I reserved a room with a king size bed online. By the time I checked in later that day I was told that my room was already given away. I was given a room I don’t want and was given no discount for the inconvenience. Hotel was dirty and even though I smoke weed, the smell of it coming from the hallways wasn’t appropriate. Pretty sure there was a “lady of the night” hosting get togethers there while I was there. If you stay here, good luck and lock your car doors!!

Location is a mile or more outside the downtown area, in the heart of strip malls, shopping and restaurants. It is off the main roads enough to avoid the noise, but about a block from the intersection of two major routes.
Parking is right in front. This facility is older but decently maintained. Our room was warm, clean, everything in working order, and had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Staff at the front desk was cheerful, friendly and could advise and provide directions to various restaurants and attractions. We felt completely safe.

Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit.

I didn't use the air conditioning. The toilet would random flush. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. In the parking lot seemed a little shady. People kept going in and out all night long until 4:10 am with the door slamming behind them.

I stayed in room 104. I travel with my dog so I don't expect a perfect room but the bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet was in bad shape. It was convenient for taking the dog out since it was right next to a door. The price is right though and it serves its purpose. I have stayed at this hotel many times and usually don't have a problem.

We were in room 108. The room was dirty. The walls were dirty with previous guests mishaps left uncleaned. The chair had a layer of scum on it. The lamp shades were tattered and falling apart. The bathroom was falling apart with a tub that has seen better days. There was a piece of gum stuck to the main door peep hole looking out. We chose this hotel because of the Wyndham branding. We always stay at a Wyndham hotel in Fargo no issues. I wasn’t expecting it to be a high end experience considering the price but I was expecting a clean well maintained room at the very least. This was a disgusting experience.

The room was full of garbage and old food! A whole gas station burrito was under the bed and was green from mold! Dog food everywhere carpets were like walking on sand stains everywhere from the floors to the sheets yo yhe walll. Management was rude as all get out accused us of trashing the room

I don't know if there was a hiccup in the system or what happened but i checked in and went to my room. The room was as it was left by the last guests. Pizza box, pee in the toilet (they need to drink water) bed unmade. Fortunately i was working until super late and just needed to sleep, but it was not a good stay. It was cheap so its on me, but that was just a bummer. It was convenient for me, but I'll drive the extra few miles to stay elsewhere next time. I'm not mad just disappointed

Room was a bit rough. I see they are making an attempt to update. The thing that bothered me the most was the window (ground floor) wood was rotting and closure was a simple fifties style turn latch. Anyone could have climbed in, so I felt unsafe and it has to be a code violation. The chair in the room looked like it was bought at a garage sale and if you sat in it it sunk. It was tattered and beat up.
Bed was comfy and room is a good value for the money. Plus food and restaurants were everywhere which was great. I would stay again just for that and hope they keep upgrading

The carpet was shredded and should have been removed. The chair was broken. The smell was like stale smoke that was overwhelming, in a non- smoking room. The window was cracked. Out side on ground level there were coffee cups on the base of the light post to indicate people are outside the room in the grassy area.

Holes in Carpet. Cigarette burns on bed comforter. Sticky microwave. Not a good smelling hotel. Staff warned me that they had kicked out 2 of the meth addicts that had snuck in overnight. A bunch of them live in the bushes and an old shed near the side entrance. The staff instructed me to use front door because the area is not safe. I was concerned for the contents of my vehicle in the parking lot. The view outside my window was a broken bicycle and some stolen shopping carts. Do not book this location. It's gross, run down, and there is a higher risk of crime. There are better options within a reasonable driving distance. I do give credit to the staff for remaining on alert and reacting quickly.

Horrible bed, even though I was upgraded to a King size bed. The carpet was damp, the carpet was ripped and very discolored and dirty. People in parking lot doing drugs, I felt unsafe. No working lights on outside of building. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, A coworker who lives in the area said the hotel is known for prostitution. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Should be banned.

The shower hot water faucet could not be tightened so it dripped all night and made the room muggy. The walls are really thin so we could hear a dog barking at all hours. In addition a lawn mower started mowing outside our window at 6:45a so no way to sleep in. The breakfast was all carbs, regular white bead and waffle fix that came out of a spout, no eggs etc. we made our own coffee bc no real option in the room except a tiny pot and coffee.

The area around the property seemed ok at first, but when I went into the hotel to check in, my husband noticed two men going around to all of the cars in the back part of the parking lot and attempting to get in to any unlocked cars. When I walked into the hotel, I was very disappointed with the uncleanliness and lack of maintenance. The windows and glass doors leading to the check in counter were dirty, the floors were dirty, and the entire entry area had a foul smell. The clerk at the front desk checked me in quickly and was fairly pleasant. The trip up to our third floor room was depressing and a little scary. The carpeting in the halls was dirty and had big rips and areas where it looked like sections of the carpet had been cut out in a haphazard manner. Most of the baseboards at the bottom of the walls were missing, but the original adhesive remained. No attempt to mitigate the damage here by removing the adhesive and repainting, or preferably by replacing the many missing floorboards. The hallways, especially the hallway where our room was located reeked of pot/weed, and it was so strong that the smell permeated our room after we opened the door…or, perhaps it had already smelled like that before we opened the door. The room itself appeared basically clean, but the furniture was very dated, the upholstered chair was dirty and worn (enough so that I would never have sat in it), and the carpeting was very old, worn, and dirty. Baseboards were also missing in our room.

Unfortunately, this is a poorly maintained “dump” of a property. Holes in carpet all over, missing molding, shower head held together with “duck tape “ stained bed spread, cigarette holes in sheets, bad smell, one ice machine that was broken “again” but looked like it hadn’t operated in a long time, a breakfast that could barely be called a breakfast, etc. etc. etc!!! I wish I was exaggerating. Oh, a city issued “stop work” order posted in the front window.

I’ve stayed in plenty of “budget” properties that don’t come close to this disrepair.

Very dirty, not very well taken care of. Our towels looked dirty and had major dirt stains on them. The carpet in the hall way is all torn up and has lots of holes. The carpet in the rooms feel damp and sticky. I was looking in the drawers and the front of one of them fell off. Definitely not worth the $280 for 2 nights. The breakfast was toast, waffles, and two cereal options and the ice machine didn’t work. Also we chose the pay at location option and the hotel kept calling asking for payment because they were sold out, even though it’s their policy to have the option to pay there. We did not feel comfortable with all the scams to pay over the phone. They also advertised $10/pet per night on Expedia and they wanted to charge $17/pet per night there.

This was the worst stay ever... The condition of the place was run down and considerable looking from the check-in counter to the back entrance that led to our room. Old mattresses stacked by dumpster. Missing chunks of carpet on the stairs leading up to our room. Then room wasn't very nice and not cleaned well... Bathroom floor crumbling, bathmat looked moldy, hair in shower, fridge had spills and hair stuck in it, microwave unclean, blanket had boogers on it. Then when I asked for some extra towels was told they didn't have any to give me because they were low, HVAC unit ripped from Wall laying in middle of room and chair laying in hallway all broken I happened to see the day of check out as housekeeping was cleaning rooms. This was what I feel was completely unacceptable conditions for renting hotel rooms and being a Head housekeeper and house keeper my self I would be embarrassed to even have allowed this to occur especially with the rates they are charging per night. They're called a super 8 but should be called \"Go to another place\".

I wouldn’t even give this a one star! We got to the hotel to check in, not a single employee in sight! Sat there for over an hr, trying to call, and make noise for someone to hear and no one was there. Office doors and important paperwork left for anyone to grab and read, security cameras left up for people to see. A man on some sort of drug was hanging out in one of the halls while the building was unsecured and unattended,

We left and didn’t end up staying due to safety!
