The room we stayed in appeared very run down. There were cracks in the walls, the bathroom mirror had a huge crack. When we picked up the mattress to check for bedbugs we found an old package of tortillas and some coupons. The sheets were dirty. There was no breakfast or coffee as advertised. That was the reason I picked the hotel in the first place.

I would never normally stay at a hotel of this caliber, but I was in town for Ryder Cup weekend and decided this was how I’d spend my money. Lesson learned — the hard way.

The check-in area was absolutely disgusting — sticky counters, filthy floors, and a smell that hit me like a linebacker. When I got to my first room, I was genuinely afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes. I even had to kill a bug in the bathroom, which was the final straw.

I switched rooms, thinking it couldn’t get worse… but it did. The “cleaner” room was falling apart: furniture broken, everything mismatched, and it looked like maintenance hadn’t visited since the early 2000s. Nothing about this place feels remotely comfortable or cared for.

Please — for your sanity, safety, and sense of smell — do not stay here.

This property was not as all as the pictures showed! The room was dirty. There was a lot of booger type things on the walls along with other markings or spills. We killed at least 3 bugs in the 20 minutes we were there before we decided to find someplace else to go. The sheets weren’t clean, we pulled them back to find food in them. They also had stains on them and cigarette burns. The keycards wouldn’t open the door at all. The bathroom was very dirty and the mirror needs. To be replaced along with the bathtub. The veiling looks like it’s about to collapse and a big crack that has exposed dirty is falling from it. The place smells like a smokers paradise and feels like it hasn’t been washed in ages. The floor was also wet from something but couldn’t find the source.

Decent place BUT NO HELP FOR MISTAKES!

Have had multiple good stays here in the past but accidentally booked the wrong date for this trip and the hotel did absolutely NOTHING to help. Directed me to go to hotels.com to get a refund, but they were unable to contact the hotel to get the refund!

Terrible experience. The place was completely filthy. Do not sleep here. Underneath the mattress was grains of rice, dirt, and other unidentifiable mess. Their was a huge dead roach behind the night stand. The door was not secure to the wall. The room smelled horrible.

I transfered to another room. It was better in comparison. I did have to lay a towel in the tub to take a shower. It was very run down.

The pictures on the website ate very misleading.

Had one bath towel and one towel for the floor one roll of toilet paper. No garbage can in the whole entire room. I called to the front desk could not get the TV working. Told him I would like a garbage can and two more pillows we’re only given two pillows on a king size bed. Gentlemen came over right away fix the TV did not bring the pillows did not bring garbage can or more toilet paper three days later I received the garbage can and more toilet paper. Not a good experience at all, especially for the money that was paid.

To say that our experience at this place was a dissapointment would be quite an undetstatement. The place is seriously run down, with wallpaper torn from the walls, or dangling... The towels were wet and of questionable cleanness. The toilet was precariously wobbling when in use, to name just a few issues. Nothing in the description of the hotel amenities prepared us for that..

Pros - bed was actually comfortable and ac worked fine
Cons - property wasn't locked so anyone could access floor. carpet seemed like it was from the 70s with all accompanying stains did not want to walk barefoot. no mattress pad, stained bedding. couldn't close 'freezer' due to covered in ice, peeling wall paper and holes. shower was a jacoozi which meant to tall for my fiance to get in or workers to clean (when i got the shower on a few debris from previous guests floated to the drain). also soap residue from where previous guest left bar of soap wasn't cleaned. only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth, 1 of which i found hair and blood stains (likely from shaving nick not like it was used to adress an actual wound).
Overall it feels like management is trying to get by with the bare minimum and their idea of what's acceptable is far away from my own. The kind of place where there's a port which a motel would usually use for guest to leave their car to check in/out but it was occupied by the same car when i checked in vs when I checked out so strongly suspect the owner/management uses it for personal parking.

A bare bones large hotel/motel. Adequate for an overnight stay in the area. The desk clerk was polite and helpful. For some reason, there were several additional-to-the-usual forms to fill out; a card with name address telephone #,along with a two page agreement to sign and initial. Not troublesome, just unusual. I told the clerk I wasn't there to buy the place. I'd stay there again if I needed to visit, and the rate was, these days, reasonable. .

No alarm clock, telephone stopped working, safe had no power inoperable, no hair dryer, shower wouldn’t work both times had to have staff come to room and they banged on the wall yanking the dial to get it working. TV had to have staff come to reset it. Photos show Continental breakfast but not offered.
Staff were annoyed with me over repeated calls to them (from my cell since room phone NG. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Shower was broken, only hot water was working. Furniture was dirty and front of the building big pile of tree leaves were sitting which seems that they have not been swept for a long time. Hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke in front of my NON SMOKING ROOM.

I was supposed to pay according to my reservation about $440 for 4 nights. The charged my $650.00 for 3 nughts after the unilaterally dropped the 4th night.

This totally ruined my plans to visit the Big Apple.

I left after one night and went some place else.

They still owe me $15.00 for the breakfast I had to buy, since they renigged on the advertised free breakfast.

The room itself was OK.

My only problem was housekeeping. Snot from other guests nose. Filthy tub. It needed to be cleaned with a scrubbie. A rag or sponge would never work. On the wall by the bed and night stand was where a prior guest carved square little boxes and other designs in the wall.Curtins were handling of the rod. The lamp on the desk had a brand new lamp shade and a old cracked up yellow dirty dusty shade. The tv was at the very least 30 years old. You had to do everything by hand the remote control was use less. You had to do the volume and on and off by hand and you had to go close to the tv to change the channels with the remote. The counter in the bathroon says Huntington Country inn and it 1970's style with a dirty old and faded mirror with sections faded black ⚫️. It is like putting a dress on a farm pig 🐖. A new bead spread and and new Curtins do not make the room renovated. Old broken desk furniture and a dirty filthy 1970's old Couch on the cement in the parking lot. I think you should rent a dumpster and clean up. Your Motel has great bones and great potential. What I will say is your Travel Lodge is way better then most other Travel Lodges I have been to. The man was very nice and friendly and the place was quiet 🤫. But in your office area you should invest in lowver doors for the doorway and remove the tacky sheet that has turned yellow from being up so long. The room was disgusting. Knowing it was a smoking room, I had no choice, but didn't expect it to reek. A can of Lysol did nothing, so (since it was a smoking room) bought 2 large vanilla scented candles - didn't help. In the morning I saw that there was mold on the mattress (hidden by a fitted sheet that came loose). There was also black mold in the shower. I will be reporting this motel to the Suffolk County, NY Department of Health.

Rooms were too dirty worn out and didnt even have a hair dryer or iron to use in hand, we had to ask yhe front desk for an iron to use.All the furniture were so dusty and on top of that the bedsheets had holes in them from cigarettes and we stayed in a nonsmoking room. The bathroom was falling apart and you can tell that it hasn't been deep clean in a while the walls were stained yellow and the sink and tub rusty.

This hotel is in poor condition and not very clean. The outer doors to access the hallway to the rooms are not secure, thankfully the neighborhood is nice so no real worries about security. The exterior to the building is in poor condition. The room itself was ok but the bathroom isn't very nice, shower floor is black, and the mattress is terrible.

TV didn’t work, employee came up plugged and non plugged a bit agreed with us it didn’t work a d left. There was maybe a 1/4 roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom and the extra roll that was left was already already 3/4 used. Not 1 hand towel at the sink. The drain was missing so you couldn’t fill the sink. We were told breakfast included. Area was closed. Went to check out sign said returning In 10 minutes came back in 20 still nobody left the key with a cleaning lady.

Th place was very old and not kept up very well. The room was dark, dreary, old broken furniture and drawers. Old dirty carpet not cleaned. Cigarette burn in carpet by bed. The room was non smoking!!.Bad wall paper falling down, stapled back on the wall. Patches of paint on wall, It was dirty smelling even outside the area smelled.

First off booked a no smoking room and when we went into the room the bedding was riddled with cigarette burns and the toilet was loose, went to the front desk asked for a different room, saw that there was a sign in the window stating that there was a $500 charge if you were caught smoking in the room or for any damage to the room. Then went to the second room same as before. Went to the front desk again asked for another room still cigarette burns in the bedding but this time there was also damage on the walls. But since I was tired of the musical rooms I took pictures of the previous damage and told the front desk clerk that this damage was already there and that I have time stamped pictures proving that we did not incurred any of this damage.

It was awful, worst hotel I’ve ever been too. There’s a shower curtain hanging in the lobby/check in area. We checked in went to get settled open the refrigerator and it was filthy with someone else’s left over rotten food in the refrigerator. There was water on the floor by the shower. There was springs poking out of the mattress's with 2 flat pillows thrown on the bed. Tried to turn on the tv with the remote there was a battery missing. I was in a time crunch, due to having tickets 6 minutes away at the paramount, absolute Only reason I didn’t pack up and run as fast as I can. They also had the nerve to hold $100 till I checked out the next morning meanwhile there was nothing even worth a hundred worth of stuff in the room. For anyone reading this please save your money and never ever stay in this filthy dangerous environment.

Horrific stay.

I stayed in the executive suite, figured it would be better because I am quite busy and wanted to feel peace. The minute you see your door handle, it is rusted, bathroom is quite literally falling apart. I turned the shower on and the water burst everywhere, there is black mold in the bathroom (even in the second suite and frankly possibly, everywhere), the furniture is old and literally falling apart. The wall \"covering\" is literally losing it's adhesion and is falling apart. I mean overall, it was possibly one of the worst stays that I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to stay in. Just imagine you get to check in at 11 at night, you're exhausted, you pull the blanket and there is 4 inch hair everywhere on your bed sheet. So. It's safe to say, I will literally never be back.

Lastly, I got room service once out of 3 nights I stayed, even though I left the notice outside on my door handle.

The initial pictures are click bait. They charge you a $100 security deposit when you get there, despite the fact if you made a reservation and paid online. There was overflowing trash outside. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it and the room didn't have wash cloths just towels. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I almost expected to see street walkers arriving.

It was dirty. The 1st room had no lights so I went to the office to change rooms. The desk clerk looked at me like I was crazy, but put me in another room and the heat didn’t work so I went to another room. I ended up there but there was no hot water. It was the worst experience.

I could only sleep for a couple hours because I felt so gross. When I woke up there was bugs!

Also I told the clerk he overcharged me and he said he had to wait for the morning and then in the morning he said I had to wait for the manager but I told him I was leaving. He finally gave me back the money but never apologized, never thanked me.

I still feel so disgusted.

Can home, washed everything 3 times!

The scariest, worst experience.

I get not being new but clean the place, make sure the outlets work, heat and water.

Place to avoid and not fall for cheap price

Really bad place to stay, full of bed bugs. Reached late and crashed on first night. Asked to change the room, but another one too full of bugs, I guess management just dont care about it. Bed sheets were full of bug kill burns and holes, management didnt care to change and buy new one to replace it with new fresh ones.

Locks on the rooms using cards could deny you entry anytime. Got fresh card every day and had to keep trying to enter rooms for like 5 times and only one attempt would work.

Bed hurts and no comfort of good comfortable sleep with no comforters. Cold below freezing temperatures and just a mattress protector given for you to protect from cold. Old kind of 90s manual room heaters would either make you feel living in heated desert or starting AC would send you to north pole.

The location was good for us but the service was terrible.
The staff never welcomed us, didn't get up - just pushed an index card under the glass window for us to fill out.
Their were no pillows on the bed, we had to go back and ask for them and they gave us 2 of the flattest pillows I ever saw. No fitted sheet on the bed - they used a flat sheet that just kept bunching up - cigarette holes in sheets and the TV didn't work the whole stay. We went to the office 2 more times and got no help. Towels were yellowed and stained. It was all so disappointing to say the least

There was crusted fecal matter around the bathroom sink. Bathtub dirty slimy. Strong cigarette smell. Room ceiling had some spider like web.
