The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was clogged and would not flush. When we brought the issue up with the attendant at the front desk, they handed us a plunger and a speech about low water toilets. The plunger did not help. We had to use a toilet way down the hall.

The staff were trying to hurry up & pull out the danishes they were serving that was moldy and there waffle maker didn’t work correctly barely no breakfast at all to serve and I requested a refund at least on the breakfast I had to pay for! they tried lying to to Expedia saying they wasn’t moldy it’s just flour on them but yet pulled them off the floor?!…lucky I took pics and sent to them to get my money back on food, never will go there again! Oh and there hot water took forever to get hot to take a shower.

Property was very run down. Room smelled weird, musty and old. Wall in the bathroom had a large drywall repair that was poorly done and not painted to match the rest of the wall. Room was sparse and bed was not comfortable and made a squeaky noise when we would shift. TV had no channel guide and was locked out of using external USB to connect my laptop. Saw police twice looking for someone staying in the hotel. Breakfast had no meat options and was very limited. Apple juice was watered down to have barely any taste. Just was an all around bad experience.

The rooms have a moldy smell to them and need to be properly renovated it’s not bad for a couple nights but anything beyond that wouldn’t be doable. The breakfast was just stale cereal and stale bread with some fruit and yogurts available. The only part that was decent was the coffee. Probably won’t stay here again.

Next to freeway, Quiet, pretty clean for a seasonal tourist destination. Staff was very lax about the checkout time, I woke up and left at 1pm. Lol Drawbacks are, no elevator and $50 deposit required. My room specifically had a Toilet that was leaking from the base onto the floor resulting in the bathroom floor and carpeting on the bedroom floor, being wet. Cheap and easy, overall

Got there pass the check in time by 5hrs staff was good on arrival saw small stain in bed didn't think much of it then when out to lunch sense we hadn't eaten yet. But when we got back and fiance went to take a shower she saw speckles of faeces on the shower curtain and on floor. Asked front counter to change rooms cus what we saw but were all booked. Front desk gave us new sheets and towels sense it was already 10 we just ended up staying and putting everything we cleaned in a corner. They said they would give us a refund but haven't gotten anything so far.

Do not reccomend!

The door didnt shut, the toilet wasnt properly installes it moved when you got on and off. No shampoo wven when asked. Only 1 night stand. Plug sparked when plugged charger in. Paint on sheets and comforter. Gross something on the wall by tv. Fridge was warm. Windows sketchy. Hallways had a smoky vibe. Vacuumn started at 730a. The fan was in the shower and filthy!

Could have been in better condition , also there was no elevator to our surprise. Bed sheets were stained on both beds in one room, disgusting! (We had 3 separate rooms) . WiFi was very slow. The pool and location was probably the best part of the hotel !

They are close to the things I was there for. That was nice, and the price was good.

There was an open granola bar in the floor by the bed, and one of the towels had a dried brown smear on it. The pool had a lot of debris (not trash) in the bottom, and some small leaves and sticks floating in it.

It won't be where I stay next time. I usually like the chain, but this was an exception.

When leaving the room for a couple hours the door wouldn’t lock. So anyone could access the room. Had to take luggage with and tell front desk person who replied “huh that’s weird.” And they said they would lock up the room. When returned back to the room 2 hours later, the room was unlocked still from the outside! Kids freaked out to sleep there as someone might be in the room or have done something while gone. Also extremely noisy. Terrible service and very unsafe! Refund our money!

It was an older building but remodeled and looked nice. There was no extra(soap, shampoo, ice bucket, elevator etc. Took an hour to get a new roll of toilet paper. Not a wild selection of tv channels. The breakfast was horrible, the waffle maker was dirty and didn’t work good at all. The whole place smell of weed. Employee were nice but by no means friendly.
It was a clean cheap place to sleep, but don’t expect anything else.

Stayed three days. No coffee in room, had to ask for toilet paper at front desk, trash never empty in our room or dirty towels picked up in bathroom. So there is no housecleaning. They should at least tell you at check in not to expect any. I get the green movement but most hotel post this in the room. I would not stay there again. Oh and I paid for this room on line and still had to put another 50 dollars deposit down at check in, that I will supposedly find that back on my card after checking out.

Property did not feel safe with lots of foot traffic around the area. Lobby was always hot, humid and musty smelling as well as rooms. The staff was friendly but not very helpful. The lobby & our room smelled musty. Loose tiles in the lobby. Mould and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The tv wasn't able to lock on any station. On the first night they told us it was the weather affecting the satellite reception. But the next night was worse with perfect skies outside. We called the front desk 6 times and was told they tried to reset the system, which failed. Then we called and they said they were waiting for the repair peple to return a phone call. Nothing happened. All night no tv. You pay to have simple room convenienced, and they cant deliver. The bathroom was dirty. Mold and cracked tiles in the bath area. Water stains on the wall facing the toilet. The sink had a years worth of dirt where it met the wall. I took my finger, made it wet and rubbed 2 inches of dirt away to show how easy it would be to clean it. I showed that to the front desk person upon checking out. They looked surprised but said nothing. This place doesn't seem to do basic cleaning or maintenance. After coming in after a busy day looking to relax and watch some tv, it was super disappointing. Also the room didnt even have a closet to hang up some clothes or jackets. The night manager gave us the old nobody else is complaining about the tv, like it was our fault. I asked to switch rooms for one with a working tv and was told none were available. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This stay was the worst stay I have ever experienced at a hotel. As soon as I entered the room I was met with a musty grungy smell. Turn the tv on and guess what it didn’t work for 3 whole days!! Kept glitching out and searching for signal. Thought ok i’ll watch youtube on my phone. Nope the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Breakfast? Sure if you want bananas that are a week past good. You could not pay me to stay at this place for a weekend again. Truly a horrible experience and a complete waste of money

The pictures the hotel has posted are not accurate. Breakfast was pitiful. A waffle iron that no matter how much spray you use, your waffle sticks. The cereal was stale and no eggs or protein offered. The bar area they show, not opened nor is that space used. Our room was clean but shower was either freezing with no pressure or surface of the sun hot. It took some time to adjust. The staff was nice and helpful. Only bright spot for this hotel.

Room was still kinda dirty, dried vomit on the remote, lots of hair in the bathroom still, the room smelled like musty feet all the time, only entrance was the front door so the walk to our room was long. Really outdated room, bathroom floor was very sticky, the smell was strong throughout the entire hotel. Hardly any outlets in the room, the tv didn’t work really well, so we didn’t really use it very much. Will not stay there again. The staff was pleasant but the stay was not.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!This hotel seemed like a nice hotel. The reviews seemed okay, but with it being Memorial Day weekend, prices were outrageous for other locations. When we got to this hotel, neither of the computers at the desk were working. They had no rooms with one bed left, even though I booked our room about a month ago. When we made it past the front entrance, we entered this hallway which was filled with mayflies. The doors, windows, and lights were all swarmed with these bugs. It was absolutely disgusting. We hurried up the stairs, where there were even more bugs. The room itself was clean, nothing special. The bathroom was a little gross, neither of us felt comfortable showering in the shower because it didn’t look the most clean. For the beds, they were very uncomfortable. They were hard and felt like spring mattresses. The pillows were also extremely flat. There were no bugs in our room, thank goodness. In the morning, there were people standing outside of our room just yelling and fighting. I did not feel safe at all. When we arrived, we hurried in because there were a lots of people walking around outside that just seemed off. I did not feel safe in the parking lot or in the hallways of this hotel.
The pictures are very very deceptive. It looks like your average hotel: nice lobby, nice rooms, nice bar, but it is very far from that. The lobby is the only “updated” part of this building. The bar is not open. They don’t show the scary hallways or swarms of bugs.

Carpentry and paint work is horrible and look like a little kid did it. Bathroom was disgusting, there was pubes everywhere and mold. I wish I didn’t waste my money there. Then were I parked the workers parked inches from my truck and there’s a whole parking lot. I deserve my money back and rather sleep in my truck then sleep there again.

I booked this hotel over a few other local ones because it had slightly higher ratings. After staying there, I can't imagine why. The sign out front boasted \"newly renovated rooms.\" My room must not have been included. The problem started with Expedia, who gave me a worse rate than I would have been able to get walking in the door. They also charged me extra for breakfast, which was included in a regular room rental. The room itself was quite shabby. Stained carpet, stained bed spread, and a bathroom in poor condition. The toilet rocked when sat on - not properly attached to the floor. The grout on the tile floor in the bathroom was mildewed and gross. Lots of \"repairs\" made in the bathroom look like they were done by a child. For the rate charged, this room was not even close to a good value.
The staff was friendly, but seemed disorganized. Every night when I returned, my key no longer worked, so I had to get it re-coded. One morning another guest walked into our room. The front desk had checked them into our room while we were there. I can't help but wonder if that had happened multiple times while we were gone, which would explain our keys not working each night.
Overall a very disappointing stay. Probably one of the worst chain hotels I have had the displeasure of staying at, especially given the price.

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I pre payed and also pre placed a card on file for damages to which days in deducted from my card! All I had to do was grab my keys, the gentleman at the front desk had no record of any of this and demanded a card be on file for another $50 to which I had already did in my pre booking and even showed him the link! Told me that was no their policy. Oddly a couple came in behind me and he never mentioned one word of this. Hotels.com called and tried to speak with them and would not give a name. I had to drive 4 hours home with kids! Unreal and still refusing to give me a full refund! Do not stay with them

Understaffed and mismanaged. 1 desk person for an entire hotel is ridiculous, the room was not cleaned because I didn’t put a sign on the door that I was never given. In two days I had to go to the front desk both times for towels and wait longer than 5 minutes for someone to show up.
On the flip side the room was clean but the bathroom was dated and could use a better cleaning. The hot and cold needed a mixing valve but yet again no one answered my calls at the front desk. Was not a great experience for me and my family.

We checked in on Friday night and I called to make a complaint on Monday morning about our stay and they said there was nothing they could do about because we didn’t address it when we checked out Saturday morning. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, and we were greeted upon arrival. Rooms were newly renovated. Foyer and entrance are dated and not renovated like the rooms. There was a lot of noise transfer from other rooms and hallways. The beds were not very comfortable and the mattress even being new already had impressions in it as the quality must be low grade mattresses. Our units air conditioner was a chitty chitty bang bang unit so I didnt sleep well at all. At least the room was clean. Breakfast area was clean and had several food choices including breakfast sandwiches, cereals, belgian waffles, bagels, bread and fruit.
