Such a great location, close to everything you need. My daughter and I really enhoyed our stay. The OZO was a nice place to come back and rest after a busy day. Also, it was nice to just chill and relax on the property as well. All the staff were great and were very warm and authentic. When in Phuket, this will be my place to stay.

The hotel is very bad in terms of cleanliness. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and the water was not clean.

The cleaners leave their dirty towels everywhere in the room.

If you care about cleanliness and quality, this hotel is definitely not suitable for you.

The pools and slides are in poor condition, with not enough water to be enjoyable, and there are no lifeguards.

파타야에서 이용한 경험으로 푸켓에서도 이용했습니다.
룸은 파타야랑 구조등이 똑같고요. 조금 좁긴한데 어린아이 포함 셋이 이용하기는 충분합니다.
침대도 킹이라 넓고 좋고요. 화장실과 벽장이 크게 뒤쪽에 숨어있는 형태입니다.
수영장이 무엇보다 좋고 3군데나 있어요!!
썬베드와 타월 제공도 좋습니다. 수영장 이용 너무 즐겁게했습니다.
카타 한복판이고 호텔 뒷편에 해변 나가는 길이 있어서 해변과도 아주 가깝고 편리하게 갈 수 있습니다.

잘몰라서 스탠다드 방? 했는데 길가쪽이라 밤에 둠칫둠칫 사운드에 방에 진동이 느껴질 정도인게 단점이에요ㅜㅜ 잠들면 잘모르는 타입이라 잘 때는 괜찮았습니다.
소음에 민감하신 분들은 발코니 타입 룸 선택하면 될것 같아요. 안쪽 수영장 쪽으로 베란다라 있어서 조용할것 같아요.

다음에 파타야나 푸켓가면 또 이용하려고요 :)

I really can’t say enough about the experience we had here. The staff is abundant and extremely nice. Anything we needed, they had it. They also treated our two children who are 5 and 7 extremely well. The buffet breakfast every morning was fantastic! They had a happy hour for drinks everyday and a good selection
For lunch and dinner as well. It’s a little expensive to eat at the resort for lunch and dinner compared to going out to some of the places nearby but not super expensive for a family of Four overall. The pools were amazing, the gym was good for a hotel, Room was awesome, housekeeping was awesome. The only small complaint we had was our shower was all glass and the seal on the door was poorly designed and leaked when we showered. It looked like the only way to fix it would be to replace the whole door. Nothing the staff could do for that. It’s just a poor design. We just put a towel down to soak up the water. That’s literally the only small inconvenience we had. We loved the place, the vibe and rate it 5/5 stars.

This resort was absolutely beautiful, in a central location, great for families. The staff were amazing, breakfast was lovely.

I think there should be a dress code put into place though, especially around the kids pool and pool with the water slide.

Alot of swimwear worn by women was inappropriate (if you can even call it swimwear) and children should not be exposed to such nudity.

Unfortunately most of the tourists who stayed at this resort the same time as our family lacked respect for others and I'm certain most of the Russian women thought they were at a modelling contest rather than a family holiday destination. Perhaps management could review dress code rules.

Main issue i have requested connecting rooms, because of traveling with 3 small but kids, but when arrived to the hotel they had us side by side. They wanted more money for connecting rooms, saying they are selling it....Doesnt seem fair to me. This made it very hard to manage, especially at night. Also rooms are very small, and the day bed is impossible for a kid over the age of 6 to sleep in it, although they are selling the king side bed room suitable for 3 people.

Food was very good, and location was in a prime location.

Super hotel that is excellent for kids. Our two-year old could have spent all day, every day by the pool. With three pools, including splash park and slides, there was loads to keep him entertained.
Our room was in great condition, with plenty of space. Shower water leaked a little under the glass door onto the bathroom floor, otherwise fantastic.
The breakfast was brilliant, extensive with a range of different options. We loved the fruit and there was fresh noodle soup cooked on the spot.
Lots of other activities to keep children entertained, including movies every night.
Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and great with our little boy. It was great to see the efforts at sustainability, too.

Recommend for families, big pool and mini water park which my kids enjoyed a lot.

Food was good, a little repetitive though.

Near the beach, just a 5 minutes walk out the back gate. Across the road from walking street, so lots close.

A couple of things to note:
Drainage ditch disects the property - maybe cover this up?
The floor of the children's pool is very rough and causes grazing of the skin very easily.
Russians dominate this property and the resort. Make of that what you will.

I recommend this hotel, clean and well run.

The breakfast buffet was well catered and the dining options in thailand around the area don’t disappoint.

Not sure what makes this resort “family-friendly

After reading all of the positive reviews, I was excited to spend my last days in Phuket at the OZO. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I booked a family suite for my family of four and was disappointed in how small the accommodation was and that there was only one bathroom. It felt like we were on a cruise ship. Also, there were no amenities offered in-room besides shampoo, soap and shower gel. Upon check-in, we had a conditioning shampo in the shower which was much needed after time in the pool and ocean, but it vanished on the second day through the remainder of our stay. The front desk did not have any on hand and housekeeping was unable to help so I had to use the new bottle that was put in the room which looked, smelled and felt exactly like the shower gel. I would expect more from a hotel touting itself as a 5-star resort. Staff were friendly but poolside service was atrocious. It was difficult to order food and drinks and most days we ended up going off property. The one day we stayed, the order took forever and took several attempts to get it right. Other than movies every evening, I’m not sure what exactly makes this resort so “family friendly” besides the bunk beds in the second room. We stayed at several properties throughout Bangkok that did wonderful things for our kids such as sharing stories, gifting them keepsakes and overall, just talking to them. With so many choices, I would not return.

Check in was a disaster. The staff member insisted on a voucher or a booking number even I could see that she found the booking in the computer after typing in my name from my passport. Then I had to look up the booking on my phone and she wanted to take a picture of my phone… for what?

I’ve stayed in OZO before and been pretty satisfied but this was a joke. Wasting my time.

Bathroom toilet seat was lose and the towel hook came off the wall and fell on the floor. Poor maintenance unfortunately.

Charging 200$ for a night you would expect more… I have more than 200 nights a year in hotels around the world and last time I’ll stay in this hotel unfortunately.

We made the speed boat trip to phi phi and that was a disaster. Way too crowded, all the speedboats went to the same locations at the same time. In top of all this we got 8 of 10 in our group to be foos poisoned (probably from the lunch place).

The hotel was exceptionally good, and I am sorry for the extra effort you had to take care because of our bad food experience.

The facility and location are excellent. I didn’t realize when booking that this hotel is highly geared toward families with kids. There were a lot of kids with their families. My wife and I like kids so it wasn’t an issue… But for couples trying to find a more romantic getaway I wouldn’t recommend.
The location was perfect. Immediately next-door to some of the best coffee I found on the island.
I would definitely recommend to friends with kids!

Ozo is an excellent choice in Kata Beach. It's a new hotel in a great location. It's a couple of minutes walk from the beach and has many good restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel pools and facilities are lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ozo and would happily stay here again.

Ozo is located within a few minutes walk to Kata beach and Karon beach. Lots of restaurants, the night market and shopping across the street.

Ozo itself has 3 pools, 2 of which are great for kids. Breakfast is just ok. Not worth the extra money. Other food offered is not very good. Air conditioner worked but not very good in both rooms even after they were looked at. For some reason the are locked at 20C for the coldest setting.

Be warned this entire Kata area is designed for Russian tourists. Everything is Russian from the street signs to restaurant menus to store names. Very hard to get the authentic Thai experience. We were disappointed the area is like this as we came from Aonang by Krabi and had an excellent experience. Not many English speaking people around just Russian.

My feedback on 2 nights at OZO Phuket

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Kata beach and less than 10 minutes to Karon beach and minutes from the Kata night market. The hotel is relatively new and everything appears so. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. All staff spoke excellent english and were very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant which we did not try and the pool is also excellent. There is a separate fun pool for kids. Overall excellent hotel which would be ideal for families with young kids.

My stay was a connecting room for my family. We were expecting a balcony but in the end it was not, and there is no way to upgrade during the stay even we could pay the cost.
The room was facing kata street, a but noisy at night.

OZO is a new, clean very comfortable hotel. In fact the beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on during our 3 month stay in SE Asia. The housekeeping staff is very efficient and completely cleans your room in the time it takes to eat breakfast. Also the fitness center is in good condition and adequate for a hotel gym. Our check-in experience was not so good though. Instead of accentuating the positives of the hotel the clerk spent all her time talking about the services not provided. She was quick to point out there is no luggage service, no room service, no airport shuttle, restaurant closes at 8:00PM, you must present a towel card to get a pool towel and if you lose the towel it will cost you 1000 baht. Also you must provide a $100 deposit and if you use a credit card for that you won’t be refunded until two weeks after check out. The hotel has two pools, both overrun by young children. Would suggest having one pool for adults and the other for children as there is no way for adults to relax by either pool as it is. Hotel has great potential if they would work just a little harder on making their guest feel welcome.

U had to get up and order yourself. No staff around. Also at breakfast we had dishes piled up on our table every morning that took forever to be collected. Or they would take 1 or 2 plates and leave the rest.

Love staying at Ozo the kids pool was amazing out little boy had so much fun. Room was amazing so much room in the one bedroom suite.

Lidt for små værelserne - garderoben ligger inde på badeværelset. Det var meget upraktisk. Hotellet ligger perfekt, god mad til gode priser og perfekt for børn.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på OZO Phuket Hotel. Läget är perfekt med nära till strand, restauranger hjärtligt tack till Nong, butiker och nattmarknad. Hotellet är rent, modernt och välorganiserat, och servicen höll hög nivå.
Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Ett extra tack till Aon i receptionen som gjorde incheckningen smidig och gav oss utmärkt service. Rummet var bekvämt, frukosten god och varierad, och området kändes tryggt och lugnt perfekt även för familjer. Vi återvänder gärna!

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, walking street, 711, massage und Party ist alles sehr nah. Das führt auch dazu, dass es abends etwas lauter sein kann. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern unterwegs und aber hatten keine Probleme mit einschlafen. Generell ist das Hotel auf Familien ausgerichtet mit Kinder Pool und viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Gäste sind gemischt, viele russische, asiatische und arabische Gäste. Unser zimmer war, für das Alter des Hotels, schon abgerockt, mit Schimmel an den Fugen, überall paar Macken und der Boden total uneben -aber ok.

大人2名、5歳、2歳のファミリーで滞在しました。
1ベッドルームスイート(シティービュー)を予約したのですが、チェックイン時にプールビューへアップグレードしていただけました。角部屋でバルコニーも広く、プールも見えるので子供達も大満足。素敵なプレゼントでした！
お部屋はとても広く、4名で過ごすには十分でした。キングサイズベッド1台とのことで、家族4人どうやって寝ようかと心配していましたが、こちらが何も伝えていないのに、ソファーにベッドメイキングをしていただいており、子供たちが寝るには十分でした。心遣いが嬉しかったです。
施設については、プールはキッズエリアがあり小さい子供を遊ばせられましたし、大きなプールは温水だったので、ゆっくり遊ぶことができました。
レストランの食事も毎日メニューが変わり美味しかったです。
周辺エリアについては、近くに屋台やレストラン、コンビニが充実しているので食事には困りません。また、両替所も目の前に複数あり、空港よりもレートが断然良いのでおすすめです。
ビーチへも徒歩圏内でした。
またぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。
