Location was very convenient to tons of food, shopping and amenities. Staff was very nice. However, our room door top lock didn’t lock which made me nervous. I was traveling with just my daughter and myself, but they assured me I was safe. Bathroom was a bit unclean and a giant roach joined the fun in the middle of the night. Outside of those few minor hiccups, the overall stat was great.

Lovely place with nice staff and really good pool. Its just 5-600 meter to the beach and you have many restaurants and other facilities close by, including a 7-11 only 50 meter from the hotel.

The hotel itself is great, large clean rooms with balcony and nice sized bathroom. The service is first class and staff very friendly. Its location in Kata is ideal to get the best from the locality and walkable to the beach. Food at the walking street market is great, very fresh and cheap. No need for fancy restaurants here. The only thing that lets it down is the pool area, which whilst good and large, could do with some TLC.

It was pleasant to stay in this hotel. The location is excellent. Close to markets and restaurants, Thai massage. And 10 min walking to the beach. The staff is very friendly. They did a good job in cleaning. We left the hotel with everything we came with and nothing was missing. So in our experience the housekeeping is trustworthy.

F&B staff - Your bar staff needs to learn how to be bartenders. Seemed a bit clueless to fulfil relatively simple orders - eg. \"a bucket of beers\" should come in a bucket...with ice! Does that really need to be taught!?
Facilities - Condition of the pool needs attention, desperately. The two circular sitting areas are rife with lime green algae. While the water was overall pretty clear, in reality, a pool that's properly maintained with chemicals should never support the growth of that kind of thing. You desperately need to up your game in this regard. I personally would not set foot in that water.
Cleaning - I'd say cleanliness of the room was just OK. Some mould growth in the shower that could also be easily dealt with, but wasn't. Easy fixes, really. Just need to pay attention to what's happening with your property.

Hotel room is dirty. Breakfast is mediocere. Hotel staff wouldn't exchange cash for change for the laundry. They charge for every little thing including printing. The water pressure was very low and it would go from burning hot to cold and back and forth in the matter of seconds. Beds were not comfortable. Over all after 3 weeks in thailand this was our worst stay and the most expensive. Keep look for something better.

Hotel room was under expectations. Water flow is inconstant when bathing, to such an extent where there are times where there is no water. room was poorly maintained.
The morning breakfast in the restaurant was below expectations. Firstly, there isn’t much variety of food. It ruins the appetite of the diners. The gym cannot even be used.
Overall, the hotel was well under expectations and I would not visit there again.

The best of the property for me is the location - easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. However, service was quite disappointing. Check in was at 2pm but our room was not ready until almost 4pm and that was only because I got upset and asked the manager to prioritize our room especially since we had checked in at 10am. We also asked for someone to come by and show us how to use the ac system but no one ever came. Asked for extra towels each day and never got that either. We felt completely ignored. If you like good service or like feeling like a valued customer (I know I do) I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but near a building site

Hotel is nicely tucked away from the main street, and within walking distance of shops/ markets and the beach and first impression of the hotel is that it looks amazing. Staff are friendly, but sometimes it felt like when asking them something, it was too much effort to do.
A heads up: The hotel is next to a building site (another hotel being built next door) which is due to be finished in 2020, so expect some noise.

Reception staff are just fantastic

A lovely modern hotel. We did have a technical problem with our pre booked room, which meant we could not stay in the room. Problems do happen, but what make the difference is how the problem is handled. In our case, the staff were just fantastic. They genuinely cared and worked their best to work around the problem. Management staff also proactively offered a complementary meal as means of apology - once touch. This made up for the original annoyance and left me with a very positive experience. I would certainly recommend the hotel and especially for the customer service experience. Thank you again Ton and Lucky.

Great hotel close to beach

Hotel was a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable and updated. So many sights to see and this hotel is a great central location to everything. There is a market right next to the hotel with tons of vendors selling souvenirs. There is a small gym in the hotel but not too many of the cardio machines worked properly. We loved staying here and had a good experience.

Hotel - still nice after our 3rd visit

This was our third visit since in the last 2 years, and we are still very impressed with almost everything. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are immaculate, and the position of the hotel is perfect for us.

The only problem we had this time was an inconsiderate tourist who tried to have all night parties in the room next door. After complaining to the duty manager, the parties were shut down and his guests left.

One thing we have noticed is that the breakfast is not as good as when we visited the first time 2 years ago when there was more variety with the Thai food from day to day. This year and last year the Thai offerings were mostly fried chicken and vegetables almost every morning. But the rest of the offerings are still great.

The main pool could also do with some touch ups as it's starting to look tired with cracks and missing mosaic tiles.

We are staying here for 11 nights.
All I can say about this hotel, is that so far it has been wonderful.
The room is clean and very comfortable, the staff are both friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast is wonderful and second to none. The restaurant menu is both good value and good quality.
And we are situated perfectly, a short stroll to the beach, restaurants and bars all around.
If you stay here, I highly recommend a pool access room, for that little but of extra luxury.
I would definately stay here again when I next holiday in Phuket.

Lovely comfortable room especially the bed which can be hard to find in Thailand.
Got a great rate for this hotel so cant complain.
The hotel staff are well trained and very friendly. They were renovating the main pool area however there was another pool across the road that suited my needs. When the main large pool has finished renovations this hotel will be fantastic.
Location is about a 15min walk to Kata beach if you go down the road cross and take a walkway that would run parallel to the beach.
Plenty of good restaurants close by and Kata night market is across the road on Monday and Thursday nights.

This is a very good hotel. There is a small market and about 20 shops near the hotel. Most of the shops consist of Massage shops and resteraunts. There isn't much bars around the hotel though.

The area is quite quiet so if you want to avoid the busy streets of patong and its loud night life then this is the place to be. The hotel is a few minutes away in a Taxi from the beaches

Not to far from beach.

The room requested and paid for was not available on arrival,even though we checked in approx 8 hours after normal check in time due to the flight arrival time.

The correct room was allocated the next day when the previous customer's checked out, was not convenient as we had to repack and move our luggage once more. Surprisingly we were not even offered a complimentary breakfast for all the inconvenience.

The staff level of customer service on check in was okay, but at check out had a could not be bothered attitude.

The hotel was good in terms of its location near to market, shopping and restaurants. However upset with the cleanliness of the room and pool. This hotel has few swimming pools however only 2 pool can be consider as okay the rest was dirty and water quite thick bubbly and smelly. Toilet was dirty too. Free toiletries was only given to u once and they will not refil it for u unles u ask for it. Toilet drainage was block and flooded. Toilet hose was Clogged too.. toilet sink and bowl was dirty. Staff was not friendly and rude when u ask them to refil the toiletries.

Hotel needs a good clean and lots of repairs

The hotel rooms didn't appear to have had a decent clean in quite some time and lots of things in the rooms were either broken or just missing altogether.

The room I was initially given was in such a poor state that I asked to be moved, this however proved quite a challenge. The staff weren't particularly helpful and after explaining and showing them pictures of the broken items in the room they just asked is it OK now? After having done nothing.

I did eventually get moved to another room but even then there were still issues with broken /missing items it took 3 phone calls to reception to get the missing ice tray replaced.

The Tour booking desk didn't open till 11am and was shut by 6pm so if you need to be around in the peak of the day if you want to book any tours via the hotel.

The breakfast was OK but nothing special and the pool again was OK but was in need of some cleaning/repairs.

The general information given by the hotel was very poor, no maps or info on pool towels or local attractions was provided.

There's was supposed to be transport provided to the beach but I never saw any or was never told about any and the walk to the beach was not a pleasant one. The quickest route was walking down the side of a stagnant canal with a damaged pavement that would not be suitable for anybody with mobility issues.

Close to the beach, and right next to the night market, they have a pool but old.
Breakfast is pretty much same every morning, nothing special.
Room was ok, updated but not clean, I only received clean the first day, after every day even after calling and asking to re-clean it, they just don't do anything. Change towels and make your bed, sink, toilet, shower were dirty.
I think you can find better ones. But for the money it was ok.

Good Location Wasted on Inadequate Client Service

Under expected level of service, or we should even consider it simply rude, provided by receptionist on the phone, bellboy and room service. The only saving grace was their CRO Chris at the concierge, who was helpful and initiative, and she went out of her way to help me book a tour despite their officer-in-charge of tours being absent from work.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff and good locations\n

Overall a nice place to stay, friendly and warm staff, good location with all the Spa and eating outlet nearby. Kata Beach was about 400 metres away from the Hotel. There is a night market (kata Market) just opposite the hotel open every Monday and Thursday from 2 - 9pm with lots of stalls selling local foods and stuffs. Only disappointment is the poor connection of the Wifi.

nice balance of quiet at night

hotel rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. A/C seems wonky but works fine overall. Booked this place on first trip to Phuket so we did not know what to expect. We were happy that the area is very walkable at night and not rowdy like those hotels along bangla road. Restful. Did not make much use of pool facilities. Don't book cabs from hotel, they're slightly more expensive than the private ones you can find a minute away from the hotel.

On arrival the hotel room was a nice surprise. The rooms all looked fairly new and well kept.
The breakfast is great.
The pool is nice but maybe a little too warm for my liking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of grumpy and seemingly unfriendly people staying there, so for the staff to remain that happy they must be superstars!

A big complex with excellent Thai food available at breakfast as well as other options. From the 8th floor we had wonderful views of the sea and neighbourhood. Opposite the Monday and Thursday. Night market. Main pool doesn't have much sunbathing area for the size of hotel and is largely sheltered from the breeze. The pool that wraps around the hotel is good for swimming. Needs more sunbeds and better cleaning around the pool area. Some cheese stuck to the floor near the pool remained there all week and tables had gum stuck to them. Gym is pretty useless as the cross trainers and bikes didn't work and it is tiny, only good to fit one or two people in. No water or towels. A 10/10 for view, breakfast and location but much less for general cleanliness (the rooms were cleaned and changed daily) staff efficiency and politeness could improve and gym needs an overhaul.

Cons: Of all the hotels in Thailand, this one we like the least. To start, there's the high deposit you have to leave when checking in. It was way more than the usual amount and it had to be in cash. Besides that, there was no info about it during the booking process so we were not prepared for it. It was three times more than the one we left in Bangkok and yet the hotel in Bangkok had that information displayed during booking.

Then there was the so slow, always disconnecting wifi. The ever changing password and log in. It was terrible!

The room was clean and spacious but the a.c was not great.Then there was the problem with the water heater that took 2 phone calls and a trip to reception for someone to come and fix it. Overall, not a great stay. Maybe our exceptions were too high!?!

Pros: Nice location-15 mins walk to Kata beach and great buffet breakfast.

Had a great stay. Highly recommend getting a scooter to check out other beaches and to sightsee. Heaps of bike rentals right near the hotel. Staff were really friendly, they bought my girlfriend a suprise cake on her birthday after having her birth date in the system. Close to shops, the beach and a few bars. If you want somewhere away from the business of Patong but still close enough to get to this the place. Beach was busy but not overcrowded like Patong Beach. Beds were comfy which is sometimes hard to find in Thailand as many we have stayed in have been rock hard. Room was always clean. Our cleaning lady was great. So friendly every morning.
Had a pool access suite. Highly recommended. Breakfast buffet was also great. So many choices. They also have a bbq buffet for dinner everynight at the outdoor restaurant for only 250 baht. So cheap for the quality and quantity of the food.

Lovely hotel in quite area

First trip to Thailand and was really pleased with this hotel.
Staff friendly, little spoken English but still able to make myself understood.
Room comfortable and bed lovely and big, room cleaned every day and bottled water supplied each day.
We booked a swim up room and was great to be able to just use the pool whenever we wanted.
Breakfast nice and covered all nationalities. BBQ nice in hotel as well and cheap.
We paid out room deposit with card, don't know why others may have made a problem, we didn't.
The hotel is about 1/4 mile from lovely Kata beach. There is a street market twice a week but no hassle there and worth a look around.
Loads of places to eat around this hotel and safe to wondered around day and night.
Booked and couple of trips through the hotel, Phi Phi island and elephants, no problems at all and English spoken tour operator.
Would recommend this hotel and will probably come back another year.

The resort is well presented and maintained. The rooms are a good size and clean. Beds comfy and towels and linen a good standard. Tv had good reception and good choice of channels. The bathroom was of good standard and clean. Air conditioning performed well. The pools were clean and well attended to. The area around hotel is a typical Phuket busy street, with Markets and eateries all around. The prices in the hotel were reasonable, but could be easily undercut in a moments walk. The beach in Karon and Kata are beautiful and are just within comfortable walking distance, but can be very dangerous due to rip currents and huge waves. Worth using the pool when red flags are on the beach which is often yet ignored by many.

Great value...

For what we paid we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The breakfast's were excellent, good variety even for picky eaters. The swimming pools were excellent and well maintained. The room was small but adequate. I found the staff friendly and pleasant. The location is good, opposite a market and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. We would consider staying at this hotel again. Great value for money.

Nice hotel close to the beach if you go through a narrow dirty and smelly path to the beach. Surrounding area around the hotel is run down but the hotel itself is very nice. Caught a very bad cold / flu while staying at the hotel from drinking the smoothies (not sure if the ice uses tap water or not, or maybe it was the staff constantly licking the spoon from which they made the smoothies with.)

Overall was a good experience, especially for the price. Shame about the 3000 baht deposit fee required on checkin

Relaxing getaway!

A great resort to relax, have cocktails and sit by the pool in peace. Great for families and people who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Patong. Beach, markets, restaurants, money changer all within walking distance. Really enjoyed my time in Phuket. The only thing that was a little annoying was the karaoke bar across the road with loud music which we could hear on the top floor however it stopped about 11pm. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Loved it!!! Great value

To be honest I really enjoyed the stay, I'd recently stay at a 5 star so I'm rating this fairly as the cost f stay was considerably cheaper.

The rooms were very good, Very clean, the staff amazing, hotel front 'Apple' actually made our holiday perfect by her extra mile of effort, she is a treasure to this hotel and I hope they appreciate her, we did!!!
Breakfast was ok but lacked variety daily.
I didn't eat there in the evenings so I can't comment on the restaurants.
For the price, around £50 a night it's total valve for money and more.
The beach is at the endif the street, walkable within 5-10 mins and lovely.

We got a cab to Patong from the hotel for 450 thb but there's quite a lot of restaurants locally I'd recommend if your into 'street' food to eat at the market across the road from the hotel, bbq fish, rice, spare ribs, noodles, tiger prawns, still change from 500 thb
Wifi is good in the room.

Only downside I found was no available iron to loan

The perfect hotel

For once i can say i had a great experience in a hotel. Apart from the room that was great all the facilities were great too. I had great time at the pool,the bar,the restaurant and great room service. I will recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Phuket.

So-So stay at the Beach Heights

I stayed at the Beach Heights with my young adult kids. The resort is just ok. The pool is not as large as it appears in the hotel's photos. The staff does not speak English very well, so if you have any issue it is difficult to communicate it. The rooms are on the small side. Housekeeping does not really try after day two.

Perfect stay

Beautiful, clean, modern rooms at a perfect walking distance to Kata Beach. Easy access to Old Town by public transit. Fruit and touristy market close by as well as eating establishments and places for 300 bht one hour massages. Very helpful staff!! Loved our stay.

New and very clean. Quiet area. Near the beach.

Our room was cozy and really nice! Located right next to night market and fruit market. Many resto in the area. Experienced very good customer service, as well as bad. We had a pool access room and it was great except that sometimes patrons from nearby hotels are visiting this hotel's pool which makes it crowded. Internet wifi really needs improving, very frustrated.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious room. Amazing pool. Helpful, attentive staff. Great location (5 minute walk to the beach)

Cons: The buffet had strange selections. It was not what we were used to (although some of the food was quite good).

Lovely hotel, friendly staff

Stayed at Beach Heights in April 2014 with a friend, from when we arrived at the hotel the staff were very happy to help, we received a complimentary iced drink while we waited at reception to be shown to our room and also received a discount voucher for a cocktail at the bar. We were shown to our room by a concierge and a lady from the reception, our room was spotless. We had a balcony, little bit of a view of the hills (we paid cheapest rate and the hotel at time of booking was half price). Staff were happy to help with us booking day trips and taxis etc. (there is a desk where you can book activities in the hotel). We even took part in the hotel activities in the pool and it was a great laugh. Nothing to fault for me considering we paid half price due to promotion. Oh, also the area is quite nice with some nice restaurants and coffee places and not far to the beach, approximately 5 min walk.

Trevlig personal och fina rum!

Mjuka sköna sängar, rena rum och jättebra service! Lite slitet på sina ställen men överlag bra! Hade gett en 3,5 om den fanns. Frukosten var sådär, men det är väl lika på de flesta hotellen runt omkring. Vi köpte frukost 2 dagar annars åt vi ute på andra ställen. Skulle absolut kunna bo här igen!

Fint standard hotel til prisen. Hotellet ligger ca. 1,2 km fra Strandpromenaden, så man skal være indstillet på en mindre gåtur.

Morgenmadsbuffeten var udemærket.

Værelserne var ok, men en lille smule slidte i det. Rengøringen var i top og komforten lige så. Personalet var hjælpsomme, selvom det kun var få af dem der kunne tale engelsk.

Poolområdet var ganske fint, dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der hurtigt kommer skygge, idet hotellets høje bygninger omkranser poolområdet. Poolbaren har alt hvad du har brug for og har åbent fra 10-19.

Selve byen er meget turistet og der er super meget trafik og mange mennesker hele tiden.

Hvis man spiser på de lokale markeder/restauranter kan man få et måltid til 30-40 kr.

Pænt og rent og venligt personale. Poolområde pænt, lidt lille i forhold til hotellets størrelse. Live musik efter min smag på et PA anlæg således den ønskede stemning ikke opnås og forvandles til larm.
Højsæson, derfor lidt kø ved morgenmad ind imellem. Morgenmaden var dog rigtig god og udvalget stort.
Værelset var udemærket med en god komfortabel seng. Wi-Fi meget ustabilt, skulle konstant logge på igen, hver gang man blev smidt af nettet gik der et par min. Før man var på igen.

Kan ikke undgå at nævne at Rusisiske turister er generelt ubehøvlede og totalt ligeglade med andre, de var også på dette hotel.

Det har været et fantastisk ophold!

Fantastisk ophold! Jeg blev opgraderet til en suite, selvom at jeg havde bestilt et almindeligt værelse.
Servicen var helt i top og alle hotellets ansatte er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme.
Hotellets poolområde er rigtig lækkert og hver dag er der livemusik ved poolen fra 18:00-22:00
Hotellets beliggenhed er også rigtig fin. Der er ikke langt til stranden og lige ved siden af hotellet, ligger der et marked, hvor man kan få rigtig lækker billig mad.

Det har været et fantastisk ophold og jeg vender helt sikkert tilbage.

The do all they can to give you a good stay

I booked 3 nights. On arrival I was told I needed to live in two different rooms,-Check out and change after 1 night. They gave me a two-floorapartment with all you need, so that was nice. However, I would prefer to stay at one room when it was that short time. The first room also smelled very bad from the bathroom.
Except from this , the hotel was great. Lovely breakfast, very helpful staff ++.
I would go there again

Fint rum med egen utgång till poolen

Bästa hotell vi haft under vår 2-veckorsresa i Thailand. Blev uppgraderade till rum med egen utgång till poolen. Kändes lyxigt och personalen var mycket serviceinriktad. Det märktes att de gjorde allt för att det ska bli rent och fint och nöjda gäster. Synd att vi bodde bara 3 nätter i det rummet.
