Stephen
The night clerk who worked until 11 pm was amazing and just really knows customer service. The hotel was nice, nothing standout per se, but just really grateful for the quality customer service and that is what makes this place special!
Hannah
We had a great stay, breakfast was very good except they ran out of coffee :( I was looking forward to a cup with breakfast & was disappointed.
Heather
Nice staff and clean room. Enjoyed our stay!
Rachel
It was fine
LISA
It was quiet, nice and very well kept. Breakfast was nice as well
Colleen
We only stayed one night and were not in the room much so this worked fine. Everything was ok but the chair in the room had 2 large and very obvious stains and there was no soap for the bathroom sink. the breakfast had both cold and hot items but again, just ok.
Martin
Room AC didn’t work so very hot in room.
Room has a weird smell that wouldn’t go away even with window open.
Carpets are worn.
Not sure how it was rated so well.

clean room, friendly staff

Better than average continental breakfast, everything was fresh and staff was attentive at keeping things stocked.
Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were clean, but starting to show some aging.
Overall it was a good value for the price.

Rooms were great and breakfast too
Luz
The Breakfast was mediocre, I was underwhelmed by the lack of quality. The rooms were very clean and the property was clean. Staff were kind and pleasant.
Marlena
Good breakfast easy parking clean
Melissa
it was nice
Kristin
Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was an open can of alcohol behind the TV. The hotel in general is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again
Jason
Refused to let us cancel our 2nd night when there was a blizzard and a no-travel advisory. The hotel also smelled like cigarettes.
Krystal
Awesome front desk service! We were there for a dance competition snow storm came. Very accommodating- clean room comfortable beds. Excellent location. All around very comfortable stay!
SHELBIE
Beds are very comfortable, large pool and not very cold, very hot hot tub! Great breakfast options and well stocked! Only thing I would ask for is little better supervision in the pool area as it got pretty busy with it being a dance competition weekend and a lot of jumping and running around and was very unsafe for smaller children.
Drucie
Front desk person was very nice and friendly and the only one on staff with a full hotel. Bed was horrible, internet went down, no shampoo in the shower, plug in for the TV was missing, bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Wouldn't stay there again
Tiffany
The hotel was very clean. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for my liking, I enjoy a little plush to my bed. Overall great stay for a great price.
Michael
The staff was very courteous and the room was in good condition. Have stayed at several Country Inn & Suites over the years and was disappointed with this location for two primary reasons. Bed cover was about the weight of a sheet (foolish in winter - just means you have to run the heat much higher) and there is no menu for channels on the TV remote nor a listing of the channels provided in the room.
Jennifer
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast
Nancy
Very nice stay. The staff were amazing.
Chee
I have a wonderful time at the pool with my family and friends in the morning so it’s nice and relaxing for me

Clean nice room. Nice area
Dave
Hotel was clean and well maintained with a professional staff
Matthew
Toilet was very short and small. Heat was off when we checked in. Water on tile floors all over due to a youth hockey team.
Michele
Not very clean
Lindi
Better breakfast than most. Knowledgeable staff. Bathrooms need more attention.
Julie
Great deal for the $$$
Lindi
I have 5 stars because it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in several years and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable.
Jennifer
It was a great stay. Super quiet at night and rooms are a nice size. Nice to be able to move around in it.
Marianne
Room was a bit musty, breakfast was cold. Beds were decent.
Jason
It was just ok nothing memorable
david
Staff was great, breakfast was very good and the place was clean.
marshall
Clean room, staff was friendly and willing to serve.
Bob
I would not stay here again. Facility needs a refresh. Shower old and dirty around the top. Shower head clogged up. Dirty plunger left in bathroom in a plastic bag. And an old woman’s bra left lying on the shelf next to the iron from a previous guest. Seriously…
Robin
The clerk at front desk was super! The beds were comfy and there was no hotel noise at all. Our room was clean and the TV worked great. We really enjoyed our stay!
Peter
Room was clean and spacious.
Jesús
Nice
Pool was great breakfast ok room comfortable
Daniel
We were a family of 4, too nice beds, not made the best (while the room was clean and tidy, the beds were a little bit messy).
Great service, small pool for the day to relax after a day on the road. Nice pizza nearby for dinner.

Jill
Clean room, staff were very nice, hot tub was down for repairs. Breakfast was good too.

Clean rooms, quiet area.
Dawn
The hot tub did not work, which was very disappointing since that’s why we rented the hotel that we did. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Staff was very nice. Very good location.
Silvia
Great location. Many restaurants in the area.
Silvia
Great place to stay

We specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub/breakfast. When we arrived there was a sign saying the hot tub was broken. That was super disappointing and the pool was freezing cold. Not even able to swim because it was so cold. The breakfast was horrible. The orange juice was empty, the chocolate milk was rotten. There were no spoons for the cereal. The girl running the kitchen area was rude and not paying attention to the customers and what was needed. Overall yes it was a place to sleep while visiting St Cloud. But we had booked a place expecting those amenities and didn’t get either.
Lorelle
I like the location and have always been happy with my stay at this property.
Michaela
Property didn’t allow me to have my registered SERVICE ANIMAL. But came out the next morning to find another customer walking their animal. Couldn’t get a refund to try and find another hotel, so I had to drive an hour out of my way to find somewhere for my dog to stay.
Raymond
Check in was smooth! Chris was amazing! Our room didn't have a blow dryer. Chris got us one! Breakfast was hot and had many choices.
Dave
Two things lowered my overall score. The lumpy appearance of the bed. Looked bad but felt fine.
Also- called front desk to complain about stomping above us and got no answer.
Breakfast crew was great. They were very busy but we never ran out of anything.

Diane
Clean room. Quick check in.
Don

Brett
Overall the property wasn’t bad, along with the rooms. However, they advertised the pool and hot tub, but upon time of checking, there was a message, at the front desk, stating the hot tub was down. It would have been nice being notified of this before hand because it would have provided opportunity to prep the kids; if you are a parent I am sure you will understand.
An odd thing I had experienced, not the hotels handling, but Uber drivers will not pickup there, however, Lyft will.
Also, there was very minimal staff presence at the front desk. While the app used is great for getting setup, human interaction for questions of the property and area can be beneficial.
After checkin, we also had a maid walk in our room after arrival, and when doing check in, we had notified no service is needed during our stay. The root of the issue is, the maid should have knocked prior to entry. She was very apologetic though.
Lastly, when having continental breakfast, they only had one staff and they did not speak English. Tried explaining they were out of food and out of coffee cups, but she could not comprehend, until enough people came up and started notifying her, which while she couldn’t understand, she finally started reviewing the product needed and was able to fill both. I personally will not be continuing to use this hotel in the future, I do hope they improve based on feedback provided.

The hot tub was out of order. There were no discounts for that. We book the hotel knowing there would be a hot tub to relax our body after a long day. There also was a lot of kids running around it was loud and the floors were all wet and slippery. It was hard to relax after a long day with the noise
Biyaange
This is not a hotel
It’s a daycare and a lot of child screaming running there

Would have been nice to know hottub was closed for repairs when we booked online since it was a reason we chose to make reservation. Pool was still open, but was so cold. Otherwise was very friendly, comfortable and clean.
Sherry
It was very loud due to hockey players who enjoyed running up and down the halls.
One of our bed covering was dirty and looked like maybe coffee stains all over it.
All in all it was wonderful. Nicely located and a very nice breakfast.

The pool wasn’t working for the first few days but the Maintenance man deserves kudos for talking with customers and going above and beyond to get it fixed faster!
However, the day time front desk is not informative about the hotel or the area! When asking about the pool, they didn’t know why it was closed BUT had a sign saying the pool was open. I suggested updating that sign and she was like yea that would be a good idea but yet never updated it. The staff didn’t have any recommendations of things to do or places for coffee or food. Being that this hotel is used by a lot of military families it would be more helpful if the staff could suggest things in the area when asked.

Great place
Awesome hotel! Very quiet! Lots of shopping and restaurants near.
Daniel
Quiet. Easy access. Clean
Tim
Great overnight stay for a concert! Close to venue, restaurants and Shopping! Very clean and friendly staff!
Steph
St cloud
Good value - a bit dated - not the best HVAC
TRACY
Seemed clean and the staff was kind. The room was so humid! The air was working but it didn’t take out the humidity. Also, there was no tv guide or list so that was a bit annoying to not see what was playing on what channels.

Comfotable stay
Comfotable stay.

The location of this hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants and the Ledge Amphitheater. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The description of the suite room stated it had a bedroom which I was thinking would have been a separate room from the small living area but that was not the case.
Carl
Really place but hot tub was out of service, we would have liked to know when we booked so we can make the choice to stay there or not , overall real nice place
David
Stayed here for one night as a resting stop both on the way to our destination and the way back home from our destination. Front desk was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent. Nothing fancy but a clean hotel accommodation and great resting stop. Good restaurants nearby.
Sue
The dusty air conditioner turns on and off frequently all night. The water force is the shower was very poor. Couldn’t hang up anything in the bathroom since there was no towel rack.
Casey D
Went to check in was told they canceled my reservation beacuse they overbooked the hotel. My reservations was not canceled i had the booking...I reserved my room months in advice... their was a concert in town so they decided to sell our room for more.... guy at the desk was rude.
Jennia
It was very disappointing that the heat in the pool was not working. It should have been told to us before we checked in. The pool was what the kids were looking forward to using and we had to go outside the hotel for the kids to swim. Very frustrating.
Brian
Refrigerator in the room did not work and requested a new unit or to move rooms. Not acknowledged.
2 requests necessary for a hair dryer.
Request for housekeeping ignored.

Ok
Bed was kinda hard. Hot tube wasn't working. And breakfast was horrible. The breakfast lady didn't seem to care if there was no coffee or waffle mix.
Susan
Nice property but the hot tub was broken and one of the reasons we booked this property for the hot tub.
Shawn
This was an awesome hotel to stay at. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel was quiet, clean, easy to get to, lots of parking, fabulous free breakfast, very nice pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again.

Rundown, bad breakfast, bad part of town
No hot water to bathroom, sink badly cracked, shower floor dirty or stained.
Room AC programmed to go off in the night and can’t be overridden.
Curtain in room and downstairs sofa stained. Fruit in lobby spoiling and coffee cold and empty.
Bed uncomfortable, front desk host disinterested and uncommunicative.
Room window steamed up, smeared and dirty.
Bad neighborhood surrounding the hotel.
Breakfast was allowed to run low a full hour before they finish serving, food temp was not hot, did not taste good and was of poor quality.
I was happy to leave this place.
