Stay away from room 430 as it is the farthest from the front desk and closest to the highway. Very noisy all night long. Had not experienced this in my numerous stays at this hotel. Otherwise, it is fine.

The breakfast was great. I won’t usually eat breakfast at hotels they’re so bad but this had lots of great options including fresh eggs, fried sausages, fried potatoes. I was impressed and appreciative. Exits were convenient for letting my dog outside and we were able to turn the fan on at night to help with some of the noise. Good place to stay.

1. My husband and I got bedbugs bites from staying here!! We will have throw away a bunch of stuff before going home. 2. They said they will get a crib ready for us the day before our travel, but when we got there they said there’s none available. We had to cosleep with our baby, luckily he didn’t get bedbug bites

This was the best hotel!! Clean, comfy with a large separate bedroom. Full kitchen! Easy to get to. Great breakfast choices. I believe they offered free food in the evening but we were there for a wedding so we didn’t partake. The only thing I would change I would suggest better lighting by the bathroom mirror!

I got to the hotel was checked in for 20 minutes and my autistic son found a pill on floor put in his mouth and had to be taken to er thank fully he is ok and nothing majior happen to him but it took up all our time we had here today after driving 2 and a half hours to stay here

The hotel was oversold and we were told there was no room available for us upon check in. Eventually they gave us a room, but that probably just means they took another guests room. Not impressed at all given I booked the room and paid in full months in advance of our stay.

What a great find! In a much quieter location than other properties we had looked at. We absolutely loved the courtyard area with the grills and basketball court. Breakfast had a lot of tasty options, the rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. But the best part was the staff. Typically at hotels in this category, we wouldn’t have expected such warm, considerate service, but everyone we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be doing their jobs!

My check-in was very smooth. I had chosen to stay at this hotel for business.

I returned late night after a banquet I was a little surprised that the commercial toilet in my room backed up putting an inch plus of water across the entire floor. It even soaked into the carpet in my bedroom. I quickly shut the water off from the valve. I then called down to the front desk a couple of times to reach someone. I informed him that the toilet had backed up and I needed some assistance. He became instantly annoyed, stated that this was not his problem, and he wasn't interested in hearing it. I asked if I could at least get a plunger and a mop? I was informed that he would be willing to bring me a plunger but there was only one mop in the hotel and I wasn't going to get it. A few minutes later when he delivered the plunger he didn't want to enter and look at the bathroom. I finally insisted because I wanted him to see that it was not obviously clogged and how much water was involved. He still wouldn't go into the bathroom. Once he got to the bedroom door he could see the amount of water coming out of the bathroom floor into the bedroom. He stated that his only concern was that much water could flood down into the unit beneath me. He left and

Traveled as a family of 5 for sports. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had some obvious signs it wasn’t cleaned well.
Breakfast was just “ok”. The kids enjoyed the waffles. The pool was also a hit with the kiddos and the hubby and I relaxed in the hot tub then we grabbed snacks from the snack area. Pricy but convenient to take back to our room!
I would stay here again.

We had our sons Groomsdinner at one of the conference rooms that was open to the courtyard where they have a basketball hoop and bean bags. It was great that we could let the kids go outside to run off some energy while the adults visited.
The wedding party stayed at the hotel as well. We liked that there was a full kitchen in all the rooms along with a full refrigerator and dishwasher!

Everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean. The only frustrating thing, which the property could not control, was that the luggage carts were always gone, and for hours at a stretch. The staff said some people take them tobtheir room the night before they check out to ensure they have one. I guess the only way to solve that would be a check-out system.

My husband and I stayed with our 4 year old. Lots of space in the room to move around and play. Swimming pool, basketball, grills, board games and lawn games. Breakfast did not seem to be consistent with offerings. For example...some days the oatmeal and waffles had a lot of toppings and some days there was little or nothing. Overall our stay went fine. The room was a nice size and the beds were relatively comfortable. The room wasn’t super clean- lots of dirty finger prints on the door frames and a slightly funky smell. The pool worked fine for our needs. Biggest complaint is that our room was at the end of the hall which was next to an exit to outside and that door was highly trafficked most of the night and unfortunately it slammed every time it closed. This made for a tough night sleep for my family next to that really noisy door.

My only thing was that the breakfast was not great at all and the staff there were slow to refill things. The two ladies were literally outside on a smoke break right in the middle of breakfast and the milk and coffee had run out. Thought that was rude in our opinion. My husband went outside to get them. Anyway, other than that it was a good stay.

We stayed for one night at this hotel while in town attending a service for a family member that had recently passed. After long day of travel from South Dakota, we arrived at the hotel after 10pm for our stay and immediately greeted by a friendly young lady who was very helpful and kind. Once we got to the room, we opened the door and immediately noticed a strange odor so turned on the fan in hopes it would help. (We both agreed the smell was similar to what could be that of a floor being mopped with dirty water but never were we able to place where it was coming from or what it was.) Due to the late hour of our arrival, we were too tired to call down to the desk to complain. We simply crawled into bed to rest up for the service we were attending in town the following day. We kept the fan on all night to circulate the air and in all honesty, we both slept great! The kitchen, bathroom and living room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable. However, we were never able to circulate the odor out of the room. When we checked out the next morning, we forgot to mention the odor to the front desk in our haste - but once again the staff was very friendly and the lobby, hallways, restroom next to the lobby were all neat and tidy. Despite the strange odor we experienced, we would give Homewood Suites another opportunity to host our stay. It was close to everything we needed - and the friendly smiling staff was enough to overlook what we believe to be an isolated incidence.

Pretty decent hotel, but the hideabed/couch needs to be replaced. It was supposed to be used for sleeping and we couldn’t even use it. The couch sinks and bed springs were sticking out of the bed so our child had to sleep on the floor. We paid for a room to sleep 5 people and it did not do that.

The property itself is fine, the frustration came when we had to pay $75 cleaning fee for our pets. Nowhere on Expedia’s site was this mentioned. When talking to the staff they were adamant that it’s absolutely non-refundable because it’s on their website. We’ve travelled with our pets and stayed in many hotels, never having to pay a fee like this. Not sure if we should be upset with Expedia or the hotel chain.

I took my family here to go swimming. The pool got “contaminated” and they told us it was closed for days. They offered us to go across the street to a sister hotel only to find that their hot tub was out of order as well. You can hear everything at this hotel. We booked a suite only to listen to the people above us very late into the night. No sound barrier. Was not a good experience and we requested a call from the manager and have not heard anything.

I’m really not sure who is to blame , but we got to the hotel to check in and was told they didn’t have a reservation for us. I explained I booked it through Expedia and I’m told that they have nothing but problems with Expedia. After the 3rd person telling me that they don’t have a reservation for us even after showing them my receipt. I told them I have paid for a room, and I have no where else to go. They give me a room, I walk in and the room had not been cleaned from the last people that stayed there. Then they gave me another room. My check in time took over a hour. This whole situation was completely unexceptical.

We love the Homewood Suite hotels and try to book them when we need a place to stay.they are spacious with many more amenities than a standard hotel room. They have a good breakfast. Our only tip is to request the quick clean of your room when you check i. If you are staying more than one night. It is free but you don’t get clean towels and your bed made unless you request that mini cleaning.

Someone was smoking in the building and it was coming into our room thru the vent in the bathroom. Smelled horrible like bad weed or something. We moved rooms and were told you are working on the ventilation. Why not enforce no smoking? We had to change rooms at 11:45 pm!! Not what we wanted to do after we were ready to go to bed. Felt like it was just blown off and people who follow the rules are penalized or have to go out of their way to accommodate people that break the rules…instead of dealing with the issue! Why is that? Maybe we should have called the police to report pot in the hotel??
