key card to enter. I was traveling alone and arrived in the evening so that gave me an uneasy feeling.

Staff was very friendly
