A very budget hotel. Stains on the walls and sheets. Some debris in room. TV not functional. Room keys often wouldn’t work. Workout gym with minimal and missing equipment. Very thin walls, could hear the guests next door conversation.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was alright. Allowed early check-in.

The key card machine was broken, so we did not get room keys. The bed was full of food crumbs. The floor had food crumbs swept under the desk, and there was toothpaste all over the sink. We packed up our things within an hour and left after asking the front desk for a refund due to the room being completely filthy. The front desk said he would complete the refund process through Expedia and refused to give me a refund or receipt. I called approximately 4 hours after leaving and spoke with the front desk, and he said the room was clean and that he would not issue a refund. As I was asking to speak with his boss or the manager, the front desk hung up on me. This was a completely unsatisfactory result, and I will never book with Comfort Inn again. I would give this 0 Stars if that were an option. I would advise people not to stay at this hotel

I made this reservation through Expedia. I was disappointed with this facility. It did have a great location. I am not sure if this particular time was a down time as far as the season, but this location was pretty much do your own service with this stay. There was no housekeeping service. No changing of the sheets, no making the beds, no clean towels, no restocking of the supplies and no trash removal from the rooms. All of those tasks were the responsibility of the folks who paid for the room. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. I have stayed at Comfort Inns before and they were nothing like this experience. There are many motels around this location and I will chose a different facility the next time I am in this area. There were many signs posted at the front lobby stating all of the do’s and do not’s. I thought that I was in an elementary school. In addition, in order to get an employee at the front desk, one had to dial the phone and call, in order to get some assistance. Rod Serling would have had a field day with this place.

Hotel was nice. Rooms decently clean. But housekeepers not friendly. Housekeeper lived on property and made me feel awful about my super young kids being a little rambunctious. (When we arrived later at night we had just got off a 6 hour drive and kids were restless.) she was living in the room below us. Threw a fit the next morning about noise and what not. Even tho rooms are advertised as \"sound proof\"

Went to brush me teeth and faucet almost fell off safety lock on the door was , and tub plug wouldn’t stay up and it kept filling with water (weird that the tub was full of water). Definitely not the cleanest place

The staff were friendly but hardly ever at the desk. The room hadn't been vacuumed in some time, hair on the floor, food wrappers in between bed and nightstand, straw wrappers under the edge of the bed and crumbs all over. There was a dirty hand towel left hanging in the bathroom over the shower and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. All the bedding was terribly stained. The alarm clock was covered in something sticky and the charging ports in it broken. To get clean towels you have to bring the dirty ones down, wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk, then count the towels out in front of them before you receive clean ones. There was hair floating in the pool and enough chlorine to burn your eyes without ever going under the water. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. Its sad when children say mommy can we not stay here again its dirty.

Before we even arrived, we were hung up on and when we did get through, we were told it was a $25 charge to check in early. It was 1:30 so we waited until after the car show. When we finally checked in, the couch in the room was covered in crumbs and debris. Called the front desk for house keeping, but the front desk guy came up, was rude and used a Dustbuster and swept the crumbs on the floor. He went to just flip the cushion, but that only revealed all of the stains. The curtains were shredded like in a haunted house. There was peeling paint and mold in the bathroom and shower. I thought the shower was cracked but realized it was just hairs. Yuck. The doors had stains, the chair looked like something I would throw out, the table had gunk on it, and the mirrors had spots. There were flies on the mirror and most the light bulbs were dead. Since it was late, we tried to sleep, but the air conditioner fan never stopped running, even though the compressor wouldn’t kick on. The sheets got moist, and we both woke up with bug bites. Fell asleep around 4 but was woken up by a fire alarm at 5. No one evacuated and there was never an all clear. We were charged $263 for this nightmare. Manager has not responded to me.

Hotel was extremely dirty -hair everywhere, floors not vacuumed, boogers on bathroom and shower walls, dried urine on toilet seat, stains on headboard,etc. Do yourself a favor and sort reviews by 'most recent' to skip all of the obviously fake 10 star reviews. There is absolutely no way that ANYONE would rate this place 10 out of 10.

We checked in 4 hours late due to traveling and our room was not cleaned. We walked up with all of our luggage to a door wide open and dirty towels, bedding and linen. When going to the front desk to ask for a different room I had to ring the bell and phone for 10 mins before someone came to the front. He rudely said I’ll just give you a refund and I explained that there were no other hotels in the area with vacancy and asked to just have the room cleaned to stay as we had no choice with several children to drive around finding a new hotel. 30-35 mins later the room was cleaned but sheets were stained, and comforters were not changed out. Rude staff, dirty rooms, unprofessional. I would never stay here again

Before reservations were made we called to be sure everything worked. It was reported it did however upon check-in we find out it didn't work. Also I requested a wheelchair accessible shower room and found my room wasnt only not a wheelchair accessible shower room but thanks to a door stop in the floor it was barely accessible for my wheelchair. There was no housekeeping and charges for everything.
We were required to turn in our dirty towels to receive clean ones and even then we also requested the sheets changed in my daughter room because of my granddaughter spilled pizza sauce on it and we were told we'll see what we can do then all they did was make the bed without changing the sheets. When my son went to turn our towels for clean ones he was asked why we needed new towels. All of these were done by the same guy on the daytime desk.
The only very bright side was the extremely nice lady who ran the night shift she was also the only reason for the other bright spot in our stay which was they actually had a nice hot breakfast that her n her aunt cooked each day which was excellent.
For me as a early riser as I went out for a smoke at 4am she allowed me to get coffee as they didn't have coffee full time availability. Also on the last night there once again at my 4am trek I come to find my lighter wasn't working and she went out and found me a lighter and again gave me fresh coffee. She truly was the only bright spot in our stay here.

This experience at this hotel was disgusting and completely unsanitary. First off, I checked after waiting in an empty lobby for 30 mins, then after I checked was verbally made aware that the elevator doesn’t work, we were put on the third floor. Then after I walked past cob webs in every corner of the stairs and past holes in the drywall, we made it to our room. The room was gross the first thing I saw was a huge white stain on the couch, so we started looking around and found SO much hair in the bed, dirt specks, what could have been a spot of blood, urine on the toilet seat, hair in both sinks and the bath tub, as well as built up dust and grime in every corner of the tub. There was spilled beer that was sticky on top of the TV cabinet with multiple rings where someone set cans. There were very thick cob webs in the corner, so visible they show up on camera! This whole experience made my skin crawl to the point we just had to leave. Asking for a clean room wasn’t an option, as it was already after 8pm and that was provided as a “clean and ready” room.

On the surface, looks like a bad area, hotel hidden behind run down properties. Inside, had to ring a bell even though he was right behind the wall, should have heard me. Was charged extra fees that \"Expedia never charged\". Only had two towels, asked for more, he waited in hallway for the dirty ones - ok, fine, but then he ushered me I to the back laundry room and was basically asking me to walk in the back to put my towels in their bin by the machines!! There were hairs everywhere, in the shower, on the floor, on the couch. Stained, moldy shower curtain, curtain rod nearly falling off the wall. Cup rings on dresser, so WAS NOT CLEANED.

We stayed with our family for the 4th of July weekend. I have a baby and an 11 year old. At firat glance, the hotel seems shanby but clean, and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. The issue came when we went to get ready for bed after a very long day. There were used contacts on the floor by the vanity (not ours), crumbs on the sheets of one bed and blood on the sheets of the other. The front desk clerk was kind, apologetic, and brought us new bedding immediately, but couldn't move us to a new room because they were fully booked. Even with changing the bedding, it have me the ick. The only reason we didn't check out is because there were no other availabilities in the area (holiday weekend) and my babies were exhausted. I definitely would not rebook here.

The room was overall nice… however. The lock on the door was completely broken, our keys did not work and the manager had to come unlock our room for us. There were fecal remnants in the toilet and we found trash items on the floor such as a piece of a beef stick, and a gum wrapper. The bathroom door also did not lock. Besides the beds being made, the room was not clean. And we were not offered a discount for our safety being at jeopardy with the broken lock.

Arrived to the hotel as a late check-in. Found the side door with the latched taped so no key needed to enter the facility. Confirmed with the proprietor that they were having issues with the key card reader so they taped it.
This is unsafe for not only the guests but also the night clerk working.

Unpacked out stuff walked into our room and it stuck so bad my kid almost threw up on the floor i then went and told the front desk i was canceling my booking and told him the room was dirty and it stank he walked to the room and came back a couple minutes later with the food in his hand saying “okay bye” then i called in the morning to try and get my refund and he would not give me anything about . This room was unacceptable at best.. I stayed because I wanted to have a nice New Year’s Eve away from home.. and to use the hot tub and pool. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my room unattended as this door was not really securable .. looked like someone had tried to break in at one point.. you need to have that door replaced! Scary and I should have left or changed rooms! But the front desk person was not approachable and when I checked in I’m not even sure he would have known what I was saying or asking of him !

There was a dime sized blood spot on the white comforter. There were several patched areas on the walls and ceiling not blended. Looked like no one had dusted the tables in a while. Cracked areas all over ceiling. When we pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs the mattress was all torn up. There was white dog hair on the blue sofa. We made the best of the night and stayed. Just wanted to share for future persons thinking about booking a stay.

This is just an old run down property from the 80’s that needs serious updates but for a 2 star hotel what can i expect. Stayed in room #106 for two (2) nights in a n/s access room. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom and well stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Shower head was cracked and broken, kind of hard to take a shower though unless you used the hand held and shower bench. - Breakfast was the best with awesome coffee, toast, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bacon and sasage patties, juice, bagels, yogart. Breakfast host and front desk young man always stocking up breakfast bar and taking care of check-outs at the same time absolutely a super hero who can take on on multiple tasks. Property has indoor pool and hot tub but hot tub was hot and relaxing but no jets in the hot tub. Between staff and housekeeping a great team who were always aiming to please the guests. We enjoyed our stay and will tell our friends about our positive experience. Our room and bathroom really clean, well stocked and plenty of clean towels. My husband is wheel chair bound and everything was accessible from the doorways to the bathroom. Hotel looks as if has been remodeled lately and outside parking well lit and security camera's. Will defintely return in the future and met the property manager/owner very nice man who manages a great team of employee's at this Comfort Inn property.

The couple with us had to change rooms because there were bed bugs in the one first assigned to them. Being a weekend the breakfast seemed like it had just been warmed up for a couple days and the staff was kind of rude

The property was fllthy, there was mold growing in the air conditioner, water left in the ice bucket from the previous person. The walls and floors were covered with some foreign substance. Upon entering the room, the people above us were jumping on the floor, I requested the front desk ask them to stop, they did not. I booked the room for three nights and did not stay because the conditions were unsanitary.

I walked around my room without socks over night. The next morning in the shower the water ran black like I had been playing in the mud. Horrifying. The staff was wonderful, friendly and fun, but the place needs a good cleaning.

Was close to racetrack.

Staff not feiedly. Our rood was dirty. Pennies were laying between the two beds. One bed had blood stains on the comforter and side of the sheets

Bed bugs?

Looked good from the outside but our room was disgusting. Hair in the shower and sink, soap in the trash, and dirt in the jacuzzi tub. Could’ve ignored that stuff, didn’t use the jacuzzi in general, crossed the line when we found a tiny red/brown bug in our bed.

I liked the convenience of location. I did not like the drapes that would not close since we had a street light right outside our window. Also, the toilet seat was not clean when we arrived.

There was no housekeeping available during our two day stay. While I understand it is difficult to keep employees these days, they should at least give a discount for the stay!
