First room - no AC. Temperature was 82 degrees. Went down to the desk and they said they'd send maintanace. After half an hour, followed up with a call and was told they had quite a few maintanace issues ahead of ours. Eventually transferred to a second room where the AC did not work, but at least the temperature in the room was 72 degrees. TV did not work. No hot water in the shower. Was scheduled for two nights, but left after one. This was unreal.

Everything was great for the most part. Close to were we had to be for 2 days, food nearby, well kept inside.
Breakfast was fine, pool helped with the travel aches. Staff was very nice.
Only problem I had was with the shower and its lack of hot water. Otherwise had a great stay.

There was an issue with the television in the room that required staff member to come in and fix. The person never returned to fix it. I was told to come down again in the morning to have my room switched. Then was told that would not be possible until 5 pm. After waiting until later in the day, I was told that a room switch was not possible, which required another staff member to step in and handle the situation. She was more willing to be of assistance and even helped to switch the room for a second time upon realizing that the tv still did not work in the new room.

Understaffed. Smells funky. Cold pool. AC unit in room did not work. Went to the desk to ask for help. There is never actually anyone at the front desk. Was told maintenance would be up to help. This was at 10.30 at night. No one came so by 11 I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. I can’t sleep in a room where the temp is 79 degrees. We were given a new room one floor up. When we got all of our stuff up there we settled in for the early morning. Went to the bathroom and found a friend in the tub. Once one friend is found I cannot sleep so we checked out and were in a new hotel by 12:30 am.

Pool is scary I needed 2 room changes because it was dirty and found roaches in the second one. Adressed it with front desk. He was stellar and helped me out and took care of my stay as well. Not bad! But pool is scary. It’s an older place not bad for a quick stay

The staff were not courteous. I asked for an extra laundry bag, instead of calling housekeeping they refused to assist and said they don't have, so i did not bother insisting. The two guys on the front deskwere in the cellphones rather being attentive to customers. they do not look very professional nor pleasant for a Radisson hotel staffs.

There was a snow storm on Sunday so I asked if the restaurant was open and found out there is no food available on Monday and my car was snowed in so when I asked for assistance to clear the snow I was told by the front desk that she couldn’t do anything, I then explained that I expected her to call maintenance to assist me and she didn’t, another guest at the hotel walked me to the maintenance area where the supervisor said he couldn’t help me, I went outside and found a staff member walking by and he handed me a shovel and said when I’m done put it over there, Hospitality was non existent. Next was the shower, the knob came out in my hand and I couldn’t control the water temperature, I ended up taking a cold shower. This was one of my worst hotel stays ever. I was disappointed by what I expected from the name Radisson,

Everything about this stay was falling apart — literally.

The fire alarm was hanging off the wall, the balcony lamp was detaching from the exterior, the water never got hot, and the pressure was barely more than a trickle. Basic functionality — things you absolutely expect from even the most budget-friendly accommodations — was completely missing.

The condition of the hotel felt neglected and unsafe. It did not feel properly maintained, and at times it honestly felt like a liability to even be in the room. I have stayed in hostels in multiple countries that were cleaner, safer, and better maintained than this property.

The only positive part of this experience was the front desk staff, especially Trice and Reggie. They were kind, professional, and did everything within their power to help. Unfortunately, no amount of good customer service can compensate for structural and maintenance issues at this level.

This stay was absolutely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — not even as a last resort.

Pool was freezing. Hot tub didn’t work. Desk staff was not friendly coming or going. The east wing door was open all night. Anyone could have walked in. Shower went cold cold in the middle. I normally wouldn’t complain but thought you should know. I won’t be staying there again.

I never stayed at your property because I paid for a room with a king-size bed and they were giving me two full-size beds. I was with my partner, and the hotel staff told me that since I had made the booking with Expedia, they do not guarantee the room. So I told them I would not stay

1st night slept 1 hour, could not regulate the temperature, it was 80 degrees. They moved us to another room where we could regulate the temp, but no hot water to take showers for the next 4 days, let us use a room down the hallway to take shower, carrying all bathroom items, and fresh clothes. They did credited us 1 night.I believe they could of done better, for real!

The whole stay was wild. Reggie, who checked me in, did the whole check-in process without saying a word to me. The heat in the room was broken and wouldn't go lower than 81 degrees. There was also dust dangling from the heating vent. I couldn't complain because the phone was broken, I went to the front desk and waited 15 minutes in an abandoned lobby, and eventually had to call in from my cell phone.

They moved me to a new room, and in the morning I discovered that the shower had no hot water. I tried to call down to the front desk, but there was no phone in the room.

I was moved to a third room, which had working heat, hot water, and a working phone. Unfortunately, this was when I discovered that the \"in room dining\" they offered from \"7 am to 10 pm\" did not exist, and if I wanted food I would have to go to the restaurant, which did not open until 5pm. Nor was the \"Pronto Cafe\" in the lobby open at any point during my stay.

Now I understand why I only saw two other guests the whole time I was there.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels. The entire hotel is dumpster fire. I checked in and got to my room. When I went into the bathroom and immediately noticed a bunch of dirty towels. They hotel staff never cleaned the room completely. It gets even better. When I went down to the front desk to talk them. The hotel staff started to curse at each other and almost start fighting. This hotel is gloomy and run down. Cleaning staff is more concerned about listening to his music and not cleaning the hotel. Broken down. It felt like the \"Rattison Hood Hotel\". I have more stuff to add to this story. It will be up soon.

I booked this hotel because it is supposed to be a nice place to stay. When I checked in the lady was friendly, all went well. When I got to my room and unpacked after a day of working outside in 12° weather I wanted a shower. However the shower in room 503 did not work properly. When you turned the water on it became warm enough for a shower but when you pulled up on the diverter valve to transfer the water to the shower head it was ice cold. And after mutiple attempt for 1/2 hour it would not work So I took a bath. I am a large guy and this made me upset. I did report it to the front desk in the morning but no action was taken. It was never fixed during my stay. There is much more to complain about. I and working in this area for a few months staying every week Mon -Thursday. This week Tues-Friday because of the recent storm. And I WILL NOT stay in your hotel again. I travel a lot and I will go out of my way to avoid Radisson Hotels. And I will express this to all my co workers and friends.
The morning clerk when I woke him up appeared from a room with no lights and could not print a simple receipt. I needed it printed not emailed. Nope he could not do it. Nore did he seem to care at all and he disappeared for 15 minutes as others lined up to check out. I finally left...Late for work...

Got to the hotel, was assigned to a room someone was in already, I tried opening the door and the person in the room slammed it shut. Understandable on the visitor’s side, but weird.
Entire check in staff were terrible, rude and were acting all high and mighty, except the guy in the morning, the one after him absolute worse
I understand we get stressed by work sometimes, but why u acting condescending and like I’m supposed to know where everything is in a place I’m just visiting for the first time. Gave bad directions on how to get to the stairs bc their elevator was out

Lack of hot water 3 of 4 nights - even after having Maintenance allegedly repair. WiFi was terrible - intermittent at best. TV didn’t even have standard channels available - so I couldn’t watch NFL playoff game. Parking lot was in shambles. Overall condition of hotel - poor: stained rugs, torn wallpaper. Overall a terrible experience. Will never stay there again and would never recommend to anyone.

I called the hotel regarding the stay , it was paid reservation and they asked for credit card and charged me $124 and been told it will comeback in the account in 3 days. I stayed there on Dec 31st and it's 15th day and I haven't recieved my money yet. It's very bad practice and it seems they do it on regular basis so if you check your card you can claim otherwise they are the winner.

Expedia and the hotel were not in synch with the customer as the hotel was charging over $1,200 for a room for my family 12/24/25 to 12/30/25 and I booked thru Expedia for those same dates and elected the option to pay at hotel with taxes included for $750.19 why the discrepancy, aggravation, anxiety of not being able for my family to rest in peace after a LOOONNNGGG day of travel!!!!

The keys wont work. The room was at quite a distance from the lobby. It wasnt a pleasant experirnce to reach your room and thengo to lobby fir getting the room keys to work.

Most of the house keeping staff doesnt know English on Spanish.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in a long time. We were put at the back end of the hotel one room down from where the cleaning staff got their supplies and washed the linens. At this area the cleaning staff were extremely loud from very early in the morning until late in the evening. They would laugh and joke and yell loudly and curse. I had to go to the front desk and ask the manager to tell them to be quiet. I also had to request them to clean our room on the second day we were there. During our stay one of the cleaning staff managers attempted to come into our room without knocking or saying anything; I was so angry about that it was me and my daughter so it was even worse that it was a man. Having somebody break in your room when you're relaxing it's not a good experience. Also there is no hot water so I had to take cold shower not fun. When I ordered the room I asked for extra pillows extra towels and to make sure that there was a refrigerator a microwave and a coffee maker. We had extra towels but not extra pillows, no microwave and the refrigerator is more a freezer because it froze everything that we put inside there drink wise. When I decided to tell the manager again about the issues as I was giving my key back to leave didn't ask if they could comp us I didn't ask for them to comp us as I didn't know if it was their policy to do so but they should have offered. And this is why I only give it two stars it's lucky to get the two.

The heat in our room did not work very well and it was a very cold couple of days. In addition, our first room's hot water did not work-the faucet did not turn all the way to hot. We had to switch rooms after the first night. Then, the front desk never made note of it and at 3:30 AM another guest tried to get into our room and when was not successful, the front desk called us and woke us up.
