Spacey room, clean with satisfying amenities.Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast it was normal.Should have choices of teas not only the red.No car parking available .Straggling around the neighborhood to find one.

Super friendly staff, clean spacious room, modern, restaurant did a great job, cleaning staff was excellent. Friendly hotel cat as well. Very nice experience. Only issue may be the area isn’t scenic….but the hotel itself is excellent.

The Expedia listing says there is an airport shuttle at scheduled times. There isn’t.

We stayed on the 5th floor and wifi was very poor. Elevator only holds 2 people so we took the stairs most of the time

Front desk staff were helpful.

We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant wish we hadn’t. Club sandwich was good. Other meals not great. House white wine not drinkable.

Breakfast was good.

I did not like this hotel at all. The rooms not big, no phone to call, no tv, no internet and the place is not clean at all, the hotel full of cats and dirty. I will never use it again. The food was nasty and the service not good, even the staff were not helpful at all. I would not recommend to anyone

Not situated near the tourist area so the price is reasonable however, you will need to take a cab everywhere you want to go.
Staff was friendly and attentive.
They got our rooms 2 hours before check in time.
In one room we had requested for a 3rd bed which was a foldout sofa bed. Unfortunately, that was not made and we had to call the front desk 3x once we got to our room after a day of site seeing ( which was around 11:30-Midnight).
The floors were a bit dirty as well. Not sure if it was due to the rush of getting us the rooms or it’s something others have experienced.
The breakfast was a very good and tasty spread!
Aside from those incidents, I would recommend the stay here.

Listing says includes airport shuttle but doesnt

The stay was excellent and we very much enjoyed the staff at the hotel. The only problem we had was that we chose the hotel because when we saw it listed on Hotels.com it said free shuttle to the airport so we booked it. Then in the morning when we went to leave they gave us a Taxi which was fine but when we got to the airport the driver wanted to get paid. We explained that we were told that the toom came with transport to the airport. That was not the case and we had to caugh up $68. When we got back we checked and the room was still listed on Hotels.com as including an airport shuttle but if you go to the hotel site it says a shuttle is available for a fee. Hotels.com has it listed wrong and cost us a fair chunk of money. Shuttle to the airport was the main thing we wanted in the selection.

Ok hotel, but have stayed in better.

Regular visitor to athens for work.

The breakfast was from 7, and i would be down at 7 to a cold breakfast as they had not lit the warmers yet.

Apartment hotel was miss leading as there was no kitchenette, probably my issue for not reading the room correctly, but worth noting.

I tried to work from the room, but the space where i would expect to work from had a bench where i would like to put my legs.

Our rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and served hot, and they even have an in-house restaurant that has some of the best food I've had in Greece. The staff were beyond kind, and overall it was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our vacation.

For four adults we paid a lot of price and didn’t get a proper bed for the 3rd and 4th adult, it was a broken sofa half size with the bottom sliding. Was expecting a double room but unfortunately the room didn’t meet the standards. I have taken some pictures of our room and can share the details. I hope that Orbitz being such a big company doesn’t misguide their customers. I could have taken an Air b&b at one third the price but went with orbitz recommendations only to be very disappointed. Even the breakfast was not up to the standard. Will not recommend this to anyone

When we first pulled up I was nervous. It's not in the nicest neighborhood. But when we got inside it was so nice. I didn't ever feel unsafe. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were super big for Europe and very clean. My only beef would be the breakfast wasn't that great.

The hotel is located in a residential part of town, about 5 metro stops from the Acropolis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The suite was very convenient and can sleep 5 if needed. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall, very nice experience.

The staff was amazing. Outside of center of Athens but easy subway ride. GREAT price. Only thing I didn't like was the amount of street noise, but our room was facing 2 streets. Other rooms would be much quieter. Room itself was great. Comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast too!

Staff was incredibly nice. Rooms were large, modern and clean. Breakfast was good. The one drawback was that it was very noisy. We could hear traffic outside all night. The windows were closed but felt like they were open.

The staff was very nice and helpful, making restaurant and taxi reservations for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our rooms had a terrace and a rack to dry clothes. The hotel is not in the main tourist area but is a 15-20 minute walk to the Agios Georgios Beach, shopping area, and the port. The hotel reserved umbrellas and sunbeds for us at the Naxaki Lounge at Agios Georgios Beach, which worked out wonderfully.

We stayed for one night on our final night returning back from Santorini and to catch the flight back to Canada the next day. The property is impressive, well maintained, for our family of 5, we got a 2 room suite with 2 separated bathrooms which was definitely convenient. Their buffet breakfast was well presented, and had fresh items on the table, the staff was very professional and courteous.

One of the shower doors was off the hinge that perhaps should have been checked and fixed prior to our check in, we could not fully shut the door while using, so that was a bit inconvenient, we were there for only one night so for us it was not worth getting it fixed however we notified the staff and they duly noted it so it can be fixed for next guest checking in after us.

Great property otherwise, 10 minutes walk from Panormou Metro Station, most eating places are nearby with good shopping options also.

Booked a luxury suit for three nights. Got there the first night and the suit was double booked and we were put in a standard room (not the biggest issue but we weren’t even offered a refund for the difference between the room, just told we could move into it the second night- again not the biggest issue but not what I had booked) when we finally were able to move into the suit the air conditioning did not work and we roasted the entire night. (Again, not the biggest issue and I am aware that Europe is not know for air conditioning but it was pretty miserable) surrounding area was loud and pretty dirty. Commute to downtown wasn’t bad with a taxi & price of hotel was pretty reasonable!

Nice, Cosy - only accessibility issue

Every time I stay here, I feel very homely. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The only issue is that the Breakfast options are very limited. Also pulling heavy luggage to the reception from the road is a troublesome as they don’t have lift and the vehicle drop-off location is not near the Main Entrance. Overall I feel comfortable staying here, so I always try to book whenever I’m visiting Athens.

This property is not four star as described on expedia and other websites. It is more of a refurbished b&b. When you arrive you have a bit of a wake up call as it is nothing as described. There are steep steps to some tiny reception and then a tiny lift to the rooms. The rooms are clean and sympathetically refurbished but not remotely close to the photos on expedia. It is impossible to sleep due to noise and in some rooms the air condition is not working. The rooms are not cleaned daily and guests have to ask the reception for toilet paper etc.. Staff ok but not too bothered. I felt ripped off to be honest and that my intelligence is underestimated, as when I asked for the room to be cleaned I was told they don't due to corona virus. As I am Greek by asking around it turns out they were understaffed with only one cleaner for the whole place. There are better hotels around for the price.
